采用上述技术方案,电子设备在搜索网络时,可以只扫描该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商在该电子设备当前所处地区所支持的网络制式的频段,无需对该电子设备支持的所有地区的所有运营商提供的网络制式的频段进行扫描,缩小了搜索范围,从而减少了搜索时间,提高了网络搜索的效率,并且,该电子设备还可以在接入目标移动通信网络后,对预置网络信息表进行更新完善,提高了该电子设备进行网络重选的效率。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
本发明实施例提供一种电子设备搜索移动通信网络的方法,该电子设备安装了用户身份识别卡,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101、该电子设备获取该用户身份识别卡的识别码。
该电子设备可以是应用于移动通信网络中的移动终端,例如:智能手机、智能手表等,还可以是其他使用移动通信网络的设备。
移动通信网络中的电子设备为了能正常的接入访问移动网络,通常都需要安装用户身份识别卡,以便电子设备可以利用用户身份信息接入相关移动网络。常见的用户身份识别卡可以包括SIM(英文全称:Subscriber Identity Module,中文:客户识别模块)卡、或USIM(英文全称:Universal Subscriber Identity Module,中文:全球客户识别模块)卡、或UIM(英文全称:User Identity Module,中文:用户识别模块)卡等由运营商提供的卡。该用户身份识别卡还可以包括eSIM(英文:Embedded SIM,中文:嵌入式SIM)卡, 所述eSIM卡是将传统SIM卡直接嵌入到设备芯片上,而不是作为独立的可移除零部件加入电子设备中。
值得说明的是,该电子设备能够接入访问的移动通信网络的网络制式以及该移动通信网络的频段,与该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商以及该电子设备当前所处的地区相关。其中,对于SIM,USIM或者UIM等由运营商自身发行的用户身份识别卡来说,该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商即为发行该用户身份识别卡的运营商。由于eSIM卡支持用户根据自身需求选择运营商,因此,当该用户身份识别卡为eSIM卡时,该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商为用户设置选定的运营商。
举例来讲,当该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商为中国电信时,其在中国支持的网络制式有:LTE(英文全称:Long Term Evolution,中文:长期演进)和CDMA(英文全称:Code Division Multiple Access,中文:码分多址),在香港支持的网络制式有:LTE、WCDMA(英文全称:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,中文:宽带码分多址)、GSM(英文全称:Global System for Mobile communications,中文:全球移动通信系统),在美国支持的网络制式有LTE、WCDMA和GSM。
当该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商为中国移动时,其在中国支持的网络制式有:LTE、TD-SCDMA(英文全称:Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access,中文:时分同步码分多址)和GSM,在美国支持的网络制式有:LTE、WCDMA和GSM。
对于同一网络制式,该网络制式在不同地区的频段也可能不同,例如,运营商为中国移动的用户身份识别卡,在中国使用的是TDD(英文全称:Time Division Duplexing,中文:时分双工)的LTE网络,但是在美国使用的是FDD(英文全称:Frequency Division Duplexing,中文:频分双工)的LTE网络。
该识别码可以为该用户身份识别卡的IMSI(英文全称:International Mobile Subscriber Identification,中文:国际移动用户识别)码,还可以是ICCID (英文全称:Integrate Circuit Card Identity,中文:集成电路卡识别)码。
S102、该电子设备根据该识别码在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息。
例如,该预置网络信息表包括M项网络信息,M为大于或等于1的正整数,所述至少一项网络信息可以是N项网络信息,N为小于或等于M的正整数。
该预置网络信息表可以是生产该电子设备的厂商预先设置在该电子设备中的,对于全网通设备,该预置网络信息表包括全部的网络制式和全频段,对于支持移动和联通双网的电子设备,该预置网络信息表包括移动和联通提供的网络制式和频段。
在本发明实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,该识别码包括该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,则步骤S102具体包括:该电子设备根据该运营商的标识确定该用户身份识别卡的运营商信息,在该预置网络信息表中确定包括该运营商支持的网络制式的至少一项网络信息,其中,运营商支持的网络制式包括该运营商提供的网络制式和与该运营商有漫游协议的网络制式。
其中,IMSI码包括MCC(英文全称:Mobile Country Code,中文:移动国家码)以及MNC(英文全称:Mobile Network Code,中文:移动网号),按照现有的规定,不同的移动国家代表不同的国家,例如,移动国家码460代表中国,移动国家码450代表韩国,不同的移动网号代表不同的运营商,例如,移动网号00代表中国移动,移动网号01中国联通。因此,该识别码为IMSI码时,该运营商的标识可以为MCC和MNC。
ICCID码包括国家编号以及运营商编号。例如,国家编号86代表中国,运营商编号00代表中国移动。因此,该识别码为IMSI码时,该运营商标识可以为营运商编号。
上述只是举例说明,该电子设备根据该用户身份识别卡的IMSI码或者ICCID码均可以确定该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商。本领域普通技术人员应该知悉,该识别码还可以是用户身份识别卡携带的能够表明该用户身 份识别卡当前所属运营商的其他信息,本发明对此不做限定。
示例地,若该电子设备是支持中国移动、中国联通以及中国电信的电子设备,且该预置网络信息表如下表1所示:

在此种情况下,若该用户身份识别卡的移动网号表明该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商是中国电信,则该电子设备可以在上述包括M=11项网络信息的表1中确定中国电信对应的包括LTE,WCDMA,GSM和CDMA的N=4项网络信息为用于网络搜索的网络信息。
若该用户身份识别卡的移动网号表明该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商是中国联通,则该电子设备在上述包括M=11项网络信息的表1中确定中国联通对应的包括LTE,WCDMA和GSM的N=3项三项网络信息为用于网络搜索的网络信息。
若该用户身份识别卡的移动网号表明该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商是中国移动,则该电子设备在上述包括M=11项网络信息的表1中确定中国移动对应的包括LTE,WCDMA,TD-SCDMA和GSM的N=4项网络信息为 用于网络搜索的网络信息。
上述只是举例说明,表1中直接包括运营商标识、网络制式、频段三者的对应关系,这样,电子设备在获取到用户身份识别卡的运营商标识后,直接查询预置网络信息表即可获得该运营商对应的至少一项网络信息,即该运营商支持的网络制式以及所述网络制式对应的频段。可选地,该电子设备也可以建立并维护一张运营商标识与网络制式的对应关系表,以及一张包括网络制式与频段的对应关系的预置网络信息表,这样,该电子设备在获取到用户身份识别卡的运营商标识后,先从运营商标识与网络制式的对应关系表中确定该运营商支持的至少一项网络制式,再根据该至少一项网络制式查询预置网络信息表获得每项网络制式对应的频段,例如,该电子设备在确定发行该用户身份识别卡的运营商为中国电信时,可以从运营商标识与网络制式的对应关系表中确定中国电信支持LTE、WCDMA、GSM和CDMA四项网络制式,再从包括网络制式与频段的对应关系的预置网络信息表中获取该四项网络制式分别对应的频段,以此得到包括网络制式以及频段的四项网络信息。本发明对此不做限定。
在上述可能的实现方式中,电子设备支持多个网络制式的移动通信网络,但是,该电子设备在搜索网络时,无需对每个网络制式的频段进行扫描,而是扫描用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商支持的网络制式的频段,缩小了搜索范围,从而减少了搜索时间,提高了网络搜索的效率。
在本发明实施例的另一种可能的实现方式中,该预置网络信息表包括运营商、地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,在此种情况下,该电子设备还可以获取当前所处地区的地区标识,并在预置网络信息表中确定对应该地区标识的网络信息,则上述步骤S102具体包括:该电子设备根据该运营商标识在对应该地区标识的网络信息中确定包括该运营商支持的网络制式的至少一项网络信息。
示例地,该电子设备可以通过网络下发的网络信息来获得电子设备当前所处地区的地区标识,也可以通过GPS(英文全称:Global Positioning System, 中文:全球定位系统)或者WIFI定位技术来获得电子设备当前所处地区的地区标识。
示例地,该电子设备包括的预置网络信息表如表2所示,表2包含了中国电信运营商在不同国家所支持的多种网络制式:中国支持的LTE和CDMA,美国支持的LTE、WCDMA和GSM,以及中国移动运营商在不同国家支持的网络制式:中国支持的LTE、TDSCDMA和GSM,美国支持的LTE、WCDMA和GSM。在不同国家,可能支持相同的网络制式,但是支持不同的频段。

在此种情况下,若该用户身份识别卡当前所述运营商为中国移动,则该电子设备可以在上述M=11的预置网络信息表中确定包括LTE(中国),TD-SCDMA(中国),GSM(中国),LTE(美国)、WCDMA(美国)和GSM(美国)的6项网络信息。
进一步地,若该电子设备获得的地区标识表明该电子设备当前所处地区为中国,则该电子设备可在该6项网络信息中确定包括LTE(中国),TD-SCDMA(中国),GSM(中国)的N=3项网络信息为用于网络搜索的网 络信息。
上述只是举例说明,在具体实施时,该电子设备也可以首先根据运营商标识从预置网络信息表中确定包括该运营商支持的网络制式的网络信息,再从包括该运营商支持的网络制式的网络信息中确定对应所述地区标识的至少一项网络信息,本发明对步骤的执行顺序不做限定,并且,参照上述对表1的描述,该电子设备也可以通过建立多张对应关系表记录运营商标识,地区标识,网络制式,频段之间的对应关系,本发明对此不做限定。
在上述可能的实现方式中,电子设备支持多个地区的多个运营商提供的多种网络制式的移动通信网络,该电子设备在搜索网络时,可以只扫描该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商在该电子设备当前所处地区所支持的网络制式的频段,无需对该电子设备支持的所有地区的所有运营商提供的网络制式的频段进行扫描,缩小了搜索范围,从而减少了搜索时间,提高了网络搜索的效率。
S103、该电子设备根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
可选地,该预置网络信息表中包括每项网络信息的优先级,这样,该电子设备可以根据该至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每项网络信息中的频段进行网络搜索。
进一步地,该电子设备在搜索到可接入的移动通信网络,即所述目标移动通信网络后,经过网络鉴权,接入该目标移动通信网络。
可选地,该电子设备在接入该目标通信网络后,还可以保存该至少一项网络信息作为搜网列表,这样,该电子设备在下一次搜网移动通信网络时,可以直接根据该搜网列表进行搜索,而无需再从预置网络信息表中进行选择,提高了网络搜索效率。
可选地,该电子设备在接入该目标通信网络后,可以将预置网络信息表中的该目标移动通信网络的网络信息的优先级设置为最高,这样,若该电子设备所处地区以及安装的用户身份识别卡未发生变化,则该电子设备在下一 次进行网络搜索时,可以最快速的搜索到并接入该目标移动通信网络。在该电子设备保存了该至少一项网络信息作为搜网列表的情况下,该电子设备也可以将该搜网列表中的该目标移动通信网络的网络信息的优先级设置为最高。
在具体实施过程中,该电子设备保存包括该至少一项网络信息的搜网列表后,在下一次进行网络搜索时,可以先判断用户身份识别卡和电子设备所处地区是否发生变化,若两者均为发生变化,则该电子设备直接使用搜网列表进行网络搜索;在用户身份识别卡未发生更换且该电子设备无法获取到当前所在的地区标识时,也可以直接使用搜网列表进行网络搜索,若该电子设备采用搜网列表在预设时长内未搜索到网络,则可以再利用预置网络信息表中的每项网络信息进行网络搜索。若该电子设备在下一次进行网络搜索时,确定用户身份识别卡发生更换或者所处地区发生变化,则该电子设备可直接重新从预置网络信息表中选择网络信息进行网络搜索。
可选地,该电子设备在接入该目标通信网络后,还可以从网络侧获取到该目标移动通信网络的临区信息,并将该临区信息添加到该预置网络信息表中。
其中,该临区信息可以包括异频的网络信息,还可以包括异系统的网络信息,异频的网络信息是指与该目标移动通信网络的网络制式相同且频段不同的网络信息,异系统的网络信息是指与该目标移动通信网络的运营商相同且网络制式不同的网络信息。
值的说明的是,由于技术的更新,运营商支持的网络制式以及网络制式占用的频段不是一成不变的,因此,电子设备的预置网络信息表中记录的网络信息可能不完善,该电子设备在获取到该目标移动通信网络的临区信息后,可以先确定该预置网络信息表中不存在与该临区信息相同的网络信息,再将该临区信息添加到该预置网络信息表中。具体地,对于异频的临区信息,该电子设备可以只将该临区信息中的频段添加到该目标移动通信网络的网络制式对应的频段中;对于异系统的临区信息,该电子设备可以将该临区信息作 为一项新的网络信息添加到该预置网络信息表中,从而使得电子设备的预置网络信息表更加完善准确,并且,临区信息有利于电子设备进行网络重选。
在本发明实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,步骤S103还包括:若该电子设备根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到该目标移动通信网络,则该电子设备在全频段范围内进行网络搜索。
具体地,该电子设备可以在开始进行搜网时,就启动OOS(英文全称:Out Of Service,中文:没有服务)定时器,如果在OOS定时器超时之前,电子设备搜索到了可接入的移动通信网络,就停止OOS定时器,如果OOS定时器超时,电子设备还没有搜索到可接入的移动通信网络,则在全频段范围内搜网。
在具体实施时,OOS定时器的时长可以通过至少一个网络信息中的网络制式、频段和频点来确定,例如,该至少一个网络信息中包括的网络制式、频段和频点越多,该OOS定时器的时间则可以设置越长,反之,该OOS定时器的时间就设置为越短。
值得说明的是,由于电子设备的预置网络信息表存在不完善的可能,因此导致该电子设备根据该至少一项网络信息可能无法搜索到可接入的移动通信网络,在上述可能的实现方式中,该电子设备根据该至少一项网络信息在预定时长内未搜索到可接入的移动通信网络时,可以在全频段范围内搜索网络,确保了电子设备尽最大可能去搜索移动通信网络。
进一步地,该电子设备在全频段范围内搜索到该目标移动通信网络后,获取该目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或该目标移动通信网络的临区信息,并将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或该目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到该预置网络信息表中。
这样,该电子设备将在全频段范围内搜索到的目标移动通信网络的网络信息添加到预置网络信息表中,在下一次搜索网络时,该电子设备即可再次根据用户身份识别卡在更新后的预置网络信息表中选择网络信息进行搜网,避免了再次采用全频段搜网,提高了搜网效率。可选地,该电子设备还可以 将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息在预置网络信息表中的优先级设置为最高。
为了使本领域的技术人员更容易理解本发明实施例提供的一种电子设备搜索移动通信网络的方法,下面通过一个详细的实施例进行说明,如图2所示,包括:
S201、电子设备在预置网络信息表中确定包括用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商支持的网络制式的网络信息。
该用户身份识别卡可以是插入该电子设备的实体卡,也可以是集成在该电子设备的设备芯片上的eSIM卡。步骤S201可参照上述对步骤S101以及S102的描述,此处不再赘述。
S202、该电子设备获取当前所处地区的地区标识。
S203、该电子设备在包括该运营商支持的网络制式的网络信息中确定对应该地区标识的至少一项网络信息。
在具体实施过程中,若该预置网络信息表中不存在符合上述条件的网络信息,该电子设备也可以直接执行步骤S211。
S204、该电子设备按照该至少一项网络信息的优先级根据每项网络信息中的频段进行网络搜索,并启动OOS定时器。

具体地,该电子设备在进行网络搜索时,是分制式进行搜索,并在不同制式下进行分频段搜索,如果电子设备搜索某一频段时,发现多个信号较强的频点,会去尝试驻留,若驻留失败,则搜索下一个频段,直到驻留成功,并接入当前搜索到的移动通信网络,当该电子设备接入该目标移动通信网络后,该电子设备就能够获取当前接入网络的制式和频点信息,并且,该电子设备根据不同的网络制式解析该目标移动通信网络下发的信息,还可以获取到该电子设备当前所处地区的地区标识。
例如,当该电子设备在插入中国移动卡进行LTE制式搜网时,发现了当前网络环境下可用的频点是38950,并且在频点38950该电子设备能成功的驻留和接入。这样,该电子设备利用3GPP TS 36.101表5.7.3-1中规定的频点和频段的对应关系可以确定频点38950对应的频段是B40。由此,可确定该目标移动通信网络的网络制式为LTE,频段为B40。同时,该电子设备还可以通过该标移动通信网络下发的系统信息块SystemInformationBlockType1获取plmn-Identity(英文全称:Public Land Mobile Network Identity,中文:中文公共陆地移动网络标识)中的MCC字段,得到地区标识。比如获取的MCC是460,则说明当前该电子设备所在的地区是中国。
LTE网络的临区消息可以通过SIB(英文全称:System Information Block,中文:系统信息块)消息获取。
其中,SIB5包含异频邻区,该电子设备通过interFreqCarrierFreqList中的 dl-CarrierFreq字段可以获取一个或者多个异频的临区信息,并且,利用3GPP TS 36.101表5.7.3-1中规定的频点和频段的对应关系可以确定对应的异频的频段信息,比如dl-CarrierFreq为37900,那么对应的异频的频段信息为B38。
SIB6包含UTRA(英文全称:Universal Terrestrial Radio Access,中文:通用地面无线接入)邻区,该电子设备可以通过CarrierFreqListUTRA-FDD和/或CarrierFreqListUTRA-TDD的carrierFreq字段获取一个或者多个UTRA的临区信息,并且利用3GPP TS 25.101表Table 5.2中规定的频点和频段的对应关系确定对应的频段信息,例如,carrierFreq为10713,其对应的频段的为B1。另外,UTRA邻区的网络制式为WCDMA。
SIB7包含GERAN(英文全称:GSM EDGE Radio Access Network,中文:增强型GSM无线接入网)邻区,该电子设备可以通过carrierFreqsInfoList中的bandIndicator字段获取当前异系统GERAN的频段信息。比如获取bandIndicator为dcs1800,那么对应的频段是B3。另外,GERAN邻区的网络制式为GSM。
SIB8包含CDMA邻区,该电子设备可以通过NeighCellListCDMA2000中bandClass字段获取一个或者多个获取当前异系统CDMA的频段信息。比如获取bandClass为bc0,那么对应的频段是BC0。
S213、该电子设备将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息以及临区信息添加到预置网络信息表中,并将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息的优先级设置为最高。
另外,图2所示步骤只是举例说明,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。
采用上述方法,电子设备在搜索网络时,可以只扫描该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商在该电子设备当前所处地区所支持的网络制式的频段,无需对该电子设备支持的所有地区的所有运营商提供的网络制式的频段进行扫 描,缩小了搜索范围,从而减少了搜索时间,提高了网络搜索的效率,并且,该电子设备还可以在接入目标移动通信网络后,对预置网络信息表进行更新完善,有利于电子设备下一次进行网络搜索。
本发明实施例还提供一种电子设备30,该电子设备30安装有用户身份识别卡,用于实施上述方法实施例提供的一种搜索移动通信网络的方法,如图3所示,该电子设备30包括:
获取单元31,用于获取该用户身份识别卡的识别码;
确定单元32,用于根据该识别码在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,该网络信息包括网络制式以及该网络制式对应的频段;
搜网单元33,用于根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
采用上述电子设备,该电子设备在搜索移动通信网络时,只需对预置网络信息表中与用户身份识别卡的识别码相匹配的部分网络信息的频段进行搜索,无需对该电子设备支持的所有网络制式进行搜索,缩小了搜索范围,提高了搜索效率。
可选地,该识别码包括该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,该确定单元32具体用于执行:根据该运营商的标识确定该运营商支持的网络制式;在该预置网络信息表中确定包括该运营商支持的网络制式的该至少一项网络信息。运营商支持的网络制式包括该运营商提供的网络制式以及与该运营商具有漫游协议的网络制式,可选地,该预置网络信息表可以包括运营商标识与网络信息的对应关系,这样,该电子设备在获取到该用户身份识别卡的运营商标识后,直接查询该预置网络信息表即可获得与该运营商标识对应的该至少一项网络信息。具体可参照方法实施例中表1对应的描述,此处不再赘述。其中,电子设备支持的运营商可能为多个,但是,电子设备使用的用户身份识别卡在接入网络时支持的运营商只有一个。上述电子设备在搜索移动通信网络时,可以根据该识别码获知该用户身份识别码当前所属运营商,进而该电子设备只需对该运营商支持的网络制式进行搜索,无需对该电子设备 支持的所有网络制式进行搜索,缩小了搜索范围,提高了搜索效率。
可选地,该预置网络信息表包括地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,该识别码包括该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,该获取单元31还用于,获取该电子设备当前所处地区的地区标识;该确定单元32具体用于,在该预置网络信息表中确定对应该地区标识的网络信息,根据该运营商的标识在对应该地区标识的网络信息中确定该至少一项网络信息。运营商支持的网络制式与该运营商所处的地区相关,因此,在上述可能的实现方式中,该电子设备可以同时根据该运营商标识以及该电子设备当前所处地区的标识选择出该地区的该运营商支持的网络制式。可选地,该电子设备也可以先根据该运营商标识选择出包括该运营商支持的网络制式的网络信息,再根据该地区标识选择出该至少一项网络信息。可选地,该电子设备在根据该至少一项网络信息搜索到可接入的移动通信网络后,还可以保存该至少一向网络信息作为搜网列表,这样,该电子设备在下一次进行网络搜索时,可以直接根据该至少一项网络信息进行搜索,无需再次从该预置网络信息表中选择网络信息。具体可参照方法实施例中对表2的描述,此处不再赘述。
可选地,该识别码为该用户身份识别卡的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,该运营商标识包括移动网号MNC;或者,该识别码为该用户身份识别卡的集成电路卡识别码ICCID,该运营商标识包括运营商编号。
可选地,该用户身份识别卡为客户识别模块SIM卡,或者全球客户识别模块USIM卡,或者用户识别模块UIM卡,或者嵌入式eSIM卡。对于SIM,USIM或者UIM等由运营商自身发行的用户身份识别卡来说,该用户身份识别卡当前所属的运营商即为发行该用户身份识别卡的运营商。由于eSIM卡支持用户根据自身需求选择运营商,因此,当该用户身份识别卡为eSIM卡时,该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商为用户设置选定的运营商。
可选地,该电子设备还包括通信单元34,用于在该搜网单元33根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索到该目标移动通信网络后,获取该目标移动通信网络的临区信息;该电子设备还包括管理单元35,用于将该目标移动通信 网络的临区信息更新到该预置网络信息表中。
可选地,该搜网单元33还用于,根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到该目标移动通信网络,在全频段范围内进行网络搜索;该通信单元34用于在该搜网单元搜索到该目标通信网络后,获取该目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或该目标移动通信网络的临区信息;该管理单元35用于将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或该目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到该预置网络信息表中。该电子设备将搜索到的移动通信网络的网络信息添加到预置网络信息表中,避免该电子设备在下一次搜索网络时,仍然需要在全频段范围内搜索网络。该电子设备将该移动通信网络的临区信息更新该预置网络信息表,提高了电子设备网络重选的效率。
可选地,该搜网单元33具体用于,按照该至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每种网络制式对应的频段搜索该目标移动通信网络;该管理单元35还用于,调整该目标移动通信网络的网络信息在该预置网络信息表中的优先级。例如,将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息的优先级设置为最高,这样,在该电子设备未更换用户身份识别卡且未改变地区的情况下,该电子设备在下一次进行网络搜索时,可以最快速的搜索到该目标移动通信网络并进行接入,进一步提高了网络搜索的效率。
值得说明的是,以上对电子设备30的单元划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,并且,上述各功能单元的物理实现也可能有多种实现方式,例如,上述确定单元32具体可以是一中央处理器,也可以是特定集成电路(英文全称:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)。
另外,所属本领域的技术人员应该清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的电子设备的各单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供另一种电子设备40,用于实施上述方法实施例提供的一种搜索移动通信网络的方法,所述电子设备40可以安装有用户身份识别 卡,如图4所示,该电子设备40包括:处理器41,存储器42,射频电路43和通信总线44;该处理器41,该存储器42和该射频电路43通过该通信总线44完成相互间的通信。
其中,该存储器42用于存储预置网络信息表。
该存储器42还用于存放程序代码,所述程序代码包括计算机操作指令。
该处理器41用于执行该存储器42中的程序代码,以实现以下操作:
获取该用户身份识别卡的识别码;根据所述识别码在该存储器42存储的预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,所述网络信息包括网络制式以及所述网络制式对应的频段;并基于该射频电路43根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
可选地,所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,所述根据所述运营商的标识在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,包括:根据所述运营商的标识确定所述运营商支持的网络制式;在所述预置网络信息表中确定包括所述运营商支持的网络制式的所述至少一项网络信息。
可选地,所述预置网络信息表包括地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,所述操作还包括:获取当前所处地区的地区标识,并在所述预置网络信息表中确定对应所述地区标识的网络信息;所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,所述根据所述运营商的标识在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,包括:根据该运营商的标识在对应所述地区标识的网络信息中确定所述至少一项网络信息。
可选地,所述操作还包括:在基于该射频电路43根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索到所述目标移动通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息;将所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
可选地,所述操作还包括:在基于该射频电路43根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到所述目标移动通信网络时,基于该射频电路43在全频段范围内进行网络搜索;在全频段范围内搜索到所述目标移动 通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息,并将所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
可选地,所述基于所述射频电路43根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络,包括:基于所述射频电路43按照所述至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每种网络制式对应的频段搜索所述目标移动通信网络;所述操作还包括:调整所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息在所述预置网络信息表中的优先级。
本发明实施例中的处理器41可以是中央处理单元(英文全称:Center Processing Unit,简称:CPU)。另外,为节省CPU的计算资源,处理器41也可以是现场可编程门阵列(英文全称:Field Programmable Gate Array,简称:FPGA),以实现本发明实施例中搜索移动通信网络的全部操作,或者,处理器41也可以是CPU和FPGA,则FPGA与CPU分别执行本发明实施例中搜索移动通信网络的部分操作。为方便描述,本发明实施例统一描述为处理器41实现本发明实施例中搜索移动通信网络的操作,具体可参照上述方法实施例对应的描述,此处不再赘述。
另外,该电子设备具体可以为手机或者平板电脑等应用移动通信网络的设备,根据该电子设备的具体形态,该电子设备还可以包括其他器件。如图5所示,本发明实施例提供一种手机50,包括:处理器501、RF(英文全称:Radio Frequency,中文:射频)电路502、存储器503、SIM卡卡槽504、电源505输入单元506以及显示单元507等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图5中示出的手机结构并不构成对手机的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图5对手机50的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
SIM卡卡槽504用于安装SIM卡,该SIM卡卡槽504与该处理器501电连接,该处理器501可以从安装的SIM卡中获取到该SIM的识别码。可替换地,该手机50可以包括其他实体卡的卡槽,例如,USIM卡或者UIM卡;可替换地,该 手机50还可以包括eSIM卡,例如,在该处理器501中集成eSIM卡。
该存储器503用于存储该手机50的预置网络信息表以及存储软件程序。通常,该存储器503可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
RF电路502用于在处理器501的控制下搜索移动通信网络,还用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器501处理,该下行信息可以包括该手机50当前接入的移动通信网络的网络信息及临区信息。通常,RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(英文全称:Low Noise Amplifier,中文:低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,RF电路502还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。
处理器501是手机50的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器503内的软件程序,以及调用存储在存储器503内的数据,执行手机50的各种功能和处理数据。
在本发明实施例中,该处理器501执行存储器503内的软件程序可实现以下操作:获取安装在SIM卡卡槽504的用户身份识别卡的识别码,调用存储在该存储器503中的预置网络信息表,根据该识别码在该预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,并基于该RF电路502根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
可选地,该识别码包括该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,则上述根据该运营商的标识在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,包括:根据该运营商的标识确定该运营商支持的网络制式;在该预置网络信息表中确定包括该运营商支持的网络制式的该至少一项网络信息。
可选地,该预置网络信息表包括地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,则所述操作还包括:获取当前所处地区的地区标识,并在该预置网络信息表中确定对应该地区标识的网络信息;该识别码包括该用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,则上述根据该运营商的标识在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项 网络信息,包括:根据该运营商的标识在对应该地区标识的网络信息中确定该至少一项网络信息。
可选地,该操作还包括:在基于该RF电路502根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索到该目标移动通信网络后,获取该目标移动通信网络的临区信息;将该目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到该预置网络信息表中。
可选地,该操作还包括:在基于该RF电路502根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到该目标移动通信网络时,基于该RF电路502在全频段范围内进行网络搜索;在全频段范围内搜索到该目标移动通信网络后,获取该目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或该目标移动通信网络的临区信息,并将该目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或该目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到该预置网络信息表中。
可选地,该基于该RF电路502根据该至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络,包括:基于该RF电路502按照该至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每种网络制式对应的频段搜索该目标移动通信网络;该操作还包括:调整该目标移动通信网络的网络信息在该预置网络信息表中的优先级。
其中,上述处理器501可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器501可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器501中。
输入单元506可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机50的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元506可包括触摸屏以及其他输入设备。触摸屏也称为触控面板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。其他输入设备可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、电源开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元507可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机50的各种菜单。显示单元507可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用LCD(英文 全称:Liquid Crystal Display,中文:液晶显示器)、OLED(英文全称:Organic Light-Emitting Diode,中文:有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板。
手机50还包括给各个部件供电的电源505(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器501逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,手机50还可以包括WiFi(wireless fidelity,无线保真)模块、蓝牙模块,传感器等,在此不再赘述。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子设备搜索移动通信网络的方法,所述电子设备安装了用户身份识别卡,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    所述电子设备获取所述用户身份识别卡的识别码;
    所述电子设备根据所述识别码在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,所述网络信息包括网络制式以及所述网络制式对应的频段;
    所述电子设备根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识;所述电子设备根据所述识别码在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,包括:
    所述电子设备根据所述运营商的标识确定所述运营商支持的网络制式;
    所述电子设备在所述预置网络信息表中确定包括所述运营商支持的网络制式的所述至少一项网络信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预置网络信息表包括地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备获取当前所处地区的地区标识;
    所述电子设备在所述预置网络信息表中确定对应所述地区标识的网络信息;
    所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识;所述电子设备根据所述识别码在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,包括:
    所述电子设备根据所述运营商的标识在对应所述地区标识的网络信息中确定所述至少一项网络信息。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备在根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索到所述目标移 动通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息;
    所述电子设备将所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述电子设备根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到所述目标移动通信网络,则所述电子设备在全频段范围内进行网络搜索;
    所述电子设备在全频段范围内搜索到所述目标移动通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息,并将所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络,包括:
    所述电子设备按照所述至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每种网络制式对应的频段搜索所述目标移动通信网络;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备调整所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息在所述预置网络信息表中的优先级。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别码为所述用户身份识别卡的国际移动用户识别码IMSI,所述运营商的标识包括移动网号MNC;或者,
    所述识别码为所述用户身份识别卡的集成电路卡识别码ICCID,所述运营商的标识包括运营商编号。
  8. 一种电子设备,所述电子设备安装了用户身份识别卡,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    获取单元,用于获取所述用户身份识别卡的识别码;
    确定单元,用于根据所述识别码在预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,所述网络信息包括网络制式以及所述网络制式对应的频段;
    搜网单元,用于根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,所述确定单元具体用于:
    根据所述运营商的标识确定所述运营商支持的网络制式;
    在所述预置网络信息表中确定包括所述运营商支持的网络制式的所述至少一项网络信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述预置网络信息表包括地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,所述获取单元还用于,获取所述电子设备当前所处地区的地区标识;
    所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,所述确定单元具体用于,在所述预置网络信息表中确定对应所述地区标识的网络信息;根据所述运营商的标识在对应所述地区标识的网络信息中确定所述至少一项网络信息。
  11. 如权利要求8至10任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括通信单元,用于在所述搜网单元根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索到所述目标移动通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息;
    所述电子设备还包括管理单元,用于将所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息更新到所述预置网络信息表中。
  12. 如权利要求8至10任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述搜网单元还用于,根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到所述目标移动通信网络,在全频段范围内进行网络搜索;
    所述电子设备还包括通信单元,用于在所述搜网单元搜索到所述目标通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息;
    所述电子设备还包括管理单元,用于将所述目标移动通信网络的网络信 息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述搜网单元具体用于:
    按照所述至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每种网络制式对应的频段搜索所述目标移动通信网络;
    所述管理单元还用于,调整所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息在所述预置网络信息表中的优先级。
  14. 一种电子设备,所述电子设备安装了用户身份识别卡,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:处理器、存储器、射频单元和通信总线;所述处理器、所述存储器和所述射频单元通过所述通信总线进行通信;所述存储器存储了预置网络信息表;
    所述处理器用于执行:
    获取与所述用户身份识别卡的识别码;
    根据所述识别码在所述预置网络信息表中确定至少一项网络信息,所述网络信息包括网络制式以及所述网络制式对应的频段;
    根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索目标移动通信网络。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,所述处理器具体用于执行:
    根据所述运营商的标识确定所述运营商支持的网络制式;
    在所述预置网络信息表中确定包括所述运营商支持的网络制式的所述至少一项网络信息。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述预置网络信息表包括地区标识与网络信息的对应关系,所述识别码包括所述用户身份识别卡当前所属运营商的标识,所述处理器具体用于执行:
    获取所述电子设备当前所处地区的地区标识;
    在所述预置网络信息表中确定对应所述地区标识的网络信息;
    根据所述运营商的标识在对应所述地区标识的网络信息中确定所述至少 一项网络信息。
  17. 如权利要求14至16任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:
    在根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段搜索到所述目标移动通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息;
    将所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
  18. 如权利要求14至16任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行:
    若根据所述至少一项网络信息中的频段在预定时长内未搜索到所述目标移动通信网络,则在全频段范围内进行网络搜索;
    在全频段范围内搜索到所述目标移动通信网络后,获取所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息,并将所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息和/或所述目标移动通信网络的临区信息添加到所述预置网络信息表中。
  19. 如权利要求17或18所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于执行:
    按照所述至少一项网络信息的优先级依次根据每种网络制式对应的频段搜索所述目标移动通信网络;
    所述处理器还用于,调整所述目标移动通信网络的网络信息在所述预置网络信息表中的优先级。
