本发明提供一种媒体文件的处理方法及装置,可以避免网络时延以及网络瘫痪。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种处理媒体文件的方法,所述方法包括:获取历史数据,所述历史数据用于表征对媒体文件的用户喜好;根据所述历史数据,确定符合所述用户喜好的待下载媒体文件;当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
本发明提供的媒体文件的处理方法及装置,首先获取历史数据,其中,历史数据用于表征对媒体文件的用户喜好,然后根据所述历史数据,确定符合所述用户喜好的待下载媒体文件,最后当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。与目前CDN将媒体文件信息发送至用 户边缘服务器相比,本发明通过根据历史数据确定用户喜好的媒体文件,并且在终端满足预设条件时,将用户喜欢的媒体文件自动下载至用户终端,用户可以选择观看的已下载的媒体文件,而不需要用户从边缘服务器中获取喜欢的媒体文件,避免多数用户同时从边缘服务器中获取自身喜欢的媒体文件,进而可以避免在视频业务高峰期或者某些突发状况时,网络时延以及网络瘫痪的状况。

本发明实施例提供了一种处理媒体文件的方法,应用于媒体文件处理系统,如图1所示,媒体文件处理系统包括:位于终端上的视频APP、媒体服务器(包括边缘缓存服务器和核心缓存服务器)以及源服务器,其中,位于终端上的视频APP与媒体服务器进行信息交互,媒体服务器与源服务器进行信息交互。
本发明实施例提供一种处理媒体文件的方法,能够避免网络时延以及网络瘫痪,如图2所示,所述方法包括:
201、视频计算机应用程序APP获取历史数据。
其中,历史数据用于表征对媒体文件的用户喜好。
对于本发明实施例,该视频APP安装在用户终端上。在本发明实施例中,在步骤201之前,视频APP检测用户终端上的视频APP的下载模式。其中,视频APP的下载模式为自动下载或者手动下载。在本发明实施例中,若为手动下载,则用户在视频APP中手动选择用户喜欢的媒体文件;若为主动下载,则执行步骤201。
对于本发明实施例,视频APP从该视频APP的网络服务器中获取历史数据,其中,该历史数据为用户对每个媒体文件观看情况或者检测用户在 观看每个媒体文件时对应的体征信息,或者用户当前的行程情况以及工作情况。
202、视频APP根据历史数据,确定符合用户喜好的待下载媒体文件。
对于本发明实施例,视频APP可以根据当前的热点内容以及历史观看数据,确定符合用户喜好的媒体文件,也可以通过穿戴式设备捕捉用户观看媒体文件时的体征信息,并根据不同的体征信息,分析用户观看该媒体文件时的情绪,以确定符合用户喜好的媒体文件,视频APP可以获取用户终端中存储的用户当前的行程以及工作信息,并根据用户当前的行程以及工作信息,确定与用户当前行程以及工作信息相关的媒体文件作为待下载的媒体文件。

对于本发明实施例,用户终端的参数信息包括:用户终端的参数信息包括:剩余存储空间、剩余流量、流量资费、剩余电量以及网络带宽中的一项或者多项。
对于本发明实施例,当用户终端的参数信息的一种或者多种满足预设条件时,视频APP自动下载待下载的媒体文件。
本发明实施例的另一种可能的实现方式,用户终端的参数信息包括:用户终端的剩余存储空间,在如图3所示的基础上,步骤301、当用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,视频APP自动下载待下载媒体文件,具体包括如图4所示的步骤401。

对于本发明实施例,若待下载的媒体文件需要的存储空间为200MB(兆),用户终端的剩余存储空间为300MB,则视频APP自动下载该待下载的媒体文件;若待下载的媒体文件需要的存储空间为350MB,用户终端的剩余存储空间为300MB,则视频APP将不会自动下载该待下载的媒体文件。
本发明实施例的另一种可能的实现方式,用户终端的参数信息包括:用户终端的剩余流量,在如图3所示的基础上,步骤301、当用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,视频APP自动下载待下载媒体文件,具体包括如 图5所示的步骤501。
501、当下载已确定的媒体文件需要的流量小于用户终端的剩余流量时,视频APP自动下载待下载媒体文件。
例如,若已确定的媒体文件需要的流量为100MB,用户终端的剩余流量为110MB,则视频APP自动下载待下载的媒体文件;若已确定的媒体文件需要的流量为150MB,用户终端的剩余流量为110MB,则视频APP将不会自动下载待下载的媒体文件。
本发明实施例的另一种可能的实现方式,用户终端的参数信息包括:用户终端的流量资费,在如图3所示的基础上,步骤301、当用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,视频APP自动下载待下载媒体文件,具体包括如图6所示的步骤601。

对于本发明实施例,由于闲时流量资费比较便宜,因此,视频APP可以在用户在用户终端的流量资费为显示流量资费时,自动下载待下载的媒体文件。

例如,若下载已确定的媒体文件需要的电量为用户终端总电量的20%,用户终端的剩余电量为30%,则视频APP自动下载待下载的媒体文件;若下载已确定的媒体文件需要的电量为用户终端总电量的35%,终端的剩余电量为30%,则视频APP自动下载待下载的媒体文件。

(1)视频APP可以向运营商购买流量份额,该流量份额用于补充用户由于自动下载该媒体文件并且该媒体文件未被用户点击观看,失去的某时段的流量值;

例如,第一预置点击率为90%,第二预置点击率为50%,第三预置点击率为30%,当用户点击率大于或等于90%,在固定时间内,该用户的APP自动下载时,媒体文件不嵌入广告;当用户点击率大于或等于50%并且小于90%,在固定时间内,该用户的APP自动下载时,媒体文件开始时嵌入广告,广告时长小于等于10s;当用户点击率大于或等于30%并且小于50%,在固定时间内,该用户的APP自动下载时,媒体文件开始时嵌入广告,广告时长小于等于30s;当媒体文件的点击次数小于30%,下载正常媒体文件,不做特殊处理。

本发明实施例提供的用户终端,首先获取历史数据,其中,历史数据用于表征对媒体文件的用户喜好,然后根据所述历史数据,确定符合所述用户喜好的待下载媒体文件,最后当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。与目前CDN将媒体文件信息发送至用户边缘服务器相比,本发明实施例通过根据历史数据确定用户喜好的媒体文件,并且在终端满足预设条件时,将用户喜欢的媒体文件自动下载至用户终端,用户可以选择观看的已下载的媒体文件,而不需要用户从边缘服务器中获取喜欢的媒体文件,避免多数用户同时从边缘服务器中获取自身喜欢的媒体文件,进而可以避免在视频业务高峰期或者某些突发状况时,网络时延以及网络瘫痪的状况。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供了另一种用户终端,通过当流量资费满足预设条件时,能够自动下载媒体文件,从而可以避免由于下载媒体文件,造成流量超额,进而可以提升用户体验;当媒体文件需要的电量小于用户终端的剩余电量时,能够自动下载媒体文件,从而可以避免在下载的过程中,由于电量不足,终端正在下载的媒体文件;当网络带宽小于用户终端的实际带宽时,能够自动下载媒体文件,从而可以避免由于带宽较低,下载媒体文件的速度较慢的情况,进而可以提升用户体验;通过自动下载后的媒体文件对应的标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种,删除可以删除的媒体文件,以避免终端中存储过多的用户不观看的媒体文件, 占用较多的内存,从而可以提升用户体验;通过在视频APP中设置网站信息,能够使该视频APP同上述设置的网站中自动下载用户喜欢的媒体文件,从而可以避免视频终端从病毒网站中下载媒体文件,进而可以提供用户终端的安全性;视频APP通过判断自动下载至用户终端中的媒体文件是否被用户点击观看,能够确定该媒体文件的下载费用的支付形式,若自动下载至用户终端中的媒体文件,用户未点击观看,则不需要由用户支付流量费用,从而避免了用户流量费用的浪费,进而提高了用户使用视频APP的兴趣;视频APP通过每个媒体文件对应的点击次数,能够根据每个媒体文件对应的点击次数,确定每个媒体文件中广告的时长,并且通过每个用户终端分别对应的点击率,在上述每个媒体文件的基础上,确定每个用户终端中每个媒体文件对应的时长,即根据每个媒体文件的点击次数以及每个用户终端的点击率,在每个用户终端下载的媒体文件中嵌入不同时长的广告,从而可以提高用户的体验。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提供的处理媒体文件的中各单元所对应的其他相应描述,可以参考图2至图14中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的处理媒体文件的装置可以实现上述提供的方法实施例,具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明,在此不再赘述。本发明实施例提供的处理媒体文件的方法及装置可以适用于当满足自动下载条件时,视频APP自动下载用户喜欢的媒体文件,但不仅限于此。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种处理媒体文件的方法,应用于用户终端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取历史数据,所述历史数据用于表征对媒体文件的用户喜好;
    根据所述历史数据,确定符合所述用户喜好的待下载媒体文件;
    当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端满足预设条件,包括:
    所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件;
    则,所述当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的剩余存储空间;
    则,所述当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的存储空间小于所述用户终端的剩余存储空间时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的剩余流量;
    则,所述当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的流量小于所述用户终端的剩余流量时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的流量资费;
    则,所述当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当所述用户终端的流量资费为闲时流量资费时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的剩余电量;
    则,所述当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的电量小于所述用户终端的剩余电量时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的网络带宽;
    则,所述当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的网络带宽小于所述用户终端的实际网络带宽时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件之前,还包括:
    获取并存储网站信息,所述网站信息用于自动下载所述待下载媒体文件;
    则,所述当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,从所述网站信息对应的网站自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  9. 根据权利要求2至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件之前,还包括:
    根据所述用户终端的参数信息,确定所述待下载媒体文件的参数信息,所述待下载媒体文件的参数信息包括所述待下载媒体文件的时长、个数、编码参数以及质量中的至少一项;
    则,当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件,包括:
    当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述已确定参数信息的待下载媒体文件。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述自动下载后的媒体文件对应标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种,在所述当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件之后,还包括:
    根据所述自动下载后的媒体文件对应的标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种,确定可删除的媒体文件;
    删除所述可删除的媒体文件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述自动下载后的媒体文件对应的标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种,确定可删除的媒体文件之前,还包括:
    记录所述自动下载后的媒体文件对应的标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件之后,还包括:
    当所述自动下载后的媒体文件被点击观看时,发送第一信息至运营商服务器,所述第一信息用于告知所述运营商服务器所述自动下载的费用由所述用户支付。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息携带所述自动下载对应的流量信息。
  14. 根据权利要求10至13任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件之后,还包括:
    发送第二信息至视频应用服务器,所述第二信息用于所述视频应用服务器确定所述用户终端中已下载的媒体文件对应的广告时长或数量,所述第二信息携带所述已下载的媒体文件的点击信息。
  15. 一种用户终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于获取历史数据,所述历史数据用于表征对媒体文件的用户喜好;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述历史数据,确定符合所述用户喜好的待下载媒体文件;
    所述处理器,还用于当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端满足预设条件,包括:
    所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件;
    所述处理器,具体用于当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的剩余存储空间;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的存储空间小于所述用户终端的剩余存储空间时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的剩余流量;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的流量小于所述用户终端的剩余流量时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的流量资费;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当所述用户终端的流量资费为闲时流量资费 时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的剩余电量;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的电量小于所述用户终端的剩余电量时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端的参数信息,包括:
    所述用户终端的网络带宽;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当下载所述已确定的媒体文件需要的网络带宽小于所述用户终端的实际网络带宽时,自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  22. 根据权利要求15至21任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于获取网站信息,所述网站信息用于自动下载所述待下载媒体文件;
    所述用户终端还包括:存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储所述获取单元获取的网站信息;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当所述用户终端满足预设条件时,从所述网站信息对应的网站自动下载所述待下载媒体文件。
  23. 根据权利要求16至22任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述用户终端的参数信息,确定所述待下载媒体文件的参数信息,所述待下载媒体文件的参数信息包括所述待下载媒体文件的时长、个数、编码参数以及质量中的至少一项;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当所述用户终端的参数信息满足预设条件时,自动下载所述已确定参数信息的待下载媒体文件。
  24. 根据权利要求15至23任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述自动下载后的媒体文件对应的标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种,确定可删除的媒体文件;
    所述处理器,还用于删除所述可删除的媒体文件。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的用户终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于记录所述自动下载后的媒体文件对应的标记信息、点击信息以及存储时间中的至少一种。
  26. 根据权利要求15至25任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端还包括:发送器;
    所述发送器,用于当所述自动下载后的媒体文件被点击观看时,发送第一信息至运营商服务器,所述第一信息用于告知所述运营商服务器所述自动下载的费用由所述用户支付。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述第一信息携带所述自动下载对应的流量信息。
  28. 根据权利要求24至27任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,
    所述发送器,还用于发送第二信息至视频应用服务器,所述第二信息用于所述视频应用服务器确定所述用户终端中已下载的媒体文件对应的广告时长或数量,所述第二信息携带所述已下载的媒体文件的点击信息。
