本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，具体涉及一种含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快，工作压力的加大，越来越多的人为头屑而烦恼，头屑问题已经成为仅次于脱发而困扰消费者的第二大头发健康问题。据专业调查报告，大约有67％的人存在头屑困扰问题，也就是有2/3的人有过头屑问题，此外，近95％的受访者有复发现象，而在5天以内出现头屑复发的患者比例高达90％。
现有技术中使用化学去屑剂如吡啶硫酮锌、甘宝素等用来去除头皮屑。在实现本发明的过程中，发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题：现有技术中的去屑洗发水刚开始使用比较有效，时间一长效果减弱甚至无明显作用，原因是化学去屑剂仅停留在对头皮表面的清洁，不能彻底根除头屑，反而使化学成分残留在头皮上，对头皮造成进一步的刺激和伤害。因此，长期使用化学去屑剂，没有从根本上解决导致头油、瘙痒、头屑多的头皮三大平衡问题，现有技术中也没有一种具有无毒、无害、安全等特点的中药去屑洗发水。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水及其制备方法，制备得到的洗发水能够去屑、止痒，且安全、无刺激。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水，包括以下重量份的组分：木棉花微波提取物1～5份，茶油枯微波提取物1～5份，黑芝麻微波提取物1～5份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯硫酸钠20～40份，十二烷基硫酸钠5～10份，椰油二乙醇酰胺0.5～3份，硬脂酸乙二醇双酯0.5～2.5份，乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1～0.3份，甘油3～15份，调理剂5.5～10份，香精0.05～0.25份，防腐剂0.05～0.15份，去离子水20～45份。
优选的，所述含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水，包括以下重量份的组分：木棉花微波提取物2份，茶油枯微波提取物2份，黑芝麻微波提取物2份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯硫酸钠30份，十二烷基硫酸钠8份，椰油二乙醇酰胺2.5份，硬脂酸乙二醇双酯1.5份，乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份，甘油10份，调理剂8份，香精0.1份，防腐剂0.1份，去离子水25份。

所述含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)木棉花微波提取物制备：称取木棉花，粉碎，加木棉花重量8～12倍水，进行微波提取，然后过滤，得滤液，滤液浓缩至0.5g/mL～1g/mL，得到木棉花微波提取物；
(2)按照与木棉花微波提取物相同的方法分别制备茶油枯微波提取物和黑芝麻微波提取物；
(3)按重量份将月桂醇聚氧乙烯硫酸钠，十二烷基硫酸钠，椰油二乙醇酰胺，硬脂酸乙二醇双酯，乙二胺四乙酸二钠，甘油，调理剂，去离子水加入到反应锅中，搅拌混合均匀，加热至80℃～90℃，搅拌30min～60min，然后降温至40℃～50℃时，加入木棉花微波提取物，茶油枯微波提取物，黑芝麻微波提取物，香精和防腐剂；
(4)用柠檬酸调节pH至5.5～6.5，即得含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水。
优选的，所述微波提取法中，微波功率为100W～200W，提取时间为10min～30min。
本发明有益效果：该含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水可从个人的日常护理领域解决头皮有头屑、油腻、瘙痒等问题，可避免使用化学去屑剂等带来的一些负面影响，从而达到杀菌抑菌、去屑止痒、护发养发的目的。本发明洗发水具有明显的功能性，通过功能性药液渗入头皮，调理头皮环境，从而发挥药效，能抑制头皮细菌和真菌，减缓头皮脱落速度和头皮瘙痒，促进头皮血液循环，祛除头皮油脂，改善毛囊对营养成分的吸收。临床实验结果表明，该去屑洗发水用后头皮屑明显减少，去屑效果好；头皮瘙痒明显改善，头皮油腻度降低，发丝柔顺不毛躁，易于打理，是一种集去屑、止痒、控油、滋养为一体的中药去屑洗发水。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水，其特征在于，所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
  6. 权利要求1至5任意一项所述的含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
    (1)木棉花微波提取物制备：称取木棉花，粉碎，加木棉花重量8～12倍水，进行微波提取，然后过滤，得滤液，滤液浓缩至0.5g/mL～1g/mL，得到木棉花微波提取物；
    (2)按照与木棉花微波提取物相同的方法分别制备茶油枯微波提取物和黑芝麻微波提取物；
    (3)按重量份将月桂醇聚氧乙烯硫酸钠，十二烷基硫酸钠，椰油二乙醇酰胺，硬脂酸乙二醇双酯，乙二胺四乙酸二钠，甘油，调理剂，去离子水加入到反应锅中，搅拌混合均匀，加热至80℃～90℃，搅拌30min～60min，然后降温至40℃～50℃时，加入木棉花微波提取物，茶油枯微波提取物，黑芝麻微波提取物，香精和防腐剂；
    (4)用柠檬酸调节pH至5.5～6.5，即得含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的含有植物提取物的去屑洗发水的制备方法，其特征在于，所述微波提取法中，微波功率为100W～200W，提取时间为10min～30min。
