Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des améliorations apportées à une boîte de conditionnement (C), dans laquelle sont prévus des éléments indicateurs (20 et 21) d'identification de la fermeture et du blocage du couvercle (2), des couvercles auxiliaires (4) de fermeture d'orifices (11A), une paroi (17) de hauteur réduite permettant le coulissement d'une base (1) sur une autre, ainsi qu'un séparateur (3) présentant une géométrie qui facilite son emboîtement dans les compartiments (12) au moyen de nervures (15). Avantageusement, ces améliorations visent à permettre la manipulation des boîtes de façon pratique et sûre, garantissant l'intégrité des carottes depuis le prélèvement et le transport jusqu'à l'analyse, et favorisant le conditionnement approprié des échantillons des carottes prélevées.
