  • the main steel frame and the frames supporting the dunnages on both left side and right side are provided with a latch and pin mechanism, wherein, to fold the frame, the pin is removed from the latch and the frame can then be folded at a predetermined location so that it can be stacked one over the other.

  • the hook receiving module 5084 that receives the hook 5086 that runs through the hook receiving module 5084 on the upper bar 502 and is also received by the extended lock arrangement 5082.
  • the upper bar 502 is in attached partially to the lower bar 504 with a connecting bar 510 that helps the upper bar 502 to rotate 90 degrees toward inside of frame 200. This helps in folding the dunnage rack 100. After folding, the foldable/collapsible dunnage rack/trolley 100 is illustrated in FIG. 7.

Abstract

Conformément à la présente invention, l'objectif de la présente invention est de proposer un support/chariot de rangement pliable/aplatissable, destiné au transport de pièces automobiles en plastique peintes. Un mécanisme de verrouillage est utilisé pour rendre le support/chariot pliable/aplatissable. Un tel support/chariot peut être utilisé soit seul, soit conjointement avec d'autres supports et/ou contenants pour obtenir une ressource d'emballage efficace et optimale.
