骑行已经成为一种新兴的锻炼健身形式。公路自行车作为适合在柏油路面骑行的自行车类型,具有速度快,骑行轻松,外形炫酷等一系列优点,成为广大健身爱好者的首选。
相关技术中,采用根据固定类型人群对应的公路自行车尺寸信息,进行公路自行车的制造。然而,由于不同人群的身体尺寸信息差异较大,且采用根据固定类型人群对应的公路自行车尺寸信息只适合固定类型的人群,若采用固定类型人群对应的公路自行车尺寸信息,进行公路自行车的制造,会造成公路自行车不适合除固定类型人群以外的人群,除固定类型人群以外的人群不能保持舒适的骑行姿势、进行有效的健身锻炼,从而导致公路自行车制造的精确度较低。

获取单元110,设置为获取公路自行车对应的人群类型。其中,不同的人群对应的身体尺寸信息不同,身体尺寸信息可以包括身体各部分的长度、角度、身体柔韧性等多方面信息。
可选地,可以按照地区划分公路自行车对应的人群,欧美国家的人的身体尺寸普遍比亚洲国家的人的身体尺寸要大,根据欧美国家设计的公路自行车尺寸信息,制造的公路自行车并不适合亚洲国家的人。因此,当公路自行车对应的人群为亚洲国家的人群时,获取亚洲国家人群对应的公路自行车对应的尺寸信息。当公路自行车对应的人群为欧美国家人群时,确定欧美国家人群对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。

在实际应用中,可以将公路自行车划分为不同型号,可以将身高范围为155cm-166cm人群对应的公路自行车标记为XS型号、将身高范围为162cm-172cm 人群对应的公路自行车标记为S型号、将身高范围为168cm-179cm人群对应的公路自行车标记为M型号、将身高范围为175cm-185cm人群对应的公路自行车标记为L型号、将身高范围为181cm-192cm人群对应的公路自行车标记为XL型号。
制造单元130,设置为根据所述确定单元120确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车。
可选地,如图2,所述制造单元130包括:确定子单元1310和制造子单元1320。
确定子单元1310,设置为根据所述确定单元120确定的所述尺寸信息,确定制造所述公路自行车需要的模具。可以分别确定制造所述公路自行车车架需要的模具和制造所述公路自行车前叉部件需要的模具。
制造子单元1320,设置为通过使用所述确定子单元1310确定的模具,制造所述公路自行车。
所述确定子单元1310,设置为根据所述确定单元120确定的所述尺寸信息,建立所述公路自行车对应的数字模型;根据所述数字模型,设计生产所述模具。可选地,可以建立所述公路自行车车架对应的数字模型,然后根据所述公路自行车车架对应的数字模型,设计生产制造所述公路自行车车架需要的模具。建立所述公路自行车前叉部件对应的数字模型,然后根据所述公路自行车前叉部件对应的数字模型,设计生产制造所述公路自行车前叉部件需要的模具。
可选地,所述装置还包括:划分单元140、设计单元150和保存单元160。
所述划分单元140,设置为将公路自行车对应的人群划分为不同类型。人群的划分方式请参照上述是实施例的描述。
所述获取单元110,设置为获取所述划分单元140划分的所述每种类型人群对应的身体尺寸信息。
所述设计单元150,设置为根据所述获取单元110获取的所述身体尺寸信息,设计所述公路自行车的尺寸信息。
所述保存单元160,设置为保存所述划分单元140划分的所述人群类型和所述设计单元150设计的所述公路自行车的尺寸信息。
本申请实施例提供的一种公路自行车制造装置,通过根据公路自行车对应的人群类型,确定所述公路自行车的尺寸信息,然后根据所述尺寸信息制造所述公路自行车,改变了相关技术中通过固定类型人群对应的公路自行车尺寸信息,制造公路自行车,避免了公路自行车不适合除固定类型人群以外的人群,从而提高了公路自行车制造的精确度。
本申请实施例还提供了一种公路自行车制造方法,如图3所示,所述方法包括S210-S220。
在S210中,电子设备获取公路自行车对应的人群类型;
在S220中,电子设备根据获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息,其中,所述公路自行车的尺寸信息是根据所述人群的身体尺寸信息设计的;以及
在步骤S230中,电子设备根据确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车。
可选地,电子设备根据获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息包括:
从预置存储位置中,获取与所述人群类型对应的所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
其中,所述预置存储位置保存有不同人群类型,以及所述人群类型分别对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。
可选地,电子设备根据获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息包括:
从所述预置存储位置中,获取与所述人群类型对应的类型区间;
根据所述类型区间,获取所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
其中,所述预置存储位置还保存有所述不同人群类型分别对应的类型区间,以及所述类型区间分别对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。
可选地,该方法还包括:
将公路自行车对应的人群划分为不同类型;
获取所述划分单元划分的所述每种类型人群对应的身体尺寸信息;
根据所述获取的所述身体尺寸信息,设计所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
保存所述人群类型和所述公路自行车的尺寸信息。
可选地,根据所述确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车包括:
根据确定的所述尺寸信息,确定制造所述公路自行车需要的模具;
通过使用确定的模具,制造所述公路自行车。
可选地,根据所述确定的尺寸信息,确定制造所述公路自行车需要的模具包括:
根据确定的所述尺寸信息,建立所述公路自行车对应的数字模型;
根据所述数字模型,设计生产所述模具。
可选地,获取公路自行车对应的人群类型包括:
当接收到公路自行车制造指令时,获取公路自行车对应的人群类型。
本申请实施例提供的一种公路自行车制造方法,通过根据公路自行车对应的人群类型,确定所述公路自行车的尺寸信息,然后根据所述尺寸信息制造所述公路自行车,改变了相关技术中通过固定类型人群对应的公路自行车尺寸信息,制造公路自行车,避免了公路自行车不适合除固定类型人群以外的人群,从而提高了公路自行车制造的精确度。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,如图4所示,所述电子设备包括:
一个或多个处理器310,图4中以一个处理器310为例;
存储器320;
所述电子设备还可以包括:输入装置330和输出装置340。
所述电子设备中的处理器310、存储器320、输入装置330和输出装置340可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器320作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的公路自行车制造方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图1所示的获取单元110、确定单元120、制造单元130)。处理器310通过运行存储在存储器320中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例的公路自行车制造方法。
存储器320可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器320可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还 可以包括非暂态性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器320可选包括相对于处理器310远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至终端设备。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置330可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与电子设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置340可包括显示屏等显示设备。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器320中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器310执行时,执行上述方法实施例中的公路自行车制造方法。
本申请实施例还提供了一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行上述任意一种公路自行车制造方法。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任意一种公路自行车制造方法。

本申请实施例提供一种公路自行车制造装置和方法,可以解决相关技术中公路自行车制造的精确度较低的缺陷。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种公路自行车制造装置,包括:
    获取单元,设置为获取公路自行车对应的人群类型;
    确定单元,设置为根据所述获取单元获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息,其中,所述公路自行车的尺寸信息是根据所述人群的身体尺寸信息设计的;以及
    制造单元,设置为根据所述确定单元确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,
    所述确定单元,设置为从预置存储位置中,获取与所述获取单元获取的所述人群类型对应的所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
    其中,所述预置存储位置保存有不同人群类型,以及所述人群类型分别对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,
    所述确定单元,设置为从所述预置存储位置中,获取与所述获取单元获取的所述人群类型对应的类型区间;
    所述确定单元,设置为根据所述类型区间,获取所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
    其中,所述预置存储位置还保存有所述不同人群类型分别对应的类型区间,以及所述类型区间分别对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,所述装置还包括:划分单元、设计单元和保存单元,
    所述划分单元,设置为将公路自行车对应的人群划分为不同类型;
    所述获取单元,设置为获取所述划分单元划分的所述每种类型人群对应的身体尺寸信息;
    所述设计单元,设置为根据所述获取单元获取的所述身体尺寸信息,设计所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
    所述保存单元,设置为保存所述划分单元划分的所述人群类型和所述设计单元设计的所述公路自行车的尺寸信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的装置,其中,所述制造单元包括:
    确定子单元,设置为根据所述确定单元确定的所述尺寸信息,确定制造所述公路自行车需要的模具;
    制造子单元,设置为通过使用所述确定子单元确定的模具,制造所述公路自行车。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,
    所述确定子单元,设置为根据所述确定单元确定的所述尺寸信息,建立所述公路自行车对应的数字模型;根据所述数字模型,设计生产所述模具。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述获取单元,设置为当接收到公路自行车制造指令时,获取公路自行车对应的人群类型。
  8. 一种公路自行车制造方法,应用于电子设备,包括:
    获取公路自行车对应的人群类型;
    根据获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息,其中,所述公路自行车的尺寸信息是根据所述人群的身体尺寸信息设计的;以及
    根据所述确定单元确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,根据获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息包括:
    从预置存储位置中,获取与所述人群类型对应的所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
    其中,所述预置存储位置保存有不同人群类型,以及所述人群类型分别对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,
    根据所述获取单元获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息包括:
    从所述预置存储位置中,获取与所述人群类型对应的类型区间;
    根据所述类型区间,获取所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
    其中,所述预置存储位置还保存有所述不同人群类型分别对应的类型区间,以及所述类型区间分别对应的公路自行车的尺寸信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括:将公路自行车对应的人群划分为不同类型;
    获取划分的所述每种类型人群对应的身体尺寸信息;
    根据所述身体尺寸信息,设计所述公路自行车的尺寸信息;
    保存所述人群类型和所述公路自行车的尺寸信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的方法,其中,根据所述确定单元确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车包括:
    根据确定的所述尺寸信息,确定制造所述公路自行车需要的模具;
    通过使用确定的模具,制造所述公路自行车。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,
    根据确定的所述尺寸信息,确定制造所述公路自行车需要的模具包括:
    根据确定的所述尺寸信息,建立所述公路自行车对应的数字模型;
    根据所述数字模型,设计生产所述模具。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13任一项所述的方法,其中,
    获取公路自行车对应的人群类型包括:
    当接收到公路自行车制造指令时,获取公路自行车对应的人群类型。
  15. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    获取公路自行车对应的人群类型;
    根据所述获取单元获取的所述人群类型,确定所述公路自行车对应的尺寸信息,其中,所述公路自行车的尺寸信息是根据所述人群的身体尺寸信息设计的;以及
    根据所述确定单元确定的所述尺寸信息,制造所述公路自行车。
  16. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求8-14任一项所述的公路自行车制造方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求8-14任一项所述的公路自行车制造方法。
