Abstract
La présente invention concerne, selon divers modes de réalisation, un instrument de coupe, tel qu'une lame rotative ou un instrument de coupe de type fraise destiné à être utilisé en chirurgie endoscopique, ayant un élément externe (110), un élément interne (120) et un palier (130) entre l'élément externe et l'élément interne. Certains modes de réalisation du palier réduisent à la fois le frottement axial et le frottement latéral entre une surface extérieure de l'élément interne et une surface intérieure de l'élément externe. Certains modes de réalisation comprennent également une ou plusieurs unités d'entraînement, moyens de commande de résection et systèmes de gestion de fluide.
