优选的,所述发送模块还用于:获取所述第二用户的历史观看记录,并在其中检索是否存在与所述节目推荐信息对应节目的类型相同的节目观看记录,若存在,则向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息;否则,不向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明的实施例提供的节目分享方法和装置,通过确定一个用户的位置以及其所处的场所后,向其周围的同类型场所中的其他用户端分享其想要分享的节目;本发明的实施例基于用户所在的场所,使用户能够向处于相同场所中的其他用户推荐分享适合于在当前场所环境内收看的节目,进一步增强了节目推荐的针对性。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所有使用“第一”和“第二”的表述均是为了区分两个相同名称非相同的实体或者非相同的参量,可见“第一”“第二”仅为了表述的方便,不应理解为对本发明实施例的限定,后续实施例对此不再一一说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种节目分享方法。参考图1,为本发明实施例的节目分享方法流程图。
所述节目分享方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤101、接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息。
所述的第一用户为想要向其他人分享节目的用户,其当前正处于某个场所中收看符合于当前场所的环境的节目;例如,在图书馆中观看一档读书类栏目,或者在酒吧中观看体育赛事直播。第一用户想要向处于同样类型的场所中的其他用户推荐分享其观看的节目时,将想用于分享的相关信息上传。本步骤中,接收到的第一用户上传的信息包括:位置信息和节目信息;位置信息用于 在后续步骤中确定第一用户的位置并进一步确定其所处的场所;节目信息,用于标示第一用户想要分享的节目。
本实施例中,节目信息优选的对应的是第一用户正在观看的节目;根据不同的使用需要,所述的节目信息也可以是第一用户历史收看过的节目。
步骤102、根据所述位置信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
从接收到的第一用户的位置信息中,提取用于标示第一用户当前所处的场所以及场所的类型的相关信息。基于现有的强大的定位技术,常用的定位服务已经在进行定位时已经能够获得精确到场所的位置信息,例如定位出用户处于“XX大街XX号的XX咖啡厅”。对于上述精准的位置信息进行简单的提取即可获得用户所处的场所的类型。场所类型一般是指提供相同服务的一类场所的分类统称,如图书馆、餐厅、咖啡厅、酒吧、商场等等。
对于位置信息中没有包含场所和场所类型的情况,还可以由用户主动编辑上传场所类型。则相应的,在步骤101中,还会接收第一用户上传的场所类型信息;而在本步骤中,根据所述场所类型信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。例如,第一用户直接上传其处于“咖啡厅”,则在本步骤中,直接确定其所处场所的场所类型为:“咖啡厅”。
步骤103、在所述第一用户附近预设范围内,搜索出与所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的多个目标场所。
根据上述位置信息,基于第一用户的当前位置,在其附近一定预设的距离范围内进行搜索,搜索出所有与第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的场所。如,搜索出第一用户附近3公里范围内所有的咖啡厅(优选的也包括第一用户所在的咖啡厅),将这些咖啡厅作为目标场所。
步骤104、根据所述节目信息生成节目推荐信息,向处于所述目标场所中的至少一个第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
本步骤中,在前述步骤中确定的目标场所中搜索出所有处于所述目标场所中的用户作为分享对象,即所述的第二用户。根据第一用户上传的节目信息生 成用于发送给分享对象的节目推荐信息,然后将节目推荐信息发送给至少一个第二用户。第二用户会收到“有人在你附近,想跟你分享《XXX》”的节目推荐信息。作为优选的,生成节目推荐信息时,还可以结合第一用户的位置信息,将第一用户的具体位置在节目推荐信息中显示,如节目推荐信息为:“你附件的XX咖啡厅的用户想跟你分享《XXX》”。
由上述实施例可见,本发明实施例的节目分享方法,通过确定一个用户的位置以及其所处的场所后,向其周围的同类型场所中的其他用户端分享其想要分享的节目;本发明实施例基于用户所在的场所,使用户能够向处于相同场所中的其他用户推荐分享适合于在当前场所环境内收看的节目,进一步增强了节目推荐的针对性。
参考图2,为本发明另一实施例的节目分享方法流程图。
作为一个更加具体的实施例,所述节目分享方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201、接收第一用户上传的位置信息、用于分享的节目信息和网络接入参数信息。
本步骤中,第一用户在其所处的场所中通过该场所中提供的网络接入服务接入互联网,在其想要分享节目时,同时将网络接入参数信息一并上传。所述网络接入参数一般包括:wifi名称、ip地址。
步骤202、从所述网络接入参数信息中提取网络提供者的名称信息,在预设的存储有网络提供者注册信息的数据库中进行检索,根据检索结果确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
在接收的第一用户的位置信息无法直接获得其所处场所的场所类型时,则根据网络接入参数信息确定场所类型。具体的,对网络接入参数信息进行关键字提取,提起其中的网络提供者的名称信息;以wifi接入为例,一般wifi的名称就是网络提供者的名称,如XX咖啡厅提供的wifi的名称也为“XX咖啡厅”。根据提取到的网络提供者的名称信息,在预设的数据库中检索,所述数据库为网络端的存储有网络提供者注册信息的数据库(如工商注册数据库),通过网 络提供者的名称信息在数据库中检索到该网络提供者的相关注册信息,该注册信息中一般会包括其经营场所的服务类型,即可确定为第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
根据网络接入参数信息确认场所类型,避免了无法通过第一用户的位置信息获得所处场所类型的情况,更加方便、准确、快速地获取到第一用户所处位置的场所类型。
步骤203、在所述第一用户附近预设范围内,搜索出与所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的至少一个目标场所。
步骤204、根据所述节目信息生成节目推荐信息,搜索出处于所述目标场所中的至少一个第二用户。
步骤205、获取所述第二用户的历史观看记录,并在其中检索是否存在与所述节目推荐信息对应节目的类型相同的节目观看记录,若存在,则执行步骤207;若不存在,则执行步骤206。
步骤206、不向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
步骤207、向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
例如,当前第一用户在酒吧中观看比赛直播,其将该档比赛直播节目进行分享,经过前续步骤生成了对应于该档比赛直播节目的节目推荐信息;再确定出第一用户附近其他酒吧中的若干第二用户后,获取这些第二用户的历史观看记录,检索第二用户的历史观看记录中是否有比赛直播类节目的观看记录,若有,则向该第二用户发送节目推荐信息;若没有,则不向该第二用户发送节目推荐信息。
通过步骤205至步骤207,对第二用户进行了筛选,进一步考虑第二用户的历史观看记录,看其是否观看过与当前被分享的节目同类型的节目,仅在其观看过同类型的节目是才向其发送节目推荐信息,防止用户收到完全没有兴趣的节目推荐,更加有针对性地为用户进行节目推送。
步骤208、接收所述第二用户返回的确认指令,根据所述节目推荐信息, 为所述第二用户推送相应节目资源。
本步骤中,第二用户若对节目推荐信息对应的节目感兴趣,则返回确认指令。根据接收到的第二用户返回的确认指令,将节目推荐信息对应节目的节目资源向第二用户推送,使第二用户在其终端上播放相应节目。
步骤209、为所述第一用户以及所有返回了确认指令的第二用户建立聊天组;接收聊天组中用户端发出的聊天信息,将所述聊天信息向所述聊天组内的所有用户端转发。
本步骤中,对于返回了确认指令的第二用户,其已经开始观看节目推荐信息对应的节目,即作为分享方的第一用户和所有接受分享的第二用户均共同观看同一节目,为了进一步方便其间的交流互动,为其建立一个聊天组,然后接收聊天组中用户端发出的聊天信息,将聊天信息向所述聊天组内的所有用户端转发。转发的形式可以选择聊天框、评论消息或者是弹幕的方式再用户一侧向用户显示。通过建立聊天组的方式,方便了观看同一节目的用户间的交流,增强互动性。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种节目分享装置。参考图3,为本发明实施例的节目分享装置结构示意图。
所述节目分享装置,包括:
接收模块301,用于接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息;
确定模块302,用于根据所述位置信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型;
搜索模块303,用于在所述第一用户附近预设范围内,搜索出与所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的至少一个目标场所;
发送模块304,用于根据所述节目信息生成节目推荐信息,向处于所述目标场所中的至少一个第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
在一些实施例中,所述接收模块301还用于:接收第一用户上传的场所类型信息;所述确定模块302还用于:根据所述场所类型信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
在一些实施例中,所述接收模块301还用于:接收第一用户上传的网络接入参数信息;所述确定模块302还用于:从所述网络接入参数信息中提取网络提供者的名称信息,在预设的存储有网络提供者注册信息的数据库中进行检索,根据检索结果确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
在优选实施例中,所述节目分享装置还包括:推送模块305,用于接收所述第二用户返回的确认指令,根据所述节目推荐信息,为所述第二用户推送相应节目资源。
在优选实施例中,所述节目分享装置还包括:聊天模块306,用于为所述第一用户以及所有返回了确认指令的第二用户创建聊天组;接收所述聊天组中用户端发出的聊天信息,将所述聊天信息向所述聊天组内的所有用户端转发。
在优选实施例中,所述发送模块304还用于:获取所述第二用户的历史观看记录,并在其中检索是否存在与所述节目推荐信息对应节目的类型相同的节目观看记录,若存在,则向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息;否则,不向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
上述实施例的节目分享装置用于实现前述实施例中相应的节目分享方法,并且具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图4,图4为本发明另一实施例的节目分享装置结构示意图,节目分享装置4包括处理器41、存储器42、总线系统43。其中,处理器41和存储器42通过总线系统43相连,该存储器42用于存储指令,该处理器41用于执行该存储器42存储的指令,用于:接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息;根据所述位置信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型;在所述第一用户附近预设范围内,搜索出与所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的至少一个目标场所;根据所述节目信息生成节目推荐信息,向处于所述目标场 所中的至少一个第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
存储器42可以是非易失性计算机可读存储介质,以用于存储计算机可执行指令,该指令在由一个或多个处理器41执行时,可以使得处理器41执行以上方法实施例的步骤,比如,如图1描述的步骤101~103,或者如图2描述的步骤201至209;也可以使得处理器41执行以上装置实施例各模块的功能,比如,如图3所示模块301至306的功能,计算机可执行指令也可以在任何非易失性计算机可读存储介质内存储和/或传输,以便由指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,其中该指令执行系统、装置或设备诸如基于计算机的系统、包含处理器的系统或可以从指令执行系统、装置或设备获取指令并执行该指令的其他系统。出于本文档的目的,“非易失性计算机可读存储介质”可以是有形地包含或存储计算机可执行指令的任何介质,该计算机可执行指令可以用于由指令执行系统、设备或系统使用或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用。非易失性计算机可读存着介质可以包括但不限于磁的、光的和/或半导体存储装置。这些存储装置的示例包括磁盘、基于CD、DVD或蓝光技术的光盘以及持久性固态存储器(诸如,闪存、固态驱动器等)。
应当理解,在本申请实施例中,该处理器41可以是中央处理单元(CentralProcessing Unit,简称为“CPU”)。该处理器41还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该总线系统43除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统43。
在本发明实施例中,节目分享装置4不限于图4的部件和配置,还可以包括以多种配置形式的其他或附加部件。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤或装置的各模块可以通过处理器41中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本申请实施例所公开的方 法的步骤或装置的各单元可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成。或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器42,处理器41读取存储器42中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。
通过确定一个用户的位置以及其所处的场所后,向其周围的同类型场所中的其他用户端分享其想要分享的节目;本发明的实施例基于用户所在的场所,使用户能够向处于相同场所中的其他用户推荐分享适合于在当前场所环境内收看的节目,进一步增强了节目推荐的针对性。所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:以上任何实施例的讨论仅为示例性的,并非旨在暗示本公开的范围(包括权利要求)被限于这些例子;在本发明的思路下,以上实施例或者不同实施例中的技术特征之间也可以进行组合,步骤可以以任意顺序实现,并存在如上所述的本发明的不同方面的许多其它变化,为了简明它们没有在细节中提供。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种节目分享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息;
    根据所述位置信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型;
    在所述第一用户附近预设范围内,搜索出与所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的至少一个目标场所;
    根据所述节目信息生成节目推荐信息,向处于所述目标场所中的至少一个第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的节目分享方法,其特征在于,所述接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息还包括:
    接收第一用户上传的场所类型信息;
    所述确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型的步骤包括:
    根据所述第一用户上传的场所类型信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的节目分享方法,其特征在于,所述接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息还包括:
    接收第一用户上传的网络接入参数信息;
    所述确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型的步骤包括:
    从所述网络接入参数信息中提取网络提供者的名称信息,在预设的存储有网络提供者注册信息的数据库中进行检索,根据检索结果确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的节目分享方法,其特征在于,所述向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息的步骤之后,还包括步骤:
    接收所述第二用户返回的确认指令,根据所述节目推荐信息,为所述第二用户推送相应节目资源。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的节目分享方法,其特征在于,所述为所述第二用户推送相应节目资源的步骤之后,还包括步骤:
    为所述第一用户以及所有返回了确认指令的第二用户建立聊天组;接收所述聊天组中用户端发出的聊天信息,将所述聊天信息向所述聊天组内的所有用户端转发。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的节目分享方法,其特征在于,所述向所述目标场所中的至少一个第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息的步骤包括:
    获取所述第二用户的历史观看记录,并在其中检索是否存在与所述节目推荐信息对应节目的类型相同的节目观看记录,若存在,则向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息;否则,不向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
  7. 一种节目分享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一用户上传的位置信息和用于分享的节目信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述位置信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型;
    搜索模块,用于在所述第一用户附近预设范围内,搜索出与所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型相同的至少一个目标场所;
    发送模块,用于根据所述节目信息生成节目推荐信息,向处于所述目标场所中的至少一个第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的节目分享装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于:接收第一用户上传的场所类型信息;所述确定模块还用于:根据所述场所类型信息确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的节目分享装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于:接收第一用户上传的网络接入参数信息;所述确定模块还用于:从所述网络接入参数信息中提取网络提供者的名称信息,在预设的存储有网络提供者注册信息的数据库中进行检索,根据检索结果确定所述第一用户所处场所的场所类型。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的节目分享装置,其特征在于,还包括:推送模块,用于接收所述第二用户返回的确认指令,根据所述节目推荐信息,为所述第二用户推送相应节目资源。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的节目分享装置,其特征在于,还包括:聊天模块,用于为所述第一用户以及所有返回了确认指令的第二用户创建聊天组;接收所述聊天组中用户端发出的聊天信息,将所述聊天信息向所述聊天组内的所有用户端转发。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的节目分享装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于:获取所述第二用户的历史观看记录,并在其中检索是否存在与所述节目推荐信息对应节目的类型相同的节目观看记录,若存在,则向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息;否则,不向所述第二用户发送所述节目推荐信息。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述指令当由一个或多个处理器执行时,用于执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法。
