具有外包围保护的扇叶及使用该扇叶的风扇
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有外包围保护的扇叶及使用该扇叶的风扇。
背景技术
眼角膜的成分是胶原纤维,胶原纤维为粘弹性体,有明显的滞后应力松弛特性,很小的应变就会引起很高的应力,刚性很强。在拉伸试验中,胶原纤维与开始时稍有伸长,但随着载荷增加,其强度迅速增大直至到达屈服点,其后就会发生非弹性变形。正常情况下,胶原纤维的变形范围为6%~8%,破坏时的最大应变也只有10%~15%。纤维电镜测量直径为20~100nm,胶原纤维的抗拉力值在100~1000N。
部分风扇为提高便携性能而采用无护罩、轻质扇叶的设计理念,但是相应地,其产生的风力较小,故需要尽量的接近人体才能让用户享受风扇带来的清风。由于没有防护,可能会刮到人的皮肤或眼球。根据牛顿第二运动定律F=M*A,即力量等于质量乘以速度。速度V=S/T,即路程除以时间。另外现有的小风扇每分钟转速为300转以上,只要测出风扇的直径和重量即能算出扇叶刮擦或碰撞人体时的力量。轻质扇叶通常采用塑料薄片制成,假如与人体发生冲击,其受力面积较小,导致扇叶对人体的很高的压强,使得人体容易受伤。
传统的吊扇是设置在房顶的铁质吊扇,随着电动机的小型化以及人们的需要,出现了外壳和扇叶本体由塑料制成的小型吊扇。这样的小吊扇风力较小,故需要尽量的接近人体,以让人们能享受吊扇带来的清风。由于没有防护,同时扇叶本体的厚度较薄,故一些较高的人接近电扇时,扇叶本体的外沿会刮到人的皮肤或眼球。较薄扇叶本体对人体冲击时,人体的受力面积较小,导致扇叶本体对人体的很高的压强,使得人体容易受伤。特别是现在很多家长会在婴儿床上安装此类吊扇,对新生婴儿存在很大的安全隐患,而一些座式风扇存在同样的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供具有外包围保护的扇叶及使用该扇叶的风扇,它可以避免扇叶本体外沿对人体的伤害。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:
具有外包围保护的扇叶,包括具有轴心的塑料扇风体,所述扇风体包括若干个扇叶本体,所有的扇叶本体以轴心为基点圆形阵列设置,扇风体还包括包围圈,所有扇叶本体均设置在包围圈内,至少有两个扇叶本体与包围圈连接,所述包围圈的硬度为90D以下。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,扇叶本体与包围圈非一体成型。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所有的扇叶本体均与包围圈连接。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,包围圈的厚度为H,H>1mm,包围圈的直径为B,B>200mm.
一种吊扇,包括上述的具有外包围保护的风扇。
一种吊扇,包括上述的具有外包围保护的风扇,包围圈有孔。
一种座扇,包括上述的具有外包围保护的扇叶,还包括与扇风体连接的风扇座。
本发明的有益效果是:具有外包围保护的扇叶,包括具有轴心的塑料扇风体,所述扇风体包括若干个扇叶本体,所有的扇叶本体以轴心为基点圆形阵列设置,扇风体还包括包围圈,所有扇叶本体均设置在包围圈内,至少有两个扇叶本体与包围圈连接,所述包围圈的硬度为90D以下。由于有包围圈的保护,可防止扇叶本体的外沿伤害用户,能起到很好的保护作用,通过大量的计算和实验,包围圈的硬度为90D的扇叶本体配合包围圈可有效防止皮肤和眼部的损伤。本发明还提供一种使用上述具有外包围保护的扇叶的吊扇和座扇。本发明用于风扇。

参照图1和图2,这是本发明的扇叶实施例,具体地:
具有外包围保护的扇叶,包括具有轴心的塑料扇风体,扇风体裸露在外,所述扇风体包括若干个扇叶本体1,所有的扇叶本体1以轴心为基点圆形阵列设置,由于风扇体裸露在外所以扇叶本体1在高速转动下会对人体造成损伤,扇风体还包括包围圈2,扇叶本体1和包围圈2均作为独立构件两者非一体成形,所有扇叶本体1均设置在包围圈2内,至少有两个扇叶本体1与包围圈2连接,所述包围圈2的硬度为邵氏硬度90D以下。由于有包围圈的保护,可防止扇叶本体的外沿伤害用户,能起到很好的保护作用,通过大量的计算和实验,包围圈的硬度为90D的扇叶本体配合包围圈可有效防止皮肤和眼部的损伤。
为了减轻重量以及增大进气量,包围圈2上设有多个孔21。
包围圈2的厚度为H,H>1mm,包围圈2的直径为B,B>200mm。
一种吊扇,所述的具有外包围保护的风扇。
一种吊扇,其特征所述的具有外包围保护的风扇,包围圈有孔。
一种座扇,包括上述的述的具有外包围保护的扇叶,还包括与扇风体连接的风扇座。

Claims (7)

  1. 具有外包围保护的扇叶,包括具有轴心的塑料扇风体,其特征在于:所述扇风体包括若干个扇叶本体(1),所有的扇叶本体(1)以轴心为基点圆形阵列设置,扇风体还包括包围圈(2),所有扇叶本体(1)均设置在包围圈(2)内,至少有两个扇叶本体(1)与包围圈(2)连接,所述包围圈(2)的硬度为90D以下。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有外包围保护的扇叶,其特征在于:扇叶本体(1)与包围圈(2)非一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有外包围保护的扇叶,其特征在于:所有的扇叶本体(1)均与包围圈(2)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有外包围保护的扇叶,其特征在于:包围圈(2)的厚度为H,H>1mm,包围圈(2)的直径为B,B>200mm。
  5. 一种吊扇,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的具有外包围保护的风扇。
  6. 一种吊扇,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的具有外包围保护的风扇,包围圈有孔(21) 。
  7. 一种座扇,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的具有外包围保护的扇叶,还包括与扇风体连接的风扇座。
