一种虚拟账号的管理方法和装置 技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种虚拟账号的管理方法和装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的快速发展,用户可以通过网络实现越来越多的功能,比如:支付、购物、交友等。相关技术中,用户通常需要通过预先注册的虚拟账号实现相关功能,随着用户的使用,虚拟账号中往往存储着用户的个人资产,可以包括游戏币、虚拟货币等虚拟资产,也可以包括用户存储在虚拟账号中的资金等实体资产。一旦发生用户无法找回密码或者用户身故等意外情况,就可能会导致用户虚拟账号中的个人资产出现损失。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种虚拟账号的管理方法和装置。
具体地,本申请是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种虚拟账号的管理方法,所述方法包括:
检测虚拟账号未登录的时长是否到达预设的接管时长;
如果是,则针对所述虚拟账号执行指定管理操作,其中,所述指定管理操作面向接管用户,所述接管用户由所述虚拟账号的合法用户指定。
可选的,所述针对所述虚拟账号执行指定管理操作,包括:
将所述虚拟账号的相关密码发送给所述接管用户。

在本实施例中,所述虚拟账号通常由用户预先在服务端注册,注册流程可以参照相关技术,本申请在此不再一一赘述。为便于描述,可以将日常使用虚拟账号的用户称为所述虚拟账号的合法用户。
在本实施例中,虚拟账号的合法用户可以在通过身份验证后,为所述虚拟账号设置接管时长、接管用户。其中,所述接管用户为所述合法用户指定的在其无法管理虚拟账号后,继承该虚拟账号中相关资产的用户,比如:所述合法用户可以将其虚拟账号的接管用户设置为:丈夫、妻子、孩子等。可选的,所述合法用户可以提交所述接管用户已注册的虚拟账号信息,比如:所述接管用户的虚拟账号ID等。当然,合法用户也可以提交所述接管用户的其他信息,比如:联系电话、E-mail等,本申请对此不作特殊限制。
在本实施例中,服务端保存合法用户为其虚拟账号设置的接管时长和接管用户。当然,所述虚拟账号的合法用户可以根据自己的情况修改设置的接管时长和接管用户,也可以取消对接管时间和接管用户的设置,本申请对此不作特殊限制。
在一个例子中,服务端可以按照预设的时间周期,检测虚拟账号未登录的时长是否到达所述接管时长。其中,所述预设的时间周期可以由开发人员进行设置,比如:每天的0时等。可选的,在到达所述预设的时间周期时,服务端可以获取所述虚拟账号上次登录时间,计算所述上次登录时间距今的时长,然后判断所述时长是否到达所述接管时长。

在本实施例中,当虚拟账号未登录的时长到达预设的接管时长时,可以执行步骤102。当虚拟账号未登录的时长未到达预设的接管时长时,可以继续执行本步骤,进行虚拟账号未登录时长的检测。

在本实施例中,服务端可以采用以下两种方式针对所述虚拟账号执行指定管理操作以将指定权限授予接管用户:
在一个例子中,服务端可以将所述虚拟账号的相关密码发送给所述接管用户。其中,所述相关密码通常包括:所述虚拟账号的登录密码、所述虚拟账号中个人资产的交易密码等。接管用户在接收到所述相关密码后,可以登录合法用户的虚拟账号,以对所述虚拟账号中的个人资产进行妥善处理,避免合法用户的财产损失。
在另一个例子中,服务端可以将所述虚拟账号的资产转移给所述接管用户。其中,所述资产可以包括:游戏币、虚拟货币等虚拟资产,所述资产也可以包括:存在所述虚拟账号中的资金等实体资产。可选的,当所述虚拟账号的合法用户提交所述接管用户的虚拟账号信息时,服务端可以直接将合法用户的虚拟账号中的资产转移到所述接管用户的虚拟账号中。
在本实施例中,当所述虚拟账号的合法用户提交所述接管用户的电话号码等其他联系方式时,服务端还可以在将所述虚拟账号的指定权限授予所述接管用户后,通过保存的其他联系方式通知接管用户。

下面结合具体的应用场景来描述本申请的实现过程。
假设,用户张三的职业是战地记者,常年在中东等战争频发的地区报道战况,用户张三有一个支付宝账号,其支付宝账号中存有10万元钱。张三怕自己遇到意外,所以为其支付宝账号设置3个月的接管时长,并将接管用户设置为其老婆李四,并提交了李四的支付宝账号ID。
服务端每天检测张三的支付宝账号的未登录时长是否到达三个月,如果到达三个月,服务端会自动将张三支付宝账号中的10万元钱转到李四的支付宝账号中,以避免张三在发生意外事故时,其他人由于无法知晓其支付宝账号密码所带来的经济损失。
与前述虚拟账号的管理方法的实施例相对应,本申请还提供了虚拟账号的管理装置的实施例。
本申请虚拟账号的管理装置的实施例可以应用在服务端上。装置实施例可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件或者软硬件结合的方式实现。以软件实现为例,作为一个逻辑意义上的装置,是通过其所在服务端的处理器将非易失性存储器中对应的计算机程序指令读取到内存中运行形成的。从硬件层面而言,如图2所示,为本申请虚拟账号的管理装置所在服务端的一种硬件结构图,除了图2所示的处理器、内存、网络接口、以及非易失性存储器之外,实施例中装置所在的服务端通常根据该服务端的实际功能,还可以包括其他硬件,对此不再赘述。
图3是本申请一示例性实施例示出的一种虚拟账号的管理装置的结构示意图。
请参考图3,所述虚拟账号的管理装置200可以应用在前述图2所示的服务端中,包括有:时长检测单元201、账号接管单元202以及接管保存单元203。

    将所述虚拟账号的资产转移给所述接管用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测虚拟账号未登录的时长是否到达预设的接管时长,包括:
    按照预设的时间周期,检测虚拟账号上次登录时间距今的时长是否到达所述预设的接管时长。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,在检测虚拟账号未登录的时长是否到达预设的接管时长之前,还包括:
    保存所述合法用户设置的所述接管时长和所述接管用户。
  6. 一种虚拟账号的管理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    时长检测单元,检测虚拟账号未登录的时长是否到达预设的接管时长;
    账号接管单元,在所述虚拟账号未登录的时长到达预设的接管时长时,针对所述虚拟账号执行指定管理操作,其中,所述指定管理操作面向接管用户,所述接管用户由所述虚拟账号的合法用户指定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述账号接管单元,将所述虚拟账号的相关密码发送给所述接管用 户。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述账号接管单元,将所述虚拟账号的资产转移给所述接管用户。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述时长检测单元,按照预设的时间周期,检测虚拟账号上次登录时间距今的时长是否到达所述预设的接管时长。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接管保存单元,保存所述合法用户设置的所述接管时长和所述接管用户。
