Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de surveillance instantanée d'exercices physiques réalisés sur des appareils de gymnastique et/ou de musculation en général, pour la lecture, l'analyse et le suivi de l'évolution physique de l'utilisateur, et notamment un système de surveillance (1) pour le suivi de la performance et de l'évolution des utilisateurs (E) amateurs ou athlètes, au moyen d'exercices physiques réalisés sur des appareils de gymnastique (AP) et/ou de musculation en général. Ledit système de surveillance (1) comprend l'analyse de l'utilisateur (E) et la mise à disposition d'un entraînement physique spécifique (T1) sur des appareils (AP) appropriés, ainsi que l'analyse de l'évolution de l'utilisateur (E), dont les données (D) obtenues sont stockées dans un programme graphique (PG) spécifique.
