技术领域
本公开涉及电子设备领域,尤其涉及一种卡座及包含该卡座的终端。
背景技术
随着行业的发展,应用于终端上的数据卡和数码卡均为标准卡,需要配合卡座进行使用。目前,市场上的卡座多设置在各种终端上,卡座包括安装在电路板上的座体和装载数据卡或数码卡的卡托。终端内对应卡座的位置设有与数据卡或数码卡交换数据的电路板。使用时,需要先将数据卡和/或数码卡安装在卡托,然后再将卡托插入至座体内。由于相关技术中的卡座存在设计缺陷,用户在使用的过程中,无需卡托也能够将数据卡或数码卡直接插入至座体内,容易造成数据卡或数码卡的定位错误,以及数据卡或数码卡的拆卸困难,甚至还会破坏座体,造成功能失效,降低了用户的体验效果。特别是对于较为粗心的用户而言,上述的情况更加突显。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本公开的目的是提供一种卡座及包含该卡座的终端,能够避免用户直接将数据卡或数码卡插入至座体的容置腔内,有效地提高了用户的体验效果。
为实现上述目的,本公开一方面提供一种卡座,所述卡座用于固定各种数据卡或数码卡在终端的电路板上,包括设置在所述电路板上的座体以及与所述座体配合的卡托,所述座体上设置有用于阻挡数据卡或数码卡插入的阻挡弹片,所述阻挡弹片靠近所述卡托的一端设置有第一导向斜面,在未插入 卡托或数据卡或数码卡时,所述第一导向斜面的端部相对于所述电路板的高度小于所述数据卡或数据卡的厚度;所述卡托的插入端设置有与所述第一导向斜面相对的第二导向斜面,所述阻挡弹片随所述卡托的插入而顶起。
另一方面提供一种终端,包括:
终端本体,所述终端本体上设置上述卡座。
本公开实施例通过在座体上设置有阻挡弹片,用于阻挡数据卡或数码卡直接插入至座体内,进而避免了数据卡或数码卡的定位错误、拆卸困难以及破坏座体等问题,提高了用户的体验效果;同时,通过在阻挡弹片靠近卡托的一端设置有第一导向斜面,并通过在卡托的插入端设置有与第一导向斜面相对的第二导向斜面,使卡托压缩阻挡弹片,并插入至座体内,确保卡座能够正常地进行使用,结构简单,设计合理。

具体实施方式
为了使本公开所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实施例,对本公开进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
参照图1和图2,一种固定各种数据卡或数码卡在终端的电路板3上的卡座,包括设置在终端上的座体1以及与座体1配合的卡托2。座体1上设置有用于阻挡数据卡或数码卡插入的阻挡弹片4,阻挡弹片4靠近卡托2的一端设置有第一导向斜面40,卡托2的插入端设置有与第一导向斜面40相对的第二导向斜面21,使卡托2压缩阻挡弹片4,并插入至座体1内。在未插入卡托2或数据卡或数码卡时,第一导向斜面40的端部411相对于电路板3的高度小于所述数据卡或数据卡的厚度。阻挡弹片4的结构可以有多种,作为本公开的可选实施例,参照图2,可选地,阻挡弹片4为向外部弯折延伸形成的一板状钩41,其端部411为钩尖411,指向所述卡托2插入的反方向,即整个座体1的外部方向。其中,如图3所示,卡托2未插入的情况下,板状钩41的钩尖411始终停留在可以与数据卡或数码卡插入端的端面抵触的位置。第一导向斜面40设在板状钩41的钩头的表面上且与卡托2的第二导向斜面21相对。相对设置的第一导向斜面40和第二导向斜面21可以在卡托2插入座体1内时起到面与面之间的滑移,形成导向作用,令卡托2可以有效地插入座体1内。板状钩41结构简单,设计合理、巧妙,利于阻挡弹片4的制作成型。
座体1与电路板3配合构成用于卡托2插入的座体1的容置腔5,结构简单,同时便于组装。
本实施例中,阻挡弹片4位于容置腔5之外。这样,当卡托2插入容置腔5内时,第二导向斜面21向座体1方向移动,并与阻挡弹片4产生线与面的接触,进而压迫阻挡弹片4,将阻挡弹片4顶起。此时,由于阻挡弹片4位于容置腔5的入口处,则座体1无需为阻挡弹片4的顶起而预设避空位,使容置腔5的结构更简单。
第二导向斜面21为向外侧凸起的弧形面,可选地,第二导向斜面21为 微凸弧形面即可,利于卡托2在插入的过程中令阻挡弹片3顺利弹起。
可选地,第二导向斜面21从卡托2的插入端的顶部延伸至底部,同样地,利于卡托2在插入的过程中压缩阻挡弹片4。
本实施例中,如图4所示,板状钩41的钩尖411与电路板3之间的距离T2不宽于数据卡或数码卡的厚度T1,即T2<T1。如图4所示,板状钩41的钩尖可用于阻挡数据卡或数码卡直接插入容置腔5内,从而避免了数据卡或数码卡定位错误、拆卸困难以及破坏座体1等问题,提高了用户的体验效果。
本实施例中,如图3所示,阻挡弹片4还包括一连接部42。连接部42为座体1平行延伸出的金属板块,板状钩41、连接部42与座体1一体成型,连接部42可以避免板状钩41直接连接至座体1带来的连接处容易断裂的问题,同时增加阻挡弹片4的弹性,也避免了阻挡弹片的额外安装工序,简化了卡座的结构。
参照图3,本公开实施例通过在座体1上设置有阻挡弹片4,当数据卡或数码卡直接插入容置腔5内时,由于板状钩41的钩尖与电路板3之间的距离小于数据卡或数码卡的厚度,板状钩41的钩尖始终顶在数据卡或数码卡的插入端的端面上,整个板状钩41与数据卡或数码卡形成了弹性抵触,令数据卡或数码卡无法插入,进而避免了数据卡或数码卡的定位错误、拆卸困难以及破坏座体1等问题,提高了用户的体验效果。同时,参照图5,在卡托2插入的过程中,通过在阻挡弹片4靠近卡托2的一端设置的第一导向斜面40,并通过在卡托2的插入端设置的与第一导向斜面40配合的第二导向斜面21,令卡托2的插入端通过第二导向斜面21沿着与其相对设置的第一导向斜面40滑动插入,实现卡托2与阻挡弹片4的相对位移,从而将阻挡弹片4顶起,为卡托2的插入预留出空间,使卡托2能够插入至容置腔5内,阻挡弹片4在弹性作用力下,将卡托2向下弹力压紧,保证了数码卡或数据卡与电路板3紧密接触,确保卡座能够正常地进行使用,结构简单,设计合理。
如图6所示,另一实施例中,其与图1所示实施例的区别在于:所述阻 挡弹片4位于所述容置腔5内对应的座体1上,座体1对应阻挡弹片4的位置设有开槽或容纳槽11。
当卡托2插入容置腔5时,卡托2的第二导向斜面21与阻挡弹片4滑动抵触,令阻挡弹片4顶至开槽或容纳槽11位置,进而为卡托2留出下部的空间,令卡托2可以完全插入容置腔5。开槽或容纳槽11令阻挡弹片4实现上下位移,防止卡托2插入时阻挡弹片4无法顶起造成阻挡弹片4对卡托2的限位。同时,阻挡弹片4设置在座体1内可以有效地避免阻挡弹片4设置在座体1边缘造成的碰撞损坏导致无法限制数据卡或数码卡误插或导致卡托2无法正常插入的问题。
参照图7,一种终端,包括终端本体6,所述终端本体6上设置有如上所述的任一卡座7。本公开所述终端可以是体积较大的终端,例如电脑、服务器等硬件设备,或者是体积较小的移动终端,包括手机、平板电脑、MP3、MP4、笔记本等移动终端。通过使用本公开的卡座7,有效避免了数据卡或数码卡的定位错误、拆卸困难以及破坏座体1等问题,提高了用户的体验效果;同时,还能够确保卡座能够正常地进行使用,结构简单,设计合理。
本公开所述数据卡包括移动数据卡,尤其指SIM卡;数码卡包括视频采集卡、CF卡、SM卡、mini SD卡、SD卡、记忆棒、微型硬盘、MMC卡等。

  1. 一种卡座,其用于固定各种数据卡或数码卡在终端的电路板(3)上,包括设置在所述电路板上(3)的座体(1)以及与所述座体(1)配合的卡托(2),其中,
    所述座体(1)上设置有用于阻挡数据卡或数码卡插入的阻挡弹片(4),所述阻挡弹片(4)靠近所述卡托(2)的一端设置有第一导向斜面(40),在未插入卡托(2)或数据卡或数码卡时,所述第一导向斜面(40)的端部(411)相对于所述电路板(3)的高度小于所述数据卡或数据卡的厚度;
    所述卡托(2)的插入端设置有与所述第一导向斜面(40)相对的第二导向斜面(21),所述阻挡弹片(4)随所述卡托(2)的插入而顶起。
