Description

Air conditioner outdoor unit
The present invention relates to a knockout hole for passing a refrigerant pipe, a power line, and the like routed outside the outdoor unit in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
A typical outdoor unit of an air conditioner has two refrigerant pipes on the gas side and liquid side for circulating refrigerant to the indoor unit, an internal / external connection line for communicating with the indoor unit, and a power supply line for power reception Must be routed outside the outdoor unit. For this purpose, the housing of the outdoor unit has an opening structure in which a cutout plate called a knockout portion is cut out to form a through hole (knockout hole). This knockout part is formed by providing a slit and a connection part intermittently in a housing | casing along the part used as the periphery of a cutting board. When the outdoor unit is installed, the connection portion of the cut-out plate is cut, and the cut-out plate is removed from the housing to form a knock-out hole, and the refrigerant pipe and the power line can be routed to the outside through the knock-out hole.
Also, the knockout part of the casing of the outdoor unit can be provided with a cut-out plate that selectively forms a plurality of opening areas by providing a plurality of slits and connecting parts. Therefore, when the refrigerant pipe diameter is large or the number of wirings is large, it is possible to select and cut off a cut-out plate having a minimum necessary opening area according to the situation. By minimizing the opening area of the knockout hole, it is possible to minimize the gap between the housing and the refrigerant piping and power line that runs around the outside. This can be prevented (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In the knockout part of the air conditioner of Patent Document 1, when a cut plate that forms a small opening region is cut out due to a problem of mechanical strength, the cut plate that forms a large open region may be accidentally removed. Once the connection portion of the cut-off plate is cut, the size of the opening area of the knockout hole cannot be reduced, and the gap between the knockout hole and the piping or wiring routed to the outside increases. If the air conditioner is installed in this state, there is a concern that water, snow, garbage, small animals, or the like may enter.
The present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and in a knockout portion where a cutout range can be selected, a cutout plate that forms a small opening region by increasing the connection strength of the cutout plate that forms a large opening region. An air conditioner outdoor unit is obtained in which a cut plate that forms a large opening area does not come off during cutting.

It is provided at the boundary of the cut plate.
In the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to the present invention, at least one of the plurality of first connection portions is provided at the boundary between the first cut plate and the second cut plate. Next, the installation state of the outdoor unit 1 in the field will be described with reference to FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a state in which piping and wiring are routed when a cut plate that forms a small opening area of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is cut. When forming a small opening area in the housing, the operator cuts the second cut-out plate 9 by cutting the second connection portion 10c of FIG. 3 in the front design panel 2a when the outdoor unit 1 is installed. Thereafter, the refrigerant pipe 6a, the refrigerant pipe 6b, and the wiring 7 on the gas side and the liquid side are routed outside the outdoor unit 1 from the knockout hole 5a1 on the front side of the outdoor unit 1.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a state in which piping and wiring are routed when a cutting plate that forms a large opening region of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is cut. When forming a large opening area in the housing 2, the operator cuts the second cut plate 9 of FIG. 5 and cuts the first connection portion 10 b and the first connection portion 10 a of FIG. The first cut plate 8 is cut from the front design panel 2a. A larger opening area can be formed by cutting the first cut plate 8 together with the second cut plate 9. Thereafter, the refrigerant pipe 6a, the refrigerant pipe 6b, and the wiring 7 on the gas side and the liquid side are routed outside the outdoor unit 1 from the knockout hole 5a1 on the front side of the outdoor unit 1.
As described above, the first connection portion 10a, which is one of the first connection portions 10b, is provided at the boundary between the first cutout plate 8 and the second cutout plate 9, thereby forming the first cutout region. The connection strength between the plate 8 and the housing 2 is improved. Therefore, when only the second cutout plate 9 that forms the second opening region is to be removed, it is possible to prevent the first cutout plate 8 that forms the first opening region from being removed. Thereby, the clearance gap between a housing | casing, piping, and wiring can be made into the minimum required, and the possibility of water, garbage, and a small animal invasion can be reduced.
Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 7 is a detailed view of the knockout portion of the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. Parts having the same configuration as those of the outdoor unit in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. In the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, the first longitudinal width 21bL of the first slit 21b of the first cut-off plate 8 that forms the first opening region forms the second opening region. The second cut-out plate 9 is formed so as to be smaller than the second longitudinal width 21cL of the second slit 21c.
As described above, the first connecting portion 10b of the first cutout plate 8 is formed such that the first longitudinal width 21bL of the first slit 21b is smaller than the second longitudinal width 21cL of the second slit 21c. Is greater than the number of second connection portions 10c of the second cut-out plate 9. Alternatively, the width of the first connection portion 10 b of the first cut-out plate 8 is larger than the width of the second connection portion 10 c of the second cut-out plate 9. Therefore, the connection strength between the first cut-out plate 8 forming the first opening region and the housing 2 is improved, and when only the second cut-out plate 9 is to be removed, the first cut-out plate 8 is removed. Can be prevented.
In addition, the first worker 21 can visually recognize the second cutout plate 9 and the second cutout plate 9 by forming the first longitudinal width 21bL of the first slit 21b to be smaller than the second longitudinal width 21cL of the second slit 21c. It is possible to recognize a difference in the cut area from the cut board 8. Therefore, there is an effect of reducing the possibility that the operator cuts the first cut plate 8 by mistake when the second cut plate 9 is cut.
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 8 is a detailed view of the knockout part of the outdoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. Parts having the same configuration as those of the outdoor unit in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. In the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, the length of the first connection portion width 30bL of the first connection portion 30b of the first cutout plate 8 forming the first opening region is the second opening. It is larger than the length of the second connection portion width 30cL of the second connection portion 30c of the second cut-out plate 9 forming the region.
As described above, by forming the first connection portion width 30bL of the first connection portion 30b to be larger than the second connection portion width 30cL of the second connection portion 30c, The connection strength with the housing 2 is improved. As a result, it is possible to prevent the first cut plate 8 from being removed when only the second cut plate 9 is to be removed.
In addition, by forming the first connection portion width 30bL of the first connection portion 30b so as to be larger than the second connection portion width 30cL of the second connection portion 30c, the local worker can visually recognize the second connection width 30bL. It is possible to recognize the difference in the cut area between the cut plate 9 and the first cut plate 8. Therefore, there is an effect of reducing the possibility that the operator cuts the first cut plate 8 by mistake when the second cut plate 9 is cut.
Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 9 is a detailed view of the knockout portion of the outdoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. Parts having the same configuration as those of the outdoor unit in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. In the outdoor unit for an air conditioner according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention, the second cutout plate 9 forming the second opening region has a second cutout plate 9a and a second cutout plate 9b. Between the 2nd cutting board 9a and the 2nd cutting board 9b, it cut | disconnects by the 3rd slit 41c, and is connected by the 3rd connection part 40c. That is, the 3rd connection part 40c and the 3rd slit 41c are formed intermittently.
As described above, the second cutout plate 9 that forms the second opening region has the third connection portion 40c and the third slit 41c that are formed intermittently, so that only the second cutout plate 9a portion is further provided. Can be cut off. A first cutout plate 8 and a housing forming a first opening region by providing a first connection portion 10a, which is one of the first connection portions 10b, at the boundary between the first cutout plate 8 and the second cutout plate 9a. The connection strength with 2 is improved. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the first cut plate 8 from being removed when only the second cut plate 9a is to be removed.
The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described Embodiments 1 to 4, and various modifications can be added.
