본 발명은 일회용 컵 슬리브에 관한 것이다.

상술한 과제를 해결하기 위하여 안출된 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브는, 컵을 감쌀수 있는 구조를 가지는 하우징; 및 상기 하우징 내에 설치되어서, 사용자의 악력에 의해 향기를 발산하는 향기수단;을 포함할 수 있다.

그리고, 하우징(10)의 외면에는 향기 표시부(17)가 표시되어 있으며, 그 부분에는 향기수단(20)이 설치된다. 이 향기수단(20)은 향기 캡슐(20'; 도 5참조)일 수 있으며, 사용자의 악력에 의해(즉, 사용자가 검지와 엄지로 향기 표시부(17)를 누르는 힘), 향기가 발산하게 된다. 향기 캡슐은 중공부를 가진 피막(21)과, 피막(21)에 의해 형성되는 중공부에 채워지는 액체 향료(23)를 포함하여 구성되어서, 사용자의 악력에 의해 피막(21)이 파손되면, 액체 향료(23)가 하우징(10)에 스며들어서 향기가 발산되게 됩니다. 이와 같은 향기수단(20)은 내지(11)와 외지(13) 사이에 형성될 수 있으며, 향기 캡슐(20')인 경우, 액체가 스며나오는 것을 방지하기 위해(즉, 사용자의 손에 묻는 것을 방지하기 위하여), 내지(11)와 외지(13) 사이에 흡수부(30)가 형성될 수 있다. 또한 향기수단(20)에는 액체 향료 뿐 아니라 방충 성분을 더 포함할 수 있도록 구성하여, 예컨대, 본 발명에 따를 일회용 컵슬리브를 장롱에 넣어 두는 경우, 벌레가 끼는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 커피 전문점에서 사용하는 경우에도, 여름철에 벌레들이 커피전문점에 모여드는 것을 어느정도 방지할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵슬리브 중 향기수단(20)에 설치 구조 구조에 대해서는, 도 4에서 보다 상세하게 설명하도록 한다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브의 전개도를 통해 그 구성을 보다 상세하게 설명하도록 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브의 전개도이다. 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 일회용 컵 슬리브를 전개하게 되면, 전체적으로 사다리꼴 직각형을 띠게 되며, 중앙부에는 양측으로 벌어질 수 있게 구성되는 제 1 스트랩부(15) 및 제 2 스트랩부(15)가 형성된다. 제 1 스트랩부(15-1) 및 제 2 스트랩부(15-2)의 각 일단은 하우징(10)과 연결되어 있고, 나머지 부분은 일분 절개된 형태로 이루어져서, 사용자가 양측으로, 즉 A 방향 및 B 방향으로 벌리게 되면 일부 절개된 부분이 하우징(10)과 분리되게 되고, 제 1 스트랩부(15-1) 및 제 2스트랩부(15-2)는 각각에 형성된 절개선(15-3)에 의해 연결되어서 고리를 형성하게 된다.
한편, 스트랩부(15)의 위에는 향기 표시부(17)가 표시되어 있고 그 내부에는 향기수단(20)이 형성된다. 이에 따라, 사용자는 향기 표시부(17)를 누름으로써, 향기수단(20)이 향기를 발산한도록 한다. 이 때, 향기수단(20)은 다양한 종류의 향료가 이용될 수 있으며, 특히, 커피 전문점의 경우, 향기수단(20)이 커피향료일 수 있다. 이와 같이 커피 전문점에서 많이 사용되는 일회용 컵 슬리브에 커피 향료를 이용하게 되면, 커피 전문점에서 커피향이 강해지기 때문에 커피 전문점 이용자들이 커피향을 더욱더 잘 즐길 수 있게 된다.
이하에서는 향기수단(20) 부분의 단면도를 통해, 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브의 향기수단(20)의 설치 구조에 대하여 도 4를 참조하여 설명하도록 한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브의 단면도이다. 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 일회용 컵 슬리브의 외면은 외지(13)로 이루어지고 내면은 내지(11)로 이루어진다. 그리고 내지(11)와 외지(13) 사이에는 향기 캡슐(20')이 저장된다. 향기 캡슐(20')에 대응되는 외주 부분에는 향기 표시부(17)가 표시되며, 향료의 주변에은 흡수부(30)가 형성된다. 이 흡수부(30)는 솜과 같이 흡수 재질로 이루어지며, 흡수성을 높이기 위하여 다공성 재질로 이루어질수도 있다.
향기 캡슐이 사용자의 악력에 의해 파손되면, 액체 향료(23)는 상기 흡수부(30)에 의해 흡수되게 된다. 흡수부(30)가 없는 경우, 내지(11) 및 외지(13)에 흡수되게 된다. 이에 따라 일회용 컵 슬리브는 방향제로서 기능을 하게 된다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브가 방향제로 사용되는 경우의 사용 상태도이다. 도 3에서 설명한 바와 같이, 일회용 컵슬리브를 방향 수단으로 사용하는 경우, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 제 1 스트랩부(15-1) 및 제 2 스트랩부(15-2)를 이용하여 고리를 형성한다. 이 상태에서, 사용자는 향기 표시부(17)를 누르게 되면, 향기 캡슐(20')이 파손되면서 향기가 발산하게 된다. 그 상태에서, 이 고리를 옷장에 걸거나, 옷걸이에 걸거나, 방에 걸게 되면 방향제로 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예인 일회용 컵 슬리브에 사용되는 향기 캡슐의 단면도이다. 사용자의 악력에 의해 파손될 수 있는 향기 캡슐(20')은, 중공부를 형성하는 소프트 피막(21)과, 그 중공부에 채워지는 액체 향료(23)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
소프트 피막(21)은 악력에 의해 파손될 수 있도록 10~20N의 경도를 가지게 구성되며, 전분이나, 카라기난, 젤라틴, 또는 카라기난 및 젤라틴등으로 구성될 수 있다.
액체 향료(23)는 그 목적에 따라 다양한 종류의 향료가 이용될 수 있다. 커피 전문점의 경우, 커피 향료를 사용하여 전문점 내부에 전체적인 향을 더욱 강하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 커피 전문점에서 파는 음료에 따라 다양한 종류의 일회용 컵 슬리브를 생산하여 배열 할 수도 있다. 이 액체 향료에는 방향 성분뿐 아니라 방충 성분을 포함할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 본 발명에 따른 일회용 컵 슬리브를 다양한 용도로 사용할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 컵슬리브를 사용한 후 고객의 필요에 따라 향기를 발산하는 방향제로 전환할 수 있으므로, 컵슬리브를 재활용 불가능한 쓰레기 통에 넣는 일이 없도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 향기나는 컵슬리브를 필요에 따라 방향기능이 개시되기 때문에, 오랜기간동안 보관이 가능하게 된다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 향기나는 컵슬리브의 이동 중에는 방향제로서 기능하지 않기 때문에, 방향 기능을 오래동안 유지할 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같이 설명된 일회용 컵 슬리브는, 상기 설명된 실시예들의 구성과 방법에 한정되게 적용될 수 있는 것이 아니라, 상기 실시예들은 다양한 변형이 이루어질 수 있도록 각 실시예들의 전부 또는 일부가 선택적으로 조합되어 구성될 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 컵을 감쌀수 있는 구조를 가지는 하우징; 및
    상기 하우징 내에 설치되어서, 사용자의 악력에 의해 향기를 발산하는 향기수단;을 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징은 종이 재질로 이루어지는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징은,
    엠보싱 처리된 내지; 및
    일반지로 이루어지는 외지를 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 향기 수단은 상기 내지와 상기 외지 사이에 배치되는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 향기 수단의 위치를 알 수 있도록, 상기 하우징의 외면에 향기 표시부가 형성되는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 외지의 중앙 둘레부에 스트랩부가 형성되는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 스트랩부는, 반절개 상태로 형성되며, 사용자의 필요에 따라 양쪽으로 전개되어서 고리를 형성할 수 있도록 구성되는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 스트랩부의 양단에는 서로 끼워질 수 있는 절개선이 각각 형성되는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 향기 수단은,
    사용자의 악력에 의해 깨질 수 있는 향기 캡슐을 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 향기 캡슐 주변에는 설치되어 상기 향기 캡슐내에 있는 액체향료를 흡수하기 위한 흡수부를 더 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 향기 캡슐은, 방향성분과 방충 성분을 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 일회용 컵슬리브가, 커피 전문점에서 이용되는 경우, 상기 향기 캡슐은 커피향 성분을 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  13. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 향기 캡슐은,
    중공부를 형성하는 소프트 피막; 및
    상기 중공부에 채워지는 액상 향료를 포함하는, 일회용 컵 슬리브.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 소프트 피막은, 사용자의 손가락 힘에 의하여 파손되는, 일회용 컵슬리브.
