所述主体包括一接线器外壳体、一底板以及一接线器内壳体,所述底板结合于所述接线器内壳体下端,所述接线器外壳体固定于所述接线器内壳体的外侧;其中:所述底板上设有固定螺钉孔、至少一个USB插头穿孔、至少一个微型USB插头穿孔以及至少一个音频插头穿孔,所述USB插头、微型USB插头分别穿过或分别通过连接导线穿过所述USB插头穿孔、微型USB插头穿孔到达所述底板的下方;所述音频插头通过连接导线穿过所述音频插头穿孔与所述音频插座的底部相连通;所述接线器内壳体为下端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器内壳体的上端端部处设有固定孔,所述接线器内壳体的上端面上设有音频插座孔、USB插座孔、微型USB插座孔,所述接线器内壳体的下端端部处设有一与所述翻边匹配的缺口,且于所述音频插座孔外设有呈管状体的音频插座罩壳;所述接线器外壳体为上端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器外壳体的高度大于所述接线器内壳体的高度,所述接线器外壳体的底面上设有一总插头穿孔,所述插头均通过该总插头穿孔伸出所述接线器外壳体外。
还包括一印刷电路板,该印刷电路板固定在所述底板上,至少一个所述USB插座和/或微型USB插座与所述印刷电路板相连,且至少一个所述USB插头和/或微型USB插头通过所述印刷电路板与所述插座电性连接。
所述底板的一侧边的中部处向上延伸弯折成翻边,所述印刷电路板固定在所述翻边上。
所述接线器内壳体的上端面的四周设有一高出所述上端面所在平面的边框,且所述接线器内壳体的上端面上还通过一连接部连接一翻盖。
所述翻盖的内端面上设有一向外延伸的呈框架形状的密封扣,所述翻盖覆盖于所述接线器内壳体上时,所述密封扣与所述边框匹配连接,且所述翻盖的表面上设有一标示区。
所述旅行箱包的壳体内侧设有一收纳移动电源的电源收纳袋,所述电源收纳袋通过活扣连接于所述壳体内侧,所述电源收纳袋与所述插头的距离以所述插头能够电性接通所述移动电源为准。
本发明同时还提出一种转接接线器,所述转接接线器包括一主体、固定于所述主体上端面的至少一个插座以及电性连接于所述插座的至少一个插头。
所述插座包括USB插座和/或微型USB插座和/或音频插座,所述插头包括USB插头和/或微型USB插头和/或音频插头。
所述主体包括一接线器外壳体、一底板以及一接线器内壳体,所述底板结合于所述接线器内壳体下端,所述接线器外壳体固定于所述接线器内壳体的外侧;其中:所述底板上设有固定螺钉孔、至少一个USB插头穿孔、至少一个微型USB插头穿孔以及至少一个音频插头穿孔,所述USB插头、微型USB插头分别穿过或分别通过连接导线穿过所述USB插头穿孔、微型USB插头穿孔到达所述底板的下方;所述音频插头通过连接导线穿过所述音频插头穿孔与所述音频插座的底部相连通;所述接线器内壳体为下端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器内壳体的上端端部处设有固定孔,所述接线器内壳体的上端面上设有音频插座孔、USB插座孔、微型USB插座孔,所述接线器内壳体的下端端部处设有一与所述翻边匹配的缺口,且于所述音频插座孔外设有呈管状体的音频插座罩壳;所述接线器外壳体为上端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器外壳体的高度大于所述接线器内壳体的高度,所述接线器外壳体的底面上设有一总插头穿孔,所述插头均通过该总插头穿孔伸出所述接线器外壳 体外。
还包括一印刷电路板,该印刷电路板固定在所述底板上,至少一个所述USB插座和/或微型USB插座与所述印刷电路板相连,且至少一个所述USB插头和/或微型USB插头通过所述印刷电路板与所述插座电性连接。
所述底板的一侧边的中部处向上延伸弯折成翻边,所述印刷电路板固定在所述翻边上。
所述接线器内壳体的上端面的四周设有一高出所述上端面所在平面的边框,且所述接线器内壳体的上端面上还通过一连接部连接一翻盖。
所述翻盖的内端面上设有一向外延伸的呈框架形状的密封扣,所述翻盖覆盖于所述接线器内壳体上时,所述密封扣与所述边框匹配连接,且所述翻盖的表面上设有一标示区。
本发明的具备转接接线器的旅行箱包可以满足使用者的需求,本发明的旅行箱包将转接接线器嵌设于壳体上,适用于各种不同电子产品的插头以及收纳使用者自带的移动电源的电源收纳袋内置在壳体内,既可以免除了需要手拿的烦恼又确保了使用的安全,同时节约了旅行箱的成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,详细描述本发明。
参见图1至图7所述,图1为本发明的转接接线器的整体结构示意图;图2为本发明的底板的结构示意图;图3为本发明的底板上带印刷电路板及音频插座的结构示意图;图4为本发明的接线器内壳体的结构示意图;图5为本发明的接线器外壳体的仰视图;图6为本发明的接线器内壳体与底板的装配示意图;图7为本发明的合上翻盖的结构示意图。
本发明的转接接线器包括一主体1、固定于所述主体上端面的至少一个插座2以及电性连接于所述插座的至少一个插头3。
其中,如图1所示,本实施例中所述插座2包括USB插座21和22、微型USB插座23及音频插座24。所述插头3包括USB插头31和32、微型USB插头33及音频插头34。本发明不限定插头和插座的具体数量和具体型号,任何形式的变动均在本申请的保护范围之内。
所述主体1包括一接线器外壳体11、一底板12以及一接线器内壳体13。所述底板12结合于所述接线器内壳体13下端,所述接线器外壳体11固定于所述接线器内壳体13的外侧。
所述底板12上分布有固定螺钉孔121、USB插头穿孔122、一个微型USB插头穿孔123以及一个呈腰圆形的音频插头穿孔124。所述音频插头穿孔124处安设有一音频插座24,所述音频插座24下端的接线端穿过所述音频插座孔124,并与一端带音频插头34的 连接导线的另一端电连接。所述底板12的一侧边的中部处向上延伸弯折成翻边125,所述翻边125处固定有一印刷电路板4。
该印刷电路板4上固定有USB插座21和22及微型USB插座23。所述印刷电路板上还分布有USB插座接线端及微型USB插座接线端。所述USB插座21和22及微型USB插座23与所述印刷电路板4上所分布的USB插座接线端及微型USB插座接线端均分别由连接导线一一形成电连接。所述印刷电路板4上还分布有USB插头接线端、微型USB插头接线端,所述USB插头31和32及微型USB插头33与所述印刷电路板上所分布的USB插头接线端及微型USB插头接线端均分别由连接导线一一形成电连接。
所述接线器内壳体13为下端开口的长方体形状。所述接线器内壳体13的上端端部处设有固定孔130。所述接线器内壳体13的上端面上设有音频插座孔134、USB插座孔131和132、微型USB插座孔133。所述接线器内壳体13的下端端部处设有一与所述翻边125匹配的缺口135,且于所述音频插座孔外设有呈管状体的音频插座罩壳1340。所述接线器内壳体13内底面上分别有呈圆柱形状的带内螺纹孔的底板螺钉底座136及呈圆柱形状的带内螺纹孔的接线器外壳体螺钉座137。所述接线器内壳体13的上端面的四周设有一高出所述上端面所在平面的边框138,且所述接线器内壳体的上端面上还通过一连接部连接一翻盖5。
所述翻盖5为硅橡胶翻盖。该翻盖5与所述接线器内壳体13的边框138相匹配。所述翻盖的内端面上设有一向外延伸的呈框架形状的密封扣51,其与所述接线器内壳体13的边框138的内侧壁的上端部处形成配合连接。所述翻盖5的内端面上所设的向外延伸的呈框架形状的密封扣51内分布有与所述接线器内壳体13上端面上的中部处所分布的音频插座孔134、微型USB插座孔133及USB插座孔131、132内的音频插座24、微型USB插座23、USB插座21和22的上端口一一相对应且相配的软塞52,所述翻盖5内端面下端部的中部处向下延伸有一呈倒“T”字形状的连接件53,所述翻盖5内端面下端部的中部处向下延伸的呈倒“T”字形状的连接件53的下端端部处插接在所述接线器内壳体13上端面上的上端部处所设的安装孔130处内,且还形成滑动联接。所述翻盖的表面上设有一标 示区54,用于粘贴箱包的标签或者logo。
所述接线器外壳体11呈长方体形状且上端开口,所述接线器外壳体11上端开口处向外延伸有一折弯形成的翻边111,所述接线器外壳体11的高度且大于所述接线器内壳体13的高度,所述接线器外壳体11的底面上设有一螺钉孔112,所述接线器外壳体11的前端壁与底面交接处设有一总插头穿孔113。所述插头均通过该总插头穿孔伸出所述接线器外壳体外。
所述接线器内壳体13安装在所述底板12上,与此同时,所述接线器内壳体13内底面上的音频插座孔134处所设的呈管状体的音频插座罩壳1340套装在所述底板12上的音频插座孔124处安设的音频插座24外,所述USB插头21、22穿过所述底板12上的USB插头穿孔122,所述微型USB插头23穿过所述底板12上的微型USB插头穿孔123,所述接线器内壳体13上端面上的音频插座孔134与所述底板12上的音频插座孔124处所安设的音频插座24的上端口相对,所述接线器内壳体12上端面上分布的USB插座孔122及微型USB插座孔123均分别与所述印刷电路板4上固定的USB插座及微型USB插座的上端口相对,所述接线器内壳体13内底面上所分布的呈圆柱形状的底板螺钉座136上的内螺纹孔与所述底板12上所分布的螺钉孔121分别一一相对并由螺钉形成螺纹联接固定。
所述接线器内壳体13安置在所述接线器外壳体11内,所述USB插头21、22,微型USB插头23及音频插头24均伸出所述接线器外壳体11的前端壁与底面交接处所设的总插头穿孔113外,所述接线器内壳体13内底面上的呈圆柱形状的接线器外壳体螺钉座137上的内螺纹孔、所述底板12上的螺钉孔121及所述接线器外壳体11的底面上所设的螺钉孔112均一一相对并由螺钉形成螺纹联接固定。
参见图8所示,图8为本发明的转接接线器安装后状态图。本转接接线器可以安装在各种平面上以便于转接线充电。如安装在桌面上,安装在抽屉面上或者其他平面上,插座在安装平面的外面,插头在安装平面的里面,电源放置在平面里面,安全又方便。
参见图9所示,图9为本发明的具备转接接线器的旅行箱。本实施例中的带有转接接线器的旅行箱,在所述旅行箱的壳体6上开设通孔,在通孔内嵌设有一转接接线器7,所述转接接线器7的结构如上所述。转接接线器7的插座位于所述壳体6外侧,所述插头71位于所述壳体6内侧。转接接线器7的翻盖72覆盖在插座上,翻盖盖好后,翻盖的上表面与壳体在同一平面上。
其中,所述旅行箱包的壳体6的内侧设有一收纳移动电源的电源收纳袋61,所述电源收纳袋61通过活扣62连接于所述壳体6内侧,所述电源收纳袋61与所述插头71的距离以所述插头能够电性接通所述移动电源为准。
转接接线器7不限定设置在如图9所示的旅行箱的壳体6的位置上,也可以是其他便于开孔的平面位置上。电源收纳袋61可以配合的设置在旅行箱壳体的内部容纳空间内也可以放置在旅行箱的内衬里面。
参见图10所示,图10为本发明的具备转接接线器的旅行包。当然,转接接线器也可以安装在其他的旅行用品上,解放使用者的双手,便于使用。
应理解,这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述旅行箱包的壳体上嵌设有一转接接线器,所述转接接线器包括一主体、固定于所述主体上端面的至少一个插座以及电性连接于所述插座的至少一个插头,且所述插座位于所述壳体外侧,所述插头位于所述壳体内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述插座包括USB插座和/或微型USB插座和/或音频插座,所述插头包括USB插头和/或微型USB插头和/或音频插头。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述主体包括一接线器外壳体、一底板以及一接线器内壳体,所述底板结合于所述接线器内壳体下端,所述接线器外壳体固定于所述接线器内壳体的外侧;其中:所述底板上设有固定螺钉孔、至少一个USB插头穿孔、至少一个微型USB插头穿孔以及至少一个音频插头穿孔,所述USB插头、微型USB插头分别穿过或分别通过连接导线穿过所述USB插头穿孔、微型USB插头穿孔到达所述底板的下方;所述音频插头通过连接导线穿过所述音频插头穿孔与所述音频插座的底部相连通;所述接线器内壳体为下端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器内壳体的上端端部处设有固定孔,所述接线器内壳体的上端面上设有音频插座孔、USB插座孔、微型USB插座孔,所述接线器内壳体的下端端部处设有一与所述翻边匹配的缺口,且于所述音频插座孔外设有呈管状体的音频插座罩壳;所述接线器外壳体为上端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器外壳体的高度大于所述接线器内壳体的高度,所述接线器外壳体的底面上设有一总插头穿孔,所述插头均通过该总插头穿孔伸出所述接线器外壳体外。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:还包括一印刷电路板,该印刷电路板固定在所述底板上,至少一个所述USB插座和/或微型USB插座与所述印刷电路板相连,且至少一个所述USB插头和/或微型USB插头通过所述印刷电路板与所述插座电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述底板的一侧边的中部处向上延伸弯折成翻边,所述印刷电路板固定在所述翻边上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述接线器内壳体的上端面的四周设有一高出所述上端面所在平面的边框,且所述接线器内壳体的上端面上还通过一连接部连接一翻盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述翻盖的内端面上设有一向外延伸的呈框架形状的密封扣,所述翻盖覆盖于所述接线器内壳体上时,所述密封扣与所述边框匹配连接,且所述翻盖的表面上设有一标示区。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述旅行箱包的壳体内侧设有一收纳移动电源的电源收纳袋,所述电源收纳袋通过活扣连接于所述壳体内侧,所述电源收纳袋与所述插头的距离以所述插头能够电性接通所述移动电源为准。
  9. 一种转接接线器,其特征在于:所述转接接线器包括一主体、固定于所述主体上端面的至少一个插座以及电性连接于所述插座的至少一个插头。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的转接接线器,其特征在于:所述插座包括USB插座和/或微型USB插座和/或音频插座,所述插头包括USB插头和/或微型USB插头和/或音频插头。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述主体包括一接线器外壳体、一底板以及一接线器内壳体,所述底板结合于所述接线器内壳体下端,所述接线器外壳体固定于所述接线器内壳体的外侧;其中:所述底板上设有固定螺钉孔、至少一个USB插头穿孔、至少一个微型USB插头穿孔以及至少一个音频插头穿孔,所述USB插头、微型USB插头分别穿过或分别通过连接导线穿过所述USB插头穿孔、微型USB插头穿孔到达所述底板的下方;所述音频插头通过连接导线穿过所述音频插头穿孔与所述音频插座的底部相连通;所述接线器内壳体为下端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器内壳体的上端端部处设有固定孔,所述接线器内壳体的上端面上设有音频插座孔、USB插座孔、微型 USB插座孔,所述接线器内壳体的下端端部处设有一与所述翻边匹配的缺口,且于所述音频插座孔外设有呈管状体的音频插座罩壳;所述接线器外壳体为上端开口的长方体形状,所述接线器外壳体的高度大于所述接线器内壳体的高度,所述接线器外壳体的底面上设有一总插头穿孔,所述插头均通过该总插头穿孔伸出所述接线器外壳体外。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:还包括一印刷电路板,该印刷电路板固定在所述底板上,至少一个所述USB插座和/或微型USB插座与所述印刷电路板相连,且至少一个所述USB插头和/或微型USB插头通过所述印刷电路板与所述插座电性连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述底板的一侧边的中部处向上延伸弯折成翻边,所述印刷电路板固定在所述翻边上。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述接线器内壳体的上端面的四周设有一高出所述上端面所在平面的边框,且所述接线器内壳体的上端面上还通过一连接部连接一翻盖。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的带有转接接线器的旅行箱包,其特征在于:所述翻盖的内端面上设有一向外延伸的呈框架形状的密封扣,所述翻盖覆盖于所述接线器内壳体上时,所述密封扣与所述边框匹配连接,且所述翻盖的表面上设有一标示区。
