进一步优选地,所述管理终端中还包括分别与所述存储模块和控制模块连接的关联模块,所述关联模块在控制模块的控制下将用户信息、唯一标识衣物的第二标识信息以及与该衣物关联放置的射频识别标签的第三标识信息进行关联,并将关联信息存储在存储模块中。
进一步优选地,所述管理终端中还包括分别与所述存储模块和控制模块连接的查找模块,所述控制模块基于用户终端发送的请求信息控制所述查找模块在存储模块中查找到与该用户终端关联的衣物状态信息,进而将其反馈回用户终端。
进一步优选地,所述用户终端中包括:信息获取模块、信息发送模块、信息接收模块以及信息发布模块,其中,
所述信息获取模块,用于获取用户的请求信息、评论信息以及用户的选择信息;所述选择信息包括用户对洗衣店的选择;所述请求信息包括衣物状态请求信息和取件请求信息;
信息发送模块,分别与所述信息获取模块和管理终端连接,所述信息发送模块将获取的请求信息发送至对应洗衣店内的管理终端;
信息接收模块,与所述管理终端连接,所述信息接收模块用于接收所述管理终端反馈的衣物状态信息和取件反馈信息;
所述信息发布模块,与所述信息获取模块连接,所述信息发布模块用于将获取的评价信息发布出去。
在本技术方案中,用户可以根据信息发布模块发布对洗衣店的评价信息,这样其他用户可以查看相关洗衣店的服务情况,进而选择服务态度较佳的洗衣店进行衣物的清洗。上述取件信息,具体为用户发送的上门取件的信息,选择信息为用户基于各个洗衣间的评价信息选择的清洗衣物的洗衣店。
进一步优选地,所述洗衣管理系统中还包括分别与所述用户终端和管理终端连接的结算中心,所述管理终端中还包括与控制模块连接的清算模块,所述控制模块基于衣物信息控制所述清算模块对衣物清洗金额进行清算,并将其反馈至用户终端;所述用户终端通过所述结算中心完成衣物清洗金额的支付。
在本技术方案中,用户可以直接在用户终端实现衣物清洗金额的支付,为用户提供便利。
进一步优选地,每件衣物对应一个与之关联放置的射频识别标签;
或,
同一用户同一类型衣物对应一个与之关联放置的射频识别标签。
在本技术方案中,对于射频识别标签的设置,即可以每个衣物上都设置一个,也可以根据用户来进行标签,还可以采用其他方式进行标签,只要能够便于后续的管理都行。
本发明提供的基于物联网的洗衣管理系统,能够带来以下有益效果:
在本发明提供的洗衣管理系统通过管理终端实现对洗衣店内的用户信息、衣物信息以及洗衣设备信息的统一管理,工作人员可以随时对需要的信息进行查询、添加等处理,方便快捷,且大大减轻了洗衣店内的工作人员的工作量、减少由用户衣物的分类处理和查询处理等繁杂工作的过程中造成的信息丢失、衣服处理滞留等问题、提高了洗衣店的运营效率;
另外,在本发明中,使用射频识别标签对用户送洗的衣物进行标签,且使用射频识别阅读器对衣物状态信息进行实时更新,再将实时信息统计到管理终端中进行统一管理。当用户发出查询衣物状态的请求信息时,可以及时向用户反馈相关的信息,使得洗衣店内衣物清洗过程透明化、同时具备及时性,大大提高了用户体验,为用户提供便利。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图,并获得其他的实施方式。
如图1所示为本发明提供的基于物联网的洗衣管理系统100第一种实施方式的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,在该洗衣管理系统100中包括:用户终端110、管理终端120、射频识别阅读器130以及多个射频识别标签140(如图1和图6中的射频识别标签1、射频识别标签2、……、射频识别标签n),其中,用户终端110与管理终端120通信连接,管理终端120与射频识别阅读器130通信连接,射频识别阅读器130与射频识别标签140通信连接。在工作过程中,当某一清洗衣物的衣物状态信息发生变化时,射频识别阅读器130随即将变更后的衣物状态信息写入该衣物对应的射频识别标签140中;射频识别标签140接收到该衣物状态信息,随即进行存储,对该衣物的衣物状态信息进行更新。更具体来说,这里说的衣物状态信息包括衣物所处的状态,如:待清洗状态、去渍状态、除菌状态、清洗状态、护理状态、烘干状态、上挂状态、已取回状态等,当然,这里的衣物状态信息要根据不同洗衣店中清洗衣物的流程来定。在一个具体实施例中,当某一衣物完成了烘干状态、目前正处于上挂状态,则 射频识别阅读器130会将这一衣物状态信息写入与该衣物关联放置的射频识别标签140中,射频识别标签140接收到这一衣物状态信息对其进行存储。与此同时,射频识别阅读器130从该射频识别标签140中读取相应的衣物状态信息,并将其发送至管理终端120,更新管理终端120中相应的衣物状态信息。这样,通过对不同衣物进行标签,实现对衣物的智能化管理,不再需要人工输入相应的状态信息,降低了人工成本,提高了工作效率。
在本实施方式中,当用户需要了解送洗衣物的衣物状态信息,则用户首先通过用户终端110将衣物状态的请求信息发送至管理终端120,具体可以通过发送短信或者用户终端110内置的APP(Application,应用程序)等方式向管理终端120发送请求信息。管理终端120接收到请求信息之后,根据发送的请求信息的用户终端110的标识信息(同下述第一标识信息)查找到最新更新的衣物状态信息,并将其反馈回用户终端110,以此完成用户对衣物状态信息的实时查询。要说明的是,在本实施方式中,射频识别标签140即可以设置在衣物的某个位置上、或设置在放置衣物的袋子表面等,原则上来说,只要在衣物清洗的过程中与衣物唯一对应的射频识别标签140能够一直跟随该衣物,都包括在本实施方式的内容中。
在本实施方式中,当某一衣物的状态信息为上挂状态(完成清洗),则管理终端120主动发送信息至用户终端110(如短信、APP等),提醒用户前来取件或有偿送货上门。
如图2所示,在本实施方式中,管理终端120中包括相互关联的存储模块122和控制模块121,存储模块122在控制模块121的控制下存储用户信息(包括用于唯一标识用户终端110的第一标识信息)及与该用户信息关联的衣物信息、以及存储洗衣设备信息。具体来说,用户信息包括:相互关联的用户名、用户联系方式以及用户联系地址,唯一标识用户终端110的第一标识信息为用户名或用户联系方式等。衣物信息包括:衣物送洗时间、衣物数量、衣物重量、衣物材质、衣物类型、衣物费用、唯一标识衣物的第二标识信息、与该衣物关联放置的射频识别标签140的第三标识信息以及衣物状态信息,便于衣物清洗过程中查找衣物,同时也便于用户对衣物状态信息的查询。洗衣设备信息包括: 设备购入时间、设备购入价格、设备品牌以及设备型号、售后电话以及故障维修等,便于对洗衣店内的洗衣设备进行资产管理、对洗衣店运营的财务进行统计以及便于及时对各个设备进行维修等。更具体来说,这里的洗衣设备可以为以下的一种或多种:立式工业洗衣机、自动石油洗衣机、奢侈品精细机、软水器、衣物菌尘消毒机、衣物去渍机、衣物传送机、自动蒸汽发生器、烘干机、上排风自吸风摇臂熨烫台等,具体根据洗衣店内实际情况设定。
更进一步来说,在本实施方式中,使用衣物1~n对不同的衣物进行标识(作为上述第二标识信息),在标识的过程中,可以每件衣物对应一个标识信息,也可以同一类衣物(如,可以放在一起清洗等)的衣物对应一个标识信息。同时,每个第二标识信息对应一个第三标识信息(如,每个标签出厂时固有SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)值),与第二标识信息对应的,在使用第三标识信息对衣物进行标签的过程中,可以每件衣物对应一个与之关联放置的射频识别标签140,也可以同一用户同一类型衣物对应一个与之关联放置的射频识别标签140等,以便实现对每件衣物的跟踪处理。在一个具体实施例中,若同一用户送来3件衣物,则使用衣物1、衣物2和衣物3作为第二标识信息分别这3件衣物进行标识,同时使用3个射频识别标签140分别对这3件衣物进行标签,以此完成对这3件衣物的标识。在另一个实施例中,若该用户送来的3件衣物中有两件为同一类(如,都是衬衫等),则使用衣物1作为第二标识信息标识这两件衣物,使用衣物2标识另外一件衣物;同时使用两个射频识别标签140分别对上述两类衣物进行标签。可以看出,在本实施方式中,同一用户送洗的衣物可以使用不同射频识别标签进行标签,也可以使用相同的射频识别标签进行标签,但在管理终端中,同一用户名下的不同衣物统一进行管理。
根据以上方法实现对送洗衣物的标签,且射频识别阅读器130通过写入的方式完成了射频识别标签140中衣物状态信息的更新之后,在读取射频识别标签140中信息的过程中:射频识别阅读器130首先从射频识别标签140发出的信号中读取其SSID值(第三标识信息),并根据该标签对应的信息,将其存储的衣物状态信息读取出来(包括该衣物对应的第二标识信息),传输到管理终 端120中;管理终端120将接收到的衣物状态信息保存在与之关联的用户信息名下,对相应衣物状态信息进行更新。
如图3所示,管理终端120中除了包括如图2所示的存储模块122和控制模块121,还包括分别与存储模块122和控制模块121连接的关联模块123,其在控制模块121的控制下将用户信息、唯一标识衣物的第二标识信息以及与该衣物关联放置的射频识别标签140的第三标识信息进行关联,并将关联信息存储在存储模块122中。这样,当管理终端120接收到用户的请求之后,就能根据关联信息查找到与该用户关联衣物的状态信息。如图4所示,管理终端120中还包括分别与存储模块122和控制模块121连接的查找模块124,控制模块121基于用户终端110发送的请求信息控制查找模块124在存储模块122中查找到与该用户终端110关联的衣物状态信息,进而将其反馈回用户终端110。
在本实施方式中,如图5所示,用户终端110中包括:信息获取模块111、信息发送模块112、信息接收模块113以及信息发布模块114,其中,信息发送模块112分别与信息获取模块111和管理终端120连接,信息接收模块113与管理终端120连接,信息发布模块114与信息获取模块111连接。在具体实施例中,可以在用户终端110中下载APP,这样在工作过程中,用户可以根据信息获取单元获取的选择信息来选定要送洗的洗衣店(该APP通过联网获取周边洗衣店的信息并在进行显示,用户可以根据APP上的评价信息或者距离等综合因素选择合适的洗衣店),进而进入该洗衣店的显示界面。选定好洗衣店之后,用户可以根据该洗衣店显示界面显示的电话进行电话咨询(可选择亲自将衣物送去洗衣店),也可以通过APP向该洗衣店的管理终端120发送取件请求信息(即上门取件服务请求/洗衣店工作人员有偿上门取件)。更具体来说,当用户选择上门取件,则需先在管理终端120中进行注册,并填写用户相关信息,包括用户名、联系方式、住址等;这样,当用户通过信息发送模块112发送取件请求信息至管理终端120中时,管理终端120即可在约定的时间和地点上门取件,并将对应的取件反馈信息(确认取件时间和地点的信息)发送回客户端中,实现用户终端110和管理终端120之间的实时信息交互。
当用户将衣物送洗到洗衣店之后,用户终端110通过信息获取模块111获 取用户的请求信息(衣物状态请求信息),并通过信息发送模块112发送至管理终端120;之后再通过信息接收单元接收管理终端120反馈的衣物状态信息。
当清洗衣物取回之后,用户终端110通过信息获取模块111获取用户的评价信息,包括对洗衣店的优良评价等,并通过信息发布模块114将其发布出去。
如图6所示为本发明提供的基于物联网的洗衣管理系统100第二种实施方式的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,在该实施方式中,洗衣管理系统100中还包括分别与用户终端110和管理终端120连接的结算中心150,管理终端120中还包括与控制模块121连接的清算模块,控制模块121基于衣物信息控制清算模块对衣物清洗金额进行清算,并将其反馈至用户终端110;用户终端110通过结算中心150完成衣物清洗金额的支付。
此外,洗衣店的管理终端120还包括推送模块,其可以根据需要进行个人账户的积分活动、向客户推送店铺的活动、折扣信息来招揽客户,提高经济收益。
应当说明的是,上述实施例均可根据需要自由组合。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种基于物联网的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,包括:用户终端、管理终端、射频识别阅读器以及多个射频识别标签,其中,
    所述用户终端,用于获取用户的请求信息并将所述请求信息发送至所述管理终端,且用于接收所述管理终端反馈的衣物状态信息;
    所述射频识别阅读器,分别与所述管理终端和所述多个射频识别标签通信连接,所述射频识别阅读器用于在衣物的处理状态发生变化时将衣物状态信息写入对应的射频识别标签中,且用于从所述射频识别标签中读取衣物状态信息并将其发送至管理终端;
    所述射频识别标签,与衣物关联放置,且与所述射频识别阅读器通信连接,所述射频识别标签接收所述射频识别阅读器写入的衣物状态信息并对其进行存储;
    所述管理终端,分别与所述用户终端和所述射频识别阅读器通信连接,所述管理终端接收所述射频识别阅读器发送的衣物状态信息并进行更新管理;且所述管理终端接收所述用户终端的请求信息,并基于所述射频识别阅读器读取的状态信息对用户终端的请求进行反馈。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,所述管理终端中包括相互关联的存储模块和控制模块,所述存储模块在所述控制模块的控制下存储用户信息及与该用户信息关联的衣物信息、以及存储洗衣设备信息;其中,所述用户信息包括唯一标识用户终端的第一标识信息,所述衣物信息包括所述衣物状态信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户信息包括:相互关联的用户名、用户联系方式以及用户联系地址,所述第一标识信息为用户名或用户联系方式;
    和/或,
    所述衣物信息包括:衣物送洗时间、衣物数量、衣物重量、衣物材质、衣物类型、衣物费用、唯一标识衣物的第二标识信息、与该衣物关联放置的射频 识别标签的第三标识信息以及衣物状态信息;
    和/或,
    洗衣设备信息包括:设备购入时间、设备购入价格、设备品牌以及设备型号以及售后电话。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,所述管理终端中还包括分别与所述存储模块和控制模块连接的关联模块,所述关联模块在控制模块的控制下将用户信息、唯一标识衣物的第二标识信息以及与该衣物关联放置的射频识别标签的第三标识信息进行关联,并将关联信息存储在存储模块中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,所述管理终端中还包括分别与所述存储模块和控制模块连接的查找模块,所述控制模块基于用户终端发送的请求信息控制所述查找模块在存储模块中查找到与该用户终端关联的衣物状态信息,并将其反馈回用户终端。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,所述用户终端中包括:信息获取模块、信息发送模块、信息接收模块以及信息发布模块,其中,
    所述信息获取模块,用于获取用户的请求信息、评论信息以及用户的选择信息;所述选择信息包括用户对洗衣店的选择;所述请求信息包括衣物状态请求信息和取件请求信息;
    信息发送模块,分别与所述信息获取模块和管理终端连接,所述信息发送模块将获取的请求信息发送至对应洗衣店内的管理终端;
    信息接收模块,与所述管理终端连接,所述信息接收模块用于接收所述管理终端反馈的衣物状态信息和取件反馈信息;
    所述信息发布模块,与所述信息获取模块连接,所述信息发布模块用于将获取的评价信息发布出去。
  7. 如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,所述洗衣管理系统中还包括分别与所述用户终端和管理终端连接的结算中心,所述管理终端中还包括与控制模块连接的清算模块,所述控制模块基于衣物信息控制所述清算模块对衣物清洗金额进行清算,并将其反馈至用户终端;所述用户终端 通过所述结算中心完成衣物清洗金额的支付。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,所述洗衣管理系统中还包括分别与所述用户终端和管理终端连接的结算中心,所述管理终端中还包括与控制模块连接的清算模块,所述控制模块基于衣物信息控制所述清算模块对衣物清洗金额进行清算,并将其反馈至用户终端;所述用户终端通过所述结算中心完成衣物清洗金额的支付。
  9. 如权利要求1-5、8任意一项所述的洗衣管理系统,其特征在于,
    每件衣物对应一个与之关联放置的射频识别标签;
    或,
    同一用户同一类型衣物对应一个与之关联放置的射频识别标签。
