发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置，它具有使用寿命长的特点；而且插杆相对于五星脚静止。
本发明是这样实现的：一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置，包括设置在五星脚上的下开口的插接孔和插杆，所述插杆包括位于中部的法兰、位于上端的环形卡槽和位于下端的下卡槽；其特殊之处在于：还包括一具有下开口的塑料材料或尼龙材料制成的连接套，

本发明一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置，由于采用这样的结构，法兰上部的插杆与连接套贴合，连接套的外表面与插接孔内表面紧密配合；有效地防止插杆相对五星脚晃动，保持插杆与水平面垂直；延长了使用寿命。连接套由塑料或尼龙材料制成，连接套位于插杆和五星脚二个金属材料制成的部件之间，可以有效地消除噪音。

如图1所示，一种五星脚和脚轮的连接装置，包括设置在五星脚3上的下开口的插接孔31和插杆1，所述插杆1包括位于中部的法兰11、位于上端的环形卡槽12和位于下端的下卡槽13。
还包括一具有下开口的塑料材料或尼龙材料制成的连接套2，
所述连接套2的上端有二个贯通孔21，贯通孔21位于一条直径线的两端；所述贯通孔21的底板上有弹性板22，弹性板22的上端有扣钩23；
连接套2插入所述插接孔内，连接套2的外表面与插接孔的内表面紧密贴合，扣钩23和所述环形卡槽12扣合。所述连接套2的下端与法兰11配合止位。
所述弹性板22外表面上端有沿弹性板周向的凸起24。在连接套插入插接孔的过程中，凸起24与插接孔滑动配合。插杆1插入连接套2后，确保扣钩23与环形卡槽12扣合。

所述连接套2的下端有二条沿轴线的长条形间隙25。
装配时，先将连接套2插入插接孔31内，凸起24与插接孔31紧密配合；然后将插杆1的上端插入连接套2内，插杆1上部的环形卡槽12与扣钩23嵌合；插杆1与连接套的内壁紧密贴合，连接套2的外表面插接孔31内壁紧密贴合；连接套2与插接孔31锁合，插杆1与连接套通过扣钩23锁合。
