技术领域
本发明涉及支付认证技术领域,尤其涉及一种支付方法及装置、设备。
背景技术
用户在大型会员制连锁超市进行购物时,大多采用现金支付或者传统的使用银行卡进行刷卡输入密码的支付形式。
如果购物时需要大额支付,采用现金支付不方便,用户需要携带大量现金,会带来一定的安全隐患。而使用银行卡进行刷卡输入密码支付,需要携带银行卡,使用不方便,而且有泄漏银行卡密码的隐患。
因此,亟需一种支付方法,解决在支付过程中因刷卡、输入密码带来的密码泄漏的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种支付方法及装置、设备,用以解决在支付过程中因刷卡、输入密码带来的密码泄漏的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供的一种支付方法,包括:
收款服务器接收收款终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求包括待支付的支付额;
所述收款服务器接收所述收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息;
所述收款服务器确定所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的 人脸图片信息是否匹配;
若匹配,则所述收款服务器获取所述待支付用户的支付账号和用户终端号码,并根据所述用户终端号码,向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码;
所述收款服务器接收所述收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码;
所述收款服务器判断所述第二验证码与所述第一验证码是否一致;
若一致,则所述收款服务器向所述待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付,所述支付通知中包括所述待支付的支付额和所述待支付用户的支付账户。

在本发明实施例中,用户需要预先在使用地进行注册会员,建立用户ID(Identity,身份标识号),与该用户ID绑定用户的姓名、手机号等信息,并 采集该用户ID对应的用户的人脸图片信息,将该用户的人脸图片信息通过安全的方式存储在人脸图片库中,并进行加密,防止人脸图片信息被盗取。然后用户还需要将绑定的银行卡信息,刷卡输密,通过安全的通讯方式送到后台,并提交该银行卡的发卡银行进行验证,从而完成银行卡信息的绑定。
本发明实施例中的收款服务器可以是后台服务器,本发明实施例中的与用户ID绑定的用户终端可以是手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑等具有无线通信功能且可以安装应用程序的电子设备。本发明实施例中的收款终端可以是超市的POS机。本发明实施例中的用户终端内设置的与收款服务器相对应的客户端可以是在用户终端内安装的应用程序。

上述收款服务器向待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码的过程,可以是向待支付用户的用户终端发送支付确认短信,该支付确认短信中包括第一验证码,具体如图2a所示。同时用户还可以对该支付确认短信进行管理,如可以对该支付确认短信进行删除,避免信息泄露,具体如图2b所示。
上述收款服务器向待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码的过程,也可以是向待支付用户的用户终端中的应用程序推送第一验证码。如图3a所示,用户可以预先在用户终端中安装支付管理的应用程序。打开该应用程序后,如图3b所示,可以看到推送的第一验证码,该第一验证码是在待支付用户的人脸图片信息匹配成功之后推送的。
在步骤105中,在收款服务器向待支付用户发送第一验证码之后,用户会查看验证码,并将查看的验证码进行输入,即收款终端可以获取该待支付用户输入的第二验证码,收款终端将该第二验证码发送给收款服务器,收款服务器接收该收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码。
在步骤106中,收款服务器判断待支付用户输入的第二验证码是否与步骤104中第一验证码一致,若一致,则可以确认待支付用户的身份,进一步的验证了待支付用户的身份,保证了银行卡信息的安全性。否则需要通知收款终端继续获取待支付用户输入的第二验证码,若获取预定次数的第二验证码之后还没有确定一致,则确定无法进行支付。
在步骤107中,在步骤106中收款服务器确定第二验证码与向与第一验证码一致之后,收款服务器向待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付,该支付通知中包括所述待支付的支付额和所述待支付用户的支付账户。
上述实施例表明,收款服务器接收收款终端发送的支付请求,收款服务器接收收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息,收款服务器确定待 支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的人脸图片信息是否匹配;若匹配,则收款服务器获取待支付用户的支付账号和用户终端号码,并根据用户终端号码,向待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码,收款服务器接收收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码,收款服务器判断第二验证码与第一验证码是否一致,若一致,则收款服务器向待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付。通过人脸识别和验证码的双重验证,可以确认用户支付的安全性,在人脸图片信息验证之后,又进行验证码验证,避免了在人脸识别出现误差的情况下进一步加强支付的安全性。只需要人脸识别和输入验证码,不用进行繁琐的刷卡和输入密码,提高了便利性,增加了用户的体验感。
基于相同的技术构思,图4示出了一种支付方法的流程,该流程可以由支付装置执行。
如图4所示,该流程具体包括:
步骤401,所述收款服务器接收待支付用户的用户终端发送的验证码请求,并根据所述验证码请求向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码。
步骤402,所述收款服务器接收收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息。
步骤403,所述收款服务器确定所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的人脸图片信息是否匹配,若是,则转入步骤404,若否,转入步骤402。
步骤404,所述收款服务器获取所述待支付用户的支付账户和待支付的支付额。
步骤405,所述收款服务器接收所述收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码。
步骤406,所述收款服务器判断所述第二验证码与所述第一验证码是否一致,若是,则转入步骤407,若否,则转入步骤405。
步骤407,所述收款服务器向所述待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理 方发送支付通知以完成支付。
在步骤401之前,用户通过用户终端上的应用程序进行注册,收款服务器接收该用户终端发送的用户注册信息。该用户注册信息包括包括用户ID、与用户ID绑定的支付账户、与用户ID绑定的用户终端号码以及用户的N组人脸图片信息,然后收款服务器将用户注册信息进行存储。用户终端号码用于收款服务器根据该用户终端号码向该用户终端发送第一验证码。N组人脸图片信息用于与采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息进行匹配。N大于等于1。
在步骤401中,待支付用户在购物完成后,打开用户终端内的应用程序,向收款服务器发送验证码请求,用于请求收款服务器发送验证码。收款服务器接收该待支付用户的用户终端发送的验证码请求,并根据该验证码请求,向该待支付用户的用户终端返回第一验证码。该第一验证码可以设置为设定时间内有效,超过该设定时间无法使用,需要重新获取。该设定时间可以依据经验进行设定,如可以设定5分钟。收银员在扫描用户需要购买的物品,收款终端提交支付请求,该支付请求中可以包括待支付的支付额,该待支付的支付额用于支付时从需要在用户的银行卡中扣除的金额。
在步骤402中,用户终端接收到收款服务器返回的第一验证码之后,收款终端需要对待支付用户的人脸进行自动采集,自动采集到待支付用户的人脸图片信息,该待支付用户的人脸图片信息可以用于进行人脸识别。该待支付用户的人脸图片信息可以通过摄像头或其他的人脸图片信息采集设备进行自动采集。收款终端将自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息发送给收款服务器,收款服务器接收该收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息。
在步骤403中,当收款服务器接收到收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息之后,将该待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的人脸图片信息进行匹配。若待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的人脸图片信息匹配成功,则确认待支付用户的身份,收款服务器可以获取待支付用户的支付账户和用户终端号码。否则,通知收款终端继续采集待支付用户的人脸图片信息,若超过预设次数,一直无法匹配成功,则说明该待支付用户 无法通过验证,从而无法进行支付,保证了用户的银行卡的安全性。
在步骤404中,当步骤403中收款服务器确定待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中人脸图片信息匹配,则收款服务器获取待支付用户绑定的支付账户和待支付的支付额,并指示收款终端向用户提示需要输入验证码。
在步骤405中,待支付用户根据用户终端接收到的第一验证码,在收款终端即POS机处,输入第二验证码。收款终端将该待支付用户输入的第二验证码发送给收款服务器,收款服务器接收收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码。
在步骤406中,收款服务器判断待支付用户输入的第二验证码是否与第一验证码一致,若一致,则可以确认待支付用户的身份,进一步的验证了待支付用户的身份,保证了银行卡信息的安全性。否则需要通知收款终端继续获取待支付用户输入的第二验证码,若获取预定次数的第二验证码之后还没有确定一致,则确定无法进行支付。
在步骤407中,在步骤406中收款服务器确定第二验证码与向与第一验证码一致之后,收款服务器向待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付,该支付通知中包括所述待支付的支付额和所述待支付用户的支付账户。
为了更好的解释本发明实施例,下面将在具体的实施场景下描述支付的流程。
场景一,支付验证码是通过短息的形式发送至手机上的。
首先,需要进行超市会员的办理。用户通过超市的收款终端输入姓名、手机号等信息,并采集人脸图片信息,送入后台系统进行加密存储,建立会员档案。然后,收款终端绑定银行卡信息,刷卡输入密码,通过安全通讯方式送到收款服务器并提交发卡银行进行验证,完成银行卡信息的绑定。
在购物消费过程中,用户选购商品后,到收款终端进行支付,收银员扫描商品并提交支付请求,收款终端自动采集用户人脸图片信息,并将自动采集的人脸图片信息送入收款服务器进行比对,在确认用户身份后,收款服务 器随机生成支付验证码,并向用户的手机发送短信,短信中包括支付验证码和交易金额等信息。用户收到短信,确认后,在收款终端上输入验证码,收款终端将该输入的验证码送入到收款服务器进行验证,收款服务器对该验证码验证通过后,通知银行卡的发卡银行进行扣款完成交易。
场景二、支付验证码是向用户的手机应用程序推送的。
首先,用户需要下载手机支付管理的应用程序,通过手机中的应用程序注册超市会员,并验证手机号,建立会员档案,生成用户ID。然后,到超市的收款终端处进行人脸图片的采集,与用户ID进行绑定,并通过安全通讯方式送入后台进行加密存储。最后,收款终端绑定银行卡信息,刷卡输入密码,通过安全通讯方式送到后台并提交发送卡银行进行验证,完成银行卡信息的绑定。
在购物消费过程中,用户选购商品后,打开手机中的应用程序,向收款服务器请求获取随机验证码,在收到收款服务器发送的随机验证码之后,到收款终端前进行支付,收银员扫描商品并提交支付请求,收款终端自动采集用户人脸图片信息,并将自动采集的人脸图片信息送入收款服务器进行比对,在确认用户身份后,用户在收款终端上输入验证码,收款终端将该输入的验证码送入收款服务器进行验证,收款服务器对该验证码验证通过后完成交易。
基于相同的技术构思,图5示出了本发明实施例提供的一种支付装置的结构,该装置可以执行支付的流程。

第一接收单元501,用于接收收款终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求包括待支付的支付额;
第二接收单元502,用于接收所述收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息;
确定单元503,用于确定所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中人脸图片信息是否匹配;

  1. 一种支付方法,其特征在于,包括:
    收款服务器接收收款终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求包括待支付的支付额;
    所述收款服务器接收所述收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息;
    所述收款服务器确定所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的人脸图片信息是否匹配;
    若匹配,则所述收款服务器获取所述待支付用户的支付账号和用户终端号码,并根据所述用户终端号码,向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码;
    所述收款服务器接收所述收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码;
    所述收款服务器判断所述第二验证码与所述第一验证码是否一致;
    若一致,则所述收款服务器向所述待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付,所述支付通知中包括所述待支付的支付额和所述待支付用户的支付账户。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收款服务器向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码,包括:
    所述收款服务器向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送支付确认短信,所述支付确认短信中包括所述第一验证码;或

    所述收款服务器将所述用户的注册信息进行存储。
  4. 一种支付方法,其特征在于,包括:

    第一接收单元,用于接收收款终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求包括待支付的支付额;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息;
    确定单元,用于确定所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中人脸图片信息是否匹配;
    发送单元,用于若所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中人脸图片信息匹配,则获取所述待支付用户的支付账号和用户终端号码,并根据所述用户终端号码,向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码;
    第三接收单元,用于接收所述收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码;
    判断单元,用于判断所述第二验证码与所述第一验证码是否一致;
    支付单元,用于向所述待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付,所述支付通知中包括所述待支付的支付额和所述待支付用户的支付账户。

    向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送支付确认短信,所述支付确认短信中包括所述第一验证码;或

  7. 如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:第四接收单元和存储单元;
    在接收收款终端发送的支付请求之前,接收用户注册信息,所述注册信息中包括用户ID、与用户ID绑定的支付账户、与用户ID绑定的用户终端号码以及用户的N组人脸图片信息,N大于等于1;
    所述存储单元具体用于将所述用户的注册信息进行存储。

    第一接收单元,用于接收待支付用户的用户终端发送的验证码请求,并根据所述验证码请求向所述待支付用户的用户终端发送第一验证码;
    第二接收单元,用于接收收款终端自动采集的待支付用户的人脸图片信息;
    确定单元,用于确定所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中的人脸图片信息是否匹配;
    获取单元,用于若所述待支付用户的人脸图片信息与人脸图片库中人脸图片信息匹配,则获取所述待支付用户的支付账户和待支付的支付额;
    第三接收单元,用于接收所述收款终端发送的待支付用户输入的第二验证码;
    判断单元,用于判断所述第二验证码与所述第一验证码是否一致;
    支付单元,用于向所述待支付用户的支付账户对应的账户管理方发送支付通知以完成支付,所述支付通知中包括所述待支付的支付额和所述待支付用户的支付账户。
  9. 一种支付设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-3任一所述支付方法。
  10. 一种支付设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求4所述支付方法。
  11. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-3任一所述支付方法。
  12. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求4所述支付方法。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-3任一所述支付方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储 在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求4所述支付方法。
