目前现有技术,一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置,包括设置在五星脚上的下开口的插接孔、插杆和带缺口的卡圈,所述插杆包括位于中部的法兰、位于上端的环形卡槽和位于下端的下卡槽;插接孔内有环形卡槽,卡圈与插接孔内的环形卡槽和插杆上部的环形卡槽配合。存在问题是:插杆相对于插接孔晃动,移动时,插杆的轴线不与水平面垂直;使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置,它具有使用寿命长的特点;而且插杆相对于五星脚静止。
本发明是这样实现的:一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置,包括设置在五星脚上的下开口的插接孔和插杆,所述插杆包括位于中部的法兰、位于上端的环形卡槽和位于下端的下卡槽;其特殊之处在于:还包括一具有下开口的塑料材料或尼龙材料制成的连接套,
所述连接套的上端有至少二个贯通孔,所述贯通孔的底板上有弹性板,弹性板的上端有扣钩;
连接套插入所述插接孔内,连接套的外表面与插接孔的内表面紧密贴合,扣钩和所述环形卡槽扣合。

本发明一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置,由于采用这样的结构,法兰上部的插杆与连接套贴合,连接套的外表面与插接孔内表面紧密配合;有效地防止插杆相对五星脚晃动,保持插杆与水平面垂直;延长了使用寿命。连接套由塑料或尼龙材料制成,连接套位于插杆和五星脚二个金属材料制成的部件之间,可以有效地消除噪音。

如图1所示,一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置,包括设置在五星脚3上的下开口的插接孔31和插杆1,所述插杆1包括位于中部的法兰11、位于上端的环形卡槽12和位于下端的下卡槽13。
还包括一具有下开口的塑料材料或尼龙材料制成的连接套2,
所述连接套2的上端有二个贯通孔21,贯通孔21位于一条直径线的两端;所述贯通孔21的底板上有弹性板22,弹性板22的上端有扣钩23;
连接套2插入所述插接孔内,连接套2的外表面与插接孔的内表面紧密贴合,扣钩23和所述环形卡槽12扣合。所述连接套2的下端与法兰11配合止位。
所述弹性板22外表面上端有沿弹性板周向的凸起24。在连接套插入插接孔的过程中,凸起24与插接孔滑动配合。插杆1插入连接套2后,确保扣钩23与环形卡槽12扣合。
所述连接套2的下端扩口。
所述连接套2的下端有二条沿轴线的长条形间隙25。
装配时,先将连接套2插入插接孔31内,凸起24与插接孔31紧密配合;然后将插杆1的上端插入连接套2内,插杆1上部的环形卡槽12与扣钩23嵌合;插杆1与连接套的内壁紧密贴合,连接套2的外表面插接孔31内壁紧密贴合;连接套2与插接孔31锁合,插杆1与连接套通过扣钩23锁合。
