本发明涉及智能电视技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能电视及其图标控制方法。
背景技术
现有的智能电视一般搭载了操作系统是全开放式平台,用户可以根据需要安装或者卸载应用,而且安装的应用的图标一般都直接显示桌面上,用户需要开启应用时,可以直接基于显示的图标触发开启指令,但是,有时出于保护隐私的需要,用户不希望一些应用程序被未经许可的一些人开启,现有技术中,一般采用设置应用开启密码的方式来实现,需要用户为一些需要保护的应用程序设置开启密码,当用户基于该应用程序的图标触发开启指令时,需要先输入密码进行验证,只有通过密码校验后,才能正常运行该应用程序,这种方式无法实现应用程序图标的隐藏,其他人仍然能够看到该应用图标,只要获知密码就能够开启该应用,对于隐私的保护安全性低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种智能电视及其图标控制方法,其主要目的在于解决智能电视无法实现应用程序图标隐藏的问题,提高隐私保护的安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种智能电视的图标控制方法,该智能电视的图标控制方法包括:
所述智能电视在接收到所述控制终端发送的距离数据时,根据所述距离数据判断所述控制终端与用户之间的距离是否小于预设距离,其中,所述控制终端实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送至所述智能电视;
当所述控制终端与用户之间的距离小于预设距离时,智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,其中,所述控制终端获取预设传感器检测到的状态数据,并将所述状态数据发送至所述智能电视;
当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态;
当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的应用图标恢复至显示状态。

本发明提出的智能电视及其图标控制方法,控制终端获取自身设置的传感器检测到的状态数据,并将状态数据发送至智能电视,智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,如果智能的电视接收到的状态数据与用户预先设置的图标隐藏条件匹配,则控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态,因此,对于用户来说,在需要隐藏应用图标时,只需要操作控制终端,使其预设传感器检测到的状态数据与用户预设的图标隐藏条件匹配,即可实现图标的隐藏,对于其他人来说,不知道该智能电视安装有上述应用,解决了智能电视无法实现应用程序图标隐藏的问题,提高了隐私保护的安全性。

本发明提供一种智能电视的图标控制方法。参照图1所示,为本发明智能电视的图标控制方法第一实施例的流程图。
在本实施例中,该智能电视的图标控制方法包括:
步骤S10,智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,其中,所述控制终端获取预设传感器检测到的状态数据,并将所述状态数据发送至所述智能电视。
本实施例中,所述控制终端可以是手机、平板电脑等移动终端,也可以是智能电视的遥控装置,其中,控制终端上设置有距离传感器、方向传感器或者压力传感器等,预设传感器可以是上述传感器中的任意一种。
控制终端可以通过近场通信的方式与智能电视建立无线连接,例如蓝牙、红外以及wifi等方式。
作为一种实施方式,预设传感器为方向传感器,控制终端为手机,方向传感器可以检测手机处于正竖、倒竖、左横、右横、仰、俯等状态以及向不同方向的倾斜角度,方向传感器一般具有X、Y、Z三个参数,以下为方向传感器的X、Y、Z三个参数代表的含义,参照图2所示,为控制终端中方向传感器的坐标系统示意图。
需要说明的是,为了便于解释,图中的坐标轴用x、y、z表示,但是x、y、z和方向传感器中的X、Y、Z没有任何联系。其中,图2中的矩形边框部分表示一个手机,其中,AB、BC、CD、DA分别表示手机的四个边框, BC边框,为手机头部的上边框。
关于方向传感器中的参数X:如图2所示,规定X正半轴为北,手机头部指向OF方向,此时X的值为0,如果手机头部指向OG方向,此时X值为90,指向OH方向,X值为180,指向OE,X值为270,这就是方向传感器中Y的。
关于方向传感器中的参数Y:如果将手机沿着BC轴慢慢向上抬起,即手机头部不动,尾部慢慢向上旋转,直到AD旋转到BC右边并落在XOY平面上,Y的值将在0~180之间变动,如果手机沿着AD轴慢慢向上抬起,即手机尾部不动,直到BC旋转到AD左边并且落在XOY平面上,Y的值将在0~-180之间变动,这就是方向传感器中Y的含义。
关于方向传感器中的参数Z:如果将手机沿着AB轴慢慢向上抬起,即手机左边框不动,右边框慢慢向上旋转,直到CD旋转到AB右边并落在XOY平面上,Z的值将在0~180之间变动,如果手机沿着CD轴慢慢向上抬起,即手机右边框不动,直到AB旋转到CD左边并且落在XOY平面上,Z的值将在0~-180之间变动,这就是方向传感器中发Z的含义。
用户可以预先设置图标隐藏条件,例如,当方向传感器的Y值位于30-90的区间,或者方向传感器的Z值位于90-150的区间等,用户可以根据需要为X、Y、Z值选择不同的区间作为图标隐藏条件,所述状态数据则为方向传感器检测到的X、Y、Z值,用户在进行图标的隐藏时,只需要握持手机进行旋转操作,手机将方向传感器检测到的X、Y、Z值发送到智能电视,智能电视实时接收手机发送的上述数据。
作为另一种实施方式,预设传感器为压力传感器,则状态数据为压力传感器检测到的压力信息,如按压时长、压力值等数据,用户预先设置按压时长和/或压力值的阈值作为图标隐藏条件,例如以预设的压力值持续按压预设时长。用户在进行图标的隐藏时,只要基于手机上设置有压力传感器的区域进行触摸操作,手机获取压力传感器检测到的压力信息,并将其发送至智能电视。
在其他实施例中,也可以使用其他类型的传感器,例如距离传感器等,或者同时结合两个传感器使用,用户可以根据使用的传感器类型预先设置图标隐藏条件。
步骤S20,当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
当智能电视接收到的状态数据,例如,方向传感器检测到的X、Y、Z值,或者压力传感器检测到的压力信息值,与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
例如,预设传感器为方向传感器,图标隐藏条件为方向传感器的Y值位于30-90的区间,则用户可以握持手机并旋转,使方向传感器的Y值位于上述区间内,即与图标隐藏条件匹配。用户可以根据自己的使用习惯设置图标隐藏条件。
关于智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态可以有多种实施方式,在一实施例中,参照图3所示,该步骤包括以下细化步骤:
步骤S21,智能电视显示应用图标显示界面;
步骤S22,当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
智能电视进入图标显示界面,例如桌面,接收用户的图标选择指令,用户可以选择上、下、左、右移动焦点,选择需要隐藏的图标,当焦点停留在某一图标上,用户通过控制终端发送了图标选择指令,则隐藏当前焦点对应的图标。其中,所述图标显示界面为一些需要显示应用图标的显示界面。
在其他实施例中,用户可以提前建立需要隐藏的图标列表,存储为应用图标隐藏列表,当有新的应用图标需要隐藏时,只需要将对应的图标加入上述列表即可,当智能电视接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,获取存储的应用图标隐藏列表,并控制列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
其中,关于隐藏图标的方式,可以是在需要隐藏的图标上建立一个新的图层,该图层设置为完全不透明,遮挡住图标,也可以进一步地,将图层的颜色设置为与该图标所在位置的桌面的颜色;或者,直接将需要隐藏的图标从图标显示界面上删除。
进一步地,在其他实施例中,对于具有语音控制功能的智能电视,用户可以通过发出语音指令选择需要隐藏的应用图标,例如,在智能电视显示了图标显示界面后,用户只需说出需要隐藏的应用图标的名称,智能电视对接收到的语音指令进行识别,并生成图标选择指令,隐藏对应的图标。
进一步地,为了防止用户使用控制终端时,在不需要进行图标的隐藏时,由于移动控制终端而发生误操作,可以设置一种图标调整模式,只有处于该模式下,才对控制终端发送的状态数据进行处理,例如,可以在控制终端上设置触发图标调整模式的控件,对于遥控装置来说,该控件可以是一个按键,对于手机来说,该控件可以是一个虚拟按键。
在一实施方式中,可以通过控制终端上的距离传感器来实现,控制终端实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送至智能电视,智能电视在接收到控制终端发送的距离数据时,根据所述距离数据判断所述控制终端与用户之间的距离是否小于预设距离,当所述控制终端与用户之间的距离小于预设距离时,执行实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据的步骤。
例如,控制终端为设置有距离传感器的手机,该手机上的距离传感器能够检测屏幕距离人体的距离,用户想要进行图标的隐藏或者显示时,只需手持手机靠近耳边或者脸部等,手机实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送到智能电视,智能电视判断该距离参数是否小于预设距离,若小于,则认为开启图标调整模式,实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据。
本实施例提出的智能电视的图标控制方法,控制终端获取自身设置的传感器检测到的状态数据,并将状态数据发送至智能电视,智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,如果智能的电视接收到的状态数据与用户预先设置的图标隐藏条件匹配,则控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态,因此,对于用户来说,在需要隐藏应用图标时,只需要操作控制终端,使其预设传感器检测到的状态数据与用户预设的图标隐藏条件匹配,即可实现图标的隐藏,对于其他人来说,不知道该智能电视安装有上述应用,解决了智能电视无法实现应用程序图标隐藏的问题,提高了隐私保护的安全性。
基于第一实施例提出本发明智能电视的图标控制方法的第二实施例。在本实施例中,在步骤S10之后,该智能电视的图标控制方法还包括:
当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的应用图标恢复至显示状态。
该实施例提供了一种将处于隐藏状态的图标恢复至显示状态的方法,用户预先设置图标显示条件,基于第一实施例,在上述步骤S10之后,若状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配,则将处于隐藏状态的图标恢复至显示状态。例如预设传感器为方向传感器,图标显示条件为方向传感器的Y值位于-30~-90的区间,那么,结合第一实施例,若图标隐藏条件为方向传感器的Y值位于30-90的区间,那么用户旋转手机,若方向传感器的Y值位于-30~-90的区间,则进行应用图标的显示,若方向传感器的Y值位于30-90的区间,则进行应用图标的隐藏。
本实施例提出的智能电视的图标控制方法,能够根据用户对于控制终端的操作,快速将隐藏的图标显示出来,方便用户开启需要的应用。
本发明还提出一种智能电视。

在该实施例中,该智能电视包括:
接收模块10,用于实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,其中,所述控制终端在获取到预设传感器检测到的状态数据时,将所述状态数据发送至所述智能电视。

在其他实施例中,控制模块20还可以包括以下单元:
列表获取单元,用于当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,获取所述智能电视中存储的应用图标隐藏列表;
第二隐藏单元,用于控制所述应用图标隐藏列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
用户可以提前建立需要隐藏的图标列表,存储为应用图标隐藏列表,当有新的应用图标需要隐藏时,只需要将对应的图标加入上述列表即可,当智能电视接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,列表获取单元获取存储的应用图标隐藏列表,第二隐藏单元控制列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
其中,关于隐藏图标的方式,控制模块20可以在需要隐藏的图标上建立一个新的图层,该图层设置为完全不透明,遮挡住图标,也可以进一步地,将图层的颜色设置为与该图标所在位置的桌面的颜色;或者,控制模块20直接将需要隐藏的图标从图标显示界面上删除。
进一步地,在其他实施例中,对于具有语音控制功能的智能电视,用户可以通过发出语音指令选择需要隐藏的应用图标,例如,在智能电视显示了图标显示界面后,用户只需说出需要隐藏的应用图标的名称,智能电视对接收到的语音指令进行识别,并生成图标选择指令,隐藏对应的图标。
进一步地,为了防止用户使用控制终端时,在不需要进行图标的隐藏时,由于移动控制终端而发生误操作,可以设置一种图标调整模式,只有处于该模式下,才对控制终端发送的状态数据进行处理,例如,可以在控制终端上设置触发图标调整模式的控件,对于遥控装置来说,该控件可以是一个按键,对于手机来说,该控件可以是一个虚拟按键。
在一实施方式中,可以通过控制终端上的距离传感器来实现,智能电视还包括以下模块:
判断模块,在接收到所述控制终端发送的距离数据时,根据所述距离数据判断所述控制终端与用户之间的距离是否小于预设距离,其中,所述控制终端实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送至所述智能电视;
接收模块10,还用于当所述控制终端与用户之间的距离小于预设距离时,实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据。
例如,控制终端为设置有距离传感器的手机,该手机上的距离传感器能够检测屏幕距离人体的距离,用户想要进行图标的隐藏或者显示时,只需手持手机靠近耳边或者脸部等,手机实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送到智能电视,智能电视判断该距离参数是否小于预设距离,若小于,则认为开启图标调整模式,接收模块10实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据。
本实施例提出的智能电视,控制终端获取自身设置的传感器检测到的状态数据,并将状态数据发送至智能电视,智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,如果智能的电视接收到的状态数据与用户预先设置的图标隐藏条件匹配,则控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态,因此,对于用户来说,在需要隐藏应用图标时,只需要操作控制终端,使其预设传感器检测到的状态数据与用户预设的图标隐藏条件匹配,即可实现图标的隐藏,对于其他人来说,不知道该智能电视安装有上述应用,解决了智能电视无法实现应用程序图标隐藏的问题,提高了隐私保护的安全性。
基于第一实施例提出智能电视的第二实施例。在本实施例中,控制模块20,还用于当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配时,控制在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的应用图标恢复至显示状态。
该实施例提供了一种将处于隐藏状态的图标恢复至显示状态的智能电视,用户预先设置图标显示条件,基于第一实施例,若状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配,则控制模块20将处于隐藏状态的图标恢复至显示状态。例如预设传感器为方向传感器,图标显示条件为方向传感器的Y值位于-30~-90的区间,那么,结合第一实施例,若图标隐藏条件为方向传感器的Y值位于30-90的区间,那么用户旋转手机,若方向传感器的Y值位于-30~-90的区间,则进行应用图标的显示,若方向传感器的Y值位于30-90的区间,则进行应用图标的隐藏。
本实施例提出的智能电视,能够根据用户对于控制终端的操作,快速将隐藏的图标显示出来,方便用户开启需要的应用。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视的图标控制方法包括:
    所述智能电视在接收到所述控制终端发送的距离数据时,根据所述距离数据判断所述控制终端与用户之间的距离是否小于预设距离,其中,所述控制终端实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送至所述智能电视;
    当所述控制终端与用户之间的距离小于预设距离时,智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,其中,所述控制终端获取预设传感器检测到的状态数据,并将所述状态数据发送至所述智能电视;
    当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态;
    当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的应用图标恢复至显示状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的步骤包括:
    智能电视显示应用图标显示界面;
    当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  3. 一种智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视的图标控制方法包括:
    智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,其中,所述控制终端获取预设传感器检测到的状态数据,并将所述状态数据发送至所述智能电视;
    当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据的步骤之后,所述智能电视的图标控制方法还包括步骤:
    当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的应用图标恢复至显示状态。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据的步骤之前,所述智能电视的图标控制方法还包括步骤:
    所述智能电视在接收到所述控制终端发送的距离数据时,根据所述距离数据判断所述控制终端与用户之间的距离是否小于预设距离,其中,所述控制终端实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送至所述智能电视;
    当所述控制终端与用户之间的距离小于预设距离时,执行实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的步骤包括:
    智能电视显示应用图标显示界面;
    当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的步骤包括:
    当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,获取所述智能电视中存储的应用图标隐藏列表;
    控制所述应用图标隐藏列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的步骤包括:
    智能电视显示应用图标显示界面;
    当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的步骤包括:
    智能电视显示应用图标显示界面;
    当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的智能电视的图标控制方法,其特征在于,所述当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,所述智能电视控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的步骤包括:
    当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,获取所述智能电视中存储的应用图标隐藏列表;
    控制所述应用图标隐藏列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
  11. 一种智能电视,其特征在于,所述智能电视包括:
    接收模块,用于实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据,其中,所述控制终端在获取到预设传感器检测到的状态数据时,将所述状态数据发送至所述智能电视;
    控制模块,用于当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,控制用户选择的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述控制模块,还用于当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标显示条件匹配时,控制在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态的应用图标恢复至显示状态。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括:
    判断模块,在接收到所述控制终端发送的距离数据时,根据所述距离数据判断所述控制终端与用户之间的距离是否小于预设距离,其中,所述控制终端实时将距离传感器检测到的距离参数发送至所述智能电视;
    所述接收模块,还用于当所述控制终端与用户之间的距离小于预设距离时,实时接收控制终端发送的状态数据。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括:
    界面显示单元,用于显示应用图标显示界面;
    第一隐藏单元,用于当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述控制模块还包括:
    列表获取单元,用于当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,获取所述智能电视中存储的应用图标隐藏列表;
    第二隐藏单元,用于控制所述应用图标隐藏列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括:
    界面显示单元,用于显示应用图标显示界面;
    第一隐藏单元,用于当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括:
    界面显示单元,用于显示应用图标显示界面;
    第一隐藏单元,用于当在应用图标显示界面下,在接收到用户基于焦点触发的图标选择指令时,隐藏所述焦点当前对应的图标。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述控制模块还包括:
    列表获取单元,用于当接收到的所述状态数据与预设的图标隐藏条件匹配时,获取所述智能电视中存储的应用图标隐藏列表;
    第二隐藏单元,用于控制所述应用图标隐藏列表中的应用图标在图标显示界面上处于隐藏状态。
