Abstract

To calculate the output of the hash function on an input, a initial state to 0 and the first 200-bit block of the input is added by a bitwise XOR. Then the function f (.) The use of this hash function allows the optimized insertion of a new address in the list without having to do all the calculations from the beginning to update the signed hash of the list, by executing an additional iteration only on the hash of the new address.
