Abstract

Description
本申请要求于2016年3月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201620216691.3、发明名称为“一种防反插的连接器、卡托及移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于移动终端连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种防反插的连接器、卡托及移动终端。
超薄型的电子设备由于具有体积小、重量轻及手感佳的优势,故而,得到了广泛地推广应用。手机作为一种常用的电子设备,其体型也在往越来越薄的方向发展。而为了适应手机超薄特点的设计要求,其上各部件的结构均需精简设计。
SIM卡连接器或micro SD连接器是SIM卡或存储卡安装于手机上的一个必备部件,其在手机的超薄设计中也备受关注。SIM卡连接器或micro SD连接器的出卡口位置处没有设置与卡托配合的防反插设计,用户在操作时,若将卡托反向插入到连接中时,易造成连接器损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防反插的连接器、卡托及移动终端,本发明通过对连接器做防反插设计,使得卡托能够正常插入连接器内部,从而防止卡托异常插入连接器内部。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一个方面提供了一种防反插的连接器,所述连接器包括连接器本体,所述连接器本体是由金属围成的一个与卡托形状、大小相应的凹槽,所述凹槽扣设在移动终端的印刷电路板上;其中,所述凹槽的横截面大致呈矩形,所述凹槽内表面的至少一个顶角和/或边为圆弧形倒角。
其中,所述凹槽垂直扣设在所述移动终端的印刷电路板上。
其中,所述连接器本体由至少一块铁片围成。
可选的,以凹槽为界,在凹槽同一侧的两个顶角为圆弧形倒角,另一侧的两个顶角为非圆弧形倒角。
可选的,所述凹槽内表面的四个顶角均为圆弧形倒角。
可选的,以凹槽为界,所述凹槽内表面的一条侧边为圆弧形倒角,另一条侧边为非圆弧形倒角。
可选的,所述凹槽内表面的两条侧边均为圆弧形倒角。
本发明的另一个方面提供了一种卡托,用于插入上述所述的防反插连接器的内部,所述卡托置于所述凹槽内并可沿所述凹槽移动。
其中,所述卡托的上表面与所述凹槽内表面的所述圆弧形倒角相匹配。
其中,所述卡托为金属卡托。
本发明的又一个方面提供了一种移动终端,所述移动终端的内部设有上述所述的防反插的连接器和卡托。
如上所述,本发明通过对连接器做防反插设计,使得卡托能够正常插入连接器内部,防止卡托异常插入连接器内部。

如图1、图2所示,现有的连接器中,若将卡托反向插入连接器,由于连接器没有防反插设计,卡托在插入连接器内部时,易造成连接器内部损坏,影响用户使用。
基于上述缺陷,本发明提出了一种防反插的连接器。
图3是本发明的防反插的连接器的正常插入时的示意图。
如图3所示,和传统的连接器不同,本发明增加了防反插设计,通过将连接器本体的至少一个顶角设计成圆弧角,且连接器本体垂直设置在移动终端的底壳上,和/或将连接器本体的至少一个边设计成圆弧角,使得卡托能够正常插入连
接器内部,防止卡托异常插入连接器内部。
本发明的防反插的连接器,所述连接器包括连接器本体10,所述连接器本体10是由金属围成的一个与卡托20形状、大小相应的凹槽,参见图1,所述凹槽扣设在移动终端的印刷电路板30上,其中,所述凹槽横截面大致呈矩形,所述凹槽内表面的至少一个顶角和/或边为圆弧形倒角,本发明通过将凹槽内表面的至少一个顶角和/或边设置为圆弧形角,来避免卡托的异常插入。
在可选实施例1中,如图3所示,所述凹槽垂直扣设在所述移动终端的印刷电路板30上,通过将连接器本体10垂直扣设在印刷电路板30上,使得卡托仅能够以正常状态插入连接器内部;如图4所示,当卡托以异常状态插入连接器内部时,由于凹槽内表面的四个顶角为圆弧形倒角,使得卡托无法插入连接器内部,另一方面,将连接器本体设置在印刷电路板30上,可实现SIM卡或Micro SD存储卡的读取与识别。
在可选实施例2中,所述连接器本体10由至少一块铁片围成。
在可选实施例3中,如图5所示,承接可选实施例1,即在凹槽垂直扣设在所述移动终端的印刷电路板30上的基础上,以凹槽为界,在凹槽同一侧的两个顶角40为圆弧形倒角,另一侧的两个顶角为非圆弧形倒角,如直角。图6是实施例3异常插入凹槽内部时的示意图。
在可选实施例4中,如图3所示,承接可选实施例1,即在凹槽垂直扣设在所述移动终端的印刷电路板30上的基础上,所述凹槽内表面的四个顶角40均为圆弧形倒角。
在可选实施例5中,以凹槽为界,所述凹槽内表面的一条侧边31为圆弧形倒角,另一条侧边31为非圆弧形倒角。
在可选实施例6中,如图7所示,所述凹槽内表面的两条侧边31均为圆弧形倒角。图8是实施例6异常插入凹槽内部时的示意图。
下面以凹槽内表面的四个顶角为圆弧形倒角,对本发明的使用过程进行说明:
如图3所示,当卡托20正常插入时,由于凹槽内表面的四个顶角40为圆弧形倒角,卡托20的上表面与凹槽内表面的所述圆弧形倒角相匹配,这样卡托20在插入凹槽内部时,能够直接插入连接器本体10的内部。参见图4,当卡托20
异常插入时,由于凹槽内表面的四个顶角40为圆弧形倒角,而凹槽垂直扣设在所述移动终端的印刷电路板30上,即凹槽与所述印刷电路板,之间垂直,这样卡托20在插入凹槽内部时,凹槽内表面的顶角40妨碍了卡托20的插入,使得卡托20无法插入凹槽的内部,这就提醒了用户此时属于异常插入状态。
本发明的另一实施方式提供了一种卡托,用于插入上述防反插连接器的内部,所述卡托20置于所述凹槽内并可沿所述凹槽移动。具体的,所述卡托20设置在凹槽内且能够沿着该凹槽移动,SIM卡或Micro SD存储卡安装在卡托20中,这样,为SIM卡或Micro SD存储卡的安装提供了便利。
其中,所述卡托20的上表面与所述凹槽内表面的所述圆弧形倒角相匹配,这样,可避免卡托的异常插入。
在一可选实施方式中,所述卡托为金属卡托。
本发明的又一实施方式提供了一种移动终端,所述移动终端的内部设有上述防反插的连接器和卡托。
如上所述,详细介绍了本发明的防反插连接器、用于插入所述防反插连接器内的卡托以及包含该防反插连接器和卡托的移动终端,本发明通过对连接器做防反插设计,使得卡托能够正常插入连接器内部,从而防止卡托异常插入连接器内部。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (11)
- 一种防反插的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括连接器本体(10),所述连接器本体(10)是由金属围成的一个与卡托(20)形状、大小相应的凹槽,所述凹槽扣设在移动终端的印刷电路板(30)上;其中,所述凹槽的横截面大致呈矩形,所述凹槽内表面的至少一个顶角和/或边为圆弧形倒角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述凹槽垂直扣设在所述移动终端的印刷电路板(30)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器本体(10)由至少一块铁片围成。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的连接器,其中,以凹槽为界,在凹槽同一侧的两个顶角(40)为圆弧形倒角,另一侧的两个顶角为非圆弧形倒角。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的连接器,其中,所述凹槽内表面的四个顶角(40)均为圆弧形倒角。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的连接器,其中,以凹槽为界,所述凹槽内表面的一条侧边(31)为圆弧形倒角,另一条侧边(31)为非圆弧形倒角。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的连接器,其中,所述凹槽内表面的两条侧边(31)均为圆弧形倒角。
- 一种卡托,用于插入所述权利要求1-7中任一项所述的防反插连接器的内部,所述卡托(20)置于所述凹槽内并可沿所述凹槽移动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托(20)的上表面与所述凹槽内表面的所述圆弧形倒角相匹配。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托(20)为金属卡托。
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端的内部设有如权利要求1至7任一项所述的连接器以及如权利要求8至10任一项所述的卡托。
