本发明的第一实施例中公开了一种云会议系统的应用方法,应用于一支付服务平台。

其中,该获取用户的云会议操作指令的步骤,具体可以包括:展示一云会议应用界面;获取所述用户在所述云会议应用界面中输入的云会议操作指令。
具体地,在获取云会议操作指令时,支付服务平台为用户提供一个供交互的云会议应用界面,便于用户将创建会议相关的例如会议参与方、会议类型、会议时长等信息进行输入。

在一实施例中,该获取用户的云会议操作指令的步骤包括:获取用户根据会议邀请信息输入的用于加入云会议的加入会议指令。
具体地,该用户为云会议的参与方之一,此加入云会议的操作指令为该用户收到会议邀请信息之后所产生,该用户可以为云会议的召集者,或是除召集方之外的其他会议参与方。
该操作指令的输入与生成可以是在支付服务平台中云会议系统应用界面内进行,也可以是在其他地方触发的生成输入,譬如为邮件或者是短信等会议邀请信息中所包含的超链接等形式内容进行触发,进而进入到支付服务平台,实现对加入云会议的操作指令在支付服务平台中的输入操作。

该过程中,云会议的参会成员只要点击收到短信或邮件中的超链接即可成功加入对应的音视频会议,提高云会议系统应用的便捷度。

当该云会议的会议类型为音频会议时,调用终端的音频资源,当该云会议的会议类型为视频会议时,则同时调用该终端的音频资源和视频资源,这里,需要用到终端的什么资源由进行的云会议的会议类型、会议内容等进行决定。

该过程中,向多媒体会议平台发送会议创建请求,该会议创建请求中可以包括有:会议参与方、会议类型、会议时长等信息;在多媒体会议平台收到该请求后,携带会议创建请求中的会议参与方中的参会方数、会议类型、会议时长等参数与媒体资源服务器协商,获取会议资源,并成功创建召集者所请求的音视频会议。
当多媒体会议平台成功处理召集者创建音视频会议的请求后,则支付服务平台调用召集者所在智能终端的音视频资源,将召集者成功加入会议。具体地,在云会议创建成功时,该用户加入云会议的过程,可以是直接跳转至云会议的会议室界面中,也或者是同样根据例如超链接形式的会议邀请信息输入加入云会议的加入会议指令,进而得到支付服务平台的加入响应信息,加入云会议。
对应地,多媒体会议平台接收到支付服务平台的会议创建请求之后,进行会议创建,在云会议创建成功时,发送会议创建成功的会议创建响应信息至支付服务平台,同时发送会议邀请信息至会议创建请求中所要求的各会议参与方,以使得各会议参与方能够根据会议邀请信息加入云会议,在多媒体会议平台没有成功创建云会议时,发送会议创建不成功的会议创建响应信息至支付服务平台,以对用户做出提示。
该方法中,通过将多媒体云会议系统的操作交互接口部署在支付服务平台中,将多媒体会议系统部署在远端的云服务器上,通过租用远低于传统物理服务器的云服务器,不仅节省了云会议系统的部署和日后运维成本,而且云服务器的自由伸缩性,支持日后业务的平滑扩展,支持会议终端的多地自由接入。

在云会议结束后,获取会议计费平台按预设的计费方式生成的计费结果,支付服务平台中,具体是支付服务平台中的云会议应用界面上会弹出按使用分钟数、按次、包月等多种付费方案供召集者选择,召集者根据自己的使用情况,选择最优的付费方案,让用户根据自己的实际使用情况进行自由搭配,使用户易于接受。

本方法以大众熟知、信任的支付服务平台作为云会议应用的入口及默认支付工具,继承了支付服务平台支付的所有优势,比如支付安全性、便利性等,从安全性、易用性等方面易于推广。
该实施例中的优选实施方式,实现了通过支付服务平台中内嵌的云会议应用来实现云会议的个人应用过程,该过程中,根据用户的需求,调用例如手机、pad、电脑等装有支付服务平台的智能设备上的音视频资源,借助支付服务平台强大的加密系统、云会议的虚拟会议室系统,随时随地完成音视频会议的高效、安全进行。其中,该支付服务平台优选为支付宝平台或微信支付平台。

  8. 一种支付服务平台系统,所述支付服务平台系统包括:
    指令获取模块,配置为获取用户的云会议操作指令;
    指令处理模块,配置为根据所述云会议操作指令,向多媒体会议平台发出与所述云会议操作指令相对应的操作请求,并在获取到所述多媒体会议平台发出的允许所述操作请求的应答信息时,执行与所述云会议操作指令相对应的云会议动作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支付服务平台系统,其中,
    所述指令获取模块,还配置为:
    获取用户根据会议邀请信息输入的用于加入云会议的加入会议指令;
    对应地,所述指令处理模块,还配置为:
    根据所述加入会议指令,调用所述用户所持终端的音频和/或视频资源,向多媒体会议平台发出会议加入请求;
    当接收到所述多媒体会议平台发出的允许加入的应答信息时,加入所述云会议。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的支付服务平台系统,其中,
    所述指令获取模块,还配置为:
    获取所述用户根据包含有会议室号码、入会密码的会议邀请超链接触发的加入云会议的加入会议指令。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的支付服务平台系统,其中,
    所述指令获取模块,还配置为:
    获取用户输入的用于创建云会议的创建会议指令;
    对应地,所述指令处理模块,还配置为:
    根据所述创建会议指令,向多媒体会议平台发出会议创建请求;
    接收所述多媒体会议平台发出的会议创建应答信息,在所述云会议创建成功时,调用所述用户所持终端的音频和/或视频资源,加入所述云会议。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的支付服务平台系统,其中,
    所述指令获取模块,还配置为:
    获取用户输入的用于结束云会议的结束会议指令;
    对应地,所述指令处理模块,还配置为:
    根据所述结束会议指令,向多媒体会议平台发出会议结束请求;
    接收所述多媒体会议平台发出的会议结束应答信息,在所述云会议结束成功时,获取会议计费平台按预设的计费方式生成的计费结果,反馈所述计费结果至所述用户。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的支付服务平台系统,其中,所述支付服务平台系统还包括:
    支付界面触发模块,配置为获取所述用户输入的对所述计费结果中第一计费结果的付费请求信息,根据所述付费请求信息,当判断所述付费请求信息中所选取的付费渠道为所述支付服务平台的支付渠道时,触发所述支付服务平台的支付界面。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的支付服务平台系统,其中,所述指令获取模块,包括:
    界面展示单元,配置为展示一云会议应用界面;
    指令获取单元,配置为获取所述用户在所述云会议应用界面中输入的云会议操作指令。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的云会 议系统的应用方法。
