STIRRED MULTIFUNCTIONAL COOKER
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a stirred multifunctional cooker.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A Chinese Patent CN104274074A published on 2015-01-14 discloses an electric cooker including: a cooker body; a cooker lid which is used to cover the cooker body and is provided with a steam window; and a window cover which is disposed on the cooker lid and is used to open or close the steam window.
A Chinese Patent CN105167573A published on 2015-12-23 discloses an electric cooker including a housing and an interior pot disposed in the housing. The electric cooker further includes: a steam box which is disposed in the housing and is provided with an inner cavity therein for collecting steam; a steam flow guide portion which is disposed on the housing and is provided with a steam flow guide channel communicating the intetior pot and the inner cavity of the steam box.
A Chinese Patent CN103690030A published on 2014-04-02 discloses an electromagnetic stir-fryer, characterized in that it includes a big wok, a control system of the electromagnetic stir-fryer and an automatic stir-frying mechanism. The control system of the electromagnetic stir fryer comprises a touch screen, a built-in stir-frying software module and a stir-frying control circuit. The stir-frying software module can be operated on the touch screen. The stir-frying software module comprises a menu module for selecting dish names and processing settings, a condiment setting module for selecting and matching condiments; and a working mode module for selecting working modes. The stir-frying control circuit comprises a PLC programmable controller which is connected with a cooling fan, an oil pump, a water pump, an electromagnetic heating controller, the touch screen, a first frequency converter, a second frequency converter, a third frequency converter, a pouting motor limiting acquisitor; a swing arm motor limiting acquisitor; a vegetable oil amount data acquisitor, a water flow data acquisitor and a 24V isolated power supply. The 24V isolated power supply provides operating power to the first frequency converter, the second frequency converter and the third frequency converter. The first frequency converter is connected to the swing arm motor, the second frequency converter is connected to the stirring motor; and the third frequency converter is connected to the pouring motor. Both of the cooling fan and the 24V isolated power supply are connected with AC 220V power supplies. The swing ann
motor and the pouring motor are connected with the big wok and drive the big wok. The electromagnetic heating controller is disposed at the big wok. The automatic stir-frying mechanism comprises a stirring motor, a planetary reduction gear, a stirring shaft and a stirring spatula. The stirring motor is connected with the planetary reduction gear and drives the planetary reduction gear. One end of the stirring shaft is connected with the stirring spatula and the other end of the stirring shaft is connected with the planetary reduction gear. The stirring motor is a reduction motor.
A Chinese patent CN104957961A published on 2015-10-07 discloses a stir fryer, including a body and a lid. The body is provided with an interior pot, the lid is mounted on the body, and the lid is provided with a drive device. The drive device is connected with a stirrer device which extends into the interior pot. The stirrer device comprises stirring blades and a connecting shaft. The stir fryer is characterized in that the connecting shaft is provided with a first elastic device and a second elastic device. The stirring blades compress the first elastic device and a second elastic device to move away from the bottom face of the interior pot. The elastic coefficients of the first elastic device and the second elastic device are different. The stirring blades compress the first elastic device and the second elastic device to move a distance less than 50 mm.
As described above, the electric cooker, the stir-fryer and the like products in the prior arts have less function. Generally, the rice cooker can only boil and stew food, and cook soup, but cannot stir food. However, in the stir fryer, the stirrer head and the upper cover are connected with the main body, which is not convenient for cleaning.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In light of the above shortcomings, it is desirable to provide a stirred multifunctional cooker by an embodiment of the present application which can combine the boiling, stewing, and stir-frying functions into one and which is also very convenient to add food into it during cooking.
According to an embodiment, the present application relates to a stirred multifunctional cooker, comprising a main body, a separable head and an upper cover; wherein the main body is provided with a hinge mechanism; the head is inserted into the hinge mechanism of the main body and then can pivot therewith and is also electrically connected with the main body; the head is also provided with a stirrer device; the upper cover is removably disposed on the main body and is used to cover the main body.
According to an embodiment, in the above mentioned stirred multifunctional cooker of the present application, the hinge mechanism is fixed on the base by a rotary shaft; the hinge mechanism is provided with a female coupler, a cover plate and a limiting slot; and the hinge mechanism can pivot around the rotary shaft on the main body.
According to an embodiment, in the above mentioned stirred multifunctional cooker of the present application, the head is provided with a male coupler which can be coupled with the female coupler so as to realize the electrical connection between the head and the main body; the head is provided with a limiting mechanism.
According to an embodiment, in the above mentioned stirred multifunctional cooker of the present application, the head is provided with a motor; a coupling sleeve is installed on the spindle of the motor; a seal ring is installed at the outside of the coupling sleeve; a rotary shaft can be connected with the coupling sleeve by latching, and a silica gel ring is installed at the top of the rotary shaft.
Comparing to single functional electric cookers, stir-fryers and the like, the cooker lid of the application comprise a stirrer head assembly and a surface cover, wherein the stirrer head assembly and the surface cover can be separable, and the user can take down the surface cover when stir-frying; the stirrer head assembly and the cooker body is coupled by a hinge and can be separated, and he can take down the stirrer head assembly, and only use the surface cover to cover the cooker body when the user cooking rice or soup. The above mentioned stirred multifunctional cooker of the present application can combine the boiling, stewing, and stir-frying functions into one. The head, the upper cover and the main body can be separated and is convenient to clean. Besides, during cooking, it is also very convenient to add food.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The application will be further elaborated in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments. These embodiments should be construed as to illustrate the present application but not limit the protection scope of the present application. After reading the content of the present application, those skilled in the art can made various alternations or modifications to the present application. Those equivalent alternations or modifications are within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in Fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the application provides a stirred multifunctional cooker, comprising a main body 1, a separable head 2 and an upper cover 3. The general structural layout of the stirred multifunctional cooker is as shown in Fig. 2. The head 2 can be inserted into a hinge mechanism of the main body 1 and then can pivot therewith and is also electrically connected with the main body 1. The head 2 is provided with a removable stirrer device. The upper cover 3 is removably disposed on the main body 1 after the head 2 is installed and is used to cover the main body 1. Wherein:
As shown in Fig. 3, the main body is provided with the hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism is fixed on a base 12 by a rotary shaft 11; the hinge mechanism is provided with a female coupler 14, a cover plate 13 and a limiting slot 15; and the hinge mechanism can pivot around the rotary shaft 11 on the main body 1.
As shown in Fig. 4, the head 2 can be inserted into the hinge mechanism of the main body 1. The head 2 is provided with a male coupler 21 which can be coupled with the female coupler 14 so as to realize the electrical connection between the head 2 and the main body 1. The head 2 is provided with a limiting mechanism 22 which is used to prevent the head 2 disengaging after installing the head 2 onto the main body.
As shown in Fig. 5, the head 2 has a key 221 and sliders 223 installed therein which are supported in the head by a key spring 222 and return springs 224 respectively; as shown in Fig. 6, each of the sliders 223 is provided with a bezel 223a and a boss 223c, and the boss 223c is provided with a bezel 223b.
As shown in Fig. 5, the head 2 can be inserted into the hinge mechanism; during insertion, the front portion of the hinge mechanism will contact the bezels 223b of the sliders; when the head gets deeper, the front portion of the hinge mechanism will be against the bezels 223b so that two sliders 223 will move towards each other; then the return springs 224 will be compressed and deformed until the bosses 223c displace to the position of a limiting slot 15; under the action of the return springs 224, the sliders 223 will move away from each other until the bosses 223c are pushed into the limiting slot 15 to limit the head.
As shown in Fig. 7, the key 221 is provided with two bosses at the bottom thereof. When the head 2 needs to be disassembled, the key 221 is depressed and as the key 221 moves downwards, the two bosses will contact with the bezels 223a of the two sliders 223; then the key spring 222 will be compressed. As the key 221 continues to move downwards, the two sliders 223 will move towards each other under the action of the key until the bosses 223c move out of the limiting slot 15; the head 2 can then be withdrawn out of the hinge mechanism of the main body 1; finally, the key 221 and the sliders 223 can return to their original positions under the action of the key spring 222 and the return springs 224.
As shown in Fig. 8, the head is provided with a motor 229; a coupling sleeve 227 is installed on a spindle of the motor 229; a seal ring 228 is installed at the outside of the coupling sleeve 227 for preventing water vapour entering into the head; a rotary shaft 225 can be connected with the coupling sleeve 227 by latching, and a silica gel ring 226 is installed on the top of the rotary shaft 225.
As shown in Fig. 9, the rotary shaft 225 is provided with stirring blades 225a for stirring food at its bottom, and is provided with latching bosses 225b at its top; when assembling, the rotary shaft 225 is put under the coupling sleeve 227 and the axis of the rotary shaft 225 and the axis of the coupling sleeve 227 are aligned; then the latching bosses 225b will be pushed upwards along guide slots 227a until reaching the bottom; then the silica gel ring 226 is in compressed state and the rotary shaft 225 is rotated axially to limiting slots 227b. The silica gel ring 226 can prevent the latching bosses 225b dislodging from the limiting slots 227b.
In a disassembling solution of the spindle shown in Fig. 8, the silica gel can be compressed and deformed to limit the rotary shaft. This disassembling solution can be used
to replace with the solution shown in Fig. 10. In Fig. 10, the coupling sleeve 202 has a spring 205 installed therein and a sliding piece 204 is put under the spring 205; the sliding piece 204 has a silica gel pad 203 installed thereon; the installation and the limiting structure of the rotary shaft 201 is the same as 2.2.3. When the rotary shaft 201 is inserted into the bottom of the coupling sleeve 202; the rotary shaft 201 can slide upwards with its top against the sliding piece 204; once the rotary shaft 201 is latched, the sliding piece 204 will return downwardly to its original position under the action of the spring 205; and the silica gel pad 203 and the shaft sleeve 202 will be in pressurized state under the action of the spring 205, preventing water or steam entering.
In summary, the multifunctional electric cooker provided by the present embodiment has a stirring function or stir-frying function, the cooker lid comprise a stirrer head assembly (e.g., head 2) and a surface cover (e.g., upper cover 3) , wherein the stirrer head assembly (e.g., head 2) and the surface cover (e.g., upper cover 3) are separable, and the user can take down the surface cover (e.g., upper cover 3) when stir-frying; the stirrer head assembly (e.g., head 2) and the cooker body (e.g., main body 1) is coupled by a hinge and is also removable; when the user cooking rice or soup, he can take down the stirrer head assembly (e.g., head 2) and only use the surface cover (e.g., upper cover 3) to cover the cooker body.
