Abstract

X선 검출용 디텍터의 신호 교정 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 디텍터 검사 장비(100)와 X선 촬영 장비(200)로 구성된 디텍터 신호 교정 시스템(10)을 이용한 X선 검출용 디텍터의 신호 교정 방법으로서, 상기 디텍터 검사 장비(100)는 제1 X선 조사부(110) 및 제1 마이크프로세서(120)를 포함하고, 상기 X선 촬영 장비(200)는 제2 X선 조사부(210), 교정 대상 디텍터(D) 및 제2 마이크로프로세서(220)를 포함하며, 상기 교정 방법은, (S10) 상기 제1 마이크로프로세서(120)에 의해 상기 디텍터(D)에 대해 복수의 다크 이미지를 획득하여 상기 디텍터(D)의 각 픽셀에 대해 신호표준편차 및 1차오프셋을 산출하는 단계; (S20) 상기 제1 마이크로프로세서(120)에 의해 상기 신호표준편차 및 상기 1차오프셋 정보에 기초하여 제1그룹 배드픽셀(BP1)을 선별하는 단계; (S30) 상기 제1 마이크로프로세서(120)에 의해 상기 디텍터(D)에 대해 복수의 브라이트 이미지를 획득하여 상기 디텍터(D)의 각 픽셀에 대해 2차오프셋 및 게인을 산출하는 단계; (S40) 상기 제1 마이크로프로세서(120)에 의해 상기 2차오프셋 및 상기 게인 정보에 기초하여 제2그룹 배드픽셀(BP2)을 선별하는 단계; (S50) 상기 제1 마이크로프로세서(120)에 의해, 상기 브라이트 이미지 획득 시 얻어진 각 픽셀의 검출 신호를 상기 1차 오프셋, 상기 2차 오프셋 및 상기 게인에 기초하여 교정한 교정 신호 값에 기초하여 제3그룹 배드픽셀(BP3)을 선별함으로써 배드픽셀맵(BPM)을 완성하는 단계; 및 (S60) X선 촬영 장비(200)를 가지고 피검사체에 대한 X선 영상을 촬영할 때, 상기 제2 마이크로프로세서(220)에 의해 상기 배드픽셀맵(BPM)을 이용하여 배드픽셀들의 신호들을 교정하는 단계;를 포함하는, X선 검출용 디텍터의 신호 교정 방법이 제공된다.
