一种流动式巴氏消毒机，包括进液管、泵、热交换器、加热消毒器、消毒后热液体排出管和排液管路，泵设在进液管上，进液管与热交换器的入液口连接，热交换器的排液口与加热消毒器的入液口连接，加热消毒器的排液口与消毒后热液体排出管的一端连接，消毒后热液体排出管的另一端与热交换器内的迂回管路的一端连通，迂回管路的另一端与排液管路连通。

流动式巴氏消毒机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种消毒机，具体是一种巴氏消毒机。
背景技术
目前，巴氏消毒机对果汁、奶液、饮用水进行消毒时，不能实现连续化消毒作业，故消毒的工作效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能连续化消毒作业的流动式巴氏消毒机。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
流动式巴氏消毒机，包括有进液管、泵、热交换器、加热消毒器、消毒后热液体排出管和排液管路，泵设在进液管上，进液管与热交换器的入液口连接，热交换器的排液口通过管路与加热消毒器的入液口连接，加热消毒器的排液口与消毒后热液体排出管的一端连接，消毒后热液体排出管的另一端与热交换器内的迂回管路的一端连通，迂回管路的另一端与排液管路连通。
进一步地，所述加热消毒器包括电加热厚膜、板体以及设在板体的迂回通道，电加热厚膜贴在板体的表面。
进一步地，所述排液管路上设有冷却器。
本发明的有益效果：流动式巴氏消毒机通过热交换器对被消毒的液体采用预加热的方式，实现了流动式消毒的工作模式，被消毒的液体边流动边消毒，具有连续化消毒作业的特点，大大提高了工作效率；由于采用电加热厚膜加热的方式，实现了对温度的精准控制，加热效率大大提高，为连续化消毒作业奠定了基础。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，流动式巴氏消毒机，包括有进液管1、泵2、热交换器3、加热消毒器5、消毒后热液体排出管9、排液管路10和冷却器11，进液管1与热交换器3的入液口连接，热交换器3的排液口通过管路4与加热消毒器5的入液口连接，加热消毒器5的排液口与消毒后热液体排出管9的一端连接，消毒后热液体排出管9的另一端与热交换器内的迂回管路12的一端连通，迂回管路12的另一端与排液管路10连通，冷却器11设在排液管路10上，泵2设在进液管1上。
进一步地，所述加热消毒器5包括电加热厚膜8、板体6以及设在板体6内的迂回通道7，电加热厚膜8贴在板体6的表面。
工作原理：流动式巴氏消毒机采用巴氏加热消毒的方式，在对被消毒的液体进行消毒前，利用消毒后的高温液体预先对被消毒的液体进行预热，从而实现了流动式的连续化消毒作业，大大提高了工作效率；本专利主要采用厚膜加热的方式，不仅控温更精准，而且加热效率极高，为连续化消毒作业提供了可能。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已，当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，都不脱离本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种流动式巴氏消毒机，其特征在于：包括有进液管、泵、热交换器、加热消毒器、消毒后热液体排出管和排液管路，泵设在进液管上，进液管与热交换器的入液口连接，热交换器的排液口通过管路与加热消毒器的入液口连接，加热消毒器的排液口与消毒后热液体排出管的一端连接，消毒后热液体排出管的另一端与热交换器内的迂回管路的一端连通，迂回管路的另一端与排液管路连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的流动式巴氏消毒机，其特征在于：所述加热消毒器包括电加热厚膜、板体以及设在板体的迂回通道，电加热厚膜贴在板体的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的流动式巴氏消毒机，其特征在于：所述排液管路上设有冷却器。
