Description

具有音效的灯具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯具,尤其涉及一种具有音效的灯具。
背景技术
目前嵌入式灯具被广泛地应用于家庭生活中,嵌入式灯具得以被直接嵌入式地安装于天花板内,以用于照明作用,嵌入式灯具的安装方式得以减少室内的空间以及增强美观度,尤其有利于低高度的房间的装修。同时嵌入式灯具具有光效高、耗电少、维修简单等特征。另一方面,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对音乐的欣赏能力也在不断提高,所以人们会在自己活动区域内安装音响,增强音效效果。人们可以利用音响进行音效的提高,在企业办公中,有时在举行会议时,需要有音响的辅助,以用于提高声音效果。在举办家庭聚会、娱乐过程中,音响的作用十分显著。
但是市面上的灯具与音响都是分开的,所以人们必须逐一购买,然后分别对灯具以及音响安装。分开安装的方式具有很大的局限性,增加安装难度的同时,对安装空间也具有严格的限制。一旦在安装过程中的安装位置不美观,将影响整体装修效果。而且对人们的视觉而言,在天花板上安装有灯具同时又有音响设备,这影响房间布局的美观度。
另外,市面上现有的一些带有音响装置的照明灯具(如音乐灯泡、音乐嵌入式灯具、音乐导轨灯等),由于其结构设计不合理,因此容易产生音效缺陷,甚至引起音质失真,具体表现大致有以下常见几种情况:1、喇叭(发声体)的前音腔与后音腔两个部分没有进行密封性的阻隔处理,从而造成行业技术上所称的“声音短路”的不良缺陷,导致音效失真;2、位于喇叭(发声体)与出声孔之间的空腔部分(“声通道”)由于与外界空气形成有效隔离,从而使喇叭声音的能量无用地耗散到外界空气中,导致声音不能有效地从指定的出声孔传播发出;3、喇叭(发声体)装置没有设置共振器或倒相孔结构,容易造成喇叭在工作发声时,其声波频段中的低频部分不能有效地传播发出,从而影响产品音效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其音响部设于灯体部形成一整体的设计结构,使得所述灯具具有音响及照明双重功能,同时便于整体的安装及使用。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其发声件设置于共振罩与聚音罩形成的空间内,并将所述空间密封阻隔为前音腔以及后音腔,发声件可拆卸地设置于后音腔,灯体部设置于前音腔,发声件的音效通过灯体部传递到外部空间。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其共振罩通过一连接件可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩,共振罩位于聚音罩的上部空间,使得所述具有音效的灯具为一体的结构,便于安装使用。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其所述聚音罩包括一组密封片,所述密封片得以可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩,增强所述聚音罩的密封性,进而提高音响部的音效。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其灯体部的散热件的叶片及端部据哟一定的预设弧度,为圆弧形设计结构,使得所述发声件的声音能更加顺滑地通过散热件,增强音效。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其灯体部包括一防火件,所述防火件设置于所述灯体部,得以增强所述灯体部的防火性。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其共振罩包括一压线板,所述压线板可拆卸地设置于所述共振罩,电线通过所述压线板的开孔,使得发生件以及发光部电联与外部电源。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其通过一第二连接件,使得发声件连接于共振罩。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其具有一遥控件,通过遥控件得以控制音响部的发音状态,得以控制发声件的声音强弱,以及选择发声件的播发音频类型,便于用户便捷控制音响部。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其具有一遥控件,通过遥控件得以控制灯体部的发光状态,控制发光部的发光强度,亮度的强弱根据用户的实际需求进行便捷地调节。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种具有音效的灯具,其音响部包括一数据传输端,通过所述数据传输端使得所述音响部无线连接于与所述音响部相匹配的声音传输设备,增强所述音响部的实用性。
为实现以上目的,一具有音效的灯具包括一音响部,所述音响部包括一发声部,一共振罩以及一聚音罩,所述发声部设置于所述共振罩,将所述共振罩及所述聚音罩所形成的空间密封地阻隔为一前音腔以及一后音腔;和一灯体部,所述灯体部包括一底座,一发光部以及一灯罩,所述发光部设置于所述底座,所述灯罩设置于所述底座的底端,所述底座设置于所述聚音罩,所述发声部产生音效穿过所述灯体部后传播到外部空间。
优选地,其中所述音响部包括一连接件,所述连接件包括一第一连接件,所述共振罩通过所述第一连接件可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩,所谓共振罩位于所述聚音罩的上部空间。
优选地,其中所述连接件包括一第二连接件,所述发声部通过所述第二连接件设置于所述共振罩。
优选地,其中所述底座包括一底盘以及一组固定端,各所述固定端从所述底盘向外延伸,所述固定端与所述底盘呈L型。
优选地,其中所述聚音罩具有一组开孔,所述开孔的位置分别对应于各所述固定端,所述底座设置于所述聚音罩,各所述固定端分别穿过相匹配的开孔。
优选地,其中所述聚音罩包括一组密封片,各所述密封片相匹配地设置于所述开孔,得以增强所述聚音罩的密封性。
优选地,其中所述发光部包括一发光件以及一透镜,所述发光件设置于所述透镜,当所述发光件处于工作状态,使得所述灯体部具有发光照明功能。
优选地,其中所述灯体部包括一散热件,所述散热件设置于所述发光件,所述散热件得以发散所述发光件产生的热量。
优选地,其中所述散热件的叶片以及端部具有一定的预设弧度。
优选地,其中所述灯体部包括一防火件,所述防火件包括一第一防火件以及以第二防火件,所述第一防火件设置于所述透镜,所述第二防火件设置于所述底座。
优选地,其中所述灯罩具有一组出声孔,各所述出声孔按照一定预设角度, 均匀地设置于所述灯罩。
优选地,其中所述发声件具有一数据输入端,所述数据输入端得以接收有线或无线的音频信号。
优选地,其中所述音响部进一步包括一遥控件,所述遥控件包括一数据传输模块以及一控制模块,所述数据传输模块设置于所述发声部,所述控制模块分别电联与所述发声部以及所述发光件,所述数据传输模块得以接收操作信息,进而控制所述发声部以及所述发光件的工作状态。
优选地,其中所述共振罩具有一出线孔,电线穿过所述出线孔电联于所述发声件以及所述发光件,使得所述发声部以及所述发光件得以连通外部电源。
优选地,其中所述共振罩包括一压线板,所述压线板相匹配地设置于所述共振罩,得以保护穿过所述出线孔的电线,同时增强所述共振罩的密封性。
优选地,其中所述发声部包括一发声件以及以共振器,所述发声件设置于所述共振器,使其工作时声波频段中的低频部分能有效地传播发出,进而发声件的音域范围更广。
优选地,其中所述第一连接件为胶水、螺丝、卡扣的其中一种连接方式。

具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本实用新型以使本领域技术人员能够实现本实用新型。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。在以下描述中界定的本实用新型的基本原理可以应用于其他实施方案、变形 方案、改进方案、等同方案以及没有背离本实用新型的精神和范围的其他技术方案。
如图1到图3所示,本实用新型的一具有音效的灯具1为圆柱形的筒灯设计结构,其得以被嵌入安装。所述具有音效的灯具1包括一音响部10以及一灯体部20,所述音响部10可拆卸地设置于所述灯体部20,用户将所述具有音效的灯具1一体地嵌入安装于天花板等安装平面。其中所述音响部10位于所述灯体部20的上部空间,当所述具有音效的灯具1嵌入安装于所述安装平面,所述音响部10以及所述灯体部20位于所述安装平面内,得以节约安装空间。所述音响部10以及所述灯体部20一体的设计结构,相比较于传统的音响与灯具相分离的形势,本实用新型的所述具有音效的灯具1除了安装便捷,同时还能增加安装的美观。所述音响部10设置于所述灯体部20的上部空间,所述音响部10处于工作状态,得以将音效传递到所述灯体部20传播到外部空间。所述具有音效的灯具1得以增强用户体验,便捷用户的同时增加产品的使用乐趣。所述音响部10与所述灯体部20可拆卸地设计结构,便于用户更换,一旦其中一部分在使用过程中受到损坏,得以便捷地更换所需要更换部分,无需整体更换所述具有音效的灯具1,减少使用成本。
所述音响部10包括一发声部11,一共振罩12以及一聚音罩13,所述发声部11设置于所述共振罩12,所述灯体部20设置于所述聚音罩13。其中所述发声部11将所述共振罩12以及所述聚音罩13形成的空间密封地阻隔为一前音腔100以及一后音腔200,所述发声部11通过在所述前音腔100的震动产生声音,进而传递到所述后音腔200,并通过设置于所述后音腔200的所述灯体部20传播到外部空间。值得一提的是,所述发声部11具有一数据输入端110,所述输入端110得以接收音频信号,使得所述发声部11产生音效。所述数据输入端110得以被直接插入U盘、内存卡等其他存储设备,并读取所述存储设备内的音频数据。值得一提的是,所述发声部11包括一发声件111以及一共振器112,所述发生件111设置于所述共振器112,所述共振器112得以放大所述发声件111的音效。优选地,所述发声件111为一喇叭,所述发声部11得以接收外部的音频信号,并将接收到的音频信号转为声波传播。
所述共振罩12为一盖状结构,其具有一出线孔120,所述出线孔120位于所述共振罩12的侧面的顶端,所述发声部11以及所述灯体部20的电线得以穿过 所述出线孔120连接外部电源,使得所述音响部10以及所述灯体部20处于正常的工作状态。值得一提的是,当所述电线穿过所述出线孔120后,得以作密封处理,以用于保护所述共振罩13的密封性,增强所述音响部10的音效。所述密封处理常用的技术手段采用点胶、涂胶、灌胶以及在所述出线孔120处设置硅胶件等密封方式。
值得一提的是,所述共振罩12进一步包括一压线板121,所述出线孔120位于所述共振罩12的凹设处,所述压线板121得以相匹配于所述共振罩12的凹设处。当所述压线板121设置于所述共振罩12时,使得所述穿过所述出线孔120的电线得以固定,防止电线的损坏,同时增强所述共振罩12的密封性,增强所述具有音效的灯具1的音效。
所述聚音罩13为一中空的圆筒设计结构,所述灯体部20得以可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩13内。所述发声部11发生的声音信号得以在所述聚音罩13内传播。
值得一提的是,所述音响部10进一步包括一连接件14,所述发声部11通过所述连接件14设置于所述共振罩12,所述发声部11与所述共振罩12的连接为密封的连接。换而言之,所述发声部11通过所述连接件14设置于所述共振罩12以及所述聚音罩13所述形成的空间内,所述发音件14将所述空间完全密封地分割为所述前音腔100以及所述后音腔200,提高音效。
所述连接件14包括一第一连接件141以及一第二连接件142,所述共振罩11通过所述第一连接件141可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩13;所述发声部11通过所述第二连接件142设置于所述共振罩12。所述共振罩11为一盖状结构,所述发声部11通过所述第一连接件141得以设置于所述共振罩12的正面,背面以及侧面,不同的所述发声部11与所述共振罩12不同的相对安装方向,使得所述音响部10具有不同的音效。优选地,如图4A到4C依次所示为所述第二连接件142为卡扣、螺丝以及胶水的一种连接方式,使得所述发声部11便捷地设置于所述共振罩12。
如图5A到5C依次所示,所述发声部11得以设置于所述共振罩12的正面,背面以及侧面三个不同的安装方向,得以根据用户的实际需求选择不同的安装方式,所述发声部11在所述共振罩12的音效效果相同。值得一提的是,所述正面为所述发声部11安装于所述共振罩12内,所述共振罩12为一盖体结构;所述 背面即为所述共振罩12的顶端部,使得安装于所述共振罩12后,所述发声部11的方向朝外。
优选地,所述第一连接件141为一卡扣连接件,使得所述共振罩12可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩13。所述共振罩12与所述聚音罩13可拆卸地连接方式,得以增加实用性,一旦所述共振罩12或所述聚音罩13在使用过程中损坏,只需更换损坏部分,无需整体更换,降低用户的使用费用,同时使得维修更加便捷。
值得一提的是,所述音响部10进一步包括一遥控件15,所述遥控件15设置于所述灯体部20,用户得以通过所述遥控件15无线的控制所述音响部10以及所述灯体部20的工作状态。控制所述音响部10的音量大小及切换不同的音频信号;控制所述灯体部20的发光亮度的强弱。其中上述的无线控制采用的技术为通过蓝牙、wifi、红牙等无线技术控制所述音响部10。用户通过手机、平板电脑、电脑等数码设备控制所述具有音效的灯具1的工作状态。所述具有音效的灯具1得以实现智能化,增强用户的体验。
所述遥控件15包括一数据传输模块151以及一控制模块152,所述数据传输模块151电联于所述控制模块152,所述数据传输模块151得以接收无线传输信号,进而传输到所述控制模块152,所述控制模块152电联于所述发声部11以及所述发光部22,进而控制所述发声部11以及所述发光部12的不同工作状态。
所述灯体部20包括一底座21,一发光部22以及以灯罩23,所述发光部22设置于所述底座21,所述灯罩23设置于所述底座21的底面,所述发光部22发射的光源通过所述灯罩23发散。所述底座21设置于所述聚音罩13,使得所述灯体部20设置于所述聚音罩13内。
值得一提的是,所述底座21包括一底盘211以及一组固定端212,所述底座211为一规则图形,优选为圆形结构。各所述固定端212从所述底盘211向上延伸,所述固定端212具有一定预设长度,各所述固定端212分别与所述底盘211呈L型。所述具有音响的灯具1通过所述固定端212嵌入安装于天花板等安装平面。所述聚音罩13具有一组开孔130,所述开孔的130的位置及形状分别对应于所述固定端212,所述底座21设置于所述聚音罩13时,各所述固定端212得以穿过所述开孔130,并且所述固定端212固定于安装平面。所述聚音罩13进一步包括一组密封片131,所述密封片131分别设置于所述开孔130,增强所述聚音罩13的密封性。
值得一提的是,所述灯罩23包括一组出声孔230,所述出声孔230得以呈圆形、方形、椭圆形等各式形状。所述发声部11产生的音效得以通过所述出声孔230传递到外部空间。
所述发光部22包括一发光件221以及以透镜222,所述发光件221设置于所述透镜222,所述透镜222具有聚光作用,使得所述发光件221发散的光源更加均匀。当所述发光件221处于工作状态时,所述灯体部20处于照明状态。
所述灯体部20进一步包括一防火件24,所述防火件24设置于所述灯体部20,得以增强所述灯体部20的防火性,一旦发生火宅,所述防火件24得以有些阻隔火势通过所述具有音效的灯具1的开孔进行火势蔓延。值得一提的是,所述防火件24包括一第一防火件241以及以第二防火件242,所述第一防火件241设置于所述发光件221,所述第二防火件242设置于所述底座21,所述第一防火件241以及所述第二防火件242分别具有阻隔火势蔓延的作用。
所述灯体部20进一步包括一散热件25,所述散热件25得以有效发散所述发光件221在工作状态中产生的热量,进而保护所述发光件221。值得一提的是,所述散热件25的叶片以及所述散热件25的顶端分别具有一定预设弧度,分别呈圆弧形。经过试验测试,圆弧形的设计结构便于音效的传播,增强所述音响部10的播音效果。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种具有音效的灯具,其特征在于,包括:
    一音响部,所述音响部包括一发声部,一共振罩以及一聚音罩,所述发声部设置于所述共振罩,将所述共振罩及所述聚音罩所形成的空间密封地阻隔为一前音腔以及一后音腔;和
    一灯体部,所述灯体部包括一底座,一发光部以及一灯罩,所述发光部设置于所述底座,所述灯罩设置于所述底座的底端,所述底座设置于所述聚音罩,所述发声部产生音效穿过所述灯体部后传播到外部空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述音响部包括一连接件,所述连接件包括一第一连接件,所述共振罩通过所述第一连接件可拆卸地设置于所述聚音罩,所谓共振罩位于所述聚音罩的上部空间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述连接件包括一第二连接件,所述发声部通过所述第二连接件设置于所述共振罩。
  4. 如权利要求1或3所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述底座包括一底盘以及一组固定端,各所述固定端从所述底盘向外延伸,所述固定端与所述底盘呈L型。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述聚音罩具有一组开孔,所述开孔的位置分别对应于各所述固定端,所述底座设置于所述聚音罩,各所述固定端分别穿过相匹配的开孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述聚音罩包括一组密封片,各所述密封片相匹配地设置于所述开孔,得以增强所述聚音罩的密封性。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述发光部包括一发光件以及一透镜,所述发光件设置于所述透镜,当所述发光件处于工作状态,使得所述灯体部具有发光照明功能。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述灯体部包括一防火件,所述防火件包括一第一防火件以及以第二防火件,所述第一防火件设置于所述透镜,所述第二防火件设置于所述底座。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述灯罩具有一组出声孔, 各所述出声孔按照一定预设角度,均匀地设置于所述灯罩。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述发声件具有一数据输入端,所述数据输入端得以接收有线或无线的音频信号。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述音响部进一步包括一遥控件,所述遥控件包括一数据传输模块以及一控制模块,所述数据传输模块设置于所述发声件,所述控制模块分别电联与所述发声部以及所述发光件,所述数据传输模块得以接收操作信息,进而控制所述发声部以及所述发光件的工作状态。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述共振罩具有一出线孔,电线穿过所述出线孔电联于所述发声部以及所述发光件,使得所述发声部以及所述发光件得以连通外部电源。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述共振罩包括一压线板,所述压线板相匹配地设置于所述共振罩,得以保护穿过所述出线孔的电线,同时增强所述共振罩的密封性。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述发声部包括一发声件以及以共振器,所述发声件设置于所述共振器。
  15. 如权利要求7所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述灯体部包括一散热件,所述散热件设置于所述发光件,所述散热件得以发散所述发光件产生的热量。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述散热件的叶片以及端部具有一定的预设弧度。
  17. 如权利要求2所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述第一连接件为胶水、螺丝、卡扣的其中一种连接方式。
  18. 如权利要求3所述的具有音效的灯具,其中所述第二连接件为一卡扣件。
