本发明涉及生理调节领域,尤其涉及一种生理调节系统、智能内裤和一种生理调节方法。
背景技术
现有的内衣大多数仅具有作为衣服的普通功能,不能够根据人体生理状态信息对人体的生理进行调节。尤其对于女性而言,在月经期到来时以及在月经期期间,由于宫温低而出现宫寒、痛经等症状,令广大女性苦不堪言,甚至严重地影响了女性的日常工作和生活。
因此,提供一种能够监测人体生理状态信息、对人的生理进行调节的装置和方法变得迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本申请的目的之一是提供一种生理调节系统,其能够监测人体的生理状态信息并对身体加热。本申请的另一目的是提供一种包括生理调节系统的智能内裤。本申请的再一目的是提供一种生理调节方法。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供一种生理调节系统,其包括:加热模块,用于基于接收到的加热指令对身体加热;检测模块,用于检测生理状态以获得生理状态信息;和控制模块,用于向加热模块发送加热指令,其中所述加热指令包括第一加热指令,所述第一加热指令基于所述生理状态信息产生。

本发明的一个实施例中,所述检测模块1020还可以包括电子排卵试纸传感器1022,所述电子排卵试纸传感器1022能够通过内衣残留尿液来检测黄体生成激素(LH)的峰值水平,如女性排卵前24~48小时内,尿液中的黄体生成激素(LH)会出现高峰值,而检测模块1020可以相应地通过电子排卵试纸传感器1022的检测结果获得女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息。
本发明的一个实施例中,所述检测模块1020还可以包括温度传感器1023,所述温度传感器1023能够感测使用者的体温以便使用者能够及时知晓自己的体温。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,上述的传感器仅是示例性传感器,而不是旨在对本发明进行限制。检测模块1020并不限于包括上述的传感器,而是可以包括根据实际需要设置的用于测量特定参数的其它传感器。
本发明的一个实施例中,控制模块1030可以根据女性是否处于月经期的第一生理状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。另外,控制模块1030也可以根据女性是否处于排卵期的第二生理状态信息生成生理结果,所述生理结果包括女性月经期信息,控制模块1030根据所述女性月经期信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。 具体的,所述月经期的信息包括月经期的周期信息,例如,获得女性处于排卵期的状态信息后,可以按照排卵期往后再推约一周的时间计算得到月经期来临的时间,而该月经期来临的时间再往后记5至7天也就是女性月经期的一个周期,本发明的一个实施例中,控制模块1030在月经周期内决定是否生成启动指令,如可以在周期内仅发送一次启动指令,或者间隔的发送启动指令等,控制模块1030也可以在月经期的周期末期不产生加热指令,以满足不同的个人需求。
此外,生理调节系统1000还包括通信模块1040,用于从外部决策装置1050接收指令和将检测模块1020检测到的生理状态信息传送至外部决策装置1050。所述传送的生理状态信息包括女性是否处于月经期的状态信息和/或女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息、使用者的体温、以及标示女性生理状态的心情标记等信息。所述心情标记可以包括表示女性处于月经期的不高兴的表情(例如阴雨表情)、表示女性处于安全期的表情(例如笑脸)以及表示女性处于排卵期的表情(例如小手)。

柔性显示器1060也设置于内裤2000的前侧靠近腰部的上侧位置,用于向使用者直观显示使用者的体温、女性是否处于月经期、标示女性生理状态信息的心情标记以及是否处于排卵期等生理状态信息。所述心情标记可以包括表示女性处于月经期的不高兴的表情(例如阴雨表情)、表示女性处于安全期的表情(例如笑脸)以及表示女性处于排卵期的表情(例如小手)。
控制模块1030及其手动开关1031设置在内裤2000前侧便于操 作。
智能内裤2000还可以设置有指示灯2070。该指示灯2070可以是变色的LED灯,以便指示内裤的相关工作状态信息。例如闪烁红灯表示电量不足,闪烁绿灯表示内裤处于加热状态信息等。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,指示灯的工作状态信息可以按照预先设定以不同的点亮状态信息表示不同的工作状态信息,而且上述工作状态信息仅仅是示例性规定,技术人员可以根据实际需要对指示灯的工作状态信息进行设定。
根据本发明的智能内裤2000可以进行干洗以及用洗涤剂进行刷洗。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,智能内裤2000的各个部件的位置仅是示例性的,而非限制性的。上述部件可以根据需要或设计偏好进行调整而不影响其功能性的实现。
图4示出了根据本发明实施例的生理调节方法3000。所述方法包括下述步骤:
步骤3010,用于检测生理状态,以获得生理状态信息;
步骤3030,产生加热指令;和
步骤3050,基于所述加热指令对身体加热,所述加热指令包括第一加热指令,所述第一加热指令基于所述生理状态信息产生。
根据本发明的实施例,所述生理状态信息包括第一生理状态信息;所述生理调节方法还包括根据所述第一生理状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。所述第一生理状态信息包括女性是否处于月经期的状态信息,并且根据所述女性是否处于月经期的状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
所述生理状态信息还包括不同于第一生理状态信息的第二生理状态信息;所述第一加热指令基于所述第二生理状态信息产生;所述方法还包括用于根据所述第二生理状态信息生成生理结果,并根据所述生理结果作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。所述第二生理状态信息包括女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息,所述生理结果包括女性月经期信息,其中根据女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息生成所述女性月经 期信息,并根据所述女性月经期信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
所述方法还包括:
步骤3020,用于将检测到的所述生理状态信息传送至外部决策装置;
步骤3040,用于根据所传送的生理状态信息生成启动指令;和
步骤3060,用于接收所述启动指令并基于所述启动指令作出是否产生第二加热指令的决定。
所述基于所述启动指令作出是否产生第二加热指令的决定的步骤3060包括:在预设时间段内仅产生所述第一加热指令以及第二加热指令中的一个。也就是说,步骤3010、步骤3030、步骤3050与步骤3020、3040、3060可以并列执行,互不干涉,步骤序号的大小并不表示相关步骤存在先后次序。本实施例中的步骤顺序仅仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,两个过程中的步骤之间根据实际情况可以调整顺序。但是,在预设时间段内仅产生所述第一加热指令以及第二加热指令中的一个,即在预设时间段内仅产生一次加热指令。
被传送的生理状态信息包括:
女性是否处于月经期的状态信息和/或女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息;
所述根据所传送的生理状态信息生成启动指令包括:
根据女性是否处于月经期的状态信息决定是否生成启动指令;或
根据女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息生成所述女性月经期信息,并根据所述女性月经期信息决定是否生成启动指令。所述月经期信息包括月经期的周期信息。
所述加热指令还包括第三加热指令,所述第三加热指令以手动方式产生。
上文已经结合实施例对本发明进行了详细描述。但本领域技术人员可以理解的是,上述实施例仅是示例性的,而不构成对本发明的限制。在不脱离权利要求书限定的保护范围的情况下,本领域技术人员 能够想到各种变型和修改以及等效替代方案。本发明中涉及的各种技术特征在不冲突的情况下,可以任意组合形成各种技术方案。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种生理调节系统,包括:
    加热模块,用于基于接收到的加热指令对身体加热;
    检测模块,用于检测生理状态以获得生理状态信息;和
    控制模块,用于向加热模块发送加热指令,其中所述加热指令包括第一加热指令,所述第一加热指令基于所述生理状态信息产生。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述生理状态信息包括第一生理状态信息;所述控制模块还用于根据所述第一生理状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述第一生理状态信息包括女性是否处于月经期的状态信息,所述控制模块用于根据所述女性是否处于月经期的状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述生理状态信息包括不同于所述第一生理状态信息的第二生理状态信息;所述第一加热指令基于所述第二生理状态信息产生;所述控制模块还用于根据所述第二生理状态信息生成生理结果,并根据所述生理结果作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述第二生理状态信息包括女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息,所述生理结果包括女性月经期信息,所述控制模块还用于根据女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息生成所述女性月经期信息,并根据所述女性月经期信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述生理 调节系统还包括通信模块,所述通信模块用于从外部决策装置接收指令和将检测模块检测到的所述生理状态信息传送至所述外部决策装置,所述外部决策装置根据所传送的生理状态信息生成启动指令;所述控制模块接收所述启动指令,并基于所述启动指令作出是否产生第二加热指令的决定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块在预设时间段内仅产生所述第一加热指令以及第二加热指令中的一个。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述外部决策装置包括智能终端,所述智能终端包括用于根据所传送的生理状态信息生成启动指令的应用程序。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述通信模块包括无线通信模块。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,
    由通信模块传送的生理状态信息包括:女性是否处于月经期的状态信息和/或女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息;
    所述控制模块根据女性是否处于月经期的状态信息决定是否生成启动指令;和/或所述控制模块根据女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息生成女性月经期信息,并根据所述女性月经期信息决定是否生成启动指令。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述生理调节系统还包括柔性显示器,所述柔性显示器能够显示由女性是否处于月经期、体温、标示女性生理状态信息的心情标记以及是否处于排卵期组成的信息组中的至少一种信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,由女性是否处于月经期、体温、标示女性生理状态信息的心情标记以及是否处于排卵期组成的信息组中的至少一种信息能够通过通讯模块传送至外部智能终端。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括手动加热开关,所述加热指令还包括第三加热指令,所述第三加热指令基于所述手动加热开关产生。
  14. 一种智能内裤,其具有根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的生理调节系统,其中所述加热模块设置在内裤的前侧与穿戴者的小腹对应的位置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的智能内裤,其特征在于,所述智能内裤还包括填充有精油的绝缘袋,所述加热模块的发热源设置在精油中。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的智能内裤,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括血液传感器,所述血液传感器用于对血液进行检测以获得女性是否处于月经期的状态信息。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的智能内裤,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括设置在所述智能内裤的裆部的电子排卵试纸传感器,所述电子排卵试纸传感器通过对残留尿液中黄体生成激素的峰值水平的检测以获得女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的生理调节系统,其特征在于,所述生理调节系统还包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器用于测量穿戴者的腹部温度。
  19. 一种生理调节方法,所述方法包括:
    检测生理状态,以获得生理状态信息;
    产生加热指令;以及
    基于所述加热指令对身体加热;
    所述加热指令包括第一加热指令,所述第一加热指令基于所述生理状态信息产生。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述生理状态信息包括第一生理状态信息;所述生理调节方法还包括根据所述第一生理状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述第一生理状态信息包括女性是否处于月经期的状态信息,并且根据所述女性是否处于月经期的状态信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述生理状态信息包括不同于所述第一生理状态信息的第二生理状态信息;所述第一加热指令基于所述第二生理状态信息产生;所述方法还包括用于根据所述第二生理状态信息生成生理结果,并根据所述生理结果作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述第二生理状态信息包括女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息,所述生理结果包括女性月经期信息,其中根据女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息生成所述女性月经期信息,并根据所述女性月经期信息作出是否产生第一加热指令的决定。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将检测到的所述生理状态信息传送至外部决策装置;
    根据所传送的生理状态信息生成启动指令;和
    接收所述启动指令并基于所述启动指令作出是否产生第二加热指令的决定。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述启动指令作出是否产生第二加热指令的决定包括:在预设时间段内仅产生所述第一加热指令以及第二加热指令中的一个。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,
    被传送的生理状态信息包括:女性是否处于月经期的状态信息和/或女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息;
    所述根据所传送的生理状态信息生成启动指令包括:
    根据女性是否处于月经期的状态信息决定是否生成启动指令;和/或
    根据女性是否处于排卵期的状态信息生成女性月经期信息,并根据所述女性月经期信息决定是否生成启动指令。
  27. 根据权利要求19所述的生理调节方法,其特征在于,所述加热指令还包括第三加热指令,所述第三加热指令以手动方式产生。
