Description

一种太阳能伞 技术领域

背景技术

在授权公告号:CN 202311616U、名称:“一种多功能非晶硅柔性太阳能电池伞”的中国实用新型专利中,公开了一种利用柔性太阳能电池发电为LED灯、风扇等供电的装置。在该技术方案中,以防水透明层与白色漫反射底层夹持非晶硅柔性太阳能电池块,为了避免伞布折叠时对柔性太阳能电池造成损害,在每片非晶硅柔性太阳能电池伞布的中间折线处设置间隙。
在申请号:201310604375.4、名称“一种新型太阳能伞结构”的中国实用新型专利中,公开了通过引线连接柔性太阳能面板及伞兵内的电池的技术方案。
在申请号:200810219003.9、名称“一种太阳能自动遥控伞”的中国发明专利中,公开了一种采用遥控的方式利用马达电机控制伞的收拢和展开(即,开合)的技术方案。
现有技术的缺陷在于:首先,由于伞需要经常开合,在此过程中容易造成太阳能电池片或者其与蓄电池之间的导线的损坏,且单个太阳能电池片或者其导线的损坏可能影响其它太阳能电池片的发电;其次,该方案仍然具有太阳能电池无法拆卸更换的缺点;再次,在实际应用中伞在收拢时 基本无法保证伞布仅在中间折线处折叠,仍然容易造成太阳能电池片的损伤;最后,以伞布支撑太阳能电池片,容易造成伞布破损从而影响遮阳挡雨效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提高太阳能伞的可靠性、维修方便性及使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的实施例提供了如下技术方案:
一种太阳能伞,包括:伞布、伞杆、伞座、副伞、伞骨、太阳能电池片、蓄电池和集线装置,所述太阳能电池片封装于所述伞布上,所述伞布被所述伞骨支撑,所述伞杆连接所述伞骨和所述伞座,所述集线装置安装在所述伞骨上,所述集线装置具有多个插口,所述太阳能电池片与所述集线装置的插口插接,所述副伞置于所述伞布上方并遮盖所述插口,所述蓄电池位于所述伞杆内部并与所述集线装置连接。

进一步地,本实施例的集线装置的结构能够对作为主要汇流部件的集线器进行充分的防磕碰、防雨保护。
进一步地,利用控制装置上的USB接口能够方便地为外部用电设备供电,而在没有太阳光的情况下,能够利用使点通过充电接口为蓄电池充电。
进一步地,蓄电池的结构便于各个电池单体在伞杆内部的定位。

参考图6,该图详细示出了伞杆2与控制装置6的连接结构。控制装置6包括控制装置后盖601和控制装置前盖602。控制装置后盖601上设置有控制装置后盖固定栓603,用于穿过伞杆2上的孔201后与控制装置前盖602配合将控制装置6固定在伞杆2上。控制装置前盖602两侧对称设置USB接口604,能够将伞杆2内的蓄电池8所储存的太阳能提供给外接设备。控制装置6内还内设蓝牙及网卡接口,可提供WIFI信号,通过手机APP实现操控。控制装置6上还能够设置充电接口,用于采用市电向蓄电池8供电。在本实施例中,伞骨9的开合受电机驱动,蓄电池8通过控制装置6向电机供电。WIFI模块能够被安装在控制装置6内,遥控器远程遥控电机带动太阳能伞的折叠或打开、控制WIFI、控制LED灯901的开关等。遥控器能够是手机,通过下载app实现控制功能。
参考图7,控制装置6具有触控面板,触控面板上设有电源开关、开伞、合伞和LED灯按钮,所有按钮采用触控模式。
参考图8、图9,伞座3包括底座立柱301、底座主体302和底座紧固装置303。伞杆2与底座立柱301采用插入式可拆卸连接,通过紧固装置7,例如螺纹管,旋紧固定,将蓄电池8操持在伞杆2内部。蓄电池8通过伞杆2内部的导线与集线装置5连接。底座立柱301通过底座紧固装置303与底座主体连接302,并通过底座紧固螺钉304固定。
参考图10,蓄电池8包括多个电池单体801、固定板802、电池顶盖804和电池底座805。电池单体801置于电池顶盖804与电池底座805之间,由固定板802夹持固定。电池底座上开有定位槽807,在定位槽807处开孔806。伞杆2内部具有与定位槽807对应的凸起,安装时,将蓄电池8的定位槽807与伞杆2内的凸起对应配合,使蓄电池8划入伞杆2内部,螺栓穿过伞杆2后拧入定位槽807处的孔806内,将蓄电池8固定。
参考图11,该图为从太阳能伞的斜下方观察所得到的视图。该图可见太阳能伞的伞骨9、伞布1、伞杆2等。
参考图12,该图为从太阳能伞的斜上方观察所得到的视图。太阳能伞还包括太阳能电池片101。与现有技术不同的是,太阳能电池片101并非直接由伞布1支撑,而是由伞骨9支撑,因此本实施例能够被视为将太阳能电池片101间接地封装在伞布1上,间接封装的优势将在下文中进行描述。实际制造中,也能够采用现有技术中的缝合、黏贴等方式将太阳能电池片101直接地封装在伞布1上。
参考图13和图14,伞骨9包括骨架920、安装在骨架920上的滑轨910、第一堵盖930、第二堵盖940及第三堵盖950。虽然在接下来所描述的实施例中,第一堵盖930与第三堵盖950采取的是分体式结构,但实际应用中第一堵盖930与第三堵盖950也能够为一体结构。类似地,在接下来所描述的实施例中,滑轨910与骨架920为分体式结构,但实际应用中两者也能够为一体结构,而一体式结构依然落入本文中所述的“安装”的范畴,不再进行区分。在由远及近的方向上,滑轨910的长度小于骨架920 的长度,因此骨架920部分被滑轨910覆盖,部分不被滑轨910覆盖。
参考图15,滑轨910具有底壁911、从底壁911的两侧相向延伸的一对上壁912,两个上壁912与底壁911之间存在间隔913,并且两个上壁912也并不接触,两者之间间隔一段距离,由此底壁911与上壁912形成部分开放的滑槽914。滑轨910的底壁911的两侧还具有副滑轨915。副滑轨915具有优弧形横截面,从立体图来看,副滑轨915为具有开槽916的管形。滑轨910的底壁911的两个副滑轨915之间的中间位置向下延伸出连接筋917及位于连接筋917下方的卡合部918。卡合部918的横截面也为优弧形,从立体图看,卡合部918为具有开槽919管形。底壁911的靠近近端的位置开有连通孔9110。
参考图16,骨架920具有管形部921及位于管形部921上方的卡槽922。卡槽922的横截面也为优弧形,从立体图看,卡槽922为具有开槽923的管形。
参考图17、图18,第一堵盖930具有用于封闭图15中的滑槽914的远端的第一臂部931、位于第一臂部931两侧的用于封闭图15中的副滑轨915的远端的第一管部932、位于第一臂部931下方的用于将图15中的卡合部918封闭在图16中的卡槽922中的第二管部933、位于第二管部933下方的阻挡部934。第一臂部931还延伸出第一板部935,在第一板部935上开有螺栓孔936。从图18更清晰可见,螺栓孔936贯穿第一板部935和第二管部933。
参考图19,第二堵盖940具有用于封闭图15中的滑槽914的近端的第二臂部941、位于第二臂部941两端的用于封闭图15中的副滑轨915的近端的第四管部942,及从第二臂部941延伸出的第二板部943,第二板部943上开有螺栓孔944。与第一堵盖930不同的是,第二堵盖940的第二臂941下方不再具有用于封闭卡合部918及卡槽922的结构。
参考图20,第三堵盖950具有用于封闭骨架920的管形部921的第三管部951及从第三管部951向上延伸的止挡部952。
结合图13至图20,本实施例的伞骨9的组装过程如下:
将滑轨910的卡合部918从骨架920的一端插入卡槽922内而连接筋917从卡槽922的开槽923伸出,从而卡合部918与卡槽922配合将骨架920与滑轨910卡合到一起,并且卡合部918通过开槽919与卡槽922贯通,两者形成的空间可用于容纳接下来安装的太阳能电池片的导线。然后,以第一堵盖930封闭滑轨910的远端,并且第一堵盖930的阻挡部934插入骨架920的豁口924内,螺栓穿过螺栓孔936后紧固到底壁911上。此时第一管部932插入副滑轨915,第二管部933插入卡槽922。然后以第二堵盖940封闭滑轨的近端,此时第二堵盖940的第四管部942插入滑轨910的副滑轨915,螺栓穿过螺栓孔944后紧固到底壁911上。然后,第三堵盖950的第三管部951插入骨架920的管形部921从而封闭骨架920的远端,并且第三堵盖950的止挡部952配合阻挡部931对第一堵盖930进行限位,这样,第三堵盖950通过螺栓、铆钉、过盈配合等方式紧固到骨架920上后,能够防止第一堵盖930及滑轨910从骨架920脱出。
参考图21,支撑杆110连接在伞布1的两侧,对伞布1起到支撑作用。
参考图22、图23,一块伞布1的两根支撑杆110分别位于相邻的两根伞骨9的滑轨910的副滑轨915内,第一堵盖930的第一管部932、第二堵盖940的第四管部942将支撑杆110封闭在副滑轨915内而副滑轨915的开槽916允许伞布1从其中伸出,从而实现太阳能伞的折叠收拢或者打开。需要更换伞布时,打开第一堵盖930,就能够将伞布1的支撑杆110从副滑轨915中抽出,从而使得伞布1更换更加便捷,满足伞具的维修、造型更换等需求,伞布1采用分体式结构是有利的。第一堵盖930、第二堵盖940兼具封闭滑槽914、副滑轨915的功能,能够同时保护太阳能电池片101及伞布9的支撑杆910。
参考图24,太阳能电池片101被第一堵盖930、第二堵盖940限位在滑槽914内并与滑槽914滑动配合,太阳能电池片101的边缘卡在间隔913处,无须粘合或者缝纫。利用伞骨9上的滑槽914支撑太阳能电池片101的优势在于,首先,太阳能伞的伞布1能够随意折叠而不会损伤太阳能电池片101;其次,需要更换太阳能电池片101时,打开第三堵盖950就能 够对整根滑轨910及其上的太阳能电池片101进行整体更换,或者再打开第一堵盖930将太阳能电池片101抽出而仅对太阳能电池片101进行更换,如果采用柔性太阳能电池片的话,甚至不用打开第一堵盖930及第三堵盖950,仅依靠柔性太阳能电池片微小的形变就能够将太阳能电池片101从滑槽914中抽出,因此拆卸更加方便;再次,由于伞布1无需支撑太阳能电池片101的重量,因此伞布1更不容易被破坏。滑槽914通过连通孔9110与卡槽922连通,同时第二堵盖940并不封闭滑轨910的卡合部918及卡槽922,因此太阳能电池片101的导线能够经连通孔9110进入骨架920的卡槽922,进一步进入伞杆2并连接伞杆2内的蓄电池8,在太阳能电池片101的导线的整个走线过程中,导线能够骨架920、集线装置5及伞杆2的保护,而且太阳能伞的折叠并不会影响导线,避免造成导线折断。实际应用中,也能够在第二堵盖940上开连通孔使滑槽914与卡槽922连通。
滑轨910与骨架920采用分体式结构,并采用卡合的方式装配的优势在于,打开第三堵盖950后,向外拉滑轨910即能够将滑轨910抽出,便于滑轨910的更换、维修及满足太阳能电池片101的不同尺寸要求。如前所述,滑轨910与骨架920也能够采用一体式结构,这简化了装配要求,但对于伞骨9的成型来说会带来造型困难。
参考图25,太阳能伞的控制电路包括MCU(主控单元)、MPPT(最大功率点跟踪)控制器等,MCU通过MPPT控制器与蓄电池8连接,USB接口604、LED灯901、电机等的通/断电受MCU控制,图7中的触控面板或采用蓝牙方式向MCU发送控制信号。还能够通过电机的正反转实现伞的升降,正传是升,反转是降。电机通过PID算法控制,实现电机的精确启动与断开。
参考图26,蓄电池8作为USB接口604、LED灯901、电机、控制系统、WIFI的供电电源,通过DC/DC转换器调压。
虽然本实用新型是结合以上实施例进行描述的,但本实用新型并不被限定于上述实施例,而只受权利要求的限定,本领域普通技术人员能够容易地对其进行修改和变化,但并不离开本实用新型的实质构思和范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种太阳能伞,其特征在于,包括:伞布、伞杆、伞座、副伞、伞骨、太阳能电池片、蓄电池和集线装置,所述太阳能电池片封装于所述伞布上,所述伞布被所述伞骨支撑,所述伞杆连接所述伞骨和所述伞座,所述集线装置安装在所述伞骨上,所述集线装置具有多个插口,所述太阳能电池片与所述集线装置的插口插接,所述副伞置于所述伞布上方并遮盖所述插口,所述蓄电池位于所述伞杆内部并与所述集线装置连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述集线装置包括集线装置顶盖、集线器紧固件、集线器和集线装置底座,所述集线装置底座安装在所述伞骨上,所述集线装置底座上设置有凹槽,所述集线器紧固件紧固到所述集线装置底座上从而将所述集线器保持在所述凹槽内,所述插口位于所述集线器上,所述集线装置顶盖位于所述副伞上方并与所述集线器紧固件连接从而夹紧所述副伞。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,还包括安装在所述伞杆上的控制装置,所述控制装置设置有USB接口和充电接口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述伞骨上安装有LED灯,所述伞骨的开合受电机驱动,所述蓄电池通过所述控制装置向所述LED灯和所述电机供电。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述伞座包括底座立柱、底座主体和底座紧固装置,所述底座立柱通过所述底座紧固装置与所述底座主体连接,所述伞杆与所述底座立柱采用插入式可拆卸连接并通过紧固装置旋紧固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述蓄电池包括电池单体、固定板、电池顶盖和电池底座,所述电池单体被所述固定板夹持固定在所述电池顶盖与所述电池底座之间,所述电池底座上开有定位槽,所述定位槽处开孔,所述伞杆内部具有与所述定位槽对应的凸起,所述定位槽与所述凸起配合使所述蓄电池划入所述伞杆,螺栓穿过所述伞杆后拧入所述定位槽处的孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述伞骨包括骨架、安装在所述骨架上的滑轨、第一堵盖、第二堵盖及第三堵盖,所述滑轨的长度小于所述骨架的长度,所述滑轨具有底壁、从所述底壁的两侧相向延伸并与所述底壁之间存在间隔的一对上壁,所述底壁与所述上壁形成部分开放的滑槽,所述第一堵盖封闭所述滑轨的远端,所述第二堵盖封闭所述滑轨的近端,所述第三堵盖封闭所述骨架的远端并对所述第一堵盖进行限位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述滑轨的两侧还具有副滑轨,所述副滑轨为具有优弧形横截面的开槽管形。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,还包括位于所述伞布两侧的支撑杆,两根所述支撑杆分别位于相邻所述伞骨的所述副滑轨内,所述伞布从所述副滑轨的开槽伸出。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述滑轨的底壁的中间位置向下延伸出连接筋及位于所述连接筋下方的卡合部,所述卡合部为具有优弧形横截面的开槽管形,所述骨架具有管形部及位于所述管形部上方的具有优弧形横截面的卡槽,所述滑轨的卡合部位于所述卡槽内而连接筋从所述卡槽的开槽伸出。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述滑槽与所述卡槽连通。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述第一堵盖与所述第三堵盖为分体结构,所述第一堵盖具有用于封闭所述滑槽的第一臂部、位于所述第一臂部两侧的用于封闭所述副滑轨的第一管部、位于所述第一臂部下方的用于封闭所述卡合部的第二管部、位于所述第二管部下方的阻挡部,所述第三堵盖具有用于封闭所述管形部的第三管部及从所述第三管部向上延伸的止挡部。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述第二堵盖具有用于封闭所述滑槽的第二臂部、位于所述第二臂部两端的用于封闭所述副滑轨的第四管部,所述第二堵盖并不封闭所述卡合部及所述卡槽。
  14. 根据权利要求7至13中的任一项所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述第一堵盖和/或所述第二堵盖通过螺栓紧固到所述滑轨上,且/或所述第三堵盖通过螺栓紧固到所述骨架上。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述太阳能电池片被所述第一堵盖、所述第二堵盖限位在所述滑槽内并与所述滑槽滑动配合。
  16. 根据权利要求7所述的太阳能伞,其特征在于,所述第一堵盖与所述第三堵盖为一体结构。
