Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sample collection device, an analysis apparatus including the sample collection device, and a method for manufacturing the sample collection device.
- the sample collection device becomes superhydrophilic by having nanowires formed with a titanium dioxide coating layer having an anatase crystal structure on the surface, and a water film is formed on the surface of the sample collection device.

- the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and as a result of extensive research, (1) when a nanowire having a coat layer formed of titanium dioxide having an anatase crystal structure is formed on the surface of the substrate, Because the surface becomes superhydrophilic, (2) the substrate surface becomes superhydrophilic, the contact angle of the solution dropped on the substrate becomes almost zero, and (3) the contact angle becomes almost zero. Since the solution dropped on the substrate spreads in a thin film (water film) without forming water droplets, the entire surface of the substrate can be in contact with a sample in the atmosphere. (4) The coat layer is made of titanium dioxide having an anatase crystal structure. It was newly found that when the formed nanowire is formed on the substrate surface, the superhydrophilic performance can be maintained over a long period of time.

Abstract
Description

(Waseem A.et al.,Lab on a Chip, Vol.12, pp.2345-2352,2012,参照。)
<実施例1>

<実施例2>
