Description

基于影片的共同创作系统及其方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种共同创作的方法,尤其涉及一种利用共同创作系统基于影片进行共同创作的方法。
背景技术
随着网络的带宽不断增加,网络社群的信息分享也开始从文字、图片,发展到影片,从有图有真相到直播,可以很明显的看出这个趋势。然而,当在影片中看到有趣的画面要告诉其他人时,目前大概只能想到两种方式。第一种方式是附上整个影片,再用文字描述在影片播放的那一个时间点发生了什么有趣的事。第二种方式是将影片中那个有趣的画面截图下来,再加上意见,剪贴到社群网站上通知其他人。实际操作后就会发现,第一种方式没办法立即看到有趣的画面获得反馈,第二种方式需要截图剪贴等繁锁步骤,两种方式都很不方便,也很难和其他使用者产生直接的互动。因此,以目前这两种方式来分享影片的情况下,没办法凝聚使用者共同观看影片发表意见进行讨论创作,在影片共享的趋势下,应该有更好的方法来解决使用者基于影片共同创作的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种使用者观看影片时更直接的意见创作、分享及互动的解决方案。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种基于一影片进行共同创作的方法,该方法包括:对该影片进行一坐标处理,该坐标处理用以附加一标示于该影片中的一画面;提供一编辑工具,用以对该标示所对应的该画面附加一注解;储存该标示及该注解;于播放该影片时,显示该标示于对应的该画面上;以及于该标示被触发时,显示该注解。

图1为本发明共同创作系统的方块图。如图1所示,共同创作系统包括一影片载入模块10、一播放接口20、一编辑工具30及一储存空间40。影片载入模块10从网络50接收影片后,对影片进行坐标处理,并将影片显示于播放接口20,影片经过坐标处理后,使用者可附加标示于影片中的画面。在本实施例中,共同创作系统利用网络浏览器外挂影片载入模块10,播放接口20嵌入在网页中,坐标处理的方式是对影片进行网格法测量的运算。在其他实施例中,共同创作系统可利用影片播放程序运作。使用者通过播放接口20可以在影片的任何时间点的画面上的任意位置附加标示,并利用编辑工具30在标示所对应的画面上附加注解。影片的网络来源、标示、标示所对应的画面及注解可储存在本机的储存空间40或网络50的储存空间。因此,不同的使用者可利用共同创作系统对相同网络来源的影片发表意见进行共同创作。
图2为本发明共同创作系统播放影片的示意图。如图2所示,使用者通过共同创作系统,可以对观看的影片附加注解表达意见,之后当其他使用者利用共同创作系统观看相同影片时,就会看到先前使用者的标示21,若有兴趣再进一步观看注解。因此,共同创作系统提供多位使用者对相同影片进行共同创作的方法,可以让使用者更直接的记录观看意见,也可以知道其他其用者的意见产生互动的乐趣。为避免影响使用者观看的视觉,共同创作系统在播放影片时,可以选择显示或不显示先前使用者的标示21,请再次参考图2所示,当选择显示标示时,在先前使用者附加标示21的对应时间点及位置的画面才会有标示,而使用者此时附加的标示22也会显示于画面上。另一方面,在选择不显示标示时,使用者还是可以附加标示22,新增标示的数目会显示于编辑工具30的图示31。在本实施例中,在第23秒的画面有两个标示21的物件是领带,以及一个标示22的物件是笔。
图3为本发明共同创作系统的编辑工具的示意图。如图3所示,当标示22被触发时,播放接口20将暂停播放影片,同时弹跳出编辑工具30,显示标示22所对应的画面。当编辑工具30的图示31被触发时,播放接口20也会暂停播放影片,同时弹跳出编辑工具30,使用者可以利用编辑工具30在影片暂停时间点的画面上附加新标示22及新增注解221。编辑工具30提供使用者对标示22所对应的画面附加注解221的功 能包括:注解对话框32、新增文字33、插入图片34、插入影音檔35、删除36及登入使用者帐户37。因此,注解可以是文字、声音、图片或影片,以及这些项目任意混合的形式。若使用者没有登入使用者帐户,标示22所对应的画面及注解会储存在本机的储存空间40,编辑工具30只会显示储存在本机储存空间40的资料。
图4为本发明共同创作系统登入使用者帐户的示意图。如图4所示,在登入使用者帐户后,编辑工具30将标示22所对应的画面及注解221储存到网络50的储存空间,并可区别地显示不同使用者帐户所附加的注解23,因此对于标示22所对应的画面,使用者与其他使用者的注解形成对话的排列,产生互动的乐趣。在本实施例中,使用者在第54秒的画面点选标示22(如图2所示),接着,播放接口20暂停播放影片,同时跳出编辑工具30,显示第54秒的画面,并要求使用者登入账户,使用者可先利用编辑工具30新增标22示及注解221(如图3所示),在登入使用者帐户Y后,可以看到其他使用者U1、U2、U3在第54秒的画面对标示22的注解23(如图4所示)。
图5为本发明共同创作系统发布于社群网站的示意图。如图5所示,编辑工具30亦提供使用者将新增的注解221发布于社群网站的功能,使用者在对标示22所对应的画面完成注解221后,可在直接通过编辑工具30选择要发布的社群网站,编辑工具30会将影片的网络来源24、标示所对应的画面25及注解221一同发布到使用者的社群网站。更进一步,其他使用者可以通过标示所对应的画面25链接进入共同创作系统,对这个网络来源的影片进行共同创作。另外,共同创作系统可收集所有使用者对相同影片在任何时间时所附加的注解产生这个影片的注解网页,如此使用者可以快速浏览影片中全部标示所对应的画面及注解。为了更精简呈现影片的注解网页,若在连续时间的画面都有标示时,共同创作系统可自动选择只显示其中的一个画面,但仍会显示所有的注解。
图6为本发明共同创作系统暂停播放影片的示意图。如图6所示,当使用者通过播放接口20的控制图标26暂停播放影片时,播放接口20将显示默认图像27,这个图像27可以是共同创作系统的使用说明,用来导引使用编辑工具20的功能,以进行影片的标示及附加注解。另外,默认图像27也可以作为广告,广告内容除了随机显示,也能依据影片的信息显示相关内容。在本实施例中,影片载入模块10接收影片并显示于播放接口20后,播放接口20将显示使用说明的图像27,而在影片开始播放后的过程中以控制图示26暂停播放时,播放接口20将显示广告的图像。
图7为本发明共同创作系统对标示进行物件追踪的示意图。如图7所示,基本上使用者会在影片的画面选取有意义的物件附加标示及注解,编辑工具30可以进一步辨 识使用者附加标示22的物件222,也就是编辑工具30对标示影片进行物件追踪38处理,若有其他使用者在不同时间点的画面上也选取了相同的物件222,使用者可以切换到依据物件222显示注解的物件追踪检视框39,看到物件222在整部影片中全部的注解。在本实施例中,使用者对影片第54秒的画面中的笔附加标示22及注解221,利用物件追踪38的功能,使用者可以看到这枝笔在影片的第53秒的画面及第2分34秒的画面也都有标示及注解。另外,编辑工具30对于标示所对应的画面进行物件辨识,若使用者附加标示未对应到任何的物件,编辑工具可提示使用者选取辨识出的物件。
图8为本发明基于影片进行共同创作的流程图。如图8所示,共同创作的流程将配合图1的共同创作系统的方块图说明。开始时,于步骤800,取得共同创作系统,例如下载浏览器的外挂程序。接着载入影片,于步骤810,影片载入模块10从网络来源接收影片后,对影片进行坐标处理,并将影片显示于播放接口20,经过坐标处理的影片可在任何时间点的画面上的任意位置附加标示。影片载入后,进入步骤820,在观看影片时就可以检视或新增标示,或者直接进入步骤830,先登入使用者帐户。于步骤820,点选影片中的标示或编辑工具30的图标,播放接口20将暂停播放影片,同时弹跳出编辑工具30,显示暂停的画面提供编辑标示及注解。于步骤830,登入使用者帐户后,可以看到其他使用者对这个暂停画面附加的标示及注解。接着步骤840,可以附加新的标示及注解,或者进一步对既有标示的注解作出回应。最后步骤850,将影片的网络来源、新增的标示所对应的画面及注解一同发布到使用者的社群网站。
综上所述,本发明的共同创作系统及共同创作方法提供使用者观看影片时更直接的意见创作、分享及互动。共同创作系统包括一影片载入模块、一播放接口、一编辑工具及一储存空间。影片载入模块可对影片进行坐标处理,并将影片显示于播放接口,使影片可于任何时间点的画面上的任意位置附加标示。编辑工具可用以对标示所对应的画面附加注解,并将标示、标示所对应的画面及注解储存于储存空间。于播放影片时,播放接口将标示显示于对应时间点的画面上,当标示被触发时,编辑工具会显示标示所对应的画面及注解。因此,使用者通过本发明的共同创作系统及共同创作方法可以很容易的记录自己的意见创作,并与其他使用者对相同的影片进行意见分享,不仅节省截图剪贴等繁锁步骤的时间,更产生互动的乐趣。
虽然本发明以前述的实施例做如上的公开,然其并非用以限定本发明。在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,所为的更动与润饰,均属本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于一影片进行共同创作的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对该影片进行一坐标处理,该坐标处理用以附加一标示于该影片中的一画面;
    提供一编辑工具,用以对该标示所对应的该画面附加一注解;
    储存该标示及该注解;
    于播放该影片时,显示该标示于对应的该画面上;以及
    于该标示被触发时,显示该注解。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将该影片进行该坐标处理,包括:
    将该影片显示于一网页;
    通过该网页对该影片进行一网格法的坐标处理;以及
    通过该网格法的坐标处理,将该标示附加于该影片的该画面上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,提供该编辑工具,包括:
    触发该标示时弹跳出该编辑工具;以及。
    利用该编辑工具编辑该注解,该注解包括文字、声音、图片以及影片其中之一。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,储存该标示及该注解,包括:
    登入一使用者帐户;以及
    将该标示及该注解储存于该使用者帐户的储存空间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,更包括:
    于该标示被触发时,可区别地显示该使用者帐户所附加的该注解,以及其他使用者帐户所附加的注解。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,更包括:
    于暂停放播该影片时,显示一图像,该图像包括使用说明以及广告其中之一。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,更包括:
    对该标示所对应的该画面进行一物件追踪处理,并对辨识出的物件进行提示。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,更包括:
    对该影片进行该物件追踪处理,并提示该辨识出的物件在该影片中全部的对应画面。
  9. 一种基于一影片的共同创作系统,其特征在于,包括:
    一影片载入模块,接收该影片并对该影片进行一坐标处理,
    一播放接口,显示及播放经该坐标处理的该影片,该影片通过该播放接口可于一画面上附加一标示;
    一编辑工具,附加一注解于该标示所对应的该画面;以及
    一储存空间,储存该标示及该注解;
    其中该播放接口于播放该影片时,显示该标示于该画面上;以及
    于该标示被触发时,弹跳出该编辑工具,并显示该注解。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的共同创作系统,其特征在于,该影片载入模块为一浏览器的外挂程序,该坐标处理包括对该影片进行一网格法测量的运算,以及该播放接口嵌入在一网页之中。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的共同创作系统,其特征在于,该编辑工具可编辑该注解包括文字、声音、图片以及影片其中之一。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的共同创作系统,其特征在于,储存空间包括一使用者帐户的网络储存空间。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的共同创作系统,其特征在于,该编辑工具区别显示该使用者帐户所附加的该注解,以及其他使用者帐户所附加的注解。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的共同创作系统,其特征在于,该编辑工具对该标示所对应的该画面进行一物件追踪处理,并对辨识出的物件进行提示。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的共同创作系统,其特征在于,该编辑工具对该影片进行该物件追踪处理,并提示该辨识出的物件在该影片中全部的对应画面。
