A cet effet, la présente invention comprend un corps de masque et des éléments de réglage de cordon pour permettre à un utilisateur de porter le masque d'une manière ajustée en ajustant des cordons d'oreille accrochés sur ses oreilles, les éléments de réglage de cordon étant disposés des deux côtés de l'extrémité supérieure du corps de masque; le corps de masque comprend un revêtement extérieur formé pour recouvrir de manière tridimensionnelle une partie au-dessous des yeux de l'utilisateur, comprenant les deux joues et le menton, et un couvercle interne rechargeable sur le côté interne du couvercle externe; et des valves d'échappement sont disposées des deux côtés de la partie centrale du corps de masque, respectivement, tout en accouplant et en fixant l'un à l'autre le couvercle externe et le couvercle interne.
