Le procédé de création d'un contact dans les modes de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir une requête de recherche de contact ; à réaliser une recherche selon la requête reçue ; si un contact correspondant à la requête n'est pas trouvé, à fournir, dans une interface de résultat de recherche, une option de création d'un contact, ou à sauter à une interface permettant de créer un contact. En fournissant à un utilisateur un moyen de création immédiate d'un contact si le contact n'est pas trouvé, un processus de création de contact est simplifié dans une situation dans laquelle un contact n'est pas trouvé, améliorant ainsi l'expérience d'utilisation de l'utilisateur, et augmentant la satisfaction de l'utilisateur. De cette manière, la solution technique fournie dans les modes de réalisation de la présente invention peut résoudre le problème de la technique d'un processus d'opération fastidieux permettant de créer un contact lorsque le contact n'est pas trouvé.
