Abstract

一种电加热式防雾型腹腔镜镜头,包括内嵌加热电阻丝的物镜(7)、温控开关(6)、连接导线(1);物镜是由玻璃外片(2)、玻璃内片(3)、PVB(5)、加热电阻丝(4)、连接导线(1)所构成;加热电阻丝(4)通过一个温控开关(6)、两条连接导线(1)于光源接口处出腹腔镜并与12V-14V电源相连;通过物镜内由温控开关控制的加热电阻丝直接对腹腔镜镜头进行加热、保温使得腹腔镜镜头能够快速加热到约50℃并保温,避免因内外温差引起水汽凝结在镜头上造成的腹腔镜镜面模糊,减少因镜面模糊拔出腹腔镜擦拭的次数,达到简化手术步骤,缩短手术时间,降低手术风险的目的。

本发明属于医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种具有电加热、消雾功能的腹腔镜镜头。
背景技术
腹腔镜微创手术过程中,超声刀、电刀等对组织的切割、腹腔内外温差等因素均会产生大量雾气,使视野、腹腔镜镜面模糊,影响手术者视野,严重影响操作。
以往的腹腔镜镜头防雾采用的防雾油、碘伏擦拭或热水浸泡等方法,存在防雾效果不好、使用不方便、保温效果不佳等缺点,需要改进。
在腹腔镜手术中所用的腹腔镜镜头要加热后才能放入腹腔,通过消除腹腔镜与腹腔内温度差异,阻止水汽在镜头上凝结或使凝结的水汽较快蒸发,以此起到防雾功能,而加热式腹腔镜镜头主要起加热并维持腹腔镜镜头在50℃的作用。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,特设计一种具有加热功能的腹腔镜镜头,达到加热快速保温效果好、操作方便等目的。
技术方案:一种电热式腹腔镜镜头,包括内嵌加热电阻丝(3)的物镜(7)、温控开关(6)、连接导线(1),所述物镜(7)为玻璃外片(2)、玻璃内片(3)、PVB(聚乙烯醛缩丁醇,5)、加热电阻丝(3)、连接导线(1)构成,所述加热电阻丝(3)通过一个所述温控开关(6)、两条连接导线(1)于光源接口处(8)出腹腔镜并与12-14V的电源相连。
所述的电热式腹腔镜镜头,其特征在于,所述温控开关(6)关闭温度设定为50℃,即加热电阻丝(3)将物镜(7)加热到50℃后,所述温控开关(6)自动关闭。
所述的电热式腹腔镜镜头,其特征在于,所述加热电阻丝(3)嵌于物镜(7)内外两层玻璃(2、3)间的PVB层(聚乙烯醛缩丁醇,5)中。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过物镜内由温控开关控制的加热电阻丝直接对腹腔镜镜头进行加热、保温使得腹腔镜镜头能快速加热到50℃左右并良好保温,加热快捷又不导致病人烫伤,避免因内外温差引起水汽凝结在镜头上造成的腹腔镜镜面模糊,使施术者获得良好的手术视野,减少因镜面模糊而拔出腹腔镜擦拭的次数,简化手术步骤,缩短手术时间,降低手术风险。

所述的电热式腹腔镜镜头,其特征在于,所述温控开关(6)关闭温度设定为50℃,即加热电阻丝(3)将物镜(7)加热到50℃后,所述温控开关(6)自动关闭。
所述的电热式腹腔镜镜头,其特征在于,所述加热电阻丝(3)嵌于物镜(7)内外两层玻璃(2、3)间的PVB层(聚乙烯醛缩丁醇,5)中。
在图3中,外接电源与连接导线(1)头相连,待温控开关(6)第一次关闭时即可使用。腹腔镜手术时,手术过程中因腹腔镜镜头维持在50℃左右,水汽不会因内外温差而在其上凝结或凝结后较快消逝,继而使术者获得良好的手术视野。
