Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät (300) zur gezielten Muskelbetätigung. Das Trainingsgerät (300) umfasst ein muskelkraftbetriebenes Betätigungselement (301) und eine Dämpfereinrichtung (10) mit zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren Komponenten (2, 3). Eine der Komponenten (2, 3) ist mit dem Betätigungselement (301) wirkverbunden, sodass eine Bewegung des Betätigungselementes (301) dämpfbar ist. Der Dämpfereinrichtung (10) sind ein feldempfindliches rheologisches Medium (5) und eine Felderzeugungseinrichtung (7) zur Erzeugung und Steuerung einer Feldstärke zugeordnet. Durch die Felderzeugungseinrichtung (7) ist eine Dämpfungseigenschaft beeinflussbar. Dabei ist eine Steuereinrichtung (302) dazu geeignet und ausgebildet, die Felderzeugungseinrichtung (11) in Abhängigkeit eines Trainingsparameters gezielt zu steuern, sodass die Bewegung des Betätigungselementes (301) unter Berücksichtigung des Trainingsparameters dämpfbar ist.
