Description

一种LED灯管 技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备领域,更具体的说,涉及一种LED灯管。
背景技术
LED灯具有节能、环保等优势,且LED灯的寿命、亮度都优于其它的灯具。
目前,灯管形状的灯具一般为荧光灯,被广泛的应用于日常生活和工作中,并形成了相关的标准,比如T5、T6等标准的灯管,这类灯管的管径大约为11mm-24mm,T5、T6的灯管会配置相应的G5标准的灯座。针对目前LED灯具的普及,开始出现使用LED灯管替代荧光灯管的使用。然而,对于T5、T6等标准的灯管而言,由于其管径较小,难以放置驱动电源组件。一般的解决方式是通过外设支架将驱动电源组件进行固定,然而这种结构安装复杂,且安全性较差。另一种解决方式是,通过提升LED组件的高度,使得灯管内能够具有足够的空间放置驱动电源组件,这样的结构导致了LED距离灯罩的太近,导致散光角度减小,影响到照明效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在11mm-24mm的灯管内加入驱动电源并使其能够使用G5标准灯座的LED灯管。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种LED灯管,所述灯管的管径为11mm-24mm,所述LED灯管包括:
LED组件,其包括第一电路板以及设置在所述第一电路板上的LED;
散热管,所述散热管设置在所述第一电路板下;
灯罩,所述灯罩套设在所述LED组件上;以及
驱动电源组件,所述驱动电源组件设置在所述散热管内,所述驱动电源组件包括:第二电路板、设置在所述第二电路板上的变压器以及多个元气件,所述变压器包括主框架以及磁芯组件,所述主框架包括绕线部以及设 置在绕线部两端的引线部,所述绕线部的轴向长度为16mm-24mm,所述磁芯组件的边缘设置有避让结构用以减小磁芯组件的上部宽度以避让所述散热管。
优选的,还包括一套管,所述驱动电源组件固定设置在所述套管内,所述套管的形状与所述散热管的内腔形状相适应,所述套管固定在所述散热管内。通过套管先将驱动电源组件进行安装,这样在组装驱动电源组件时,只需将套管插入所述散热管的内部进行固定即可,这样在组装时可以避免因为磕碰导致驱动电源组件的损坏。
优选的,所述套管的材质为绝缘材料。套管采用绝缘材料可以有效的保护元器件。
优选的,所述套管的两端分别设置有堵头用于封闭所述套管的两端。利用堵头可以很好的对驱动电源组件进行限位固定,同时也避免灰尘或其它东西进入驱动电源组件内影响驱动电源组件的稳定性。
优选的,所述避让结构为设置在所述磁芯组件边缘处的斜角。斜角可以减小磁芯组件边缘处的横向宽度,从而使得驱动电源组件的上端安装宽度变小,从而可以插入到散热管内而不受到圆形散热管空间的限制。
优选的,所述避让结构为设置在所述磁芯组件边缘处的弧面。弧面既可以减小横向宽度,又不会太多的减小磁芯组件边缘的厚度。
优选的,所述多个元器件包括共模电感,所述共模电感的底座高度为0.6mm-1.0mm。
优选的,所述多个元器件包括电容,所述第二电路板上设置有下沉凹槽,所述电容安装在所述下沉凹槽内。在第二电路板上设置下沉的凹槽,通过下沉的凹槽来安装电容,这样可以降低电容的安装高度,从而使得驱动电源组件的整体高度降低,更容易在小空间内进行安装。
优选的,所述散热管的材质为铝材。
优选的,所述灯罩与所述散热管之间通过倒扣结构连接,所述灯罩的内侧边缘还设置有用于限定所述第一电路板的限位部。
本发明针对11mm-24mm的LED灯管的驱动电源组件进行改进,增加了变压器绕线部的轴向长度,从而增加了变压器的轴向绕线空间,使得变压器的宽度可以适当的缩小至适合的宽度,从而减小了驱动电源组件的安装宽度,此外,对变压器磁芯组件的边缘设置有避让结构用以减小磁芯组件的上部宽度以避让所述散热管,进一步减小了驱动电源组件上端的安装宽度。这样,实现了在11mm-24mm的LED灯管内加入驱动电源组件情况下仍然能够适用于G5标准的灯座。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-5所示,本实施例基于本发明提供一种LED灯管的具体实施方式,所述灯管的管径为11mm-24mm,该LED灯管旨在解决现有11mm-24mm灯管难以加入驱动电源组件、或加入驱动电源组件后对LED的散射面造成影响的问题,同时,该LED灯管也是为了解决在11mm-24mm的灯管中加入驱动电源组件后依然可以适配到G5标准的灯座中。
所述LED灯管包括:LED组件8、灯罩7、散热管9、驱动电源组件12、套管11以及灯头。所述LED组件8包括第一电路板81以及设置在所述第一电路板81上的LED82。所述散热管9设置在所述第一电路板81下;所述灯罩套设在所述LED组件上。所述驱动电源组件12设置在所述散热管9内,所述驱动电源组件12包括:第二电路板121、设置在所述第二电路板121上的变压器123以及多个元气件,所述变压器123包括主框架1231以及磁芯组件1232,所述主框架1231包括绕线部以及设置在绕线部两端 的引线部(未示出),所述绕线部的轴向长度为16mm-24mm,所述磁芯组件1232的边缘设置有避让结构1233用以减小磁芯组件1232的上部宽度以避让所述散热管9,因为散热管9的半圆结构导致其下部空间逐渐减小,而避让结构1233可以减小变压器123的安装宽度。所述灯头包括:设置在灯管端部的端盖6、铝环5、锁扣4、灯头主体3、铜针2以及透明的保护盖1;所述铝环5用于连接灯头主体3和端盖6,所述铜针2设置在所述灯头主体3上,所述透明的保护盖1套设在所述铜针2上用于保护所述铜针2。
在本实施例中,LED灯管还包括一套管11,所述驱动电源组件12固定设置在所述套管11内,所述套管11的形状与所述散热管9的内腔形状相适应,都是一个近似的半圆形结构,所述套管11固定在所述散热管9内,通过卡扣或者螺丝进行固定。这样,通过套管11先将驱动电源组件12进行安装,由于套管11结构小巧,更便于将驱动电源组件安装到其内部腔体中,同时,在组装驱动电源组件12到LED灯管上时,只需将套管11(套管内已组织好驱动电源组件)插入所述散热管9的内部进行固定即可,这样在组装时也可以避免因为磕碰导致驱动电源组件的损坏。所述套管11的材质为绝缘材料,采用绝缘材料可以有效的保护元器件。
在本实施例中,所述套管11的两端分别设置有堵头10、13用于封闭所述套管11的两端。利用堵头10、13可以很好的对驱动电源组件12进行限位固定,同时也避免灰尘或其它东西进入驱动电源组件12内影响驱动电源组件的稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述变压器磁芯组件1232的避让结构1233为设置在所述磁芯组件边缘处的斜角(如图4所示)。斜角可以减小磁芯组件1232边缘处的横向宽度,从而使得驱动电源组件的上端安装宽度变小,从而可以插入到散热管内而不受到圆形散热管空间的限制。当然,所述避让结构也可以为设置在所述磁芯组件边缘处的弧面。弧面既可以保证磁芯组件边缘的部分厚度,同时也可以减小其横向宽度,能够安装到散热管内。
在本实施例中,驱动电源组件的元器件包括共模电感,共模电感采用的底座为非标设置,本发明中,所述共模电感的底座采用0.6mm-1.0mm的高度,在此高度下,可以轻易的安装到第二电路板上而不会顶到散热管9, 同时还可以能够留出套管11的安装空间。
在本实施例中,驱动电源组件的元器件包括电容123,所述第二电路板121上设置有下沉凹槽,所述电容124安装在所述下沉凹槽内。通过下沉的凹槽来安装电容,这样可以降低电容的安装高度,从而使得驱动电源组件的整体高度降低,更容易在小空间内进行安装。
在本实施例中,所述散热管9的作用一可以作为支撑体,二是作为散热构件,因此,所述散热管的材质可以选择散热性能较好的铝材或其他金属材质。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述灯罩7和所述散热管9通过倒扣结构进行连接,所述灯罩7的内侧边缘还设置有用于限定所述第一电路板81的限位部71。灯罩7的结构结合了对第一电路板81的限位固定,从而使得第一电路板81的安装结构变得更简单,制造成本更低。

  1. 一种LED灯管,所述灯管的管径为11mm-24mm,其特征在于,所述LED灯管包括:
    LED组件,其包括第一电路板以及设置在所述第一电路板上的LED;
    散热管,所述散热管设置在所述第一电路板下;
    灯罩,所述灯罩套设在所述LED组件上;以及
    驱动电源组件,所述驱动电源组件设置在所述散热管内,所述驱动电源组件包括:第二电路板、设置在所述第二电路板上的变压器以及多个元气件,所述变压器包括主框架以及磁芯组件,所述主框架包括绕线部以及设置在绕线部两端的引线部,所述绕线部的轴向长度为16mm-24mm,所述磁芯组件的边缘设置有避让结构用以减小磁芯组件的上部宽度以避让所述散热管。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,还包括一套管,所述驱动电源组件固定设置在所述套管内,所述套管的形状与所述散热管的内腔形状相适应,所述套管固定在所述散热管内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述套管的材质为绝缘材料。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述套管的两端分别设置有堵头用于封闭所述套管的两端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述避让结构为设置在所述磁芯组件边缘处的斜角。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述避让结构为设置在所述磁芯组件边缘处的弧面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述多个元器件包括共模电感,所述共模电感的底座高度为0.6mm-1.0mm。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述多个元器件包括电容,所述第二电路板上设置有下沉凹槽,所述电容安装在所述下沉凹槽内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述散热管的材质为铝材。
