Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de ventilation et de climatisation automatique et son procédé de commande, dans lequel : des informations concernant le nombre d'occupants de la pièce sont mesurées avec précision par un capteur de caméra ; la quantité d'émissions de dioxyde de carbone dans l'espace intérieur est prédite sur la base des informations mesurées concernant le nombre d'occupants de la pièce ; un système de ventilation et de climatisation est entraîné en temps réel selon le taux de ventilation/climatisation calculé en conséquence ; il est donc possible d'empêcher un effet de serre d'être généré en raison d'une augmentation de la concentration de dioxyde de carbone dans l'espace intérieur et de faire fonctionner le système de ventilation et de climatisation pendant une durée minimale, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité énergétique ; et, par conséquent, le dispositif de ventilation et de climatisation automatique et le procédé de commande selon la présente invention, peut contribuer à la distribution de BEMS et peut être utilement appliqué dans les domaines concernant la technologie de ventilation intérieure à économie d'énergie et la technologie de maintien de confort intérieur.
