Abstract

La présente invention concerne, selon divers modes de réalisation, un instrument de coupe, tel qu'une lame rotative ou un instrument de coupe de type fraise destiné à être utilisé en chirurgie endoscopique, ayant un élément externe (110), un élément interne (120) et un palier (130) entre l'élément externe et l'élément interne.
