实施例一 本发明实施例的语音数据传输处理的方法, 如图 1 所示, 包括以下步 骤;
S101 : 终端接收通讯终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发送的指令; 此处所述通讯终端配件即为所述终端配件; 在该步骤中, 应该理解为 终端跟通讯终端配件进行匹配连接, 连接后能够接收终端配件通过无线近 距离通讯方式发送的指令和语音数据。 这里的终端包括手机通讯终端以及 移动电脑等。 这里的通讯终端配件包括蓝牙耳机、 便携式穿戴设备等。 这 里的无线近距离通讯方式包括蓝牙通讯方式和近场通讯方式(Near Field Communica t ion, NFC )等。 具体的, 以手机和蓝牙耳机为例进行说明, 手 机与蓝牙耳机进行匹配连接, 匹配连接后, 手机接收蓝牙耳机发送过来的 指令。
S102: 终端确定指令在当前运行应用程序中对应的语音数据传输操作; 在该步骤中, 应该理解为终端中的应用程序处于运行状态, 确定指令 在当前运行应用程序中对应的语音数据操作具体包括:
预先设置好了终端配件发送的指令与应用程序语音数据操作对应的关 系; 及依据所述指令及所述对应的关系, 确定对应的所述语音数据传输操 作。
这里的应用程序包括电子导航、 浏览器客户端、 录音程序和即时通讯 程序等。 其中, 即时通讯程序包括 QQ和微信等。
具体以终端为手机, 终端配件为蓝牙耳机为例进行说明, 首先建立好 蓝牙耳机上面相关指令与微信相关语音数据操作对应的关系。 手机接收蓝 牙耳机无发送的指令, 解析该指令, 确定该指令对应当前运行应用程序中 对应的语音数据操作。
例如蓝牙耳机上的设置有与微信语音接收开始对应的按键, 当按下蓝 牙耳机上的语音接收开始按键时, 终端就能收到该指令, 解析该指令, 确 认该指令与微信相关操作对应关系, 解析确定该指令为微信语音接收开始 操作。
S103: 根据语音数据传输操作完成终端与终端配件之间的语音数据传 输。
在该步骤中, 终端接收到终端配件通过近距离无线方式发送的指令后, 通过解析确认该指令对应的应用程序中的语音数据操作后, 当根据语音数 据传输操作完成终端与终端配件之间的语音数据传输。 这里终端与终端配 件之间的语音数据传输可包括终端接收终端配件发送过来的语音数据和终 端将终端存储的语音数据发送给终端配件。 例如, 如果终端接收到蓝牙耳 机发送过来的指令, 通过解析确定该指令为微信语音接收开始操作后, 将 微信语音接收开始启动, 接收蓝牙耳机发送过来的语音数据。
实施例二
本实施例中在上述 S101中的指令包括语音接收指令, 具体的语音接收 指令包括语音接收开始指令和语音接收结束指令。 该方法具体实现方式, 如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤:
S201 : 终端接收通讯终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发送的语音接 收开始指令;
S202 : 终端确定所述接收开始指令在当前运行应用程序中对应的语音 数据传输操作为语音接收开始操作; 所述终端在执行所述语音接收开始操 作之后, 还会通过终端屏幕给出相应的语音接收开始提示画面。 例如进行 微信语音接收开始操作时, 会在屏幕上显示一个麦克风的画面。 当然提示 画面不仅仅限于麦克风画面, 具体的根据终端的配置以及用户的喜好进行 相关设置。
S203: 终端接收通讯终端配件发送的语音数据;
S204 : 终端接收通讯终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发送的语音接 收结束指令;
S205 : 终端确定所述语音接收结束指令指令在当前运行应用程序中对 应的语音数据传输操作为语音接收结束操作;
S206 : 终端停止接收通讯终端配件发送的语音数据;
S207 : 终端将接收的语音数据利用当前运行应用程序通过通信网络发 送给其他通讯终端。 该步骤的通信网络包括 2G、 3G、 4G或者 WIFI等网络。
具体的, 以手机微信和蓝牙耳机为例。 首先手机启动微信应用程序, 手机与蓝牙耳机进行匹配, 建立连接。 建立连接后, 当蓝牙耳机发送语音 接收开始指令时, 手机接收到该指令, 通过解析确定该指令对应微信的操 作, 当确认该指令操作为语音接收开始指令时, 启动微信的语音接收开始 操作, 接收蓝牙耳机发送的语音数据。 当蓝牙耳机发送语音接收开始指令 时即语音输入完后, 手机接收到该指令, 通过解析确定该指令对应微信的 操作, 当确认该指令操作为语音接收结束指令时, 启动微信的语音接收停 止操作, 停止接收蓝牙耳机发送的语音数据。 并将该语音数据通过微信发 送出去。 应该理解为这里仅仅是以手机微信和蓝牙耳机为例, 当然不仅仅 限于手机微信和蓝牙耳机, 其他可实现本方案的都应包括在内。 又例如当 蓝牙耳机发送语音接收开始指令时, 手机接收到该指令, 通过解析确定该 指令对应手机导航的操作, 当确认该指令操作为语音接收开始指令时, 启 动手机导航的语音接收开始操作, 接收蓝牙耳机发送的语音数据。 当蓝牙 耳机发送语音接收开始指令时即语音输入完后, 手机接收到该指令, 通过 解析确定该指令对应手机导航的操作, 当确认该指令操作为语音接收结束 指令时, 启动手机导航的语音接收停止操作, 停止接收蓝牙耳机发送的语 音数据, 根据接收的语音进行相关操作。 例如接收的语音为 "北京" 手机 就自动检索到北京的线路并将相关信息告诉给用户。 这样就可以方便用户 在开车的时候进行语音控制操作, 而不必用手在手机上进行相关操作。 同 样, 可以进行手机浏览器搜索操作, 通过蓝牙耳机告诉手机浏览器需要检 索的相关语音数据, 手机浏览器接收语音数据进行相关的检索, 这样就不 必人用手进行控制手机浏览器的语音数据输入, 更便于操作。 同样的还可 以用来对录音软件进行相关的操作以及电子邮件中的语音文件进行操作, 如读取电子邮件中的语音文件或者输入语音数据生产电子邮件语音文件。 应理解为所有需要用手进行语音数据输入控制的都可通过本发明实施例的 方法实现利用终端配件来进行相关的语音传输控制, 这样更便于人们在做 其他事的时候方便语音业务的使用。
实施例三
本实施例中在上述 S101中的指令包括语音输出指令。 该方法具体实现 方式, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤:
S301 : 通过终端配件选择将输出的当前运行应用程序中的语音数据; 该步骤中应该理解为用户触发终端配件上的相关指令, 终端接收这些指令, 根据这些指令来选择想要播放的运行应用程序中的语音数据。
S302 : 终端接收通讯终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发送的语音输 出指令;
S303: 终端确定语音输出指令在当前运行应用程序中对应语音数据传 输操作为语音输出操作;
S304: 终端将前运行应用程序中的语音数据输出给通讯终端配件。 为了更好的便于人们的使用, 可以默认选择最新语音数据, 因为一般 人们会对没有处理的最新语音数据进行接听。 应该理解为当收到语音输出 指令时, 终端会自动选择运用程序中最新的语音数据输出给通讯终端配件。
釆集用户输入的语音, 形成的时语音数据; 通常釆集时间和形成时间 时相对应的; 所述最新语音数据可为形成时间最晚的语音数据。
具体的以应用程序为手机微信和终端配件为蓝牙耳机为例, 当手机微 信接收到其他微信的发送过来的语音。 利用蓝牙耳机选择指令选择所要读 取的语音, 然后利用蓝牙耳机的输出指令来将该语音输出给蓝牙耳机。 进 一步, 可以默认为选择当前最新语音数据输出, 因为一般想读取就是最新 接收的语音。
值得注意的是, 本发明实施例中的指令包括终端配件根据用户通过物 理触发或声音触发产生的指令, 其他可实现进行控制的指令均在本发明实 施例保护的方案内。 其中, 物理触发包括开关触发和按键触发。 开关触发 可包括设置一个开关键, 当触发启动开关键的开的时候, 就表示语音接收 开始指令; 当触发启动开关键的关的时候, 就表示语音接收结束指令。 当 然开关指令还用来表示语音数据是否进行语音输出指令, 例如当触发启动 开关键的开的时候, 就表示语音输出指令。 当然开关指令还用来表示语音 选择语音数据选择指令, 例如当触发启动开关键的开的时候, 就表示默认 最新语音数据指令。 同样, 按键触发可包括按住该按键的时候表示语音接 收开始指令; 当松开该按键时候, 就表示语音接收结束指令。 当然, 可以 设置按住该按键预设时间表示各种指令, 例如按住 1 秒表示语音接收开始 指令; 按住 2秒表示接收结束指令; 按住 3秒表示语音输出指令等, 还可 以例如按指定按键一次表示语音接收开始指令; 连续按指定按键两次下表 示接收结束指令; 连续按指定按键三次下表示语音输出指令等。 当然不仅 仅限于上述方式和对应指令, 具体的可根据用户自己的喜好进行设置。 这 里的声音触发包括预设语音输入指令具体包括设置关键字进行相应的指 令, 例如 "语音开始" 表示语音接收开始指令; "语音结束" 表示接收结束 指令; "语音输出" 表示语音输出指令; "语音选择" 表示语音数据选择指 令等, 当然预设的语音指令不限于上述方式, 具体的可根据用户自己的喜 好进行设置。
实施例四 为了更好的说明本发明, 本实施中以蓝牙耳机语音通话利用手机终端 的微信进行语音通话进行详细说明, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤:
S401 : 基于用户操作, 手机 A的微信通话应用程序启动;
S402: 基于用户操作, 手机 B的微信通话应用程序启动;
S403: 手机 A与蓝牙耳机配对连接; 如果配对不成功, 就宣告此次失 败;
S404: 手机 B与蓝牙耳机配对连接; 如果配对不成功, 就宣告此次失 败;
S405: 基于用户施加在对应手机 A 的蓝牙耳机上的按键操作, 形成耳 机案件指令;
S406: 对应手机 A 的蓝牙耳机按键解析程序解析耳机按键指令, 确定 此时正在进行蓝牙耳机的语音通话;
S407: 语音通话从对应手机 A 的蓝牙耳机经蓝牙芯片传入蓝牙模块解 析, 形成语音数据;
S408: 语音数据再传入数字音频模块处理编码;

本实施例中, 接收模块 101 配置为接收终端配件通过无线近距离通讯 方式发送的语音接收指令, 语音接收指令包括语音接收开始指令和语音接 收结束指令; 当接收模块 101 接收到终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发 送的语音接收开始指令时, 确定模块 102, 配置为确定语音接收开始指令在 当前运行应用程序中对应的操作为语音接收开始操作,传输模块 103, 配置 为开始接收终端配件发送的语音数据; 当接收模块 101 接收到终端配件通 过无线近距离通讯方式发送的语音接收结束指令时, 确定模块 102还配置 为确定语音接收结束指令在当前运行应用程序中对应的操作为语音接收结 束操作, 传输模块还用于停止接收的语音数据。
如图 6所示,语音数据传输处理终端还包括处理模块 104, 该处理模块 104 配置为将接收的语音数据利用当前运行应用程序通过通信网络发送给 其他通讯终端。
本实施例中的接收模块 101 配置为接收终端配件通过无线近距离通讯 方式发送的语音输出指令: 当接收模块 101接收到终端配件通过无线近距 离通讯方式发送的语音输出指令时, 确定模块 102还配置为确定语音输出 指令在当前运行应用程序中对应的操作为语音输出操作, 传输模块 103还 配置为将前运行应用程序中的语音数据输出给终端配件。
本实施例中的传输模块 103还配置为将前运行应用程序中的最新语音 数据输出给终端配件。

所述确定模块, 还配置为确定所述语音接收结束指令在当前运行应用 程序中对应的操作为语音接收结束操作;
所述传输模块, 还配置为依据所述语音接收结束操作停止接收所述的 语音数据。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的语音数据传输处理的终端, 其中, 所述语音 数据传输处理终端还包括:
处理模块, 配置为将所述接收的语音数据通过通信网络发送给其他终 端。
13、 如权利要求 10所述的语音数据传输处理的终端, 其中, 所述接收模块, 还配置为接收终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发送 的语音输出指令:
所述确定模块, 还配置为确定所述语音输出指令在当前运行应用程序 中对应的操作为语音输出操作;
所述传输模块, 还配置为依据所述语音输出操作将所述前运行应用程 序中的语音数据输出给所述终端配件。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的语音数据传输处理的终端, 其中, 所述传输模块, 还配置为将所述前运行应用程序中的最新语音数据输 出给所述终端配件。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的语音数据传输处理的终端, 其中,
所述接收模块, 还配置为接收所述终端配配件通过无线近距离通讯方 式发送的语音数据选择指令;
所述语音数据传输处理终端还包括:
选择模块, 配置为根据所述语音数据选择指令选择语音数据。
16、如权利要求 9至 15任一项所述的语音数据传输处理的终端,其中, 所述接收模块, 还配置为接收所述终端配件通过无线近距离通讯方式发送 根据用户通过物理触发或声音触发产生的指令。
17、 一种计算机存储介质, 所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求 1至 9所述方法的至少 其中之一。
