在现有的技术中,采用的方案是在网络较好的情况下,用户进入到多媒体平台中,根据自身的需要挑选并下载视频文件,以备浏览、观看。但此类方案可能由于用户遗忘在网络较好情况下预先进行视频文件的缓冲,而导致之后没有很好网络情况下无法进行视频的浏览、观看。与此同时,对于影视剧之类的视频文件都会定时进行更新,需要用户经常查看更新内容,然后再在网络较好情况下缓冲更新的内容,导致用户体验不好。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法和装置,解决用户需要手动选择缓冲内容,无法对感兴趣的视频文件更新内容进行缓冲的问题。
基于上述目的本发明提供的基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法,包括步骤:
获取视频文件观看记录;
根据观看记录判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表 中;否则不予执行;
当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送该更新信息。
在一些实施例中,所述判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时间阈值的视频文件时,还包括:
获取视频文件的观看时间段,判断在所述观看时间段内是否存在广告播放时间,若存在则判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时间是否超过预先设置的时长阈值;否则,直接判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。
在一些实施例中,所述如果存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件时,还包括:
计算具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量,根据所述数量的大小进行排序,将所述视频信息标识数量存储到视频更新表中,并推送更新信息。
在一些实施例中,包括步骤:
终端接收更新信息;
判断终端电量是否低于预先设置的电量阈值;若不低于预先设置的电量阈值,则根据排序后的结果进行下载数量;若低于预先设置的电量阈值,则不予执行。
在一些实施例中,所述接收到所述的更新信息之后,还包括:
启动网络监测进程,当监测到所述终端的网络处于非移动数据网络状态时,则获取当前所述终端的电量。
在一些实施例中,所述根据排序后的结果进行下载之后,还包括:
启动内存监测进程,当监测到所述终端的可用内存高于预先设置的利用率时则暂停下载,否则继续进行下载。
在另一方面,本发明还提供了一种基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送装置,包括:
更新触发单元,用于获取视频文件观看记录;判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中;否则不予执行;
更新执行单元,用于当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送所述更新信息;其中,所述的视频更新表中存储有每个所述视频信息标识和更新信息的对应关系。
在一些实施例中,所述更新触发单元判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件时,还用于:
获取视频文件的观看时间段,判断在所述观看时间段内是否存在广告播放时间,若存在则判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时间是否超过预先设置的时长阈值;否则,直接判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。
在一些实施例中,所述更新触发单元如果存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件时,还用于:
计算具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量,根据所述数量的大小进行排序,然后依次将所述视频信息标识数量存储到视频更新表中;
当所述更新执行单元监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,推送该更新信息。
在一些实施例中,包括:
接收单元,用于接收所述的更新信息;
电量判断单元,用于获取当前所述终端的电量,判断是否低于预先设置的电量阈值;若不低于预先设置的电量阈值,则根据具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的个数进行排序,并根据排序后的结果进行下载;若低于预先设置的电量阈值,则不予执行。
在一些实施例中,所述接收单元接收到所述的更新信息之后,还用于:
启动网络监测进程,当监测到所述终端的网络处于非移动数据网络状态时,则获取当前所述终端的电量。
在一些实施例中,所述电量判断单元根据排序后的结果进行下载之后,还用于:
启动内存监测进程,当监测到所述终端的可用内存高于预先设置的利用率时则暂停下载,否则继续进行下载。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明提供的基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法和装置,通过获取视频文件观看记录;根据观看记录判断是否存在观看 时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中;否则不予执行;当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送所述更新信息。因此,能够针对用户终端视频文件的观看记录来实现用户行为分析,获得该用户感兴趣的视频文件,可以自动推送该更新信息,进而大大优化了多媒体播放平台的服务效率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
根据多媒体平台的使用现状,用户进入到多媒体平台,只能自行查找感兴趣的视频文件是否有更新的内容,如果具有更新的内容则手动进行缓冲,导致用户体验非常差。为了解决这一问题,本发明从用户角度,体会到用户希望针对感兴趣的视频文件实现自动更新下载。因此,本发明的思路是多媒体播放平台上,建立对用户的观看行为进行分析,实现基于该分析结果自动更新下载的功能。
参阅图1所示,为本发明第一实施例中基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法的流程示意图,所述基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法包括:
步骤101,获取用户终端的视频文件观看记录。
在实施例中,用户可以登录到多媒体播放平台上,而针对每个用户都存 储了历史观看记录,即可以获取每个用户的观看记录。其中,所述的观看记录可以包括:用户终端信息、视频信息标识、观看时长等等内容。
步骤102,根据所述观看记录,判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则进行步骤103,若不存在则退出该流程。
在实施例中,对观看记录中的每个视频文件,判断观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值,若超过了预先设置的时长阈值则可以初步判断用户对该视频文件感兴趣,可以进行步骤103。若每个视频文件都没有超过则直接退出该流程。
在本发明的另一实施例中,在判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件时,可以获取视频文件的观看时间段,然后判断在所述观看时间段内是否存在广告播放时间。根据判断结果,如果存在,则判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。如果不存在,则直接判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。
步骤103,提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则进行步骤104,若不存在则退出该流程。
其中,所述视频信息标识用于区分视频文件的信息,可以包括:视频文件的名称、版本号、主演、出版时间等视频信息中的一种或一种以上的组合。在本实施例中,提取的所述视频文件的视频信息为视频文件中的至少两个视频信息,这样可以更为精确的确定具有相同视频信息的视频文件。例如:提取视频文件的名称和出版时间。另外,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息的视频文件是为了能够使经过初步判断(步骤102)之后的视频文件进行归类,具有相同视频信息的视频文件可以认为是一类,例如:一个电视剧具有的多集视频文件,而对这些视频文件提取视频信息,便可以得到该电视剧的视频信息,然后进行步骤104。
步骤104,将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中。
在本发明的实施例中,如果存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,则计算具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量,可以根据所述数量的大小进行排序,然后依次将所述视频信息标识数量存储到预先设置的视频更新表。其中,所述具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量越大说明用户对该视频文件的感兴趣度越高,例如:一个电视剧,由于不同剧集都对应同样的视频 信息标识,因此相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量越多,一般来说说明观看的集数越多,用户对该电视剧越感兴趣。
步骤105,当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则将该更新信息进行推送。
在实施例中,所述的视频更新表中存储有每个所述视频信息标识和更新信息的对应关系。多媒体播放平台侧,当监测到视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,可以根据所述观看记录中的用户终端信息将该更新信息推送给对应的用户终端,这样的话所述用户终端可以根据该更新信息进行下载。因此,在该实施例中实现了对用户感兴趣的视频文件更新信息的监测,同时可以将该更新信息自动推送给终端,以便终端可以根据该更新信息进行下载。
在本发明的实施例中,本发明还提出了基于用户行为分析的视频自动接收方法,所述终端接收到多媒体平台推送的更新信息时,可以获取当前所述终端的电量。然后判断所述终端电量是否低于预先设置的电量阈值,若不低于预先设置的电量阈值则根据具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的个数进行排序,并根据排序后的结果进行下载。数量若低于预先设置的电量阈值则不进行更新信息的下载。其中,具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的个数越多越排在前面进行下载。从而,该实施例可以考虑所述终端的电量情况,可以优先下载用户最为感兴趣的更新的视频文件。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述终端接收到多媒体平台推送的更新信息时,则启动网络监测进程,当监测到所述终端的网络处于非移动数据网络状态时,则根据所述更新信息进行下载。另外,在根据更新信息下载视频文件的过程中,启动内存监测进程,当监测到所述终端的可用内存高于预先设置的利用率时则暂停下载,否则继续进行下载。因此,该实施例能够考虑到所述终端设备内存的使用情况,即在内存使用率高时则暂停下载,在内存使用率低时则继续下载。
作为一个可参考的实施例,参阅图2所示,所述基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法具体可采用如下步骤:
步骤201,获取视频文件的观看记录。
步骤202,获取视频文件的观看时间段,判断在所述观看时间段内是否存在广告播放时间,若存在则进行步骤203,若不存在则进行步骤204。
步骤203,判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值,若超过则进行步骤205,若没有超过则直接退出该流程。
步骤204,判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值,若超过则进行步骤205,若没有超过则直接退出该流程。
步骤205,提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则进行步骤206,若不存在则直接退出该流程。
步骤206,计算具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量,根据所述数量的大小将视频信息标识进行排序,然后按顺序将所述视频信息标识数量存储到预先设置的视频更新表中。
步骤207,当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则将该更新信息推送给终端。
在实施例中,所述终端接收到所述视频文件的更新信息,获取所述终端的电量,判断是否低于预先设置的电量阈值,若不低于预先设置的电量阈值则根据所述更新信息将具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的个数进行排序,并根据排序后的结果进行下载。若低于预先设置的电量阈值则不予执行。
在本发明另一个实施例中,所述终端接收到多媒体平台推送的更新信息时,还可以启动网络监测进程。然后,当监测到所述终端的网络处于非移动数据网络状态时,则根据所述更新信息进行下载。另外,在根据更新信息下载视频文件的过程中,启动内存监测进程,当监测到所述终端的可用内存高于预先设置的利用率时则暂停下载,否则继续进行下载。
在本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送装置30,如图3所示,所述基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送装置30包括依次连接的更新触发单元301以及更新执行单元302。其中,更新触发单元301获取视频文件观看记录,判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中;否则不予执行。更新执行单元302当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送所述更新信息。需要说明的是,所述的视频更新表中存储有每个所述视频信息标识和更新信息 的对应关系。
在另一个实施例中,所述更新触发单元301判断是否存在观看时间超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件时,具体的实施过程如下:获取视频文件的观看时间段,判断在所述观看时间内是否存在广告播放时间,若存在则判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。否则,直接判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。
作为本装置一个实施例,所述更新触发单元301如果存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件时,还可以计算具有相同视频信息的视频文件的数量,根据所述数量的大小进行排序,然后依次将所述视频信息标识数量存储到预先设置的视频更新表中。
需要说明的是,在本发明所述的基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送装置的具体实施内容,在上面所述的基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法中已经详细说明了,故在此重复内容不再说明。
另外,如图4所示,本发明还提出了一种基于用户行为分析的视频自动接收装置40,包括接收单元401和电量判断单元402。其中,接收单元401接收所述的更新信息,然后电量判断单元402获取所述终端的电量,判断所述终端的电量是否低于预先设置的电量阈值,若不低于则根据具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的个数进行排序,并根据排序后的结果进行下载,若低于则不进行下载。进一步地,所述接收单元401接收到更新信息之后,启动网络监测进程,当监测到所述终端的网络处于非移动数据网络状态时,则获取当前所述终端的电量。
在另一个实施例中,电量判断单元402根据排序后的结果进行下载之后,可以启动内存监测进程,当监测到所述终端的可用内存高于预先设置的利用率时则暂停下载,否则继续进行下载。
需要说明的是,在本发明所述的基于用户行为分析的视频自动接收装置的具体实施内容,在上面所述的基于用户行为分析的视频自动接收方法中已经详细说明了,故在此重复内容不再说明。
本发明的另一方面还提供了一种视频播放终端。图5为本发明实施例的视频播放终端。请参照图5所示,该视频播放终端10包括:
存储器11,用于存储可执行程序;
处理器12,用于执行存储器11存储的可执行程序;从而获取视频文件 观看记录;根据观看记录判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中;否则不予执行;当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送该更新信息。
显示装置13,用于显示用户交互界面。

该处理器和存储器之间可以通过现有技术中任何合适的方式,实现直接或者间接的通讯连接,完成数据传输,包括但不限于有形的总线系统连接或者其它无形的网络连接。该总线系统可以包括:电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。
本发明实施例提供的视频播放终端,能够针对用户终端视频文件的观看记录来实现用户行为分析,获得该用户感兴趣的视频文件,可以自动推送该 更新信息,进而大大优化了多媒体播放平台的服务效率。

综上所述,本发明提供的基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法、装置,创造性地对用户往常的观看行为进行分析,获得该用户可能想下载的视频文件;同时,实现了针对用户可能想下载的视频文件,监测其更新内容并自动进行下载;从而,直接向用户推送、下载更新的内容,无需用户干预;具有广泛、重大的推广意义;最后,整个所述的基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法和装置紧凑,易于控制。

  1. 一种基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    获取视频文件观看记录;
    根据观看记录判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中;否则不予执行;
    当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送该更新信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件时,还包括:
    获取视频文件的观看时间段,判断在所述观看时间段内是否存在广告播放时间,若存在则判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值;否则,直接判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述如果存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件时,还包括:
    计算具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量,根据所述数量的大小进行排序,将所述视频信息标识数量存储到视频更新表中,并推送更新信息。

  7. 一种基于用户行为分析的视频自动推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    更新触发单元,用于获取视频文件观看记录;判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件,若存在则提取所述视频文件的视频信息标识,判断是否存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件,若存在则将所述视频信息标识存储到视频更新表中;否则不予执行;
    更新执行单元,用于当监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,则推送所述更新信息;其中,所述的视频更新表中存储有每个所述视频信息标识和更新信息的对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述更新触发单元判断是否存在观看时长超过预先设置的时长阈值的视频文件时,还用于:
    获取视频文件的观看时间段,判断在所述观看时间段内是否存在广告播放时间,若存在则判断所述观看时长减去所述广告播放时长之后的观看时长是否超过预先设置的时长阈值;否则,直接判断所述观看时长是否超过预先设置的时间阈值。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述更新触发单元如果存在具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件时,还用于:
    计算具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的数量,根据所述数量的大小进行排序,然后依次将所述视频信息标识数量存储到视频更新表中;
    当所述更新执行单元监测到所述视频更新表中的视频信息标识对应的视频文件存在更新信息时,推送该更新信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收所述的更新信息;
    电量判断单元,用于获取当前所述终端的电量,判断是否低于预先设置的电量阈值;若不低于预先设置的电量阈值,则根据具有相同视频信息标识的视频文件的个数进行排序,并根据排序后的结果进行下载;若低于预先设置的电量阈值,则不予执行。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收到所述的更新信息之后,还用于:
    启动网络监测进程,当监测到所述终端的网络处于非移动数据网络状态 时,则获取当前所述终端的电量。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电量判断单元根据排序后的结果进行下载之后,还用于:
    启动内存监测进程,当监测到所述终端的可用内存高于预先设置的利用率时则暂停下载,否则继续进行下载。
