The received signals at the data port 2099 can be used by the CPU device 2000 for controlling and monitoring of the first and second modes of operation in a cost-effective way.

  • the fluid actuator arrangement may be adapted for fast and high clamp force engagement of the piston body for propelling the latter accurate also for acceleration of heavy loads.
  • control of the valve arrangement including e.g. a logical valve is provided that the fluid actuator arrangement is capable to optionally perform lower force and/or slower motion rate of the lifting member.
  • a logical valve can be manoeuvred by the control unit to shut down the fluid flow to excluded cylinder/cylinders and direct fluid flow to only one cylinder.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un agencement d'actionneur de fluide (1) comprenant une première unité de serrage (3) couplée à une première unité d'actionnement (5) comprenant un premier (7) et un deuxième (9) cylindre en communication fluidique avec une alimentation de fluide (11), dans lequel un premier corps de piston (13) du premier cylindre (7) comprend un premier dispositif de mise en prise et mise hors prise de tige (15), un deuxième corps de piston (17) du deuxième cylindre (9) comprend un deuxième dispositif de mise en prise et mise hors prise de tige (19), une deuxième unité de serrage (21) est couplée à un élément de levage (23); la première unité de serrage (3) est agencée autour d'une première tige (25); la première unité d'actionnement (5) et la deuxième unité de serrage (21) sont agencées autour d'une deuxième tige (27). La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé d'élévation et d'abaissement d'un élément de levage (23) au moyen dudit agencement d'actionneur de fluide et concerne un programme de stockage de support de données (P) comprenant un code de programme, ledit programme exécutant le procédé lorsqu'il est exécuté sur un ordinateur.
