Abstract

一种水下眼镜,包括镜架(1)、镜带(6,7)和智能控制系统。智能控制系统包括提醒装置、微处理器(101)和多个雷达(4)。多个雷达(4)分别设于镜架(1)及镜带(6,7)上。微处理器(101)的输入端分别与多个雷达(4)连接,微处理器(101)的输出端与提醒装置连接,微处理器(101)获取雷达(4)的信号并根据信号确定使用者头部周围的障碍物信息和/或避险信息并发送给提醒装置,提醒装置接收并向使用者提供障碍物信息和/或避险信息。还提供了一种水下眼镜的控制方法。

Description

水下眼镜及其控制方法 技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及一种水下眼镜及其控制方法。
背景技术
游泳和潜水是深受人们喜爱的运动项目。在游泳和潜水的过程中,由于水下环境复杂,容易碰撞,需要了解水下环境,以避免伤害,特别是避免头部受到伤害,运动者需要实时了解水下情况。但是由于人类的眼睛难以长时间在水环境中保持张开,运动者经常在游泳和潜水时更是需要佩戴泳镜或潜水镜。
公开内容
本公开的至少一个实施例提供了一种水下眼镜,包括镜架、配置来穿戴固定的镜带和智能控制系统。所述智能控制系统包括提醒装置、微处理器和多个雷达。多个所述雷达分别设于所述镜架和/或镜带上。所述微处理器的输入端分别与多个所述雷达连接。所述微处理器的输出端与所述提醒装置连接。所述微处理器配置来获取所述雷达的信号并根据所述信号确定出佩戴所述水下眼镜的使用者头部周围的障碍物信息和/或避险信息并发送给所述提醒装置,所述提醒装置配置来接收并向使用者提供所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息。
在一示例中,所述提醒装置包括显示模块,配置来将所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息通过影像提供给使用者。
在一示例中,所述显示模块包括影像转换组件和光学放大组件,所述影像转换组件配置来将显示信号转化为影像,所述光学放大组件配置来将影像投影到使用者前方。
在一示例中,所述提醒装置还包括音频输出模块,配置来将所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息通过音频提供给使用者。
在一示例中,所述雷达至少为四个,分别配置来检测所述使用者的头部左右两侧、头部顶侧和头部后侧的障碍物。
在一示例中,所述镜架上设有两个镜框。所述镜带包括一条主带和两条副带,所述主带的两端分别与所述镜架的两侧连接,所述两条副带的一端分 别与所述镜框连接,所述两条副带的另一端分别与所述主带连接。
在一示例中,每个所述副带设有一个雷达,所述镜架的两侧分别设有雷达。
在一示例中,所述镜框设有红外摄像头,所述微处理器的输入端与所述红外摄像头连接,配置来检测使用者的瞳孔移动,以实现使用者通过移动瞳孔发送控制信号。
在一示例中,所述智能控制系统还包括分别与所述微处理器的输入端连接的水温传感器、压力传感器、流速传感器和水质监测器。所述水温传感器配置来检测水温信号。所述压力传感器配置来检测水压信号。所述流速传感器配置来检测水流速度信号。所述水质监测器配置来检测水质信号。所述微处理器根据所述信号确定水下环境信息和/或避险信息,并通过所述提醒装置提供给使用者。
在一示例中,所述智能控制系统还包括与所述微处理器的输入端连接的心率检测传感器,所述心率检测传感器配置来检测使用者的心率信号,所述微处理器接收心率信号确定出身体状况信息和/或避险信息,并通过所述提醒装置提供给使用者。
在一示例中,所述水下眼镜还包括摄像头,所述摄像头配置来获取水下环境图像,将所述水下环境图像提供给所述显示模块,显示给使用者。
在一示例中,所述水下眼镜还设有探照灯,所述探照灯设于镜架的一侧,所述摄像头设于镜架的另一侧。
在一示例中,所述智能控制系统还包括无线收发模块,所述无线收发模块与所述微处理器的输出端连接,配置来实现所述微处理器与其他设备进行数据交互。
在一示例中,所述智能控制系统还包括求救按钮,所述求救按钮设于所述镜架,所述求救按钮与所述无线收发模块连接,通过无线收发模块向外部发送求救信号。
在一示例中,所述智能控制系统还包括配置来提供电能的供电模块。
在一示例中,所述智能控制系统设有生物开关,所述生物开关配置来检测使用者的动脉,并在检测到使用者在水中的动脉信息时自动打开所述供电模块供电。
在一示例中,所述供电模块包括蓄电池和供电电路。所述水下眼镜还包 括发电装置。所述发电装置包括涡轮和发电机。所述涡轮设于所述镜架,所述涡轮与所述发电机通过驱动轴连接,所述发电机通过充电电路与所述蓄电池连接,配置来为蓄电池充电。
本公开实施例还提供一种水下眼镜的控制方法,其中所述水下眼镜包括:镜架、配置来穿戴固定的镜带和智能控制系统,其中所述智能控制系统包括提醒装置、微处理器和多个雷达,所述控制方法包括:
利用所述微处理器获取所述多个雷达的信号,根据所述信号确定障碍物信息和/或避险信息;以及
将所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息发送给所述提醒装置,以使得所述提醒装置将障碍物信息和/或避险信息提供给使用者。

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
在本公开的实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开的实施例中的具体含义。
发明人注意到,游泳者佩戴的水下眼镜(泳镜或潜水镜),只能观察眼前 的环境,无法获取来自头顶、背后及左右侧的信息,因此,难以保证安全。
另外,目前的水下眼镜也无法接收外界信息或者向外界发送水下情况信息,同时,对运动过程中的身体机能指标及消耗的卡路里数量也无法获知。此外,更无法获知公共水域的水质和安全。
本公开的实施例提供的水下眼镜,如图1至4所示,包括镜架1、用于穿戴固定的镜带和智能控制系统,镜架1上设有镜框2,镜框2用于安装镜片3。智能控制系统包括提醒装置、微处理器101和多个雷达4。多个雷达4分别设于镜架1和/或镜带上。微处理器101的输入端分别与多个雷达4连接,微处理器101的输出端与提醒装置连接。微处理器101用于获取雷达4的信号并根据信号确定出佩戴水下眼镜的使用者头部周围的障碍物信息和/或避险信息并发送给提醒装置,提醒装置用于接收并向使用者提供障碍物信息和/或避险信息。镜架1上设有鼻套12和防水裙13。镜框2的数量可以变化,既可以设置一个镜框2也可以设置两个镜框2,如图所示,本实施例中,镜框2的数量为两个。
本公开的实施例的水下眼镜的雷达可以检测到使用者头部周围的障碍物信息和/或避险信息,并通过提醒装置提供给使用者,使使用者能够根据障碍物信息和/或避险信息及时作出避险动作。佩戴本公开的实施例的水下眼镜,可以提高使用者的头部安全性。
提醒装置包括显示模块5,用于将障碍物信息和/或避险信息通过影像提供给使用者。使用者能够通过影像获取微处理器101发出的障碍物信息和/或避险信息(如危险提示信息和/或避险建议信息)。在该实施例中,显示模块5包括影像转换组件和光学放大组件。影像转换组件用于将显示信号转化为影像。光学放大组件用于将影像投影到使用者前方。在水下时,由于光的透射能力不强,因此,使用者可以利用前方形成的水幕,作为显示模块投射的虚拟屏幕。影像转换组件为LCOS(硅基液晶)或者OLED。光学放大组件可选用常用的投影镜头,能够将影像投射到使用者前方的1~2米处。如图1所示,显示模块5设于镜架1的竖向中间,使显示的影像始终位于使用者的前方,方便观看。
提醒装置还包括音频输出模块105,用于将障碍物信息和/或避险信息通过音频提供给使用者。音频输出模块105设有耳麦接口,用于连接耳麦,使用者能够通过音频获取微处理器101发出的障碍物信息和/或避险信息,从而 获得双重提醒,提高安全性能。
本公开的实施例眼镜上的提醒装置除了显示模块和音频输出模块之外,还可以采用如震动提醒等方式实现对使用者的提醒。
例如,雷达4至少为四个,分别用于检测使用者头部左右两侧、头部顶侧和头部后侧的障碍物。需要说明的是,雷达的数量不限定于4个以上,例如雷达数量为3个时也能够实现安全功能,因此,本公开的实施例并不限于此。
例如,镜带的结构有多种方式,根据所使用的环境进行设置。镜带包括一条主带6和两条副带7。主带6的两端分别与镜架1的两侧连接,两条副带7的一端分别与镜框2连接,两条副带7的另一端分别与主带6连接。采用该实施例的镜带结构,使得水下眼镜紧固性能好,佩戴舒适,使用安全。在该实施例中,雷达4的数量可以为5个,其中,镜框两侧、副带上位于头顶位置各设一雷达,主带佩戴后的后脑中央位置亦设有一雷达,总共5个雷达,以提高安全效果。镜带中可以集成有柔性弹性电路板,雷达4通过柔性弹性电路板与微处理器101连接。当雷达为4个时,每个副带7设有一个雷达4,镜架1的两侧分别设有雷达4,但是本公开的实施例并不限于此。
镜框2设有红外摄像头9,微处理器101的输入端与红外摄像头9连接,用于检测使用者的瞳孔移动,以实现使用者通过移动瞳孔发送控制信号。
例如,智能控制系统还包括分别与微处理器101的输入端连接的水温传感器(图未示出)、压力传感器(图未示出)、流速传感器(图未示出)和水质监测器(图未示出),水温传感器用于检测水温信号,压力传感器用于检测水压信号,流速传感器用于检测水流速度信号,水质监测器用于检测水质信号,微处理器101根据信号确定出包括水温信息、水压信息、水流速度信息和水质信息在内的水下环境信息,并通过提醒装置提供给使用者。水温信息、水压信息、水流速度信息和水质信息还可以作为形成用于使用者避险信息的参数,经过计算后,向使用者发送避险信息,或者直接计算出避险信息,并通过提醒装置提供给使用者。使用者能够随时获取显示模块和音频处理模块输出的信息,掌握水下信息和自身身体信息,方便使用者进行安全判断。如图4所示,水温传感器、压力传感器、流速传感器和水质监测器可以整合为一个集成传感器组106。
智能控制系统还包括与微处理器101的输入端连接的心率检测传感器 102,心率检测传感器102用于检测使用者的心率信号,微处理器接101接收心率信号确定出身体状况信息和/或避险信息,并通过提醒装置提供给使用者。例如,心率检测传感器102置于眼睛上靠近头部的颞动脉的区域,通过探测颞动脉信息来反馈心率,并将消耗的卡路里数和用氧量反馈给使用者。使用者可及时获知自己的运动量或者在水下的身体状况,减少发生危险的概率。
智能控制系统还包括无线收发模块104,无线收发模块104与微处理器101的输出端连接,用于实现微处理器101与其他设备的数据交互。其他设备可以包括后台服务器或其他设备互联,例如智能手机、智能终端,以进行数据的交互。
水下眼镜还包括摄像头10。摄像头10用于拍摄水下环境。摄像头10拍摄的水下环境内容被存储在存储器中。摄像头10也可以与无线收发模块104连接,通过无线收发模块104将水下环境的影像信息发送到其他设备。
例如,智能控制系统还可以包括求救按钮107,求救按钮107可以设于镜架上(图未示出)。求救按钮107与无线收发模块104连接,通过无线收发模块104向外部发送求救信号,以使使用者在发生危险时能够及时向外界发出求救信号。
水下眼镜还可以设有探照灯11,探照灯11可以设于镜架1的一侧,摄像头10可以设于镜架1的另一侧。探照灯11通过万向接头安装于镜架1,方便使用者调节探照灯11的方向,扩大照明范围。
智能控制系统设有用于提供电能的供电模块103。智能控制系统还可以设有生物开关(图未示出),生物开关用于检测使用者的动脉,并在检测到使用者在水中的动脉信息时自动打开供电模块供电103。使用生物开关,只要使用者佩戴水下眼镜,开关就会自动打开,提高安全性。
例如,供电模块103包括蓄电池和供电电路。水下眼镜还可以包括发电装置。发电装置包括涡轮8和发电机(图未示出)。涡轮8设于镜架1。涡轮8与发电机通过驱动轴连接。发电机通过充电电路与蓄电池连接,用于为蓄电池充电。使用者带着水下眼镜在水下游动时,使用者前进过程中,涡轮8的扇叶进入水流中,受水流冲刷而旋转,带动发电机发电。发电机内设有整流电路,整流后通过充电电路对蓄电池充电。例如,蓄电池采用锂电池,锂电池质量轻,蓄能大。通过发电装置,能够延长水下眼镜的续航时间,提高安全性能。
另外,该水下眼镜的存储器还可以存储影视或者音乐内容,并通过显示 模块103和音频输出模块105播放影音节目。当微处理器判断到使用者具有危险时,微处理器101控制影音节目中断,向使用者提供避险信息。也可以通过无线收发模块104接收外部影音节目网络信号,进行播放。
本公开的实施例提供的水下眼镜的雷达可以检测到使用者头部周围的障碍物信息和/或避险信息,并通过提醒装置提供给使用者,使使用者能够根据障碍物信息和/或避险信息及时作出避险动作,佩戴本公开的实施例的水下眼镜,提高使用者的头部安全性。
以上所述仅为本公开的示例性实施例,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此。任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种水下眼镜,包括:镜架、配置来穿戴固定的镜带和智能控制系统;
    其中所述智能控制系统包括提醒装置、微处理器和多个雷达;所述多个雷达分别设于所述镜架和/或镜带上;所述微处理器的输入端分别与所述多个雷达连接,所述微处理器的输出端与所述提醒装置连接;所述微处理器配置来获取所述雷达的信号并根据所述信号确定出佩戴所述水下眼镜的使用者头部周围的障碍物信息和/或避险信息并发送给所述提醒装置,所述提醒装置配置来接收并向使用者提供所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述提醒装置包括显示模块,配置来将所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息通过影像提供给使用者。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述显示模块包括影像转换组件和光学放大组件,所述影像转换组件配置来将显示信号转化为影像,所述光学放大组件配置来将影像投影到使用者前方。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述提醒装置还包括音频输出模块,配置来将所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息通过音频提供给使用者。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述雷达至少为四个,分别配置来检测所述使用者的头部左右两侧、头部顶侧和头部后侧的障碍物。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述镜架上设有两个镜框,所述镜带包括一条主带和两条副带,所述主带的两端分别与所述镜架的两侧连接,所述两条副带的一端分别与所述镜框连接,所述两条副带的另一端分别与所述主带连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的水下眼镜,其中,每个所述副带设有一个雷达,以及所述镜架的两侧分别设有雷达。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述至少一个镜框设有红外摄像头,所述微处理器的输入端与所述红外摄像头连接,所述红外摄像头配置来检测使用者的瞳孔移动,以实现使用者通过移动瞳孔发送控制信号。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中所述智能控制系统还包括分别与所述微处理器的输入端连接的水温传感器、压力传感器、流速传感器和水质监测器;所述水温传感器配置来检测水温信号,所述压力传感器配置来检测水压信号,所述流速传感器配置来检测水流速度信号,所述水质监测 器配置来检测水质信号,所述微处理器根据所述信号确定水下环境信息和/或避险信息,并通过所述提醒装置提供给使用者。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中所述智能控制系统还包括与所述微处理器的输入端连接的心率检测传感器,所述心率检测传感器配置来检测使用者的心率信号,所述微处理器接收心率信号确定出身体状况信息和/或避险信息,并通过所述提醒装置提供给使用者。
  11. 如权利要求2-10任一项所述的水下眼镜,还包括摄像头,所述摄像头配置来获取水下环境图像,将所述水下环境图像提供给所述显示模块,显示给使用者。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述水下眼镜还设有探照灯,所述探照灯设于镜架的一侧,所述摄像头设于镜架的另一侧。
  13. 如权利要求1-12任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述智能控制系统还包括无线收发模块,所述无线收发模块与所述微处理器的输出端连接,配置来实现所述微处理器与其他设备进行数据交互。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述智能控制系统还包括求救按钮,所述求救按钮设于所述镜架,所述求救按钮与所述无线收发模块连接,通过无线收发模块向外部发送求救信号。
  15. 如权利要求1-14任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述智能控制系统还包括配置来提供电能的供电模块。
  16. 如权利要求1-15任一项所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述智能控制系统设有生物开关,所述生物开关配置来检测使用者的动脉,并在检测到使用者在水中的动脉信息时自动打开所述供电模块供电。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的水下眼镜,其中,所述供电模块包括蓄电池和供电电路。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的水下眼镜,还包括发电装置,所述发电装置包括涡轮和发电机,所述涡轮设于所述镜架,所述涡轮与所述发电机通过驱动轴连接,所述发电机通过充电电路与所述蓄电池连接,配置来为蓄电池充电。
  19. 一种水下眼镜的控制方法,其中所述水下眼镜包括:镜架、配置来穿戴固定的镜带和智能控制系统,其中所述智能控制系统包括提醒装置、微处理器和多个雷达,所述控制方法包括:
    利用所述微处理器获取多个雷达的信号,根据所述信号确定障碍物信息 和/或避险信息;以及
    将所述障碍物信息和/或避险信息发送给所述提醒装置,以使得所述提醒装置将障碍物信息和/或避险信息提供给使用者。
