本发明的目的在于提供一种洗衣机,其采用迄今没有的支承结构,并且与应用了吊棒的结构相比能毫不逊色地抑制工作过程中的振动。本发明的洗衣机(1)的特征在于,具备:机壳(2),其具有机壳主体(20)、固定盖(24)和可动盖(25),所述机壳主体(20)为了收容外桶(3)而设置,具有从下方支承外桶(3)的底壁(21),并且使上端敞开,所述固定盖(24)固定于该机壳主体(20)的上端,所述可动盖(25)可活动地设置于所述固定盖(24),使机壳主体(20)的上端选择性地向外部敞开,并能在固定盖(24)形成使形成于内桶(4)上端部的内桶侧开口(43)向上方敞开的盖侧开口(28);减振器(6),从底壁(21)直立设置,吸收外桶(3)的振动,并且支承该外桶(3)的下端;以及洗衣斗(7),设置于内桶侧开口(43)与盖侧开口(28)之间,用于对洗涤物从盖侧开口(28)向内桶侧开口(43)的投入取出进行引导。

Description

洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种主要能适于家庭使用的洗衣机。
背景技术
以往,立式洗衣机通过吊棒支承外桶的四个部位,由此防止在共振点附近的外桶、内桶的振动旋转(例如,参照专利文献1)。这种吊棒从外桶的下端向斜上方延伸,经由减振弹簧悬挂支承外桶,将俯视呈矩形的机壳的角部与外桶之间的死角利用为收容场所。

但是,在应用了如上所述的吊棒的结构的情况下,由于吊棒构成零部件与外桶滑动接触,因此存在不能消除异常噪声产生的可能性这一潜在问题。此外,近来,除了设计性的外观之外,从洗涤状态的可视化、故障部位的视觉确认性等观点出发,也会有想要使洗衣机的机壳透明从而看见内部的要求。为了满足这些要求,吊棒成为障碍,需要重新考虑支承结构。
因此,作为新的支承结构,可以想到:在立式洗衣机中,也与被称为所谓滚筒式那样的卧式洗衣机相同,从外桶的下面用减振器支承。这样的话,首先可以想到:考虑到振动向机壳的传播,从而将减振器设置于机壳底壁附近,但在应用了这种结构的情况下,与吊棒结构相比,外桶的位置变低,因此如果机壳盖部的操作板等的高度位置与吊棒结构相同,则会导致外桶/内桶与机壳盖部的开口的距离比应用了吊棒的洗衣机拉开更大这一新问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了有效地解决这样的问题而完成的发明,其目的在于,提供一 种洗衣机,其采用迄今没有的支承结构,并且与应用了吊棒的结构相比能毫不逊色地抑制工作过程中的振动。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明是鉴于以上问题而完成的技术方案。
即,本发明的洗衣机具有:内桶,收容洗涤物,形成有内桶侧开口;外桶,收容所述内桶;以及机壳,收容所述内桶以及所述外桶,其特征在于,具备:减振器,从所述底壁直立设置,吸收所述外桶的振动,并且支承该外桶的下端;以及洗衣斗(hopper),设于所述内桶侧开口与所述盖侧开口之间,对洗涤物从所述盖侧开口向所述内桶侧开口的投入取出进行引导。
此外,本发明的特征在于,洗衣斗形成大致锥形,其具有:下端部,与内桶的上端部相连;以及大径上端部,构成为从下端部朝向上方逐渐使直径变大。
此外,本发明的特征在于,将机壳的至少一部分以及洗衣斗设为透明或半透明。
此外,本发明的特征在于,洗衣斗由比重小于外桶以及内桶的材料构成。
此外,本发明的特征在于,洗衣斗作为用于对水位高于内桶的上端的水进行储存的加高桶发挥功能。
此外,本发明的特征在于,洗衣斗具有:延伸部,从外桶的内周延伸至内桶侧开口;以及洗衣斗主体,从该延伸部一体地直立设置。
发明效果
根据以上所说明的本发明,具备:减振器,从机壳的底壁直立设置,吸收外桶的振动,并且支承该外桶的下端;以及洗衣斗,设置于内桶侧开口与盖侧开口之间,用于对洗涤物从所述盖侧开口向所述内桶侧开口的投入取出进行引导,由此,通过去除吊棒来消除由吊棒与外桶的滑动接触引起的异常噪声产生,通过经由减振器靠近机壳的底壁进行支承,有效地抑制由倾覆力矩引起的振动对机壳的影响。除此之外,通过使洗衣斗夹在机壳与内桶之间,即使内桶侧开口与盖侧开口的距离拉开,也能适当地引导洗涤物的取出投入。
此外,根据本发明,使洗衣斗形成大致锥形,具有:下端部,与内桶的上 端部相连;以及大径上端部,构成为从下端部朝向上方逐渐使直径变大,换言之,采用了倒圆锥台形状或者大致研钵形状,因此,能比内桶更大地取得洗衣斗的上端部分的开口面积,使洗涤物的取出投入的便利性进一步提高。
此外,根据本发明,将机壳的至少一部分以及洗衣斗设为透明或半透明,因此,除了设计性的外观之外,还致使提高洗涤状态的可视化、故障部位的视觉确认性。
此外,根据本发明,使洗衣斗由比重小于外桶以及内桶的材料构成,因此,使支承于减振器的构件轻量化,由此能提高固有振动频率,能减少通常脱水时的振动。
此外,根据本发明,使洗衣斗作为用于对水位高于内桶的上端的水进行储存的加高桶发挥功能,因此,可获得与加高内桶容积相同的效果。
此外,根据本发明,使洗衣斗具有:延伸部,从外桶的内周延伸至所述内桶侧开口;以及洗衣斗主体,从该延伸部一体地直立设置,因此,无论使用的材料如何,都能有效地提高洗衣斗的强度。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图,对本发明的一实施方式进行详细说明。
图1是表示本实施方式的洗衣机1的外形的立体图。图2是表示本实施方式的洗衣机1中确认状态的外观图。此外,图3是表示同一洗衣机1的主要内部结构的剖视图。在图3中,适当省略了洗衣机1的驱动部分、涉及控制的部分以及涉及控制的部分的图示。
本实施方式的洗衣机1例如能适合用于家庭,具有:内桶4,用于收容洗涤物;外桶3,收容内桶4;以及机壳2,以能从外方良好地视觉确认的方式收容内桶4以及外桶3。此外,除了外桶3、内桶4以及机壳2之外,本洗衣机1还具有:洗衣斗7,安装于外桶3的上部;减振器6,安装于外桶3的下侧;以及迷宫式密封圈部8,设置于外桶3上端与内桶4之间。
本实施方式的洗衣机1的特征在于,具备:机壳2,其具有机壳主体20、固定盖24和可动盖25,机壳主体20为了收容外桶3而设置,具有从下方支承外桶3的底壁21,并且使上端敞开,固定盖24固定于机壳主体20的上端,可动盖25可活动地设置于固定盖24,使机壳主体20的上端选择性地向外部敞开,能在固定盖24形成将形成于内桶4上端部的内桶侧开口43向上方敞开的盖侧开口28;减振器6,从底壁21直立设置,吸收外桶3的振动,并且支承该外桶3的下端;以及洗衣斗7,设置于内桶侧开口43与盖侧开口28之间,用于引导洗涤物从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43投入或从内桶侧开口43向盖侧开口28取出。
以下,对构成洗衣机1的各构成要素的结构进行说明。首先,如图1以及图2所示,机壳2形成有底大致圆筒形状,以俯视隔着大致均匀的尺寸的方式与收容在内部的外桶3分离。机壳2具有:机壳主体20,以上端敞开的圆筒状的筒状体22为主体;底壁21,设置于机壳主体20即筒状体22的下方端,从下方支承外桶3;固定盖24,固定于机壳主体20的上端,俯视形成圆环形状;以及可动盖25,俯视形成大致正圆形状,可活动地设置于该固定盖24,使机壳主体20的上端选择性地向外部敞开,能形成将形成于内桶4上端部的内桶侧开口43向上方敞开的盖侧开口28。
机壳主体20具有:形成筒状的筒状体22,例如由透明或半透明的丙烯酸等 的树脂构成;布线罩23,遍及该筒状体22的上下设置,用于收容各种布线;以及底壁21,在机壳主体20的底面侧从下方间接地支承外桶3。固定盖24在内周侧具有呈大致正圆形状开口的盖侧开口28,具有可开闭活动地支承可动盖25的铰接部26。而且,设置有供水部27,其设置于从该铰接部26向圆周方向位移的位置,用于向内桶4供水。
外桶3是配置于机壳2的内部的有底筒状的构件,在内部能储存洗涤水。该外桶3具有:外桶体31,用于储存水;外桶罩32,设置于该外桶体31的上端;以及密封件水封部34,夹在外桶体31与外桶罩32之间,用于防止向外部漏水。密封件水封部34具有:水封构件36,设置于外桶罩32的下侧;以及密封件(packing)35,用于防止漏水。此外,对该密封件水封部34附近的具体构成随后进行说明。
内桶4是在外桶3内与外桶3同轴配置、并且被自由旋转地支承的有底筒状的构件。内桶4通常能在内部收容洗涤物,并在其壁面具有许多通水孔。如图3所示,在内桶4的内周面的上端侧设置有:平衡器41,呈圆环状向内方突出;以及三个折流板(baffle)42,在该平衡器41的下侧向内方突出。然后,在如本实施方式的立式全自动洗衣机1中,在内桶4的底部中央,自由旋转地配置有通过以假想线图示的驱动装置50驱动的波轮(搅拌翼)5。
波轮(pulsator)5通常具有:大致圆盘形状的波轮主体、以及形成于波轮主体的上表面的多个叶片部。这样的波轮5搅拌储存于外桶3内的洗涤水来产生水流。就驱动装置50而言,虽然在同一图中仅以假想线图示了位置,但其以未图示的电机为主体,使朝向内桶4的底部延伸的驱动轴旋转,从而使内桶4、波轮5旋转。洗衣机1在洗涤过程中主要只使波轮5旋转,在脱水过程中使内桶4与波轮5以高速一体地旋转。
然后,在本实施方式中,在机壳2内,外桶3以及内桶4从下方经由减振器6支承于机壳2的底壁21。然后,外桶3没有从侧方、上方利用吊棒支承。即,本实施方式中的这种洗衣机1避免配置吊棒,由此进一步提高洗涤物从上方的视觉确认性,对这一点随后将详细说明。
减振器6用于从下方支承运转过程中的外桶3,并且有效地减少运转过程中的外桶3所产生的振动。该减振器6具有:内轴61,固定于机壳2的底壁21; 外轴62,覆盖该内轴61的外侧,并且固定于外桶3侧;以及作为压缩螺旋弹簧的弹簧63,介于该外轴62的下端以及机壳2的底壁21侧,用于通过根据外桶3的上下移动或振动适当伸缩来减轻向机壳2传播的振动。此外,在外轴62与外桶3之间以及内轴61与底壁21之间,设置有缓冲橡胶64。在本实施方式中,如图2以及图3所示,该减振器6在俯视未从外桶3底部伸出的范围,配置于最大径的位置或者其附近。此外,在本实施方式中,该弹簧63使弹簧常数降低至脱水时弹簧不密接的程度、并且是运转过程中外桶3不倾斜的程度。
然后,如上所述,在本实施方式中,在外桶3的上侧、具体而言从固定盖24的盖侧开口28到内桶侧开口43,以夹持的方式设置洗衣斗7。如图2以及图3所示,该洗衣斗7设置于盖侧开口28与内桶侧开口43之间,作为用于引导洗涤物从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43投入或从内桶侧开口43向盖侧开口28取出的接水引导件发挥功能,并且用于引导洗涤物从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43投入或从内桶侧开口43向盖侧开口28取出。
洗衣斗7由构成为透明或半透明的树脂性的一体成型品构成,具有:洗衣斗主体71,形成大致圆锥形状即锥形;以及延伸部72,从该洗衣斗主体71的下端部向外方延伸。作为延伸部72的内边缘的开口部分的直径为在内桶4侧与开口大致对应的直径。此外,洗衣斗主体71具有:大径上端部73,在洗衣斗主体71的上端,比内桶侧开口43更大地开口;折回端74,设置于该大径上端部73;以及溢水孔75,是设置于洗衣斗主体71的上下方向中间位置中的任意位置的开口,用于设定洗涤过程以及漂洗过程中的上限水位。在以树脂材料为材料时,洗衣斗7有时也使用比重小于外桶3所使用的材料的材料,从而,与外桶3相比,成为轻量结构。
然后,如图2以及图4所示,在溢水孔75的外侧连接有溢水管76,该溢水管76用于为了避免在溢水孔75的上侧储存有水而将水从溢水孔75向机体外部排出。为了有效利用形成圆筒形状的机壳2与外桶3之间的弯曲成圆周状的空间,该溢水管76以俯视形成剖面弯曲的椭圆形状的部分作为主体。此外,由于用于将水从溢水管76向机体外部排出的机构以及结构是现有技术,因此省略说明。
除此之外,在本实施方式中,特别是如图4所示,固定盖24的盖侧开口28 的内周采用使内桶侧开口43的大致整体向上方敞开的形状以及大小,采用将设置于内桶4的上端部分的内桶侧开口43的大致整体向上方敞开的形状以及大小。换言之,盖侧开口28的开口边缘位于内桶侧开口43的开口边缘的任一部位的外侧。
然后,在本实施方式中,洗衣斗7作为用于对水位高于内桶4的上端的水进行储存的加高桶发挥功能。即,洗衣斗7作为洗涤桶发挥功能。除此之外,在本实施方式中,如上所述,将机壳主体20的筒状体22、可动盖25以及洗衣斗7设为透明或半透明,因此,在洗涤过程中,经由固定盖24视觉确认上升至洗衣斗7的水面附近的洗涤物、从侧方经由筒状体22以及洗衣斗7视觉确认水面附近的洗涤物都很容易。换言之,使洗涤物的可视化良好。此外,通过将筒状体22设为透明或半透明,内部的机构零部件的可视化也一并提高。由此,提高使用者对运转状态的把握和维护作业的便利性。
此外,在本实施方式中,在清洗时,使洗衣斗7作为加高桶发挥功能,但通过采用大致圆锥形状即锥形,在脱水时,将洗涤物向作为脱水桶的内桶4内引导,能可靠地收容到内桶4内。
除此之外,在本实施方式中,特别是如图5所示,在外桶3的下部配置减振器6、并且使作为加高桶的洗衣斗7采用轻量的构成,由此能提高支承于减振器6的部分的固有振动频率,能进一步减少脱水时的振动。
进而,在本实施方式中,洗衣斗7因固定于外桶3而不能旋转,另一方面,毋庸置疑,内桶4构成为可旋转,但尽管如此,也没有水从内桶4与洗衣斗7之间漏出。
即,在本实施方式中,特别是如图6所示,迷宫式密封圈部8形成于遍及洗衣斗7、外桶3以及内桶4的上端的区域,具备:上侧肋81,设置于洗衣斗7的延伸部72,向铅垂方向下方延伸;下侧肋82,设置于内桶4的上端,向铅垂方向上方延伸;以及空气滞留部83。密封件35设置于外桶3的上端、并且设置于包括上侧肋81的顶端部的虚拟平面的铅垂方向上方的位置,将外桶3的上端和延伸部73密封。由此,能防止空气滞留部83的空气超过密封件35向外桶3外散出。
当蓄水至内桶4中的平衡器41的上方时,迷宫式密封圈部8内的液面形成于与上侧肋81的顶端部大致相同的平面上,在该液面与在该液面的上方的延伸部72的内周面之间,形成有空气滞留部83。通过形成有空气滞留部83,洗衣斗7内的水即使欲从上下的肋81、82间向外侧移动,由于在密封件35附近已经形成有空气滞留部,因此也能通过该空气滞留部83有力地抑制水向外方移动。此外,由于设置有密封件35,因此即使水超过空气滞留部83而渗入,也能防止向外桶3外流出。由此,有效地削减外桶3与洗衣斗7的连接所需的连结零部件的件数。
如上所述,本实施方式的洗衣机1具备:减振器6,从机壳2的底壁21直立设置,吸收外桶3的振动,并且支承该外桶3的下端;以及洗衣斗7,设置于内桶侧开口43与盖侧开口28之间,用于引导洗涤物从盖侧开口28向内桶侧开口43投入或从内桶侧开口43向盖侧开口28取出,由此,通过去除吊棒来消除由吊棒与外桶3的滑动接触引起的异常噪声产生,通过经由减振器6靠近机壳2的底壁21进行支承,有效地抑制由倾覆力矩引起的振动对机壳2的影响。除此之外,通过使洗衣斗7夹在机壳2与内桶4之间,即使内桶侧开口43与盖侧开口28的距离拉开,也能适当地引导洗涤物的取出投入。
此外,根据本实施方式,使洗衣斗7形成大致锥形,具有:下端部,与内桶4的上端部相连;以及大径上端部73,构成为从下端部朝向上方逐渐使直径变大,换言之,采用倒圆锥台形状或者大致研钵形状,因此,能比内桶4更大地取得洗衣斗7的上端部分的开口面积,洗涤物的取出投入的便利性进一步提高。
进而,根据本实施方式,将机壳2的至少一部分以及洗衣斗7设为透明或半透明,因此,除了设计性的外观之外,洗涤状态的可视化、故障部位的视觉确认性提高。
此外,根据本实施方式,使洗衣斗7由比重小于外桶3以及内桶4的材料构成,因此,使支承于减振器6的构件轻量化,由此能提高支承于减振器6的部分的固有振动频率,使通常脱水时的振动减少。
然后,根据本实施方式,使洗衣斗7作为用于对水位高于内桶4的上端的水进行储存的加高桶发挥功能,因此,可获得与使用简单的构成并加高内桶4 容积相同的效果。
此外,根据本实施方式,使洗衣斗7具有:延伸部72,从外桶3的内周延伸至内桶侧开口43;以及洗衣斗主体71,从该延伸部72一体地直立设置,因此,虽然使用轻量的材料,但作为难以弯曲的形状,洗衣斗7的强度有效地提高。
以上,对本发明的一实施方式进行了说明,但本实施方式的构成并不局限于上述内容,还可以进行各种变形。
例如,在上述实施方式中,公开了配置三个减振器的构成,但毋庸置疑,只要是支承外桶的方式即可,不妨碍应用例如四个以上减振器的方式。
此外,在上述实施方式中,公开了将洗衣斗固定于外桶的构成,但毋庸置疑,可以采用在机壳侧配置洗衣斗的构成,具体而言是在固定盖、机壳主体固定洗衣斗这样的构成。
其他构成在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内也可以进行各种变形。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种洗衣机,具有:内桶,收容洗涤物,形成有内桶侧开口;外桶,收容所述内桶;以及机壳,收容所述内桶以及所述外桶,其特征在于,具备:
    减振器,从所述底壁直立设置,吸收所述外桶的振动,并且支承该外桶的下端;以及
    洗衣斗,设置于所述内桶侧开口与所述盖侧开口之间,对洗涤物从所述盖侧开口向所述内桶侧开口的投入取出进行引导。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣斗具有:下端部,与所述内桶的上端部相连;以及大径上端部,构成为从所述下端部朝向上方径逐渐变大。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述机壳的至少一部分以及所述洗衣斗为透明或半透明。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣斗由比重小于所述外桶以及所述内桶的材料构成。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣斗作为用于对水位高于所述内桶的上端的水进行储存的加高桶发挥功能。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗衣斗具有:延伸部,从所述外桶的内周延伸至所述内桶侧开口;以及洗衣斗主体,从该延伸部一体地直立设置。
