Description

一种手机快拍器 【技术领域】
本发明涉及手机配件领域,更具体的说,涉及一种手机快拍器。
【背景技术】
随着手机的广泛应用,越来越多的人离不开手机,尤其对于那个外出喜欢自拍的用户而言,就需要使用手机快拍器来与手机连接,从而方便通过手机快拍器进行自拍。由于用户需要通过手机快拍器的撑杆支起手机,从而使得手机远离,以便用户按压开关来进行拍摄。但是,现有的手机快拍器的开关一般都是设置在用户用手拿握的位置,由于用户用手撑起撑杆需要较大的力气,这样用户在按压开关的过程中就很容易用很大的力去按压开关,这样就容易损坏开关。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种开关不易损坏的手机快拍器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
根据本实用新的一个方面,本发明公开一种手机快拍器,包括壳体和固定在所述壳体内的电路板,所述电路板上设置有开关,所述电路板导线连接有用于与手机连接的接头,所述手机快拍器还包括用于控制所述开关的按键以及定位套,所述定位套上设置有用于容置所述开关的容置槽,所述定位套在所述容置槽内壁上设置有用于扣合到所述开关的盖帽上的卡扣;所述按键安装固定在所述壳体上,并与所述定位套配合以控制所述开关。
优选的,所述定位套设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽底部内表面设置有多个相互相邻设置的定位板,多个所述的定位板之间形成所述的容置槽,所述卡扣位于所述定位板上。
优选的,所述定位板和所述凹槽的内侧壁之间设置有连接板。
优选的,所述定位板顶部设置有倒角。
优选的,所述电路板在开关周围设置有一圆台,所述定位套套接到所述开关的盖帽上在驱动所述开关过程中终止于所述圆台。
优选的,所述壳体设置有用于限位所述按键的限位圈。
优选的,所述壳体在所述限位圈周围设置有加强筋。
优选的,所述壳体设置有定位柱,所述按键设置有用于放置所述定位柱的定位孔。
优选的,所述壳体在用于放置所述按键的按键孔位置的边沿处设置有一环形凸沿,所述按键设置有用于放置所述环形凸沿的环形槽。
优选的,所述电路板通过螺丝安装固定到所述壳体内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明在按键和开关设置一定位套,定位套的容置槽用于容置开关,定位套套接到开关的盖帽上,定位套的卡扣扣合到盖帽上,定位套对开关的整体起到覆盖的作用,然后,定位套再与按键配合,这样用户在按压按键时驱动定位套工作,并通过定位套驱动开关。本发明由于将开关容置于定位套内,从而对开关起到限位、保护的作用,以防止力度过大按压按键而损坏开关。

下面参考图1至图4描述本发明实施例的手机快拍器。
如图1至图4所示,本发明公开一种手机快拍器,包括壳体100和固定在所述壳体内的电路板200,所述电路板上设置有开关210,所述电路板210导线连接有用于与手机连接的接头,所述手机快拍器还包括用于控制所述开关210的按键300以及定位套400,所述定位套上设置有用于容置所述开关的容置槽410,所述定位套400在所述容置槽410内壁上设置有用于扣合到所述开关的盖帽上的卡扣440;所述按键300安装固定在所述壳体100上,并与所述定位套400配合以控制所述开关210。
本发明在按键和开关设置一定位套,定位套的容置槽用于容置开关,定位套套接到开关的盖帽上,定位套的卡扣扣合到盖帽上,定位套对开关的整体起 到覆盖的作用,然后,定位套再与按键配合,这样用户在按压按键时驱动定位套工作,并通过定位套驱动开关。本发明由于将开关容置于定位套内,从而对开关起到限位、保护的作用,以防止力度过大按压按键而损坏开关。
其中,所述定位套400设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽底部内表面设置有多个相互相邻设置的定位板420,多个所述的定位板420之间形成所述的容置槽410,所述卡扣440位于所述定位板420上。具体的,本实施例的定位板为四个,均布在凹槽的中部位置,定位板之间相互间隔设置,四个定位板之间形成矩形结构的容置槽,卡扣位于定位板的顶部位置处,本实施例在定位套的凹槽内部设置相互间隔的定位板形成容置槽以放置开关,并通过定位板上的卡扣扣合开关,这样在将定位套套接到开关上时,通过挤压可使得定位板产生形变,进而就便于卡扣扣合到的开关上。本实施例通过定位板上的卡扣与开关实现固定连接,不仅连接紧密,对电路板的保护效果好,而且便于工作人员准确、快速的将定位套套接到开关上。本实施例为了进一步的方便卡扣扣合到开关上,本实施例的定位板顶部设置有倒角。
由于,各定位板之间相互具有间隔,这样就大大减小了定位板的强度,为了综合定位板的强度以及方便快速、准备安装,本实施例所述定位板和所述凹槽的内侧壁之间设置有连接板430,也就是说每个定位板和定位套的内侧壁之间都连接有连接板,从而就增加了定位板的强度。
在实际的生产过程中,在将定位套和电路板安装固定的过程中,难免工作人员不会使用较大的力度按压定位套以使得定位套能够套接到开关上,但是,在实际的操作过程中容易对开关造成损坏,影响开关的接触效果。为此,本实施例的电路板200在开关210周围设置有一圆台220,所述定位套400套接到所述开关的盖帽上在驱动所述开关过程中终止于所述圆台220。
其中,所述壳体设置有用于限位所述按键的限位圈110,以便按键能够在限位圈内按照按压控制开关的方向运动。进一步的,所述壳体在所述限位圈周围设置有加强筋120,以增加限位圈的强度。其中,加强筋为多个,间隔的布置在 限位圈外壁上。
更进一步的,所述壳体设置有定位柱130,所述按键300设置有用于放置所述定位柱的定位孔320。在按键安放到壳体的限位圈内时将定位柱插入到定位孔内,从而限定按键仅仅能够在按压控制开关的方向运动。
在本实施例,所述壳体在用于放置所述按键的按键孔位置的边沿处设置有一环形凸沿140,所述按键设置有用于放置所述环形凸沿140的环形槽310。环形凸沿放置到环形槽内相互限位、配合,从而使得按键固定到壳体上更加牢固,连接更加紧密。
在本实施例中,所述电路板通过螺丝安装固定到所述壳体内。螺丝固定牢固,方便安装固定和拆卸。

  1. 一种手机快拍器,包括壳体和固定在所述壳体内的电路板,所述电路板上设置有开关,所述电路板导线连接有用于与手机连接的接头,其特征在于,所述手机快拍器还包括用于控制所述开关的按键以及定位套,所述定位套上设置有用于容置所述开关的容置槽,所述定位套在所述容置槽内壁上设置有用于扣合到所述开关的盖帽上的卡扣;所述按键安装固定在所述壳体上,并与所述定位套配合以控制所述开关。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述定位套设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽底部内表面设置有多个相互相邻设置的定位板,多个所述的定位板之间形成所述的容置槽,所述卡扣位于所述定位板上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述定位板和所述凹槽的内侧壁之间设置有连接板。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述定位板顶部设置有倒角。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述电路板在开关周围设置有一圆台,所述定位套套接到所述开关的盖帽上在驱动所述开关过程中终止于所述圆台。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述壳体设置有用于限位所述按键的限位圈。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述壳体在所述限位圈周围设置有加强筋。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述壳体设置有定位柱,所述按键设置有用于放置所述定位柱的定位孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的手机快拍器,其特征在于,所述壳体在用于放置所述按键的按键孔位置的边沿处设置有一环形凸沿,所述按键设置有用于放置所 述环形凸沿的环形槽。
