发明内容
本公开提供了一种洗衣机台面板锁紧装置和具有该锁紧装置的洗衣机，可以解决洗衣机台面板安装和拆卸不便且安全可靠性差的问题。
一种洗衣机台面板锁紧装置，包括安装在洗衣机箱体顶部的第一锁紧件和安装在洗衣机台面板上的第二锁紧件，所述第一锁紧件与第二锁紧件相卡接。
可选地，所述第一锁紧件为弹性卡扣，所述第二锁紧件为与弹性卡扣相配合的卡槽。
可选地，所述弹性卡扣包括对称设置的两个限位部和两个导向部，每个导向部与一个限位部连接，两者形成“S”型结构。

为使本公开解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案更加清楚，下面将结合附图和实施例对本公开的技术方案作相关介绍。所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。在不冲突的情况下，以下实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图1至图5所示，本实施方式提出一种洗衣机台面板锁紧装置，包括安装在洗衣机箱体1顶部的第一锁紧件和安装在洗衣机台面板2上的第二锁紧件，第一锁紧件与第二锁紧件相卡接。其中，洗衣机台面板2可以是指设置在洗衣机箱体1顶部的盖板，该洗衣机台面板2可以由木质、塑料、金属或其他材质制作而成。材质可根据用户对重量大小、成本高低等需求情况进行选择。
通过安装在洗衣机箱体1顶部的第一锁紧件和安装在洗衣机台面板2上的第二锁紧件相卡接，实现洗衣机台面板2的固定装配，结构简单，且在不移动洗衣机的情况下可实现对洗衣机台面板的拆装。
如图1至图3所示，第一锁紧件安装在洗衣机箱体1顶部的主控板盘座3上，可为一弹性卡扣4，第二锁紧件为与弹性卡扣4相配合的卡槽5。第一锁紧件和第二锁紧件的结构还可以为，第一锁紧件为卡槽，第二锁紧件为与卡槽相配合的弹性卡扣。当移动或转动洗衣机台面板2向靠近主控板盘座3的方向推 进时，弹性卡扣4与卡槽5卡接，洗衣机台面板2被锁紧，当移动或转动台面板2向远离主控板盘座3的方向推动时，弹性卡扣4与卡槽5脱离，台面板2被从洗衣机箱体1上拆卸下来。
可选地，参照图3，弹性卡扣4对轴对称结构，该弹性卡扣4以虚线0为对称轴，对称轴两侧的结构相同。弹性卡扣4包括沿对称轴0对称设置的两个限位部41和沿对称轴0对称设置的两个导向部42，每个导向部42的一端与位于对称轴0同侧的限位部41连接，每个导向部42和与该导向部42连接的限位部41两者共同形成类似于“S”型结构。可选地，限位部41为凸出设置的凸起结构，导向部42为导向斜面。在安装台面板2时，导向部42可起到导向作用，限位部41可恰好与卡槽5的槽壁贴紧，从而完成台面板2的牢固装配。
可选地，限位部41与导向部42可为一体结构。在安装台面板2时，随着台面板2朝向主控板盘座3的方向推进，弹性卡扣4的导向部42和限位部41均插入卡槽5中，且限位部41与卡槽5的槽壁紧密接触，完成对台面板2的安装固定。
如图4和图5所示，为了更加方便快捷准确地安装台面板2，台面板2和箱体1中的一个上设置有定位柱6，台面板2和箱体1的另一个上设置有与定位柱6相配合的定位孔7。可选地，如图1所示，箱体1上设置有采用塑料制成的多个定位柱6，台面板2上设置有与定位柱6配合的多个定位孔7，定位孔7可由第一子定位孔71和第二子定位孔72组成，其中，第一子定位孔71的尺寸比第二子定位孔72的尺寸大。在台面板2安装固定过程中，定位柱6从定位孔7的第一子定位孔71穿过并定位在第二子定位孔72内。箱体1上的每个定位柱6均定位在台面板2对应的定位孔7中，可以使得台面板2上的卡槽5与主控板盘座3上的弹性卡扣4恰好对准，从而实现准确地安装台面板2。
如图1所示，当台面板2靠近主控板盘座3的一侧被锁紧后，台面板2远离主控板盘座3的一侧通过铰链8与箱体1连接。由于铰链8摩擦阻力小，使用者可轻松旋转台面板2，以进行台面板2角度的调整并收纳。

实际装配过程中，使用者将洗衣机台面板2放置到洗衣机箱体1上，用双手移动或转动洗衣机台面板2，首先，弹性卡扣4与卡槽5配合，洗衣机台面板2被锁紧，再用钥匙13旋转台面板2上的锁芯，将台面板2锁紧到洗衣机加强横梁11上，如此，洗衣机台面板2可以实现安全可靠地装配在洗衣机箱体1上。拆卸洗衣机台面板2时，用钥匙13反转锁芯，锁钩10开锁，用双手向后移动或转动洗衣机台面板2，弹性卡扣4脱离卡槽5，双手取下台面板2，可以实现 检查维护洗衣机。
通过锁总成机构的设置，实现通过要是打开或关闭洗衣机台面板，提高了洗衣机的安全性能。对于公众场合的商用洗衣机来说，没有钥匙的人员打不开台面板，可以保护洗衣机和投币结构，安全可靠性高。

  1. 一种洗衣机台面板锁紧装置，包括安装在洗衣机箱体(1)顶部的第一锁紧件和安装在洗衣机台面板(2)上的第二锁紧件，所述第一锁紧件与第二锁紧件相卡接。
