Description

一种鞋后跟缓冲保护装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋后跟保护装置,具体涉及一种鞋后跟缓冲保护装置。
背景技术
在新鞋中,人们遇到的问题往往不是鞋子合不合脚,而是鞋子搁不搁脚,就拿传统的皮鞋来说,新皮鞋在穿着初期因为各部位皮质较硬,导致人们在行走过程中极容易出现脚部皮肤磨损导致的起泡,破皮等症状,这令穿着者苦不堪言,特别是对于鞋体脚后跟部位,绝大多数发生磨脚起水泡破皮的部位均在于此,为此聪明的人们发明了一种叫后跟贴的保护贴,用以保护脚后跟,避免脚后跟直接与鞋跟直接发生摩擦。
中国专利CN201310332961.8公开了一种后跟贴组合,包括后跟贴,所述的后跟贴至少两张并且重叠,重叠的后跟贴之间通过粘合扣相互连接,与脚跟贴合的后跟贴的贴合面为胶布。在日常穿例如皮鞋等质地较硬的鞋子时,经常会出现磨脚的现象,使足部感觉不适。后跟贴可减小鞋子与人体脚跟之间的摩擦,防止脚跟与鞋子的摩擦而造成脚跟的磨损,但有时鞋子不仅会磨脚而且有尺码过大而不合脚的问题,同样也无法使穿鞋的人感到舒适。
该保护贴在使用时通过不干胶将保护贴粘结于鞋子上,在日常使用过程中在高温潮湿环境下,用于粘接保护贴的不干胶容易发生变质,导致保护贴在撕除时将残胶留于鞋子内衬,这也将给后续穿着带来不适感,同时残留的不干胶清理极为不便,这也使得人们在使用保护贴时所顾及到的一大忧虑,而且保护贴在不撕除的前提下是无法得知鞋后帮是否已经通过行走得到软化,这也就使得保护贴被撕除后发现鞋跟并未达到合适的软化效果从而重新粘贴保护贴的情况发生。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种鞋后跟缓冲保护装置,可根据不同需求更换不同种类材质及厚度的缓冲垫,以应对不同种类鞋子及码数大小,并设有运动统计元件对用户行走状态进行统计,且设有与鞋后帮挂环相连接的挂环孔避免发生意外丢失。
针对以上问题,提供了如下技术方案:一种鞋后跟缓冲保护装置,包括弹性本体,所述弹性本体包括放置于鞋后帮内侧的第一贴合部及设置于鞋后帮外侧的第二贴合部,所述第二贴合部与第一贴合部相连且扣夹于鞋后帮上,所述第二贴合部设有行走记录模块。
本发明进一步设置为,所述第一贴合部包括第一基体及设置于第一基体上的缓冲垫。
本发明进一步设置为,所述缓冲垫与第一基体呈可拆连接便于更换。
本发明进一步设置为,所述弹性本体上还设有连接部,所述连接部上设有与鞋后帮挂环相连接部件。
本发明进一步设置为,所述行走记录模块与第二贴合部呈可拆式连接,所述行走记录模块用于记录运动信息、位置信息、环境信息。
本发明进一步设置为,所述第二贴合部上设有定位片,所述定位片外形为弧形,所述定位片在弹性本体的夹紧作用下将紧贴鞋后帮外壁,并通过曲面弧度自动居中定位。
本发明进一步设置为,所述第二贴合部上还设有在夜间起安全誓示作用的反光层。
本发明进一步设置为,所述缓冲垫背面设有若干卡合凸条,所述第一基体上设有与缓冲垫背面的卡合凸条相适配安装的卡合凹槽,所述缓冲垫通过卡合凸条与卡合凹槽相互卡合使其固定于第一基体上。
本发明进一步设置为,所述连接部上设有挂环孔,所述连接部件设置于挂环孔内,所述连接部件从挂环孔的内壁向挂环孔中心延伸,所述连接部件为销状,所述连接部件分左右两段,所述左右两段连接部件之间设有间隙,所述挂环孔可通过外力向两侧撑开,使连接部件之间的间隙增大,便于将鞋后帮上的挂环套入连接部件,所述挂环孔在撤销外力后恢复原状避免挂环脱出。
本发明的有益效果:
1.通过弹性本体扣夹于鞋后帮上,避免传统不干胶式后跟帖粘贴后留有残胶的缺陷。
2.通过可拆式缓冲垫设计,针对不同款式种类及鞋码大小可更换不同材质厚度,以最大限度的满足人们的需求。
3.增加挂环孔及连接部件,避免该装置发生意外脱落导致丢失。
4.设有行走记录模块,随时跟踪行走状态,并能针对行走距离判断并提醒用户鞋后帮是否完全软化。
5.可随时拆卸以便观察鞋后帮是否已经软化,杜绝了传统后跟贴只能通过撕除的方式辨别鞋后帮软化程度。
6.弧形定位片可在弹性本体扣夹于鞋后帮时起到自动定位居中的效果,有效避免因行走或脱鞋等情况下导致弹性本体位置发生偏移。
7.反光层,有利夜间行走安全。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参考图1至图4,如图1、图2及图4所示的一种鞋后跟缓冲保护装置,包括弹性本体10,所述弹性本体10包括放置于鞋后帮内侧的第一贴合部20及设置于鞋后帮外侧的第二贴合部40,所述第二贴合部40与第一贴合部20相连且扣夹于鞋后帮上,所述第二贴合部40设有行走记录模块42。
所述第一贴合部20包括第一基体21及设置于第一基体上21的缓冲垫22,所述缓冲垫22与第一基体21呈可拆连接便于更换。
所述弹性本体10上还设有连接部30,所述连接部30上设有连接部件32,所述连接部30位于鞋后帮挂环50的附近,所述连接部30与鞋后帮挂环50通过连接部件32相卡合连接,用于防丢。
所述行走记录模块42与第二贴合部40呈可拆式连接,所述行走记录模块42用于记录运动信息、位置信息、环境信息。
所述第二贴合部40上设有定位片41,所述定位片41外形为弧形,所述定位片41在弹性本体10的夹紧作用下将紧贴鞋后帮外壁,并通过曲面弧度自动居中定位。
所述第二贴合部40上还设有在夜间起安全警示作用的反光层。
所述缓冲垫22背面设有若干卡合凸条221,所述第一基体21上设有与缓冲垫22背面的卡合凸221条相适配安装的卡合凹槽211,所述缓冲垫22通过卡合凸条221与卡合凹槽211相互卡合使其固定于第一基体21上。
如图1至图3所示,所述连接部30上设有挂环孔31,所述连接部件32设置于挂环孔31内,所述连接部件32从挂环孔31的内壁向挂环孔31中心延伸,所述连接部件32为销状,所述连接部件32分左右两段且在挂环孔31内呈180度对称设置,所述左右两段连接部件32之间设有间隙33,所述挂环孔31可通过外力向两侧撑开,使连接部件32之间的间隙33增大,便于将鞋后帮上的挂环50套入连接部件32上,所述挂环孔31在撤销外力后恢复原状避免挂环50脱出。
本发明的有益效果
1.通过弹性本体扣夹于鞋后帮上,避免传统不干胶式后跟帖粘贴后留有残胶的缺陷。
2.通过可拆式缓冲垫设计,针对不同款式种类及鞋码大小可更换不同材质厚度,以最大限度的满足人们的需求。
