Description

一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪 技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪。
背景技术
随着全民健身运动和体育赛事的迅猛发展,人们对体育场地的环保性、舒适性提出了越来越高的要求,但很少对体育场地的环保性、便捷性、舒适性和安全性进行技术升级,许多运动场地的建造技术至今仍停留在过去,没有达到与社会发展的同步。
现有体育场地的草坪包括天然草坪和人造草坪。
天然草坪受施工环境和施工人员水平的影响,难以达到规定标准。场地容易受到雨水浇灌、高频率使用而使土壤沉降和板结、使草皮斑驳或枯死。维护成本高,需要大量的水资源,肥料及修剪,舒适性较差。
现有人造草坪通常需要铺撒大量的石英砂在人造草丝的根部,然后再用大量的橡胶颗粒注入人造草坪之中,从而使人造草丝保持竖立和松软。但经过雨水的浸泡和人力踩踏,短时间内球场就会变得板结和坚硬,容易对运动员造成伤害,舒适性很差。若草坪局部破损,无法实施局部更换,只能整体更换,更换下来的废旧材料无法回收再利用,残留的石英砂和橡胶颗粒也易对土壤和环境造成污染。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所解决的技术问题,在于提供一种拆装方便、环保舒适的拼装人工草坪。
本发明一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪的技术方案在于:包括弹性塑料层和人造草丝,该弹性塑料层由若干相互连接的拼装单元组合而成,每一拼装单元侧边分别设有对应的连接扣,该连接扣包括扣头和扣槽,该扣头插入扣槽即可连接组合两块相邻的拼装单元,该人造草丝通过簇绒的植草方式固定于拼装单元上 面,该人造草丝与拼装单元之间的簇绒结构至少包括缝合结构、热合结构、粘合结构和钉合结构,拼装单元底部设有若干凹槽。
所述拼装单元为软性环保合成塑料,该软性环保合成塑料的成型方式至少包括注塑、挤塑和压延。
所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的缝合结构将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式直接缝合在拼装单元上面,也可以将人造草丝先缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面缝合,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定;
所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的热合结构是先将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面熔合,形成热合层,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定;
所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的粘合结构是先将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面通过环保胶水粘合,形成胶黏层,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定;
所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的扣合结构是先将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面通过钉扣扣合,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定。
所述拼装单元上面可根据需要设置草沟,该草沟能支撑人造草丝微微竖立。
本发明的有益效果是:拆装简便、环保舒适、经久耐用,经济实用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明提出一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,重点在于,包括弹性塑料层1和人造草丝2,该弹性塑料层1由若干相互连接的拼装单元11组合而成,每一拼装单元11侧边分别设有对应的连接扣14,该连接扣14包括扣头141和扣槽142,该扣头141插入扣槽142即可连接组合两块相邻的拼装单元11,该人造草丝2通过簇绒的植草方式固定于拼装单元11上面,该人造草丝2与拼装单元11之间的簇绒结构至少包括缝合结构、热合结构、粘合结构和钉合结构,拼装单元11底部设有若干凹槽13。
所述拼装单元11为软性环保合成塑料,该软性环保合成塑料的成型方式至少包括注塑、挤塑和压延。
如图4a所示,该人造草丝2与拼装单元11之间的缝合结构是将人造草丝2用簇绒的植草方式直接缝合在拼装单元11上面,也可以如图4b所示,将人造草丝2先缝合在片状软胶3上,形成人造草皮7,再将该人造草皮7与拼装单元11的接触面缝合,完成人造草丝2与拼装单元11的固定;
如图4c所示,该人造草丝2与拼装单元11之间的热合结构是先将人造草丝2用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶3上,形成人造草皮7,再将该人造草皮7与拼装单元11的接触面熔合,形成热合层6,完成人造草丝2与拼装单元11的固定;
如图4d所示,该人造草丝2与拼装单元11之间的粘合结构是先将人造草丝2用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶3上,形成人造草皮7,再将该人造草皮7与拼装单元11的接触面通过环保胶水粘合,形成胶黏层5,完成人造草丝2与拼装单元11的固定;
如图4e所示,该人造草丝2与拼装单元11之间的扣合结构是先将人造草丝2用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶11上,形成人造草皮7,再将该人造草皮7与拼装单元11的接触面通过钉扣4扣合,完成人造草丝2与拼装单元11的固定。
所述拼装单元11上面可根据需要设置草沟12,该草沟12能支撑人造草丝2微 微竖立。
在本具体实施例中,如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,将本发明一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,先将人造草丝2通过簇绒的植草方式直接缝合于拼装单元11上,也可以先将人造草丝2通过簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶3上,形成人造草皮7,再将人造草皮7通过缝合、热合、粘合或扣合的方式固定在拼装单元11上面,从而完成人造草丝2与拼装单元11的固定。上述工作均可在生产车间完成,进入施工工地时,平整好地基后,施工人员只需将每块拼装单元11,通过连接扣14相互扣接锁定,即可完成人造草坪的拼装组合,速度快、效率高。由于弹性塑料层1具有良好的弹性功能和恢复原状功能,从而能够大幅提高运动员的舒适性,且不会出现板结和硬化。每块拼装单元11底部设计的凹槽13能确保雨水疏排畅通,由于草沟12的支撑,能使人造草丝2微微竖立,无需铺撒大量的石英砂和塑料颗粒来维持人造草丝的竖立,从而有效避免了浪费和污染,在长期使用过程中若出现个别拼装单元损坏,仅需将该块拼装单元11拆卸下来更换就行,方便快捷,成本低廉。更换下来的拼装单元11、人造草丝2和片状软胶3均可回收再利用,环保效果非常显著。

  1. 一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:包括弹性塑料层和人造草丝,该弹性塑料层由若干相互连接的拼装单元组合而成,每一拼装单元侧边分别设有对应的连接扣,该连接扣包括扣头和扣槽,该扣头插入扣槽即可连接组合两块相邻的拼装单元,该人造草丝通过簇绒的植草方式固定于拼装单元上面,该人造草丝与拼装单元之间的簇绒结构至少包括缝合结构、热合结构、粘合结构和钉合结构,拼装单元底部设有若干凹槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:所述拼装单元为软性环保合成塑料,该软性环保合成塑料的成型方式至少包括注塑、挤塑和压延。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的缝合结构将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式直接缝合在拼装单元上面,也可以将人造草丝先缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面缝合,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定;
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的热合结构是先将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面熔合,形成热合层,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定;
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的粘合结构是先将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面通过环保胶水粘合,形成胶黏层,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定;
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:所述人造草丝与拼装单元之间的扣合结构是先将人造草丝用簇绒的植草方式缝合在片状软胶上,形成人造草皮,再将该人造草皮与拼装单元的接触面通过钉扣扣合,完成人造草丝与拼装单元的固定。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种环保无填充的拼装人造草坪,其特征在于:所述拼装单元上面可根据需要设置草沟,该草沟能支撑人造草丝微微竖立。
