Description

Housing mounting member and electronic device
The present invention relates to a housing mounting member and an electronic device including the housing mounting member.
In general, since the casing of electronic devices such as mobile terminals is highly airtight, a pressure difference occurs inside and outside the casing due to a sudden change in temperature and atmospheric pressure, which leads to deformation of the casing. There is a risk of damage to various electronic components built in the housing. Therefore, in recent years, research and development of housings for electronic devices having various structures have been promoted in order to prevent deformation of the housing due to a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the housing. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a portable cover in which a ventilation hole that leads to a housing space inside a housing is formed in a portion close to a lens window arrangement position on an exterior cover that covers a circuit board on which a camera module or the like is mounted. A terminal device is disclosed.
Japanese Patent Gazette “Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2014-14060 (published January 23, 2014)”
However, in the portable terminal device disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the above-described vent hole is formed at a location that can be visually recognized from the outside, the presence of the vent hole becomes a restriction on the design of the portable terminal device, and as a result, There has been a problem that the appearance of the terminal device is impaired.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to ventilate the air inside and outside the casing without impairing the appearance of the electronic apparatus by being attached to the casing of the electronic apparatus. It is to realize a member that can be used.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a housing mounting member according to an aspect of the present invention is a housing mounting member that is attached to an opening formed in a housing of an electronic device, and the opening in the housing A mounting portion disposed so as to be opposed to the wall on which the portion is formed from the inner side of the housing, and the protruding portion of the outer shape corresponding to the shape of the opening is provided on the mounting portion. It is provided so that it may protrude toward the exterior of a housing | casing, The said protrusion part forms the 1st ventilation path which is space between the said opening parts, The said opening part forms the said attachment part A space communicating with the inside of the housing and the first air passage is formed as a second air passage between the wall and the wall.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the housing attachment member forms the first air passage and the second air passage for ventilating the air inside and outside the housing in a region that is difficult to visually recognize from the outside in the housing.
スマートフォン100(電子機器)は、パーソナルコンピュータ・PDA(Personal Digital Assistant:携帯情報端末)等の機能を併せ持った多機能の携帯電話機である。
<Attaching the chassis mounting member to the smartphone>
First, with reference to FIG. 1, the attachment to the smart phone 100 of the housing | casing attachment member 1 is demonstrated. FIGS. 1A and 1B are schematic views illustrating a method of attaching the housing attachment member 1 to the smartphone 100. FIG. A smartphone 100 (electronic device) is a multifunctional mobile phone having functions of a personal computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant: personal digital assistant) and the like.
As shown to (a) of FIG. 1, the housing | casing attachment member 1 is the panel 10a (housing | casing, housing | casing) which is a member which comprises the back surface (upper surface in (b) of FIG. 2) of the smart phone 100 first. The wall in which the opening is formed is attached to a circular opening 10c. Specifically, the outer edge of the opening 10c on the back surface of the panel 10a (the surface facing the lens portion 70a of the camera module 70 built in the smartphone 100; see FIG. 1B) is O-shaped in plan view. The double-sided adhesive sheet 1c (holding part) formed by connecting the part and the substantially square-shaped part is pasted. Details of the double-sided adhesive sheet 1c will be described later.
Next, a protruding portion 1b (see FIG. 2B) of the housing mounting member 1 described later is inserted into the opening 10c, and a mounting portion 1a of the housing mounting member 1 described later is bonded to the double-sided adhesive sheet 1c. By doing so, the housing attachment member 1 is attached to the panel 10a.
Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the panel mounting member 1 is mounted by mounting the panel 10a mounted with the housing mounting member 1 on a case 10b (housing) in which various electronic components are built. Is attached to the smartphone 100. At this time, the panel 10a is attached so that the arrangement position of the opening 10c corresponds to the arrangement position of the lens section 70a of the camera module 70 built in the case 10b. By attaching the panel 10a to the case 10b in this manner, the case 10b and the panel 10a are integrated to form the housing 10 of the smartphone 100.
Note that the attachment of the housing attachment member 1 to the opening 10c of the panel 10a as shown in FIG. 1 is merely an example, and for example, the opening (not shown) for providing the earpiece in the smartphone 100 You may attach the housing | casing attachment member which concerns on invention. In other words, the housing attachment member according to the present invention can be attached to an opening formed in the housing of various electronic devices including a smartphone.
<Configuration of the site near the mounting location of the housing mounting member on the smartphone>
Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the structure of the site | part vicinity of the attachment location of the housing | casing attachment member 1 in the smart phone 100 is demonstrated. FIG. 2A is a schematic diagram showing a case where a portion near the attachment location of the housing attachment member 1 on the panel 10a of the smartphone 100 is viewed from the surface side. FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA showing a schematic configuration of a portion in the vicinity of the attachment location in the smartphone 100.
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the vicinity of the mounting location of the housing mounting member 1 in the smartphone 100 includes the housing mounting member 1, the case 10b, the panel 10a, the transparent plate 20 (transparent portion), and the camera module 70. The substrate 80, various electronic components 90, and an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) unit 90a.
The housing attachment member 1 is a member attached to the housing 10 of the smartphone 100, specifically, the opening 10c formed in the panel 10a, and is formed of aluminum. The housing attachment member 1 may be formed of a metal material other than aluminum. Moreover, as shown to (a) of FIG. 2, the housing | casing attachment member 1 is comprised by the attachment site | part 1a, the protrusion site | part 1b, the double-sided adhesive sheet 1c (holding part), and the transparent plate arrangement | positioning site | part 1e.
The housing mounting member 1 is configured such that the end of the protruding portion 1b protrudes between a transparent plate 20 and an opening 10c, which will be described later, and the outer peripheral surface of the transparent plate 20 is the end of the protruding portion 1b. Since it is surrounded, it plays the role which gives the designability to the outer edge of the transparent plate 20. In addition, since the housing mounting member 1 blocks between the wall surface of the opening 10c and the camera module 70 by the protruding portion 1b, a flash provided in a region close to the opening 10c in the panel 10a at the time of camera shooting. It also serves to prevent light emitted from 10d (see FIG. 2A) or the like from entering the lens unit 70a of the camera module 70 from the opening 10c.
The attachment portion 1a is a thin plate-like portion disposed so as to face the back surface of the panel 10a (the wall where the opening in the housing is formed) (from the inside of the housing). As shown in FIG. 4A, the panel mounting portion 1a-1 and the vent hole forming portion 1a-2 are configured.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the panel mounting part 1a-1 is an O-shaped part in plan view, and its outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the opening 10c so as to face the back surface of the panel 10a. It is getting bigger. In addition, in a region corresponding to the arrangement position of the camera module 70 in the panel mounting portion 1a-1, a circular first lens opening having a size that allows insertion of the lens unit 70a and the upper end of the camera module 70. 1f is formed. The vent hole forming part 1a-2 is a part having a substantially square shape in a plan view provided on the side surface of the panel mounting part 1a-1, and a vent hole 1d for ventilating the air inside and outside the housing 10 is formed. Has been. Between the panel 10a and the ventilation hole forming part 1a-2, a second ventilation path 40, which is a space for ventilating air inside and outside the casing 10, is formed, and the interior of the casing 10 is formed through the ventilation hole 1d. And the second air passage communicate with each other.
The protruding portion 1b is a hollow cylindrical portion, and the inner diameter of the protruding portion 1b is such that the transparent plate 20 can be inserted into the hollow portion of the protruding portion 1b, and between the inner wall surface of the protruding portion 1b and the transparent plate 20. The length is such that there is almost no gap between the two. The protruding portion 1b is a space for ventilating air inside and outside the housing 10 between the outer wall surface of the protruding portion 1b and the wall surface of the opening portion 10c by being inserted into the opening portion 10c of the panel 10a. One air passage 30 is formed. The first air passage 30 communicates with the second air passage 40 in a region in the vicinity of the connection portion between the vent hole forming portion 1a-2 and the protruding portion 1b. Further, the upper vent (formed on the same plane as the surface of the panel 10 a) of the first vent path 30 communicates with the outside of the housing 10. In addition, the external shape of the protrusion part 1b does not need to be circular as described above, and can be arbitrarily designed according to the shape of the opening 10c of the panel 10a.
2A and 2B are merely examples, and the shape of the back surface of the panel 10a, the various electronic components 90 built in the case 10b, etc. The housing mounting member 1 can be mounted so that the vent hole forming portion 1a-2 is arranged at various positions while considering contact. However, in order to reliably vent the air inside and outside the housing 10 through the first ventilation path 30, the second ventilation path 40, and the ventilation hole 1d, as shown in FIG. -2 is preferably arranged at a position where a space as large as possible is formed below -2.
The double-sided adhesive sheet 1c is a member disposed on the facing surface 1a-3, which is the surface facing the back surface (wall on which the opening is formed) of the panel 10a at the attachment site 1a. And the attachment part 1a are bonded together. In other words, the double-sided adhesive sheet 1c is a member for holding the attachment site 1a on the panel 10a. The inner diameter of the O-shaped part of the double-sided adhesive sheet 1c in plan view is slightly larger than the diameter of the opening 10c so that the O-shaped part does not protrude from the opening 10c of the panel 10a. Further, the outer diameter of the O-shaped part is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the panel mounting part 1a-1 to such an extent that the O-shaped part does not protrude from the panel mounting part 1a-1. Further, an open region having a size that does not block the vent hole 1d and its peripheral region in the vent hole forming portion 1a-2 is formed in a portion having a substantially square shape in plan view constituting the double-sided adhesive sheet 1c. (See FIG. 2A). The size of the substantially hemi-shaped portion is slightly smaller than the vent hole forming portion 1a-2 to the extent that it does not protrude from the vent hole forming portion 1a-2.
The transparent plate disposing portion 1e is a portion of an O-shaped thin plate that is formed so as to protrude from the inner wall surface at the end of the protruding portion 1b toward the central axis (not shown) of the lens portion 70a. . A circular second lens opening 1g having a diameter slightly larger than that of the lens portion 70a is formed in the central portion of the transparent plate arrangement portion 1e. In addition, a double-sided adhesive tape (may be another adhesive body) is attached to the upper surface of the transparent plate placement site 1e, and by bonding the transparent plate 20 to the upper surface of the double-sided adhesive tape, The transparent plate 20 is fixed to the housing mounting member 1. A circular second lens opening 1g having a size that allows insertion of the lens unit 70a and the upper end of the camera module 70 is formed in a region corresponding to the arrangement position of the camera module 70. Yes.
The transparent plate 20 is a flat plate member made of a transparent plastic material, and is arranged so as to cover the opening 10c of the panel 10a from the outside of the housing 10 to constitute a lens window. The transparent plate 20 is circular in plan view, and its diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow portion of the protruding portion 1b. Note that the shape of the transparent plate 20 is not limited to a circle in plan view, and may be a shape corresponding to the shape of the hollow portion of the protruding portion 1b. Further, the molding material does not need to be the plastic material as described above, and may be formed of a light transmissive material.
The camera module 70 includes a lens unit 70a, an imaging unit, and a lens unit driving device, and has an autofocus (AF) function and a camera shake correction function. The camera module 70 is mounted on a thin substrate 80 so that the lens portion 70a and the transparent plate 20 face each other. Various electronic components 90 that are aggregates of electronic components constituting the smartphone 100 are mounted on the surface of the substrate 80 on which the camera module 70 is mounted. As the various electronic components 90, for example, an IC chip, a memory, or the like is assumed as a component.
Furthermore, an LCD unit 90a is mounted on the surface of the substrate 80 opposite to the surface on which the camera module 70 is mounted. The LCD unit 90a is a composite body including a liquid crystal display panel, a touch panel, and a drive unit, and has a touch operation function for performing an operation by touching the display screen in addition to a normal liquid crystal display function. The touch panel constitutes the bottom wall of the case 10b.
As described above, the housing mounting member 1 forms the first air passage 30 and the second air passage 40 between the panel mounting member 1 and the panel 10a. Therefore, the inside and the outside of the housing 10 communicate with each other via the first air passage 30, the second air passage 40, and the air holes 1d, and air inside and outside the housing 10 can be vented ((( b) See arrow in the middle). The first air passage 30 is difficult to visually recognize from the outside of the housing 10 and does not form a space to the extent that the appearance of the panel 10a is impaired. Further, the second ventilation path 40 and the ventilation hole 1 d cannot be visually recognized from the outside of the housing 10. Therefore, by attaching the housing attachment member 1 to the opening 10c from the back side of the panel 10a, air inside and outside the housing 10 can be ventilated without impairing the appearance of the smartphone 100.
Further, since the second ventilation path 40 is formed between the panel 10a and the ventilation hole forming portion 1a-2, the air inside the casing 10 can be reliably guided to the first ventilation path 30, and the casing The air inside the body 10 can be reliably discharged to the outside of the housing 10. That is, the second ventilation path 40 plays a role as a duct.
[Embodiment 2]
The following will describe another embodiment of the present invention with reference to FIG. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted. The smartphone 200 according to the present embodiment is different from the smartphone 100 according to the first embodiment in that a case attachment member 2 is attached instead of the case attachment member 1.
<Configuration of the site near the mounting location of the housing mounting member on the smartphone>
With reference to FIG. 3, the structure of the site | part vicinity of the attachment location of the housing | casing attachment member 2 in the smart phone 200 is demonstrated. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a schematic configuration of a portion in the vicinity of the attachment location in the smartphone 200.
As shown in FIG. 3, each part (attachment part 2a, protrusion part 2b, double-sided adhesive sheet 2c, and transparent plate placement part 2e) constituting the case attachment member 2 constitutes the case attachment member 1 according to the first embodiment. It is the same shape and size as each part (attachment site | part 1a, protrusion site | part 1b, double-sided adhesive sheet 1c, and transparent plate arrangement | positioning site | part 1e). Further, the transparent plate 21 fixed to the transparent plate arrangement portion 2e has the same shape and size as the transparent plate 20 to which the housing mounting member 1 according to the first embodiment is fixed. Furthermore, the molding material of the transparent plate 21 is the same as that of the transparent plate 20.
However, unlike the housing mounting member 1 according to the first embodiment, the housing mounting member 2 is made of the same transparent plastic as the molding material of the transparent plates 20 and 21, and the mounting site 2a and the projecting site 2b. The double-sided adhesive sheet 2c / transparent plate placement portion 2e and the transparent plate 21 are integrally formed. In other words, the housing attachment member 2 has a transparent plate 21 as a component, and the transparent plate 21 is a part of the housing attachment member 2 other than the transparent plate 21 (attachment part 2a / projection part 2b). -It is formed with the same material as the double-sided adhesive sheet 2c and the transparent plate placement site 2e). In this way, by integrally molding the attachment part 2a and the like and the transparent plate 21, for example, as in the case of the housing attachment member 1 and the transparent plate 20 according to the first embodiment, each is compared with the case of individually molding. Thus, the number of parts can be reduced. Therefore, the air inside and outside the housing 10 can be ventilated without deteriorating the appearance of the smartphone 200, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Further, the outer surface 2b-1 facing the inner wall surface of the opening 10c of the panel 10a in the protruding portion 2b is, for example, painted black or with a primer (painted or vapor-deposited with a light-shielding material). ) Therefore, for example, at the time of camera shooting, the light emitted from the flash 10d is transmitted through the first air passage 30 and the protruding portion 2b and is incident on the lens unit 70a, thereby preventing the reflection of light on the captured image. Can do.
In addition, about the housing | casing attachment member 2, the transparent plate 21 and site | parts other than this transparent plate 21 do not need to be integrally shape | molded with the same molding material, and each molding material may differ. Even in this case, since the transparent plate 21 and the portion other than the transparent plate 21 are integrally formed, it is possible to reduce the number of parts and thus the manufacturing cost. .
[Embodiment 3]
The following will describe another embodiment of the present invention with reference to FIG. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted. The smartphone 300 according to the present embodiment is different from the smartphones 100 and 200 according to the embodiments 1 and 2 in that the case attachment member 3 is attached instead of the case attachment members 1 and 2.
<Configuration of the site near the mounting location of the housing mounting member on the smartphone>
With reference to FIG. 4, the structure of the site | part vicinity of the attachment location of the housing | casing attachment member 3 in the smart phone 300 is demonstrated. FIG. 4A is an external view showing a schematic configuration of the housing mounting member 3. FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view illustrating a schematic configuration of a portion in the vicinity of the attachment location of the housing attachment member 3 in the smartphone 300.
As shown in FIG. 4B, the protruding portion 3b and the transparent plate disposing portion 3e that constitute a part of the housing mounting member 3 are the protruding portions that constitute a part of the housing mounting member 1 according to the first embodiment. It has the same shape and size as the part 1b and the transparent plate placement part 1e. The molding material of the housing attachment member 1 is the same as that of the housing attachment member 1 according to the first embodiment.
The attachment part 3a constituting a part of the housing attachment member 3 has the same outer shape and size as the attachment part 1a constituting a part of the case attachment member 1 according to the first embodiment. However, the second vent path forming portion 3a-2 of the attachment portion 3a has the same outer shape and size as the vent hole forming portion 1a-2 according to the first embodiment, but the vent hole 1d is not formed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the double-sided adhesive sheet 3c that constitutes a part of the housing mounting member 3 is a flat surface that is affixed at a position facing the second air passage forming portion 3a-2. A cutout portion is formed in a portion having a substantially square shape when viewed. This notch forms a space between the second air passage forming portion 3a-2 and the panel 10a in a state where the housing mounting member 3 is fixed to the panel 10a by the double-sided adhesive sheet 3c. This space serves as a third ventilation path 50 that allows the second ventilation path 40 and the inside of the casing 10 to communicate with each other and vents air inside and outside the casing 10. By forming the third air passage 50, the inside and the outside of the housing 10 communicate with each other via the first air passage 30, the second air passage 40, and the third air passage 50. Air can be ventilated (see the arrow in FIG. 4B).
Thus, it is not necessary to form a vent hole in the mounting portion of the housing mounting member according to the present invention, and a notch portion may be formed in the double-sided adhesive sheet 3c like the housing mounting member 3. In other words, the holding portion for holding the mounting portion of the housing mounting member according to the present invention including the double-sided adhesive sheet 3c on the wall where the opening in the housing is formed, If the space communicating with the second ventilation path is formed as the third ventilation path, the ventilation hole may not be formed in the attachment portion. In addition, the mounting portion of the housing mounting member according to the present invention has a space communicating with the interior of the housing and the first air passage between the wall of the housing where the opening is formed. What is necessary is just to form as 2 ventilation paths.
[Embodiment 4]
The following will describe another embodiment of the present invention with reference to FIG. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted. The smartphone 400 according to the present embodiment is different from the smartphones 100, 200, and 300 according to the first, second, and third embodiments in that the case attachment member 4 is attached instead of the case attachment members 1, 2, and 3. Different.
<Configuration of the site near the mounting location of the housing mounting member on the smartphone>
With reference to FIG. 5, the structure of the site | part vicinity of the attachment location of the housing | casing attachment member 4 in the smart phone 400 is demonstrated. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a schematic configuration of a portion in the vicinity of an attachment location of the housing attachment member 4 in the smartphone 400.
As shown in FIG. 5, the housing attachment member 4 has a configuration in which a ventilation filter 60 is attached to the housing attachment member 1 according to the first embodiment. Specifically, the ventilation filter 60 is disposed on the surface of the mounting portion 1a opposite to the facing surface 1a-3 so that the ventilation hole 1d is covered from the opposite side of the mounting portion 1a to the facing surface 1a-3. Fixed to. The ventilation filter 60 is a sheet-like filter having air permeability and waterproofness.
Thus, by covering the vent hole 1 d with the vent filter 60, the water that has entered the vent hole 1 d from the outside of the casing 10 through the first vent path 30 and the second vent path 40 flows out into the casing 10. This can be prevented. Therefore, air inside and outside the casing 10 can be ventilated while preventing damage to various electronic components 90 and the like due to water intrusion into the casing 10 (see arrows in FIG. 5).
The ventilation filter 60 may be fixed on the facing surface 1a-3 of the attachment site 1a. Moreover, the ventilation filter 60 may be respectively fixed on the both surfaces of the attachment part 1a. In other words, the ventilation filter 60 may be disposed so as to cover the ventilation hole 1d on either the opposing surface 1a-3 of the attachment site 1a or the surface opposite to the opposing surface 1a-3.
[Modification]
Various modified examples are envisaged in addition to the above-described housing mounting members 1, 2, 3, and 4 that are embodiments of the housing mounting member according to the present invention. This will be described with reference to FIGS. 6A to 6D. 6 (a) to 6 (d) are cross-sectional views showing a schematic configuration of a modified example ( housing attaching members 5, 6, 7, 8) of the housing attaching member according to the present invention.
First, as shown in FIG. 6A, the housing mounting member according to the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of vent holes 1d are formed in the vent hole forming portion 5a-2 of the mounting portion 5a. The member 5 is included as a modification. Thus, by forming a plurality of vent holes 1d, air inside and outside the housing can be more reliably ventilated.
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the housing mounting member according to the present invention has a structure in which the vent hole forming portion 6a-2 in the mounting portion 6a has a substantially semicircular shape in plan view. The housing attachment member 6 is included as a modification. As described above, the shape and size of the vent hole forming part (or the second vent path forming part) constituting a part of the attaching part in the casing attaching member according to the present invention is built in the casing. It can be designed arbitrarily according to the arrangement / size of various electronic components and the like, and the shape / size of the opening to which the housing mounting member according to the present invention is attached.
Next, in the case mounting member according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6C, the shape of the mounting portion 7a is substantially square in plan view, and air holes 1d are formed at the four corners, respectively. The housing mounting member 7 having a structure as described above is included as a modification. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6 (d), a housing mounting member 8 having a structure in which a vent hole 1d is formed in the vicinity of the center of each side wall of the mounting portion 8a having a substantially square shape in plan view. It includes as a modification of the housing | casing attachment member which concerns on. It should be noted that the four vent holes 1d do not need to be formed at the predetermined positions as in these modified examples, and the vent holes 1d are formed so as to facilitate ventilation according to the internal structure of the housing. You may change a position and number suitably.
As described above, regarding the shape and size of the mounting portion of the housing mounting member according to the present invention, the arrangement and size of various electronic components incorporated in the housing and the housing mounting member according to the present invention are attached. It can be arbitrarily designed according to the shape and size of the opening to be formed.
[Summary]
The case mounting member (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) according to the aspect 1 of the present invention is formed on the case (10) of the electronic device ( smartphone 100, 200, 300, 400). A housing attachment member attached to the opening (10c), wherein the attachment portion is disposed so as to be opposed to the wall (panel 10a) in which the opening is formed in the housing from the inside of the housing. (1a, 2a, 3a, 5a, 6a, 7a), and a protruding portion (1b, 2b, 3b) having an outer shape corresponding to the shape of the opening is provided on the mounting portion. The projecting part forms a first air passage (30) that is a space between the projecting part and the mounting part, and the opening part is formed in the mounting part. Between the inside of the housing and the first air passage. The space is formed as a second air passage (40).
According to the above configuration, the protruding portion of the housing attachment member forms the first air passage between the projecting portion and the opening in which the housing of the electronic device is formed. Moreover, a 2nd ventilation path is formed between the attachment site | parts and the wall in which the opening part in the housing | casing was formed. Therefore, the inside and the outside of the housing of the electronic device communicate with each other via the first air passage and the second air passage.
