本发明实施例涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种语音遥控器语音采集控制方法、语音遥控器和被控设备。
背景技术
随着各种短距离通信技术的发展,诸如红外遥控器、蓝牙遥控器等遥控器越来越多地被人们使用。以蓝牙遥控器为例,目前蓝牙技术包括:蓝牙低功耗技术(Bluetooth low energy,简称BLE)、高速蓝牙技术和传统蓝牙技术。根据BLE研制得到的蓝牙遥控器(BLT遥控器),因为其相对于传统蓝牙技术、高速蓝牙技术制得的蓝牙遥控器具有更低耗能、更低成本的显著优势,得到广泛发展。
并且,为了提高用户控制诸如电视机等智能设备的智能化程度,目前在BLE遥控器中还可以设置有语音识别功能,以使得用户可以通过语音控制的方式实现对被控设备的智能控制。
虽然BLE遥控器支持语音识别功能给用户带来了良好的用户体验,但是对于BLE遥控器来说,也势必增加其功耗。因此,如何保证BLE遥控器在提供语音识别功能的同时,有效降低其功耗,是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种语音遥控器语音采集控制方法、语音遥控器和被控设备,通过对语音遥控器执行语音采集操作进行合理控制,来避免语音遥控器功耗的浪费。
本发明第一方面提供一种语音遥控器语音采集控制方法,包括:
接收用户触发的语音采集启动指令;
获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,开始 语音采集;
接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令,结束语音采集;
将用户输入的语音控制信息发送给所述被控设备;所述语音控制信息为所述开始语音采集之后,所述结束语音采集之前采集到的用户输入的语音信息。

本发明各实施例通过对语音遥控器执行语音采集的过程进行控制,比如控制执行语音采集的时机、控制语音采集的时间长度,以使得语音采集操作与被控设备的是否需要接受语音控制的状态相匹配,避免在被控设备不需要接受语音控制时还执行语音采集操作而导致语音遥控器功耗消耗过快的不利影响。下面结合如下各实施例进行具体介绍。
图1为本发明实施例提供的语音遥控器语音采集控制方法实施例一的流程图,该方案的执行主体为语音遥控器,该语音遥控器可以是BLE语音遥控器,也可以是其他支持语音控制功能的语音遥控器,该语音遥控器语音采集控制方法包括如下步骤:
步骤101、接收用户触发的语音采集启动指令。
本实施例中,语音遥控器上一般会设置有多种控制按键,比如音量控制按键、电源控制按键以及语音采集控制按键等,在用户想要通过语音方式控制被控设备时,用户可以通过按下该语音采集控制按键触发上述语音采集启动指令。
本实施例中,被语音遥控器控制的被控设备可以是OTT(Over The Top)盒子,该OTT盒子可以与电视机连接。本实施例中,被控设备并不仅限于OTT盒子。
在语音遥控器接收到用户触发的上述语音采集启动指令后,并非马上执行采集用户语音信息的处理,而是执行如下步骤。
步骤102、获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,语音采集状态信息指示了被控设备是否需要接受语音控制。
本实施例中,语音遥控器为了更准确地执行语音采集操作,需要先获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,以确定被控设备当前是否需要接受语音控制。
以被控设备为OTT盒子来说,上述语音采集状态信息所指示的是OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制。一般地,OTT盒子并非单独被使用,而是与连接的终端设备(比如上述提到的电视机)一起被用户使用。因此,实际应用中,OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制既受到OTT盒子自身的影响,也受到与OTT盒子连接的终端设备的影响。
本实施例中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,OTT盒子需要接受语音控制。
其中,对于OTT盒子的工作状态来说,比如如果当前OTT盒子处于待机工作状态,则说明OTT盒子此时不需要接受语音控制。对于OTT盒子的当前页面来说,如果当前页面不支持语音识别功能,则OTT盒子当前不接受语音控制。对于电视机的工作状态来说,如果电视机当前处于待机或者关机等异常状态,则OTT盒子当前也不接受语音控制。
对于语音遥控器获取语音采集状态信息的方式,可以通过如下两种可选的方式实现:
其一,语音遥控器采用主动查询的方式,查询被控设备以获得其语音采集状态信息。具体地,语音遥控器通过与被控设备间的通信连接,向被控设备发送状态查询请求,并接收被控设备反馈的状态查询响应,在状态查询响应中包含被控设备获得的语音采集状态信息。
具体实现时,可以对目前的语音遥控器对OTT盒子的控制过程进行改进,以实现上述查询的目的。具体来说,目前,当语音遥控器接收到用户通过按下语音采集按键而触发的语音采集启动指令后,会向OTT盒子发送一个语音接收指示消息,该语音接收指示消息可以用于告知OTT盒子当前哪个按键被按下,即相当于告知OTT盒子用户已经触发了语音采 集操作,OTT盒子从而启动语音接收处理流程。而本实施例中,在语音遥控器的控制处理流程中增加了查询被控设备语音采集状态信息的处理过程。上述状态查询请求中除了包含上述语音接收指示消息外,还可以包含一个查询指示消息,当OTT盒子接收并解析到该查询指示消息时,OTT盒子并非随即启动接收语音的处理流程,而是先获取自身的工作状态以及连接的电视机的页面,以确定是否需要接收语音控制,当在需要接收语音控制时,一方面向语音遥控器反馈状态查询响应,其中携带有表示需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息,另一方面启动语音接收处理流程。而当不需要接收语音控制时,则向语音遥控器反馈表示不需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息,并不启动语音接收处理流程,即使是已经接收到了语音接收指示消息。
具体OTT盒子如何获取语音采集状态信息的过程将在后续其他实施例中详细描述,本实施例中仅从语音遥控器的角度,说明语音遥控器如何获取语音采集状态信息。
值得说明的是,对于上述状态查询请求的实现方式来说,可以对现有的用于发送上述语音接收指示消息的命令中的预留字段进行扩展应用,即在预留字段中定义与上述查询指示消息对应的字段,比如如果该字段被置为1,表示需要查询被控设备的语音采集状态信息。也就是说,上述状态查询请求可以通过对现有用于发送音接收指示消息的命令的扩展实现的。但是实际应用中,该状态查询请求的实现方式不仅限于此,比如还可以在现有控制流程中,重新定义一个状态查询请求消息以用于查询被控设备的语音采集状态,相应的,被控设备侧也要相应的支持语音遥控器侧的改变。
另外,电视机的工作状态,OTT盒子可以通过目前的HDMI CEC协议来查询获知。
其二,语音遥控器可以接收被控设备主动上报的语音采集状态信息。具体地,被控设备可以周期性或在语音采集状态发生改变时,向语音遥控器上报更新的语音采集状态信息。
值得说明的是,语音遥控器与被控设备间的交互都是基于两者间的通信连接而进行的,因此,保证两者间的通信连接正常,是进行上述交互过程的前提。
因此,语音遥控器在接收到语音采集启动指令之后,还需确定与被控设备间的通信连接是否断开,如果该通信连接断开,则需重新建立通信连接。其中,该通信连接可以是蓝牙通信连接,与语音遥控器为BLE语音遥控器相适应。
步骤103、确定语音采集状态信息是否指示了被控设备需要接受语音控制,若是,则执行步骤104至步骤106,若否,则执行步骤107。
步骤104、开始语音采集。
步骤105、接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令,结束语音采集。
步骤106、将开始语音采集之后,结束语音采集之前采集到的语音控制信息发送给被控设备。
步骤107、丢弃语音采集启动指令。
在语音遥控器获取到表示被控设备当前需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息时,执行语音采集启动指令的后续处理,即执行语音采集过程,采集用户的语音控制信息,并在接收到用户比如通过放开语音采集按键而触发的语音采集结束指令时,将获取的语音控制信息发送给被控设备,使其执行该语音控制信息。在语音遥控器获取到表示被控设备当前不需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息时,不执行语音采集。
本实施例中,语音遥控器在接收到用户触发的语音采集启动指令之后,并非随即启动语音采集处理,而是基于获得的被控设备的语音采集状态信息,在该语音采集状态信息指示被控设备需要接受语音控制时,才启动语音采集处理,以采集获得语音控制信息,继而再将采集的语音控制信息发送给被控设备,使其根据语音控制信息执行相应的操作。语音遥控器在被控设备处于需要接受语音控制的状态时,才控制执行语音控制信息的采集处理,使得语音遥控器的语音采集处理与被控设备是否需要接受语音的状态相匹配,通过避免采集的语音控制信息的浪费,降低了语音遥控器功耗的浪费,有助于延长语音遥控器电量的使用时间。
以上实施例中以OTT盒子以及与OTT盒子连接的电视机为例,说明了语音遥控器可以根据OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制,来确定是否执行用户触发的语音采集启动指令,以避免不必要的语音采集而导致的电量浪费。实 际应用中可能会遇到这样的情况:语音遥控器被某物体压住,正好压下了语音采集按键触发了语音采集启动指令。由于此时属于误操作,不是用户真实想要启动语音采集的,因此即使此时OTT盒子和电视机均处于可以接受语音控制的工作状态,也不应该执行该语音采集启动指令。针对该情况,可以采用如图2所示的方案,来克服该误操作导致的问题。
图2为本发明实施例提供的语音遥控器语音采集控制方法实施例二的流程图,如图2所示,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤201、接收用户触发的语音采集启动指令。
步骤202、获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,语音采集状态信息中包括语音采集最大时长,语音采集状态信息指示了被控设备需要接受语音控制。
语音采集最长时长指示了被控设备在当前页面下所需的最长语音采集时长。
本实施例中,语音遥控器获取的语音采集状态信息中包括语音采集最大时长。该语音采集最长时长可以是预先经验设定的,存储在语音遥控器中。该语音采集最长时长也可以是针对OTT盒子的当前页面所确定的。具体来说,在OTT盒子确定当前页面支持语音识别功能,能够接受语音控制的情况下,根据预设的页面标识与语音采集最长时长的对应关系,从而确定出与当前页面对应的语音采集最长时长。
举例来说,比如当前页面为一个控制界面,用户可以在该控制界面上通过语音输入某影片的名称的方式,搜索该影片进而进行播放。此时,该页面对应的语音采集最大时长表征了用户通过语音方式输入一个影片名称所需的时长,该页面与对应的语音采集最大时长的对应关系可以被预先存入到OTT盒子中,从而,语音遥控器在通过状态查询请求查询OTT盒子的语音采集状态信息时,OTT盒子可以基于当前所处于的页面,获得对应的语音采集最大时长。值得说明的是,不同的页面可以对应有不同的语音采集最大时长,每个页面对应的语音采集最大时长可以预先设定。
步骤203、开始语音采集。
步骤204、在语音采集的时长超过语音采集最大时长或者接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令时,结束语音采集。

本实施例中,针对用户误操作的问题,语音采集最大时长所起到的作用可以理解为:当OTT盒处于能够接受语音控制的情况时,如果用户此时因为误操作而触发了语音采集启动指令,比如将某物体压到了语音遥控器的语音采集按键上而触发了语音采集启动指令,此时语音遥控器开始执行语音采集,但是语音采集的时长受上述语音采集最大时长来限制。当达到该时长时,结束语音采集,从而使得语音遥控器不用一直开启语音采集功能。因为语音采集按键被一直按下,将使得语音遥控器一直处于语音采集的状态,而通过该语音采集最大时长的限制,可以使得语音遥控器尽早结束不必要的语音采集操作,避免电量的浪费的同时,也克服了用户误操作的问题。
当然,可以理解的是,如果语音采集的时长在达到语音采集最大时长前,便接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令,随即结束语音采集即可。
本实施例中,语音遥控器在接收到用户触发的语音采集启动指令时,通过获取表征被控设备是否需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息的方式,能够基于该语音采集状态信息控制语音采集的开启与否,避免不必要语音采集操作导致的电量浪费,同时,还能够基于获得的语音采集最大时长作为语音采集时长限制,避免由于用户误操作而浪费过多的电量。
以上实施例从语音遥控器的角度对语音遥控器语音采集控制方法进行了介绍,以下将结合几个实施例,从被控设备的角度,对语音遥控器语音采集控制方法进行介绍。以下实施例中,以被控设备为OTT盒子,OTT盒子与电视机连接为例进行说明。
图3为本发明实施例提供的语音遥控器语音采集控制方法实施例三的流程图,如图3所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤301、获取语音采集状态信息,语音采集状态信息指示了被控设备是否需要接受语音控制。
步骤302、将语音采集状态信息发送给语音遥控器。
本实施例中,OTT盒子执行获取语音采集状态信息的时机,可以是OTT 盒子实时或周期性主动触发获取的,当获取的语音采集状态信息发生改变时,将更新的语音采集状态信息发送至语音遥控器;也可以是在接收到语音遥控器发送的状态查询请求时,被动触发获取的。其中,该状态查询请求是语音遥控器在接收到用户触发的语音采集启动指令后向OTT盒子发送的,以用于查询OTT盒子的语音采集状态信息。
其中,该语音采集状态信息指示了OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息。
具体来说,OTT盒子根据自身当前的工作状态和电视机当前的工作状态;或者,OTT盒子当前页面是否支持语音识别功能和电视机当前的工作状态来确定是否需要接受语音控制信息。举例来说,如果OTT盒子当前处于待机工作状态,则OTT盒子当前不需接受语音控制信息;如果OTT盒子当前所处页面不支持语音识别功能,则OTT盒子当前不需接受语音控制信息;如果电视机当前处于待机、关机等异常状态,则OTT盒子当前不需接受语音控制信息。当OTT盒子和与OTT盒子相连的电视机处于工作状态处于工作状态时;或者,当OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与OTT盒子相连的电视机处于工作状态时,OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。其中,对于OTT盒子在当前页面下是否支持语音识别功能,具体实现时,可以在OTT盒子中预先存入不同页面与是否支持语音识别功能的对应关系,比如页面1,支持语音识别功能,页面2,不支持语音识别功能。从而,OTT盒子能够根据该对应关系确定出当前页面是否支持语音识别功能,以便用于确定是否需要接受语音控制。
OTT盒子将获得的语音采集状态信息发送至语音遥控器,从而使得语音遥控器能够基于该语音采集状态信息进行语音采集控制。具体来说,如果该语音采集状态信息表征OTT盒子当前需要接受语音控制,则语音遥控器可以执行用户触发的语音采集启动指令,开始语音采集,并在接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令时,将采集到的语音控制信息发送至OTT盒子,以实现对应的语音控制。
本实施例中,被控设备通过获取表征自身以及连接的终端设备是否需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息,并将该语音采集状态信息反馈给语音遥控器,使得语音遥控器对于是否开始语音采集的控制更加具有针对性,避免 了语音遥控器因为执行不必要的语音采集操作而导致的电量浪费,可以延长语音遥控器的使用周期。
图4为本发明实施例提供的语音遥控器语音采集控制方法实施例四的流程图,如图4所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤401、接收语音遥控器发送的状态查询请求,状态查询请求中包括语音接收指示消息和查询指示消息。
本实施例中,语音遥控器接收到用户触发的语音采集启动指令后,语音遥控器可以通过向OTT盒子发送状态查询请求的方式获取表征OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息。
参考图1所示实施例中的描述,为与语音遥控器目前的控制处理流程相兼容,该状态查询请求中包括与语音采集启动指令对应的语音接收指示消息以及用于指示查询语音采集状态信息的查询指示消息。
步骤402、获取语音采集状态信息,将语音采集状态信息发送给语音遥控器。
OTT盒子在接收到该状态查询请求后,首选响应于查询指示消息,以获取语音采集状态信息,并将获得的语音采集状态信息携带于状态查询响应中反馈给语音遥控器。
本实施例中,语音采集状态信息除了指示了OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制外,还可以包括语音采集最大时长,该语音采集最大时长指示了OTT盒子在当前页面下所需的最长语音采集时长。也就是说,当OTT盒子根据上述各页面与是否支持语音识别功能的对应关系,确定电视机的当前页面能够接受语音控制的情况下,OTT盒子还可以进一步获取该当前页面对应的语音采集最大时长。
该语音采集最长时长可以是预先经验设定的,存储在语音遥控器中。该语音采集最长时长也可以是针对当前页面所确定的。具体来说,在OTT盒子确定当前页面支持语音识别功能,能够接受语音控制的情况下,根据预设的页面标识与语音采集最长时长的对应关系,从而确定出与当前页面对应的语音采集最长时长。
举例来说,比如当前页面为一个控制界面,用户可以在该控制界面上 通过语音输入某影片的名称的方式,搜索该影片进而进行播放。此时,该页面对应的语音采集最大时长表征了用户通过语音方式输入一个影片名称所需的时长,该页面与对应的语音采集最大时长的对应关系可以被预先存入到OTT盒子中,从而,语音遥控器在通过状态查询请求查询OTT盒子的语音采集状态信息时,OTT盒子可以基于当前所处于的页面,获得对应的语音采集最大时长。值得说明的是,不同的页面可以对应有不同的语音采集最大时长,每个页面对应的语音采集最大时长可以预先设定。
语音遥控器在接收到包含有语音采集最大时长的语音采集状态信息后,如何利用该语音采集最大时长进行语音采集控制的处理可以参考图2所示实施例中的描述,此处不再赘述。
步骤403、在语音采集状态信息指示被控设备需要接受语音控制时,根据语音接收指示消息启动语音接收处理。
步骤404、在语音采集状态信息指示被控设备不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃语音接收指示消息。
本实施例中,一方面,OTT盒子在获取到语音采集状态信息后向语音遥控器反馈该语音采集状态信息,另一方面,OTT盒子还根据该语音采集状态信息确定是否响应接收到的语音接收指示消息。具体的,在语音采集状态信息指示OTT盒子需要接受语音控制时,响应于该语音接收指示消息,启动语音接收处理,准备接收语音控制信息;在语音采集状态信息指示OTT盒子不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃语音接收指示消息,即不启动语音接收处理。
本实施例中,被控设备通过获取表征自身是否需要接受语音控制的语音采集状态信息,并将该语音采集状态信息反馈给语音遥控器,使得语音遥控器对于是否开始语音采集的控制更加具有针对性,避免了语音遥控器因为执行不必要的语音采集操作而导致的电量浪费,可以延长语音遥控器的使用周期,同时,被控设备还通过获取语音采集最大时长并反馈给语音遥控器,使得语音遥控器以此作为语音采集时长限制,避免由于用户误操作而浪费过多的电量。
本发明实施例还提供了一种语音遥控器,该语音遥控器用于执行图1或 图2所示实施例中的方法。具体地,该语音遥控器包括用于执行上述方法的功能模块。
上述提供的语音遥控器可以用于执行图1、图2所示实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,在此不再赘述。
图5为本发明实施例提供的语音遥控器实施例一的结构示意图,如图5所示,该语音遥控器包括:接收器11、发送器12、处理器13、语音采集器14、存储器15和总线16,其中,所述接收器11、所述发送器12、所述处理器13、所述语音采集器14和所述存储器15通过所述总线16相连;其中,所述存储器15中存储一组程序代码,所述处理器13调用所述存储器15中存储的程序代码用于实现上述图1、图2所示实施例中提供的方法,其实现原理和技术效果类似,在此不再赘述。
进一步地,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于储存为上述语音遥控器所用的计算机软件指令,其包含用于执行上述图1、图2所示实施例中所涉及的程序。
本发明实施例提供一种被控设备,该被控设备用于执行图3或图4所示实施例中的方法。具体地,该被控设备包括用于执行上述方法的功能模块。
图6为本发明实施例提供的被控设备实施例一的结构示意图,该被控设备可以实现为OTT盒子,如图6所示,该被控设备包括:接收器21、处理器22、发送器23、存储器24和总线25,其中,所述接收器21、所述处理器22、所述发送器23和所述存储器24通过所述总线25相连;其中,所述存储器24中存储一组程序代码,所述处理器22调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码用于实现上述图3或图4所示实施例提供的方法。
本实施例提供的被控设备可以用于执行图3、图4所示实施例中的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,不再赘述。
在上述语音遥控器、被控设备的实施例中,应理解,该处理器可以是中央处理单元(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英文:Digital Signal Processor,简称:DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完 成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM)、RAM、快闪存储器、硬盘、固态硬盘、磁带(英文:magnetic tape)、软盘(英文:floppy disk)、光盘(英文:optical disc)及其任意组合。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种语音遥控器语音采集控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户触发的语音采集启动指令;
    获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,开始语音采集;
    接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令,结束语音采集;
    将用户输入的语音控制信息发送给所述被控设备;所述语音控制信息为所述开始语音采集之后,所述结束语音采集之前采集到的用户输入的语音信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述被控设备包括OTT盒子,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息,其中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,所述OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述语音采集状态信息中包括语音采集最大时长;
    所述接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令,结束语音采集,包括:
    在所述语音采集的时长超过所述语音采集最大时长或者接收到用户触发的语音采集结束指令时,结束语音采集。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,包括:
    向所述被控设备发送状态查询请求;
    接收所述被控设备反馈的状态查询响应,所述状态查询响应中包含所述语音采集状态信息;
    或者,
    所述获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,包括:
    接收所述被控设备上报的所述语音采集状态信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方 法还包括:
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃所述语音采集启动指令。
  6. 一种语音遥控器语音采集控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
    将所述语音采集状态信息发送给语音遥控器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述被控设备包括OTT盒子,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息,其中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,所述OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取语音采集状态信息,包括:
    获取语音采集最大时长。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取语音采集状态信息,包括:
    接收到所述语音遥控器发送的状态查询请求时,获取语音采集状态信息,所述状态查询请求是所述语音遥控器在接收到用户触发的语音采集启动指令后发送的,所述状态查询请求用于查询所述被控设备的语音采集状态信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述状态查询请求中包括语音接收指示消息和查询指示消息,所述语音接收指示消息与所述语音采集启动指令对应;所述查询指示消息用于指示查询所述被控设备的语音采集状态信息;
    所述方法还包括:
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,根据所述语音接收指示消息启动语音接收处理;
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备不需要接受语音控制时, 丢弃所述语音接收指示消息。
  11. 一种语音遥控器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收用户触发的语音采集启动指令;
    获取模块,用于获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
    采集模块,用于在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,开始语音采集;
    所述第一接收模块,还用于接收用户触发的语音采集结束指令;
    所述采集模块,还用于在所述第一接收模块接收到所述语音采集结束指令时,结束语音采集;
    发送模块,用于将用户输入的语音控制信息发送给所述被控设备;所述语音控制信息为所述开始语音采集之后,所述结束语音采集之前采集到的用户输入的语音信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述被控设备包括OTT盒子,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息,其中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,所述OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述语音采集状态信息中包括语音采集最大时长;
    所述采集模块具有用于:
    在所述语音采集的时长超过所述语音采集最大时长,或者所述第一接收模块接收到所述语音采集结束指令时,结束语音采集。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于:向所述被控设备发送状态查询请求;
    所述语音遥控器还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述被控设备反馈的状态查询响应,所述状态查询响应中包含所述语音采集状态信息;
    或者,所述第二接收模块用于:
    接收所述被控设备上报的所述语音采集状态信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,还包括:
    执行控制模块,用于在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃所述语音采集启动指令。
  16. 一种语音遥控器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器、处理器、语音采集器、存储器和总线,其中,所述接收器、所述处理器、所述语音采集器和所述存储器通过所述总线相连;其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
    通过所述接收器接收用户触发的语音采集启动指令;
    获取被控设备的语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,控制所述语音采集器开始语音采集;
    通过所述接收器接收用户触发的语音采集结束指令;
    在所述接收器接收到所述语音采集结束指令时,控制所述语音采集器结束语音采集;
    通过所述发送器将用户输入的语音控制信息发送给所述被控设备;所述语音控制信息为所述开始语音采集之后,所述结束语音采集之前采集到的用户输入的语音信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述被控设备包括OTT盒子,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息,其中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,所述OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述语音采集状态信息中包括语音采集最大时长;
    所述处理器还用于:在所述语音采集的时长超过所述语音采集最大时 长,或者所述接收器接收到所述语音采集结束指令时,控制所述语音采集器结束语音采集。
  19. 根据权利要求16至18中任一项所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:通过所述发送器向所述被控设备发送状态查询请求;
    通过所述接收器接收所述被控设备反馈的状态查询响应,所述状态查询响应中包含所述语音采集状态信息;
    或者,
    通过所述接收器接收所述被控设备上报的所述语音采集状态信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的语音遥控器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃所述语音采集启动指令。
  21. 一种被控设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
    发送模块,用于将所述语音采集状态信息发送给语音遥控器。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述被控设备包括OTT盒子,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息,其中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,所述OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于:
    获取语音采集最大时长。
  24. 根据权利要求21至23中任一项所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于:
    接收到所述语音遥控器发送的状态查询请求时,获取语音采集状态信息,所述状态查询请求是所述语音遥控器在接收到用户触发的语音采集启动指令后发送的,所述状态查询请求用于查询所述被控设备的语音采集状 态信息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述状态查询请求中包括语音接收指示消息和查询指示消息,所述语音接收指示消息与所述语音采集启动指令对应;所述查询指示消息用于指示查询所述被控设备的语音采集状态信息;
    所述被控设备还包括:
    控制模块,用于在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,根据所述语音接收指示消息启动语音接收处理;
    所述控制模块,还用于在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃所述语音接收指示消息。
  26. 一种被控设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器、发送器、存储器和总线,其中,所述处理器、所述发送器和所述存储器通过所述总线相连;其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
    获取语音采集状态信息,所述语音采集状态信息指示了被控设备是否需要接受语音控制;
    通过所述发送器将所述语音采集状态信息发送给语音遥控器。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述被控设备包括OTT盒子,所述语音采集状态信息指示了所述OTT盒子是否需要接受语音控制信息,其中,当所述OTT盒子和与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备均处于工作状态时或,当所述OTT盒子在当前页面下支持语音识别功能且,与所述OTT盒子相连的终端设备处于工作状态时,所述OTT盒子需要接受语音控制信息。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    获取语音采集最大时长。
  29. 根据权利要求26至28中任一项所述的被控设备,其特征在于,还包括:接收器,所述接收器与所述总线连接,所述处理器还用于:
    通过所述接收器接收到所述语音遥控器发送的状态查询请求时,获取语音采集状态信息,所述状态查询请求是所述语音遥控器在接收到用户触 发的语音采集启动指令后发送的,所述状态查询请求用于查询所述被控设备的语音采集状态信息。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的被控设备,其特征在于,所述状态查询请求中包括语音接收指示消息和查询指示消息,所述语音接收指示消息与所述语音采集启动指令对应;所述查询指示消息用于指示查询所述被控设备的语音采集状态信息;
    所述处理器还用于:
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备需要接受语音控制时,根据所述语音接收指示消息启动语音接收处理;
    在所述语音采集状态信息指示所述被控设备不需要接受语音控制时,丢弃所述语音接收指示消息。
