一种显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示领域,特别是涉及一种显示装置。
【背景技术】
为了满足人们的需求,现有的液晶显示装置正朝着大尺寸、超薄化的方向发展。
现有的显示装置通常包括显示面板、外观前壳、外观后壳以及底座组成。外观前壳以及外观后壳将显示面板进行封装固定,底座锁附在外观后壳上进行支撑。
由于外观前框以及外观后框均具有一定的厚度,影响显示装置的轻薄化;同时,对于大尺寸的显示装置的底座通常由复杂的金属、塑料件构成,安装或拆除比较繁琐。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种显示装置,其支撑结构结构简单,便于安装,能够有效固定显示装置以及有效降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括显示面板,其中,所述显示面板垂直于水平方向的两侧设有凸起结构,所述显示装置还包括两个用于支撑和固定所述显示面板的支撑结构;其中,所述显示面板为单面显示面板、透明显示面板或双面显示面板;所述凸起结构的长度根据所述显示面板的中心高度设置;所述支撑结构包括底座以及设置于所述底座之上的导轨;所述导轨与所述凸起结构适配,用于包覆沿所述导轨插入的所述凸起结构,以将所述显示面板锁附在所述支撑结构中。
其中,所述底座以及所述导轨一体成型。
其中,所述导轨以及所述凸起结构的剖面为规则的多边形。
其中,所述导轨以及所述凸起结构的剖面为长方形。

上述方案,在显示面板垂直于水平方向的两侧设置凸起结构,通过设置于支撑结构上的导轨结构包覆沿导轨插入的凸起结构,将显示面板锁附在支撑结构中,从而支撑并固定显示面板。
由于支撑结构设置于显示面板的左右两侧,通过导轨以及凸起结构将显示面板锁附在支撑结构中,因此能够从一定程度上减小显示装置的厚度。支撑结构结构简单且便于安装,能够节省安装时间,有效降低人力成本。由于支撑结构设置于显示面板的左右两侧,能够有效固定透明显示面板以及双面显示面板。

【具体实施方式】
以下描述中,为了说明而不是为了限定,提出了诸如特定系统结构、接口、技术之类的具体细节,以便透彻理解本发明。
请参阅图1至图3,图1是本发明显示装置一实施例的结构示意图;图2是图1中凸起结构一实施例的结构示意图;图3是图1中支撑结构一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例中的显示装置包括显示面板11以及两个用于支撑和固定显示面板的支撑结构12。
其中,显示面板11垂直于水平方向的两侧设有凸起结构111。支撑结构12包括底座121以及设置于底座之上的导轨122。
导轨122与凸起结构111相适配,用于包覆沿导轨122插入的凸起结构111,以将显示面板11锁附在支撑结构12中。
进一步地,底座121以及设置于底座之上的导轨122是一体成型的。
在组装时,将显示面板11的左右侧凸起结构111沿导轨122插入,左右导轨122配合使用,以使导轨122对显示面板11的凸起结构111进行包覆,通过导轨122将显示面板11锁附在支撑结构12中。
进一步地,显示面板11的底部还设有导向结构112,其中,导向结构112设置于邻近凸起结构111的位置。
导向结构112可以设置于显示面板11底部邻近凸起结构111的边缘。导向结构112使得显示面板11垂直于水平方向的两侧与底部边缘形成预设角度。预设角度可以根据实际需要进行设置,此处不作限制。
导向结构112用于在组装显示装置时,便于将两个凸起结构111插入导轨122。
进一步地,凸起结构111的长度根据显示面板11的中心高度设置。凸起结构111的位置可根据实际需要进行调整。
比如,凸起结构111的长度可以设置为显示面板11的中心高度的一半,但并不限于此,具体根据实际需要进行设置,只要能保证支撑结构能够稳稳支撑并固定显示面板11即可。
进一步地,导轨122以及凸起结构111的形状为能够适配的规则的多边形。
进一步地,导轨122以及凸起结构111的形状为能够适配的半圆形。
进一步地,导轨122以及凸起结构111的形状为能够适配的圆形。
请一并参阅图4,图4是本发明凸起结构一实施例的简易剖面结构示意图。
如图4a所示,凸起结构111的剖面为长方形。相应的,导轨122也为能够与其适配的长方形,以使凸起结构111能够插入导轨122。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,凸起结构111的剖面还可以为正方形,或正六边形等,此处不作限制。
如图4b所示,凸起结构111的剖面为倒置梯形。相应的,导轨122也为能够与其适配的梯形,以使凸起结构111能够插入导轨122。
如图4c所示,凸起结构111的剖面为半圆形。相应的,导轨122也为能够与其适配的半圆形,以使凸起结构111能够插入导轨122。
如图4c所示,凸起结构111的剖面为圆形。相应的,导轨122也为能够与其适配的圆形,以使凸起结构111能够插入导轨122。
在本发明的实施例中,显示装置的显示面板11可以是单面显示面板,也可以是透明显示面板,还可以是双面显示面板。
上述方案,在显示面板垂直于水平方向的两侧设置凸起结构,通过设置于支撑结构上的导轨结构包覆沿导轨插入的凸起结构,将显示面板锁附在支撑结构中,从而支撑并固定显示面板。
由于支撑结构设置于显示面板的左右两侧,通过导轨以及凸起结构将显示面板锁附在支撑结构中,因此能够从一定程度上减小显示装置的厚度。支撑结构结构简单且便于安装,能够节省安装时间,有效降低人力成本。由于支撑结构设置于显示面板的左右两侧,能够有效固定透明显示面板以及双面显示面板。

  1. 一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括显示面板,其中,所述显示面板垂直于水平方向的两侧设有凸起结构,所述显示装置还包括两个用于支撑和固定所述显示面板的支撑结构;其中,所述显示面板为单面显示面板、透明显示面板或双面显示面板;所述凸起结构的长度根据所述显示面板的中心高度设置;所述支撑结构包括底座以及设置于所述底座之上的导轨;所述导轨与所述凸起结构适配,用于包覆沿所述导轨插入的所述凸起结构,以将所述显示面板锁附在所述支撑结构中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述底座以及所述导轨一体成型。
