本申请要求于2016年3月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610183460.1的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本专利申请涉及显示技术领域,具体地,涉及一种屏幕亮度调节方法、屏幕亮度调节设备、以及包含该屏幕亮度调节设备的显示设备。
随着社会的发展,科技的进步,智能手机以及平板电脑等越来越普遍,人们的生活越来越离不开各类含显示设备的终端产品,而且每日使用这些终端产品的时间也在逐步增长。长时间用眼本身就容易造成视觉疲劳,聚精会神地盯着手机屏幕时,屏幕上不断变换的光影又会对眼睛造成持续的刺激,当眼睛不停地捕捉这些光影时,就会使眼睛特别疲劳。尤其当周围环境暗,而手机屏幕亮时,对眼睛的损害尤其大,长此以往会导致视力下降、近视度加深等问题。
为避免环境光较暗的情况下手机屏幕的亮度对眼睛产生刺激和损伤,目前智能手机上均配备有一自动调节屏幕亮度的方案,该方案可根据亮度传感器所感测的外部光源强度(例如,环境光强度)来自动调节屏幕亮度,以达到使得屏幕亮度与环境光强度相适应的目的,从而减小较暗环境内手机屏幕过亮而造成的对人眼的损害。
然而,实际上,每个人的眼睛对不同光强度的适应性不同,如若统一采用一种环境光强度来自动调节屏幕亮度的调节方式,会导致一部分人可受益
于该调节方式,眼睛得到有效地保护,而另一部分具有不同的光强适应性的人则可能并不能使其眼睛得到有效保护,甚至会受到伤害。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有的自动调节屏幕亮度方案并不能有效适应于所有用户的缺陷,本发明提供一种屏幕亮度调节方法、屏幕亮度调节设备、以及包含该屏幕亮度调节设备的显示设备,其可直接根据眼睛舒适度来调整屏幕亮度,从而达到保护眼睛的目的。
通过上述技术方案,本发明部分实施例提供了一种屏幕亮度调节方法,该方法包括:检测用户的瞳孔大小;以及根据所述瞳孔大小,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
在一个实施例中,所述根据所述瞳孔大小调节所述屏幕亮度可包括:将所述瞳孔大小与瞳孔大小变换范围表进行比对,其中该瞳孔大小变换范围表内存储有亮度与人眼在该亮度下的瞳孔大小之间的对应关系;确定所述瞳孔大小所对应的亮度是否处于人眼舒适范围内;在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。

在对发明的具体实施方式进行详细介绍之前,先介绍有关本发明所涉及的瞳孔的一些常识。瞳孔是人眼睛内虹膜中心的小圆孔,为光线进入眼睛的通道。虹膜上平滑肌的伸缩,可以使瞳孔的口径缩小或放大,进而控制进入瞳孔的光量。一般人眼的瞳孔直径可变动于1.5-8.0mm之间。假定人由光亮处进入暗室,其瞳孔直径可增加5倍,那么瞳孔的受光面积会增大25倍,藉此保证进入瞳孔的光量满足人的视觉需求。可见瞳孔大小的变化有保持在不同光照情况下进入眼内的光量较为恒定的作用。本发明即是根据瞳孔大小与亮度之间的对应关系作出的,以使得据此所调节出对屏幕亮度可满足人眼舒适度的要求。
图1为本发明一实施方式提供的屏幕亮度调节方法的流程图。如图1所示,本发明提供了一种屏幕亮度调节方法,该方法包括:检测用户的瞳孔大小;以及根据所述瞳孔大小(例如,瞳孔直径),调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。

其中,LIGHT1、LIGHT2、LIGHT3,…,LIGHTn表示不同的亮度或亮度范围,M1、M2、M3,…,Mn则分别表示在亮度为LIGHT1、LIGHT2、LIGHT3,…,LIGHTn情况下人眼的瞳孔大小,该瞳孔大小可为不同人在相应亮度下的瞳孔大小平均值,亦可为瞳孔大小范围。所述人眼舒适范围指人眼在面对该范围的亮度情况下处于较舒适的状态,该人眼舒适范围可通过对多种不同人进行测试及调查而得出。
图2为本发明一实施方式提供的屏幕亮度调节方法的一实施方式的流程图。如图2所示,在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下调节所述屏幕的亮度可包括:判断所述亮度是太暗还是太亮,例如可判断与当前瞳孔大小对应的亮度是低于所述人眼舒适范围的下限还是高于所述人眼舒适范围的上限。在与当前瞳孔大小对应的亮度是低于所述人眼舒适范围的下限的情况下,可确定亮度太暗,此时可增大所述屏幕的亮度,并在增大屏幕亮度期间不断检测瞳孔大小并确定该瞳孔大小所对应的亮度,所述增大亮度的操作持续进行直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。在与当前瞳孔大小对应的亮度是高于所述人眼舒适范围的上限的情况下,可确定亮度太亮,此时可减小所述屏幕的亮度,并在减小屏幕亮度期间不断检测瞳
孔大小并确定该瞳孔大小所对应的亮度,所述减小亮度的操作持续进行直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。
以用户在环境光较暗的环境下使用手机为例,用户的瞳孔在环境光较暗的环境下会变大以吸收更多的光,而如果此时用户转而观看其手机屏幕,其瞳孔会急剧收缩,瞳孔大小会变小。因此,在此情况下,一般用户都会觉得手机屏幕所发出的光线较强、较为刺眼。此时可根据该变小的瞳孔大小来判断与该瞳孔大小相对应的亮度是否处于人眼舒适范围。在与该瞳孔大小对应的亮度高于所述人眼舒适范围的上限的情况下,可确定亮度太亮,此时可减小屏幕的亮度,并在减小屏幕亮度期间不断检测瞳孔大小并确定该瞳孔大小所对应的亮度,所述减小亮度的操作持续进行直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。藉此,可改善用户在环境光较暗的环境下的手机使用体验,减小手机对其眼睛的刺激。本发明在用户于较强环境光下使用手机所采取的控制手段与此类似,不同之处在于,其会增大屏幕亮度直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。
在通过上述方案调节完所述屏幕亮度之后,用户还可能会对屏幕亮度进行进一步微调,以达到适合其的更好的舒适度。图3为本发明一实施方式提供的屏幕亮度调节方法的另一实施方式的流程图。如图3所示,在一个例子中,所述方法还可包括:接收用户调节屏幕亮度的指令;以及根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令,调节所述屏幕的亮度。在用户调节屏幕亮度完毕之后,还可对根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令调节之后的屏幕亮度与初始检测的瞳孔大小相关联并进行存储。这样在下一次用户处于类似环境下,可直接将所检测的瞳孔大小与所述关联存储的瞳孔大小进行比对,在检测的瞳孔大小为所述关联存储的瞳孔大小中的一者的情况下,取该关联存储的瞳孔大小所对应的屏幕亮度,并将所述屏幕的亮度调节至该对应的关联存储的屏幕亮度。藉此,可进一步提升屏幕亮度调节速度,且可使得调节后的屏幕亮度更
能够符合该用户的个性需求。
图4为本发明一实施方式提供的屏幕亮度调节设备的结构示意图。相应地,如图4所示,本发明还提供一种屏幕亮度调节设备,该设备包括:虹膜识别装置10,用于检测用户的瞳孔大小;以及亮度调节装置20,用于根据所述瞳孔大小,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
在一个例子中,所述根据所述瞳孔大小调节所述屏幕亮度可包括:将所述瞳孔大小与瞳孔大小变换范围表进行比对,其中该瞳孔大小变换范围表内存储有亮度与人眼在该亮度下的瞳孔大小之间的对应关系;确定所述瞳孔大小所对应的亮度是否处于人眼舒适范围内;在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
在一个例子中,在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下调节所述屏幕的亮度可包括:判断所述亮度是太暗还是太亮;以及在所述亮度是太暗的情况下,增大所述屏幕的亮度,直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内;或在所述亮度是太亮的情况下,减小所述屏幕的亮度,直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。
在一个例子中,在调节所述屏幕亮度之后,所述亮度调节装置20还可执行以下操作:接收用户调节屏幕亮度的指令;以及根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令,调节所述屏幕的亮度。
在一个例子中,所述屏幕亮度调节设备还可包括:关联存储装置30,用于将根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令调节之后的屏幕亮度与初始检测的瞳孔大小相关联并进行存储。在此情况下,所述亮度调节装置20可在所检测的瞳孔大小与所述关联存储装置30内所关联存储的瞳孔大小相同的情况下,直接调节所述屏幕的亮度至所述关联存储的屏幕亮度,藉此可提升屏幕
亮度调节速度,且可使得调节后的屏幕亮度更能够符合该用户的个性需求。
有关本发明所提供的屏幕亮度调节设备的具体细节及益处,可参阅上述针对本发明所提供的屏幕亮度调节方法的描述,于此不再赘述。
相应地,本发明还提供一种显示设备,该显示设备包含上述屏幕亮度调节设备。该显示设备可涵盖手机、笔记本电脑、计算机、IPAD、电视机等等本领域所常见的具有显示功能的设备。
通过本发明实施方式,可使得调节后的屏幕亮度能够满足不同人眼的舒适度要求,且由于瞳孔对光线的敏感度较高,可使得屏幕亮度非常精准。本发明可适应于具有不同光强适应性的人群,使其均能够受益于本发明的屏幕亮度调节方案,保证其面对终端设备的屏幕时的眼睛舒适度。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (13)
- 一种屏幕亮度调节方法,该方法包括:检测用户的瞳孔大小;以及根据所述瞳孔大小,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述瞳孔大小调节所述屏幕亮度包括:将所述瞳孔大小与瞳孔大小变换范围表进行比对,其中该瞳孔大小变换范围表内存储有亮度与人眼在该亮度下的瞳孔大小之间的对应关系;确定所述瞳孔大小所对应的亮度是否处于人眼舒适范围内;在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下调节所述屏幕的亮度包括:判断所述亮度是太暗还是太亮;以及在所述亮度是太暗的情况下,增大所述屏幕的亮度,直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内;或在所述亮度是太亮的情况下,减小所述屏幕的亮度,直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其中,在调节所述屏幕亮度之后,所述方法还包括:接收用户调节屏幕亮度的指令;以及根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令,调节所述屏幕的亮度。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:将根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令调节之后的屏幕亮度与初始检测的瞳孔大小相关联并进行存储。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述瞳孔大小调节所述屏幕亮度包括:在所检测的瞳孔大小与所述关联存储的瞳孔大小相同的情况下,调节所述屏幕的亮度至所述关联存储的屏幕亮度。
- 一种屏幕亮度调节设备,该设备包括:虹膜识别装置,用于检测用户的瞳孔大小;以及亮度调节装置,用于根据所述瞳孔大小,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中,所述根据所述瞳孔大小调节所述屏幕亮度包括:将所述瞳孔大小与瞳孔大小变换范围表进行比对,其中该瞳孔大小变换范围表内存储有亮度与人眼在该亮度下的瞳孔大小之间的对应关系;确定所述瞳孔大小所对应的亮度是否处于人眼舒适范围内;在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下,调节所述屏幕的亮度,以使得该调节后的亮度处于人眼舒适范围。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的设备,其中,在所述亮度未处于人眼舒适范围内的情况下调节所述屏幕的亮度包括:判断所述亮度是太暗还是太亮;以及在所述亮度是太暗的情况下,增大所述屏幕的亮度,直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内;或在所述亮度是太亮的情况下,减小所述屏幕的亮度,直至所检测的瞳孔大小所对应的亮度处于所述人眼舒适范围内。
- 根据权利要求7-9中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其中,在调节所述屏幕亮度之后,所述亮度调节装置还执行以下操作:接收用户调节屏幕亮度的指令;以及根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令,调节所述屏幕的亮度。
- 根据权利要求7-10中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其中,该设备还包括:关联存储装置,用于将根据所述用户调节屏幕亮度的指令调节之后的屏幕亮度与初始检测的瞳孔大小相关联并进行存储。
- 根据权利要求7-11中任一项权利要求所述的设备,其中,所述根据所述瞳孔大小调节所述屏幕亮度包括:在所检测的瞳孔大小与所述关联存储的瞳孔大小相同的情况下,调节所述屏幕的亮度至所述关联存储的屏幕亮度。
- 一种显示设备,其中,该显示设备包含根据权利要求7-12中任一项权利要求所述的屏幕亮度调节设备。
