本发明的柔性机构1300主要是起到缓冲喷淋嘴500对观察窗垫200的拉扯作用,若要实现这一作用,需要避免外筒100的运动直接传递给喷淋嘴500。因此,本发明的柔性结构1300需要具有一定的运动吸收作用,例如减震装置或者弹性装置等。
为了实现本发明柔性结构1300对喷淋嘴500的缓冲作用,本发明的柔性机构1300设置在喷淋管400的出水端与喷淋嘴500之间,柔性机构1300固定安装在外筒100上且连通喷淋管400与喷淋嘴500。本发明在喷淋管400的出水端与喷淋嘴500之间加装柔性机构1300,将柔性机构1300直接固定在外筒100上,而将喷淋嘴500安装在柔性机构1300上,因此,柔性机构1300可缓冲外筒100的运动,避免外筒的运动直接传递给喷淋嘴500。
具体地,为了实现柔性机构1300对外筒100运动的缓冲作用,本发明所述的柔性机构1300包括波纹管1304,波纹管1304的一端连通喷淋管400,另一端连通喷淋嘴500。波纹管1304具有伸缩的作用,在外筒100上下震动时可通过伸缩进行缓冲,而且波纹管1304对于横向攒动也具有一定的缓冲作用,因此,波纹管1304可有效的对外筒100的运动进行缓冲,避免其直接传递给喷淋嘴500。
进一步地,本发明的波纹管1304通过两通管1301与喷淋管400相连通,两通管1301固定安装在外筒100上,实现柔性机构1300的固定安装。
本发明的两通管1301包括安装部1302,所述的安装部1302固定安装在外筒100上且保持波纹管1304的管壁与外筒100之间间隔设置。这样,可避免洗衣机在工作过程中,波纹管1304与外筒100的外壁之间产生摩擦,确保波纹管1304的使用寿命。
为了实现波纹管1304与外筒100之间的间隔设置,本发明两通管1301的安装部1302分别设置在两通管1301的两侧管壁上,安装部1302通过螺钉1303固定安装在外筒100上;所述两通管1301的安装部1302的高度至少大于波纹管1304外径的1/2,用于波纹管1304安装在外筒100上后波纹管1304的管壁与外筒100之间间隔设置。
本发明的喷淋管400与两通管1301之间、两通管1301与波纹管1304之间以及波纹管1304与喷淋嘴500之间分别通过管夹1305连接。采用管夹连接的方式简单方便,且能保持密封连接。
进一步地,本发明的观察窗垫200上设置喷淋接口,喷淋嘴500深入喷淋接口,所述波纹管1304的另一端开口包住喷淋接口,波纹管1304外通过管夹1305密封夹紧。本发明采用这样的连接方式,使得波纹管1304、喷淋嘴500和观察窗垫200之间通过管夹1305实现的密封连接,避免漏水,简单有效。
作为本发明的另一种优选实施方式,一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,所述的喷淋管400固定安装在外筒100上,喷淋管400上与外筒100连接处和与喷淋嘴500连接处之间具有至少一段波纹管段401。这样,将喷淋管400固定在外筒100上,而喷淋嘴500在其前段的波纹管段401的缓冲作用下仍可避免与观察窗垫200发生撕扯。
因此,这种方式的滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置喷淋管400设计成两段式结构,在洗衣机运转过程中,不断晃动的外筒100和观察窗垫200之间就有一段波纹管段401起到缓冲的作用,可以有效减小观察窗垫200的喷淋口处褶皱变形情况,避免观察窗垫200因长时间褶皱磨损而破裂。
本发明还提供了一种具有上述观察窗喷淋装置的洗衣机,包括箱体1200和设置在箱体1200内的外筒100,所述的外筒100具有用于衣物投放的开口,外筒的开口通过观察窗1000 和观察窗垫200密封,所述的观察窗垫200上方设置观察窗垫喷淋装置。
本发明的洗衣机具有喷淋装置可实现在洗衣结束时向观察窗垫200内喷淋水来冲洗观察窗垫200上残留的洗衣液泡沫。
本发明的喷淋装置包括用于进水的喷淋管400,喷淋管400的出水端设置喷淋嘴500,喷淋嘴500的出水端连接观察窗垫200,所述的喷淋嘴500通过柔性机构1300安装在外筒上,将现有的喷淋嘴500固定安装方式改为喷淋嘴500可在一定活动范围内活动的连接方式。
因此,本发明的洗衣机在运转过程中,不断晃动的外筒100和观察窗垫200之间就有一柔性机构1300起到缓冲的作用,可以有效减小观察窗垫200的喷淋口处褶皱变形情况,避免观察窗垫200因长时间褶皱磨损而破裂。
另外,本发明洗衣机的外筒100的外壁上对应喷淋装置的柔性机构1300处为平滑外表面。本发明将外筒100的外壁上对应柔性机构1300处的加强筋取消,避免其对柔性机构1300的摩擦,尤其是对波纹管1304的摩擦,确保波纹管1304的使用寿命。
本发明洗衣机的外筒100的上部通过挂簧1100安装在箱体1200的顶壁上,外筒100的下部通过减震器800安装在箱体1200的底壁上,外筒100内设置内筒900,外筒100的底部安装电机700,电机700通过传动轴600带动内筒900转动。洗衣机的箱体1200的前面安装观察窗1000,观察窗1000可开启/关闭,实现衣物的取放。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,所述的滚筒洗衣机包括箱体和设置在箱体内的外筒,所述的外筒具有用于衣物投放的开口,外筒的开口通过观察窗和观察窗垫密封,观察窗垫上方设置观察窗垫喷淋装置;
    其特征在于,所述的观察窗垫喷淋装置包括用于进水的喷淋管,喷淋管的出水端设置喷淋嘴,喷淋嘴的出水端连接观察窗垫,所述的喷淋嘴通过柔性机构安装在外筒上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的柔性机构设置在喷淋管的出水端与喷淋嘴之间,柔性机构固定安装在外筒上且连通喷淋管与喷淋嘴。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的柔性机构包括波纹管,波纹管的一端连通喷淋管,另一端连通喷淋嘴。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的波纹管通过两通管与喷淋管相连通,两通管固定安装在外筒上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的两通管包括安装部,所述的安装部固定安装在外筒上且保持波纹管的管壁与外筒之间间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的安装部分别设置在两通管的两侧管壁上,安装部通过螺钉固定安装在外筒上;
    所述两通管的安装部的高度至少大于波纹管外径的1/2,用于波纹管安装在外筒上后波纹管的管壁与外筒之间间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的喷淋管与两通管之间、两通管与波纹管之间以及波纹管与喷淋嘴之间分别通过管夹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的观察窗垫上设置喷淋接口,喷淋嘴深入喷淋接口,所述波纹管的另一端开口包住喷淋接口,波纹管外通过管夹密封夹紧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机观察窗垫喷淋装置,其特征在于,所述的喷淋管固定安装在外筒上,喷淋管上与外筒连接处和与喷淋嘴连接处之间具有至少一段波纹管段。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的观察窗喷淋装置的洗衣机,包括箱体和设置在箱体内的外筒,所述的外筒具有用于衣物投放的开口,外筒的开口通过观察窗和观察窗垫密封;
    其特征在于,所述的观察窗垫上方设置观察窗垫喷淋装置。
